The shuttle was terrific. I wish I’d have known there was a shuttle from the pier, because it would have saved us using a $70 taxi. In the advertisement I only saw a shuttle for airport. Good selection of food for breakfast.

I really like the room, property and staff. One thing I didn't like is the bathroom door. It is not a regular door. It's just sliding door and you can't lock.

Breakfast was just okay, I only eat egg whites and that wasn’t available, pancake machine was broken. Bacon, sausage, bagels, toast all good. We stayed in a one bedroom suite it was spacious with a comfortable bed and good furnishings.

The staff was friendly and although we didn’t eat breakfast we stopped by to grab something to drink. They had a pretty big selection of breakfast items although the pancake machine was down. We had a one bedroom suite which was very comfortable, but the bathroom could use some TLC. No bar soap provided and black markings all along the creases in the bathroom shower and walls. Toilet had trouble flushing but husband was able to get it to work. In the past they did not charge for parking but that is now an extra charge. The parking is not even covered. For the price I’m unsure I would stay at this location again.

We booked the room for 6 people and it was not stocked for 6 and we arrived late so it took extra time to get everything as they made us go to the front desk to get the additional items. Breakfast and shuttle were great.

This hotel was okay with the exception of one huge problem. The “door” in the bathroom of our room was ridiculous. For some reason, the hotel thought it would be a good idea to have a sliding barn style door for the bathroom. The door didn’t shut. There was a huge gap between the door and the wall. Anyone in the room with you is going to hear everything that is happening in the bathroom. There is no way to actually close the bathroom door! Why in the world would you put a non-sealing, barn style sliding door on a hotel room bathroom?!?!

my kids and I checked in quickly and easily later in the night as we were staying elsewhere and had to drive to Seattle for an early flight the next morning. It was really great that they had breakfast that started at 5 AM so that we could catch a bite to eat before heading to the airport . Clean, friendly staff brought extra linens quickly when I asked. We did not use the shuttle because we had a rental car.

We stayed in Room 307, and if you are sensitive to noise, you might ask to stay on the top floor. You could hear every footfall and dropped object through the ceiling. The room was very clean though! Excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was not great either: sad potatoes and glum omelettes.

The shuttle driver was friendly. We had a group of 12 and by calling ahead, they arranged for a sister hotel to have a shuttle come by in the morning. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. No complaints.

My group and I noticed that the room’s cleanliness was always maintained by staff which we deeply appreciated. We were well informed regarding shuttle commutes and amenities and ultimately well oriented considering it was our first time staying at this location and city overall. This hotel was underwhelming. They charge $20usd for parking in addition to your room fee. Although the suite was fairly spacious, the room was old and needing repairs. The couch was filthy and stained. Wouldn't come back.

First and last time using this property!! I’ll pay a little more for a better secured location closer to the airport . Avoid

The staff were all great. The amenities were very good. The room was more than adequate, except for one thing. The bathroom was a problem! During the night while others were sleeping the fan was very noisy. The light was very bright, altering my pupils, and I couldn't see to get back to my bed. But our greatest complaint from the guests in both rooms was that dreadful sliding thing in place of a bathroom door. It was totally inadequate. I can't understand why anyone anywhere would use such a thing. It doesn't close, it doesn't seal, it offers little privacy. Please bring back solid doors that close for the bathrooms. It is enough to make me want a different hotel if a hotel doesn't have a closing, solid door.

Only thing I didnt like was the barn door over the bathroom. It was hard to open and close and left a large gap so my family could hear everything. Fine for couples but not great for a family.

Breakfast was decent the first day, the second day we were hoping to eat prior to us leaving for our flight and when we got to it, nothing was set out really and we spent a little more time waiting for things to be brought out and by the time everything was brought out we have to leave to catch our flight. Probably will pass on this accommodation if we come back to Seattle.

This hotel is so accommodating to cruisers! Not only did the shuttle take us to the pier, they also have a list for restaurants and will take you there and pick you up. Shuttle driver was informative and professional. Room was great, love the breakfast!

It’s like a renters special “Just slap some paint on it, no one will notice”. Honestly, breakfast is the only reason it’s getting any stars from me.

After traveling from from Philadelphia to Seattle and losing my suitcase, II arrived arrived at this Holiday Inn as an exhausted frequent customer only to treated as a “subpar” customer and couldn’t check in just because I didn’t know my IHG account #. Expedia online customers need to be treated as well as any paying customer yet seems to be frequent discrimination from front desk Holiday Inn associates if you’re not a verified IHG member. If a customer pre-pays to use a hotel online then they should get even better service than people that just walk in.

Shuttle to the hotel was great. Lobby looked recently updated. I got to my room 403 and was hit with the smell that comes from wet laundry that had been left on the washer on a hot day. I attempted to open the window it opened a inch at most and the ac was not pushing much air. Took a shower to see if that helped and lord the glass doors and flat entrance to the shower looked cool it was flimsy and the floor was extremely slippery. The light which ran the vent too was on a timer you couldn't override so yup a dark steamy slippery time. Yes it's by the airport so i counted on noise but this folks is on another level. I called about getting another room and was told my deposit(which i didn't know about until check in) wouldn't be given back. So i thought ok just one night i was so tired from traveling across country got up for breakfast which was ok i was told to be down for the shuttle at 10:30 to get to the airport by 11 her didn't show up until 10:50 making me miss my connection i won't be back

Front staff was great and the airport shuttle was timely. Aside from that, the room was not well insulated and it was very noisy, hearing TVs, people talking, doors shutting, and toilets flushing. Not to mention the noise of frequent air traffic. Understandable given the proximity to the airport but surprised at just how loud it was. Bed was very uncomfortable and the halls and elevator shaft had a strong smoke smell.

Check-in was easy and fast and all of staff was super kind, always doing their best to meet any needs.

The only complaint I had was the bed was about 45in. tall and my mom and I are both 5' & under. We had to get a box for my mom to step up on. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

If you need a reliable internet connection, I would not recommend this hotel. The Wi-Fi is very slow and frequently disconnects, making it difficult to work or stream anything smoothly.

Front desk was very welcoming and efficient. We arrived two hours before check in and they were able to accommodate us right away and we appreciate it a lot.

As always this is my go-to place for any Mariner or Seahawk game , except I was surprised to see that now they're charging $20 to park your car in the parking lot.

Room was ok but found a booger in the first towel I tried to use and the tissues did not get refilled….bed was a bit hard and the noise from the train woke me up a few times.

I was admitted to the emergency room early this morning and was unable to make my flight. I fired to cancel my reservations and was told we are upholding our no refund policy. I let them know I could provide proof but they didn’t care. I will no longer use Expedia or their companies.

My trip was over night, clean room, staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, I would definitely stay there again, the shuttle that takes you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is very convenient but just make sure you are not late, when u give them a time to be picked up at the hotel, you better make sure you are waiting on them cause they wouldn’t wait two minutes for the rest of our group to come down the elevator, but other than that the stay was nice

Temperature in the room was difficult to control. The shower did not have a lot of pressure. The airport shuttle arrived late to take us to the airport. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was above quick breakfast at other hotels.

Check in we got charged twice. The lobby and hallways smelled of old hotel and smoke. However our room smelt fresh. The room was not very clean especially the bathroom and wall. For $250/night I would expect more. Also we were charged for parking which we didn’t anticipate but saw many cars parked without parking passes.

We were only there for 1 night, so it is hard to be too specific. Staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a shuttle to the airport and they put in extra effort to make sure we got what we needed. The room was fine. The sofa bed was not ver comfortable.

I usually use Holiday Inn when I’m not familiar with the hotel because most Holiday Inn are basically the same they’re clean comfortable. I did not like this hotel. The floors were dirty overall I was very unhappy

My stay at this hotel was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Secondly in 73 years of travel I’ve never been in a hotel that didn’t have blackout shades. That made the night much more difficult. The elevator carpets were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre. In between my first and second helping of oatmeal the staff had significantly watered down the oatmeal I assume to make it more plentiful. Not good.

We was 4th floor, room on the 5th floor above us was making a lot of slamming that sound like from doors and cabinets, I add an earlier flight to catch the next morning, but upstairs kept me up, couldn’t get hardly any sleep.

Description of hotel said free parking and airport shuttle. This was incorrect. I had to pay for parking, and the shuttle exists but you cannot park your car at the hotel while gone, so what use is the shuttle. Had to drive and pay to park at the airport anyway. Also, the AC wasn’t working in my room. Called front desk twice over a 30+ minute period and they kept saying someone was coming. Eventually he arrived and fixed it quickly in a way I could have done had the front desk just told me what to do when I had called. Room was clean and bed was quite comfortable, but hotel itself is showing its age. Front desk suggested multiple times I not park where there are no cameras and leave nothing in the car-so obviously they’ve had car break-in issues. All around there are better options all along the same street and the reasons I picked this location ended up not true.

The hotel was average but not nearly worth the price we paid. The Hotels.com site said parking would be free when we booked which turned out to be wrong. The area around the hotel is not great, so you won’t want to walk anywhere.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff we interacted with were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Complementary breakfast in the morning much more than I expected...very nice assortment of foods offered, everything fresh.

The property offers shuttle service to the area restaurants which was helpful. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly. Special shout out to Rylie. She was the person that made the whole process excellent.

I was in Room 503. i would say I was not at all impressed on the condition.. 1) Carpet looked old and dirty 2) Carpet edging was frayed and hanging off onto the adjoining tile 3) Bathroom drain was really slow 4) Bathroom baseboards need caulking, 5) gap between bathroom sliding door edge seemed excessive, windows seemed fogged/dirty, 6) Elevators seems slower than normal, 7) Entry way and lobby entry need pressure washing. On the other hand, the downstairs restrooms and area were clean and stocked. Staff was really nice and helpful. And the lobby area is quite spacious. Not sure If I would stay here again, but it would improve my impression by addressing #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7

Suri at the front desk was helpful and considerate. The bathroom door was broken. Regular light switch in the bathroom would be beneficial. Airport shuttle was useful.

Staff was friendly and welcoming!

We got there late with a dozen other families and they only had one person working. It took us almost as hour to get to our room after we checked in. I felt bad for the lady working!

Online when making the reservation it said parking was free and then we still got charged when we got to the hotel.

Place was very clean and then transportation to our cruise was right on time and I would recommend to stay here again the breakfast was really good a lot of choices

Only there for a quick overnight stay, was convenient to airport. Little shady don’t think I’d stay there again.

Showing its age but great shuttle service to airport, cruise ships and shopping. Breakfast bar was average. Staff was very helpful!

We arrived early when we got off our cruise. Front staff got our room ready within an hour and even offered us breakfast. Very friendly staff. Courtesy shuttle to trans station and airport.

I would stay again. Better than a lot around Seatac.

Rooms were dusty and a little musty, almost as if the carpet was wet. The front desk to get a blanket and it never came.
