It was a nasty place with black mold, the toilet didn’t work in the environment outside was sketchy.

The room was not as described and the property was run down.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever. Our booked room not available - "upgraded" to smoking room. Holes in bedspread. Burn marks in bathroom. Disgusting. Did not stay there. Want refund immediately!!!!!!!!!!!

This facility is very dated and in need of upgrades and repairs, and offers no amenities, reflective of the low cost vs several chains in the area. Easy, convenient walking distance from Proctors Theatre. Easy check-in, friendly staff, ample parking.

Crack house. Stay away. Walked out immediately. Could not get a refund.

Beware of this hotel if your travelling as a family area is not safe. Hotel is the worst in my 10 yrs of booking in hotels.com this is the worst! The dirtiest hotel ive ever seen. Theres a bunch of mcdonalds garbage in the elevator and vandalism in the elevator. Dirt all over the elevator. Receptionist is nowhere to found. Smell of marijuana and cigarette all over. Inside the room is spot of blood in the carpet. Dirty carpet never been cleaned. Spot of blood in the bedsheet! Smell of cigarettes and marijuana even in the room! its like you went to a haunted house!!!! We left and run never stayed and hotels.com refunded only half of what we paid for this crap! Such a waste of night. We check in to another hotel almost 5am because of this mess!!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!

Jacuzzi was dirty I bought my own cleaning supplies, carpet made my feet black, found a couple different bugs throughout the room, one was in the covers and red and has me scared it’s a bedbug. So much dust and dirt and grime on surfaces and behind tables etc, handprints and stains on walls, hallway smelled horribly

We canceled our resrvations after viewing two different rooms at this property. It had stains on the floor and stains on the sheets. Graffiti was carved into the elevator doors and walls. Unaccompanied young children (under 10) freely walked in and the doors like it was their residence. There were broken down cars in the parking lot. The area did not feel safe at all.

The owner was very rude and mean. He would not honor our room reservation that was made through Expedia. He kicked myself and my three teenagers out of the lobby at midnight saying he no longer had a room for us. Thank goodness Expedia reimbursed me but save your time. Do not book here!

Do not stay here I tried to stay here with my family and 2 minutes in the room my daughter says dad I see a ant in the room I said ok but I turn around and it was a roach

Very untidy property! The owners of the property should pay special attention to keeping the property tidy and sanitary for their guests!

There was a wet towel hanging on the hook in the bathroom when we checked in to the room. Gross!

Next to park w lots of homeless people, loud kids on bikes/scooters late into eve, def feels sketchy pulling into the lot. My fiancée made us check out and go somewhere else she felt so strongly. We paid and left. Learn from this if you will. I was willing to tough it out but totally agree w her. There’s other options only slightly more $ in the heart of downtown also pet friendly.

The pictures need to be updated. This hotel is a dump. So dirty that I don’t even think the bedbugs would live in it. I was scared when I entered it. The parking lot had garbage all over it. Come to find out this hotel is being used as a homeless shelter!! Drug deals were going down in the parking lot as we sat in the car trying to figure out another hotel. I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. We were in for a family wedding and almost didn’t have a place to stay!! Do not book this hotel at all!!

Evening front desk staff excellent. Elevator didn't work and I need a cane. Clerk got me a room on 2nd floor.

I like how quiet the area is and how the staff were professional. The rooms were clean & in a timely manner. The staff was also friendly & welcoming

I got what I payed for. It’s also used as a shelter.

Chiefly safety concerns but also room was not ready at appointed checkin time. Were told we would need to wait 30 minutes, long enough to find a safer, healther place to stay.

At check in, the room was not ready. The manager on duty quickly reassigned a room and everything was okay

It was pleasant low budget and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Smoke and Pot smell. Mold on the ceiling. Characters hanging around. We checked in and then left this hotel and moved to a different hotel. They still charged us. I felt very unsafe with my family. I am an avid business traveler but I have never felt this way. Terrible and unsafe place for anyone.

Was right on time for check in which only took about 5 minutes. Requested roll away and in no time here it was.

Stay was fine, room comfortable, older but seemed clean, until morning when I clicked on bathroom light and there was a roach climbing wall next sink. Also, found one in the electric ground fault outlet next to sink. Really hate to write this review because even though this was an older motel, it looked like there was care in trying to revive it.

The room sick had bugs they charge your card an additional 100 they say it’s a 5 day hold

This property was in definite need of repair and smelled worse than any hotel I have ever stayed in. The elevator was out and the only “good” rooms, according to the desk clerk, were on the 3rd floor. Expedia should not allow it to be in their list. We paid $177 for the worst room ever.

Shady people hanging out Front desk is gross Really hot in the room.

Ron at the desk was friendly helpful and responsive. The room served our purpose for one night. There was a violent incident in the lobby which happened 15 minutes after I left the area. Danny, the second person I met during my brief visit to the lobby earlier had been punched in the face and the police were attending to him. The glass enclosure had been broken, the furniture was toppled over, magazines scattetered all over. Very scary.

It was comfortable, but we had a broken desk chair, the sink was clean, but there was a big hole in it

This property is in dire need of updates and cleaning. Paint is drab, hallway dark and smell wet

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we did not stay. Pulled up to parking lot and the place looked dumpy. Read more reviews and was not comfortable going inside. Honestly it looked like a pay by the hour hotel. We booked the Hampton Inn
