The hotel is generally praised for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Its location is also a highlight, being close to various attractions and restaurants. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the construction noise, parking fees, and certain aspects of the service.

Hotel was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the space needle complex. Easily walkable to a few restaurants.
- 5/5
Only stayed for one night. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great people. Perfect location to walk everywhere.
- 5/5
As described, breakfast available, near space needle and cruise terminal
- 5/5
Close to attractions

Check in process was easy & smooth. Front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Our room faced an empty parking lot & around 2 or 3 am heard some commotion going distracting from our sleep but it stopped after. On the last day around 3:30 had to ask the front desk for the maid to clean our room. I felt it should have been done sooner. The gentleman host at the breakfast buffet was attentive & very helpful. The bartender in the evening was great & enjoyed the hospitality

Enjoyed the stay will stay here again.

You can hear everything! Thin walls, floors. Just noise from all directions. Friendly staff, clean,Modern design and the location was excellent.
- 4/5
Nice quiet location close to Needle , showing and restaurants areas
- 4/5
The room was clean as a whistle and a good place to relax and adjust to the west coast time zone. Just the night we needed before our cruise!!
- 5/5
Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms.
- 5/5
The location was great .

Clean hotel, great location
- 4/5
In a nice location near lots of fun Seattle attractions. Well kept and worth the money considering the quality of the hotel and location. We’ll be back!
- 3/5
But room was in the 2nd floor. Window was blocked by an AC cover. Room Wifi requires to join an hotel club (!?). I do not want to join unnecesary sites for a wifi that should be free available. That’s bad The bathroom did not have a glass or a cup to put toothbrashes. Other hotels usually provide these items
- 4/5
Clean place downtown close to the Needle in walking distance. Did not like the pay to park on the property. They do offer a shuttle to the cruise port for a fee. No free Breakfast. I found Seattle charges you for most everything.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Perfect for short stay in Seattle!
- 5/5
SO GREAT For our kids! Plenty of space in the room for our luggage the night before the cruise. Perfect walking distance from the space needle! Right next to a grocery store (we popped in there a lot for warm food and delicious sandwiches). Wonderful and helpful staff who deal with screaming kiddos and stuck up snobs all in one lobby… we were impressed. The breakfast is a buffet that you have to buy but it was pretty good. It was decently priced and the guy working it was super kind and helpful with our kids! The room was tidy and the shower had great water pressure and heat! They have a shuttle to the cruise ports that you pay for day of , cash, BUT you sign up for it the night before to get your time slot so don’t forget to do that. Nice outdoor patio
- 5/5
Rooms were ready both times and staff was super helpful!! Breakfast smelled good but we did not indulge!
- 5/5
Great location. Nice property. Nice helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Enjoy
- 4.5/5
Good location - you can walk to the Chihuly Garden/Museum, the Museum of Pop Culture, and the Space Needle. There is a grocery store a block away. The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of variety and food was hot. The hotel was quiet - I didn't hear my neighbors. The staff were friendly and helpful - I was able to leave my bag before and after check in. Note: the ride to/from the airport with Uber or Lyft is $60 to $70. There isn't anything.

Quint little hotel, walkable distance from space needle and MOPOP, has microwaves on all floors and guest laundry facilities too. Most service staff are mexican and may have difficulty understanding English.

Dryers lint trap on the 3rd floor and ice machine need repair. Wish they had a swimming pool. Great stay otherwise.

High price for what you get! Carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time! Food was ground into carpet, litter all over. Not much for setting area, if you want to eat, it was like $20 for a sandwich and or an omelette! Needs some upgrades!
- 3.5/5
The hotel's location was perfect for us, and it was super convenient to have a parking garage in the hotel. The bed was comfy and spacious as well. The room was a good size with all the basics, including great towels. They charge about $30 per day for parking, which makes the stay significantly more expensive. The pillows were also essentially filled with air, so not comfy at all. The elevators were super old and slow.

Room was clean and close to the port and the Space needle. Restaurant was convenient.

This is a great price for a great location! There was an elevator that wasn’t functioning, but the staff member placed us near the one that was working. They were very nice and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and fully stocked with supplies. The laundry area was conveniently located and reasonably priced.

Very good
- 4/5
The location is great but the main elevator didnt work during our whole stay. We had to use the stairs more than we wanted to. Theres is a second elevator but it is old as well.
- 3/5
Basically Tyler was great. Most of the staff was rude. Shower rod falling off the wall. Supposed to clean every other day, didn’t clean for four days. Probably would avoid this property in the future. I’m Diamond with Hilton and this was the first Marriott branded property I’ve stayed at in years. Wasn’t compelling for the brand for sure. The breakfast buffet they want to charge $22 a day for is basically the same the Hampton across the street has for free. Coffee was good though. I give it credit for that. And again Tyler at the front desk was a credit to the property. Truly the only one.
- 5/5
Breakfast great. Rooms xlean

Honestly, the hotel is just okay. The staff was friendly, and location is convenient. Our room was at street level, and we had no privacy. We could not raise the blackout blinds because everyone passing by could get a clear view of the inside. Our room was extremely noisy. We could not sleep at all. There were huge thuds and bumps all night. Extremely annoying. I also found the beds to be too soft for my liking. And Four Point- what's up with the penny pinching? I paid $350/night for a room, and you leave me ONE bottle of water, no tissue box in the room, no microwave, no electric kettle. It is a let down. Imagine yourself in a slightly upgraded motel with no free breakfast.

- 5/5
Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and free parking.
- 4/5
Clean, updated, priced well
- 5/5
This hotel was great. Every thing was convenient except our GPS sent us to the wrong address and the cost of breakfast was outrageous! $22 for each of our eight people in our group. I expect much more than the usual food for that price.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

Great staff! Great room, quiet area and a decent breakfast selection .

Mold in the bathroom, no exhaust fan and we found rock hard pieces of a hamburger bun on the floor.
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I genuinely feel well taken care of at this specific property.
- 5/5
Walkable, close to Space Needle , Chihulli, Museum of pop culture.
- 5/5
It was very convenient. And everyone was so pleasant. We will definitely go back. Thank you to all of the staff.
- 3/5
The hotel was great but the 3rd party shuttle service was horrible. It was an issue with being picked up at the airport. Almost an hour late and poor communication. The driver was wreck less. Same with the shuttle diver to pier 66 the next morning.
- 3/5
I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry.

It was a nice place to stay
- 5/5
Stayed at a 2 queen bed room. Beds were super comfy, noise level was minimal despite having window facing the street. We had a minor inconveniece our first night with the tub not draining the water, but was kindly resolved early next morning.
- 4/5
Clean room and very friendly staff with prompt service. However, the pillows are terrible. I almost considered buying some pillows just to get me through the trip.
- 5/5
Shane was very kind at breakfast. In a world where it’s hard to find good help, he made sure I knew that I did not like scrambled eggs that you guys make eggs to order as well. That was very kind. He didn’t have to do that and I sure appreciate it, even though everything at the buffet was good. He was any extra mile of people can go is awesome! The lady who checked me in was really helpful as well!
- 3/5
The service was not as good as it could have been. I had to ask to have the room serviced.
- 5/5
We had a very nice stay. Beautiful view of the Space Needle. Comfortable beds, very clean room.
- 5/5
Great please to stay
- 4/5
I was placed in a room on the 2nd floor. I noticed ants in the bathroom. I'm not sure if this is the season for ants roaming around, but oh well. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I saw a roach crawling on the bureau. I couldn't wait to get out of the room. While the room was clean and the staff were very helpful, the hotel needs an exterminator.
- 5/5
Great location. Great customer service. Thank you!!
- 4/5
Our room was very clean. Staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was not included in my booking. Garage access was excellent.
- 5/5
Check-In was quick and I like that the onsite parking is secure, you need a keycard to get into the garage. The room was nice too!
- 5/5
Always stay here when we are in Seattle! Nice and close to the rink. Reasonable price and smells so clean!!

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding my recent stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Seattle, Washington. I am a Marriott Gold member and the experience I had — and that my family was subjected to — was completely unacceptable. Three issues occurred during this stay: 1. CHECK-IN POLICY: I was denied check-in past 11 PM, an unusually early cutoff that required my sister to place her card on file as a workaround. 2. BILLING ERROR: Upon checkout, charges were incorrectly split between cards. The full balance was supposed to be charged to my card. This was a hotel-side error. 3. MANAGER MISCONDUCT: When my sister attempted to resolve the billing issue within ten minutes of checkout, the night manager was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly referred to me as 'some man' despite being clearly told I was her brother. When her fiancé joined the conversation to help, the manager continued to be disrespectful and showed no willingness to correct what is a routine billing adjustment. As a loyal Bonvoy member who has consistently chosen Marriott because I genuinely love the experience your properties provide, I am deeply and personally disappointed by the way myself and my family were treated during this stay. This was not a minor inconvenience — this was a failure at every level of service, from check-in to checkout to how your staff spoke about and to my family members. I have built a following of over 6,000 engaged followers across social

Great
- 3/5
hotel was good huge shame of no microwave in the hotel so not able to heat food up that you store in the bedroom fridge
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. We didn’t need anything during our stay. I chose this hotel for location and ease of parking. Both of those criteria were met. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Loved the underground parking garage. Super short walk to many local Seattle sites.
- 5/5
Definitely a nice property. Rooms
- 5/5
When we booked this hotel, it advertised free breakfast, but that wasn't the case. it was disappointing, but it didn't ruin are stay. Great location. will definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 5/5
easy check in and out, the location is great, parking is 30 per night …
- 5/5
The hotel was in a great location and the cleanliness was great. The only thing I wish was different was they no longer offered a continental breakfast, so the morning we ate breakfast at the hotel we had to order and pay à la carte.
- 4/5
We booked thinking there was going to be complimentary breakfast and ended up not getting that. And the pillows were definitely not the best.
- 3/5
Underground Parking is extra charge for $30 USD per night, similar charges if you chose to park on street or the private parking right beside the hotel, so that was extra cost on top of the hotel fee. May affect your decision of choosing hotel on Expedia.
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
I love how this hotel it’s very closed to the Space needle, restaurants, and other tourist places. The rooms are nice, clean and with a dicent space. I got a two queen bed room and it had a balcony which felt more homie. Room 216 to be exact. You have to pay for parking $30 a day and $22 for breakfast buffet if you would like to eat there. I also liked how it has a laundry room which you need quarters to use the washing and dryer machines. At the front desk you can get change but they ran out fast and then when you go to the stores near by they don’t want to change you a $5 bill so try to come prepare with coins if you would like to wash. $2 for washing and $2 for drying. You will need to put your clothes to dry at least 2 times because it doesn’t dry it on the first time. There is one dryer machine for $1.50 it only gives you 30 minutes and the $2 one gives you 40 minutes but like I said you will need to put it to dry 2 times specially if is a lot of clothes. This laundry it’s on the second floor. I don’t know if there are more in the other floors too. Rooms don’t have a microwave but there is one microwave per floor closest to the room that ends with 50. Like for us it was next to room 250. There is also an ice machine. There’s a bar at the lobby and gym too. FYI all the local places even hotel bar closed very early. By 9pm almost everything is closed except a gas station and dominos near by which is like a 5 minute walk depending on your speed.
- 5/5
Upgraded our room upon request to accommodate additional personnel, without any additional cost. Amazing.
- 2/5
No free Breakfast no free parking will not be staying here in the future next time in Seattle
- 2/5
Room was not ready for 3pm. Halls needed a vacuum. Elevator was filthy. Pull out sofa do not have any pillows or blankets even though I booked the room for 4 adults. We had to call for bedding and got one sheet and one thin blanket. Only 3 towels provided. Expedia said the room included breakfast. Then they wanted $22 per person for breakfast so we left early to get food elsewhere. My card was charged an extra $100 for a deposit. This was not communicated to me. I have to wait 3 business days for the refund?
- 3/5
The room was affordable, looked clean overall, my problem was why was parking separate no notice $30, and the breakfast was $22. Mind you the breakfast was the exact same as your run of the mill holiday inn. Just terrible on that regard.
- 5/5
Parking was too expensive but every place in Seattle is too expensive for parking.

Clean room, friendly, and helpful staff. We walked to the Space needle and it was less than 15 min walk. There is several cafes, bars, and restaurants in a walking distance. Would stay again if in Seattle.

This hotel was in a good location, walking distance to the space needle. Room was clean and the beds were comparable. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Everything was fine

The internet was good for standard web browsing. Video calls over internet and streaming was not reliable. Room was clean and offered basic amenities. Property was clean and was located conveniently to surrounding stores and attractions. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great stay! very clean!
- 1/5
The problem was with Expedia, not the property! Error on website/connection smh they're trying to charge me over $200. Couldn't call to speak with anybody. Scammers preying upon customers. Well Expedia: I an your customer no more!
- 3/5
I reserved this hotel among breakfast included but room came with breakfast $22. I would not reserve then if they do this way
- 5/5
There were a lot of restaurants nearby and plenty of street parking (you can pay with an app).
- 5/5
Accessible to buses and train station walking distance to the grocery shop and the nice thing was very close to space needle.....love the place. I hope they have microwave and electric kettle each room. You can hear people talking while heating there food outside the hallway.
- 5/5
Good location. We walked to the opera and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was expensive and there were a few small ants crawling on the bathroom floor, but the staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Clean, always smelled great, and staff was very friendly. It’s so close to the climate pledge arena, qfc, and many more places! Great stay for visiting the space needle, MoPop, or event at the arena.
- 5/5
Service was great and the room very clean!
- 5/5
Nice staff and a clean room at a reasonable price.
- 3/5
No hot water on our second day
- 4/5
Everything was great! The only thing that was off is the hot water was hard to get at times.
- 2/5
We stayed in Seattle the night before the Seahawks parade. Upon arrival, the front desk person was very rude! I walked up to the counter amd instead of being greeted, he barks “I need your ID”. No conversation or information was freely offered. I had to ask about parking instructions, if there was a cart for bags, and where to go! I was tired, so I didn’t bother asking for a manager at the time. The next morning, when it’s time to shower, no hot water! Not even warm. I called to the front desk and they said the boiler was down and it would be 10 mins. We waited another 2 hours and still NO hot water, even after they said it had been reset and should be back on but likely everyone is showering at the same time for the parade. It’s a hotel! It should be able to accommodate multiple showers at the same time! We couldn’t wait any longer and had to take a cold shower to get ready and out the door! Very disappointing!
- 5/5
Clean room, personable and efficient staff, great location!
- 4/5
Staff was great rooms were clean.
- 1/5
First, the sofa bed mattress in my room was extremely dirty. It was so unhygienic that I could not use it at all. It should not have been presented to guests in that condition. Second, there was a serious billing issue. When I made the reservation, Hotels.com deducted one night’s payment. However, the hotel charged me again at check-in and then charged me once more at check-out. I later realized that I was charged for three nights despite only staying one night. I called to resolve the issue, but I was told to call back at 6 AM because there was no manager on duty. This is very inconvenient and unacceptable, especially considering the overcharge.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were incredibly kind, and the hotel itself was nice and very clean. It was conveniently located near many restaurants, just a short walk to the Space Needle, and close to several bus routes. I truly loved my stay here.
- 5/5
Abraham was reassuring, friendly, and professional.
- 4/5
Room was spotless and bar and diner was ver accommodating
- 1/5
No warm water. I needed to shower for a big day but the water was ice cold. Front seat said there was a maintenance but it was fixed and to wait 15 minutes. We waited 2 hours and hot water never came. Left without showering.
- 5/5
We absolutely LOVED the area. We have not stayed in that area before, normally opting for the central part of the city. This hotel was quiet and part of it is on a dead end, so traffic noise is non-existent. The bed was the BEST we've experienced in the past 20 hotels in which we've stayed! The pillows were of extremely high quality and the linens excellent. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking was in a protected area underground and easy to access. We took an Uber this morning to Pike Place for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and there was a bar to get a drink in the evenings. We loved everything about this hotel and will book again.

Staff
- 3/5
The tv screen had a line going from top to bottom. The bathroom door and the shower door coming together, make showers very interesting. And the food in the bar was fantastic, however the bartender/server was really in a sour mood because, according to him, the cooked just walked away from the job. Not our problem, but he sure got us involved.
- 5/5
Staff and room were exceptional! Cozy feel and restaurant were nice.
- 4/5
Nice rooms. Seemed clean.
- 5/5
The housekeeping supervisor was also very communicative and attentive. The hotel facilities were excellent and the location perfect. My only criticism is regarding the room cleaning, which sometimes took two days without removing the trash and replenishing coffee and water. Unfortunately, I frequently had to request cleaning and replenishment of my room. Other than that, the hotel is perfect!! I loved being there.
- 4/5
It was basic but clean and quiet.

- 5/5
Clean and close to Space Needle.
- 3/5
There were 2 guests on the reservation but only 1 water in the room and 1 cup for coffee and no coffee.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was great and the hotel is near many activities
- 5/5
Great stay, good location.
- 5/5
Very clean Hotel with great amenities. Staff was super friendly and our room was just perfect. Very comfortable bed, very clean, and convenient because it was a 10 minute to the Space needle.
- 1/5
Staff was so very rude and unhelpful. Our room was so noisy and cold but I understand it’s a holiday. Still the front desk clerk was just rude and wouldn’t even help us with extra pillows or how to get the room to heat.
- 5/5
I booked the king bed suite room and it was super clean and spacious ! It was better looking than the pictures , it even had a small kitchen area. I was disappointed that there were not mirrors in the 2 bedrooms - the only mirrors were in the bathroom and a small one right in front of the kitchen - this makes it difficult when you have multiple people trying to get ready . There also wasn’t a big trash can in the kitchen area which doesn’t make any sense when you provide a space to make food and no where to toss it besides the mini trash cans . Otherwise I would stay here again but the minor things would def make things more enjoyable
- 4/5
Nice staff

Nice room, comfortable and clean. No complaints at all

It was a nice change from downtown. Easier to get to grocer store and restaurant.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
I was quoted one price from hotel.com and i gto charged 30 dollars more when i paid at the hotel. The person at the desk says if the price changes that i have to pay the hotel price.
- 5/5
Great, other than no wash cloths!
- 5/5
Room is very clean and cozy. Short walking distance from the space needle. Front desk was very accommodating and helped us find parking on site for our vehicle which was too tall for the parking garage. (Height limit is 6' 2" and my pathfinder was too tall.) We ate dinner onsite at the bar and for hotel food is very good and reasonably priced. Easy meal for us and our four year old with free refills on our sodas. I appreciate how friendly everyone has been. We are only in town for our kiddos procedure at Seattle Childrens Hospital tomorrow.

- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Spotless room and very well located!
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, standard business hotel conveniently located in Space Needle neighborhood.
- 4/5
Parking has to be free for the customers. Currently they have to pay extra for parking and it’s expensive
- 4/5
Overall a good stay and location for climate pledge and Seattle center. Main complaint is that the room could have been cleaner. There was a lot hair left on the bathroom shower wall that was pretty gross and would have been hard to miss. Made us question if the tub/shower was cleaned at all. Also, we were only allowed to have one washcloth, even after asking housekeeping for an extra, and we found this inconvenient and strange.
- 4/5
Good service
- 5/5
Room was perfect
- 4/5
Clean room free coffee in lobby close to our events
- 3/5
Building and rooms were nice. Lounge food and drinks were good. Breakfast was not included and wanted to charge $23 a plate.
- 1/5
If you stay they charge you double and won’t refund your money. Send you to customer services and you can’t get through to anyone without a number that is impossible to find. So upsetting. Thanks for taking all my money and not refunding me or allowing any help.Never again will I do this.
- 4/5
Room cleaning every other day was ok - would have liked to have known at check in. At least refreshing towels would have been nice. Lots of homeless people in the adjacent lots. Not a hotel issue just a note if you are walking places
- 5/5
Amazing front desk help.
- 5/5
Exactly as expected, comfortable clean room within easy distance for scootering or taking a cab
- 5/5
It was pleasant and convenient - would stay again!
- 5/5
The room was beautiful, comfy, cool and lots of pillows. Pillows are very important to me. Lol!
- 5/5
It was nice and clean
- 4/5
Yes.. staff were very courteous.
- 5/5
Great stay! Would definitely stay again
- 4/5
Great!
- 4/5
Staff were excellent. The room was basic but clean and no problems. The shower door didn’t have sealing flaps and thus leaked all over the floor.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now. Each trip has been fantastic. The hotel staff is always so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I genuinely can’t recommend this hotel enough! I also really like the location. There are a few restaurants within walking distance that are great, plus the restaurant that’s within the hotel is delicious. The price of the hotel stay can’t be beat for the quality you get!
- 5/5
Great staff! Room was very nice!
- 5/5
Very excellent in almost all aspects
- 4/5
Clean room, beautiful hotel, friendly & helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great welcoming staff, clean room and so convenient for our getaway!
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay. Was within walking distance to Climate Pledge Arena. Lots of dinning options. Will definitely look to stay here again for ease of location.
- 5/5
Everyone was welcoming and helpful.
- 4/5
Clean, room temperature can easily adjust, bed and pillows are comfortable
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast and dinner available was very good.
- 4/5
Great proximity to Seattle center and great coffee spots. Friendly staff and really comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great location, staff, and underground secured parking for a decent price!
- 1/5
Overpriced. Breakfast horrible
- 5/5
Nice and well-maintained property. Even though we were a big party, we were able to accommodate ourselves in the room perfectly. The room was very clean and nice!
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Great spot. We just wished the buffet breakfast was continental. Felt like it should have been for the price
- 5/5
Good service by Angel in the bar
- 5/5
Great location to stay and close to the Space Needle. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great parking
- 3/5
Not good, not bad. Its okay
- 4/5
It was downtown close to our family’s real dence
- 2/5
The carpets in the room were very stained and dirty. There were things left from previous guests in the room e.g. a sleep mask. The bed was very comfortable and the climate control was good. I asked for a kettle so I could make tea and was to,d they did not have them.
- 4/5
It’s an older building, there was a mess all over the inside of the elevator door?!? Gross! The garage is scary dark and is confusing as to what floor you parked on and no exit signs.
- 4/5
Was a nice hotel. Good walking distance to Space needle
- 5/5
Short walk to space needle and yummy restaurants
- 3/5
Inside the facility was fine, the room was clean, and staff were friendly. We went for a concert at climate pledge arena and the15 min walk was fine in the daytime but definitely don’t recommend walking to the hotel or around the hotel area at night. The last 2 blocks were a little sketchy as there was very little to no street lights, multiple homeless setups, and unmaintained sidewalks. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t speak to their food. Uber or ride-sharing was very accessible at this location.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was great, I was very concerned with the parking garage height limit. Staff member came out to make sure i didn't hit. Had about a half an inch of clearance. The extra step from staff was above and beyond in my opinion. Was in town for a concert and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Loved how we were only a couple blocks from space needle and could walk
- 5/5
Always love to stay here
- 5/5
Location was 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Space Needle. A QKC (Kroger) grocery store with a Starbucks inside was right across the parking lot. Very convenient to pier 91 cruise terminal.
- 2/5
The sheets were uncomfortable and loud, the bathroom layout was weird and I had to break my back to reach the toilet paper, the towels were paper thin, the body wash was out, the pack-n-play was incredibly uncomfortable, and the lighting was awful.
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and clean. Easy walking distance to Seattle Center to visit Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens and other Museums.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was a great experience
- 5/5
Good location everything near the hotel
- 4/5
Lean room. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Poor lighting in bathroom.
- 5/5
Wonderful! Clean! Quiet!
- 5/5
Breakfast personal services are not efficient
- 5/5
Everything in order.
- 4/5
Excellent staff service, Veronica was superkind
- 5/5
Rooms were clean lots of room. Staff was nice.
- 4/5
Staff is very accommodating, since our flight is not until 5:30 I was given the privilege for a late checkout.
- 5/5
check in was easy! Parking was safe and convenient, and walkable to lots of things!
- 5/5
My husband and I flew in early to Seattle so we went straight to hotel to ask if we could drop off luggage and the front desk lady greeted us with a smile and said it was fine . We got back to the hotel around 1:30-1:45 and a different young lady also greeted us with a smile and informed us our room was ready so we could check in early which we appreciated because we were tired . She also answered our questions regarding taking shuttle to take us to the port for our cruise . She schedule the pick time for us . Once we checked out a different young lady also greeted us with a smile and printed my receipt which i asked for . Overall great customer service .
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Excellent experience all around. Great location, very clean, helpful staff.
- 4/5
Close (walking distance) to Spqce Needle. A lot of good restaurants around.
- 4/5
I thought the breakfast was expensive and not very good. They had one waitress and she appeared to be the server and also restocking the food supply. She wasn't very helpful with making sure the customers including myself had what we needed.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Very comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room spacious and very clean. A few good restaurants within walking distance. Not too far of a walk to Monorail. Very good buffet breakfast.
- 5/5
Staffs were friendly, and the room was quite clean and spacious.
- 3/5
This is an “ok” hotel downtown Seattle. It felt a bit run down. And the area seemed a bit questionable. One of the staff said not to walk at night outside. Elevator was very slow. I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Restaurant tables not cleaned efficiently for next diners at breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent location with access to a mini-mart nearby.
- 5/5
The room was bright, clean, and inviting. The restaurant on the premises was convenient.
- 5/5
Staff friendly. Would have liked free continental breakfast
- 4/5
Homeless population closeby. One staff person at the desk didn't greet us several times we interacted (tall, very thin woman) One man, however, was very kinds and helpful to us.
- 4/5
Area around the property was dodgy: - Several homeless people living/openly urinating near a retaining wall adjacent to Mercer St - Cars lined up outside the side entrance door of the hotel with people vaping/living in them - Inconvenient to walk to other parts of the city as you would have to walk around a huge unmaintained vacant lot lined with trash, then under the freeway on Mercer St which looked dangerous This area like many other parts of Seattle, previously known for its great restaurants, coffee shops and activities, now appears to be in a general state of decay, despite the unprecedented prosperity of Microsoft, Amazon and Google who have offices based there. This screams government bloating & mismanagement. The government is doing a very poor job of helping the homeless & local businesses thrive, with many businesses shutting down & people leaving the city.
- 5/5
The property was clean, it had a very friendly staff. There is a grocery store within about 4 minutes walk with a big variety. The neighborhood was ok, not too sure if I would want to walk around after dark. Plenty of transportation to get around and close to attractions.
- 5/5
This was a nice place to stay. We stayed one night before our Alaska cruise departing from Seattle. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The large room accommodated two adults and our luggage easily. With comfortable beds and a very clean bathroom, this fulfilled our needs perfectly.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean
- 5/5
I liked that it was within an easy walking distance to the Space Needle. Also, Jacob was an outstanding front desk clerk. He was very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
It’s fine
- 2/5
Ice and microwave were on the other side of the floor. Rooms are in a C shape
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, but freeway noise comes right through the windows. Wear earplugs if you’d like a decent sleep.
- 2/5
shampoo was so diluted in water, and carpet needs to be renewed
- 5/5
Very quiet at night which we enjoyed!
- 4/5
Good hotel. Breakfast was expensive and should be included but the QFC and Starbucks is a 2 minute walk away
- 4/5
Area around hotel not very desirable
- 5/5
All great
- 4/5
Its a good hotel. grab the trolley or rent a scooter by the hour.
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Great location. Early check in made our day.
- 5/5
This hotel was clean and convenient to the Space Needle and POP Museum.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
Nothing great
- 1/5
Didn’t like anything. Poor dining, room cleaned twice in nine days.
- 4/5
Hotel is close to the Space Needle and Attist Garden areas. Staff was very helpful. Grocery store across the street.
- 5/5
Liked the bed comfort, spacious, nice and clean. The kitchen very convenient.
- 4/5
Was surprised breakfast and parking were not included. Web site, said nothing.
- 5/5
The area looks sketchy but we didn’t see anyone sketchy at any time so our concerns for our vehicle outside were not necessary. All parking is paid parking (underground, on the street or in the parking lot across the street $35 USD approximately for each of them). Staff all happy and helpful. Elevator is oddly slow. I counted 30 seconds going down and up including one stop to pick someone else up but waiting for the elevator was always 2 - 5 minutes. All guests we spoke with said they noticed the same. Others that have previously stayed there said it’s always been like that. Room, bathroom and everything in them is clean with all necessities provided. Beautiful view of the Space Needle, very close by although our view was facing in towards a very pretty courtyard. The hotel obviously has 4 sides and a full courtyard outdoors in the middle. Check in and out was very easy. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the attendant offered more specific items such as omelets, breakfast sandwiches etc could be custom made upon request included in the buffet.
- 5/5
My family stayed at this property before and after our cruise. The rooms were comfortable, clean and Brandon was phenomenal! His customer service was top notch even though we usually met him with a full lobby of guests checking in / purchasing items. He was
- 5/5
Great front desk staff.
- 3/5
Old carpets
- 5/5
Great staff. Building is dated. But overall stay was great.
- 3/5
Did not like Reception attitude at arriving.
- 5/5
It was great overall had an amazing stay will be back.
- 5/5
Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was always pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to walk to some attractions
- 5/5
Beds are comfy and clean and room a/c was a dream. Water pressure in shower is awesome!!!!
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice when we arrived. Room wasn’t stocked with towels and coffee. Needed additional items.
- 5/5
Incredible stay. SO close to iconic Seattle spots. So clean, so friendly. Good deals at the restaurant/bar.
- 3/5
Although the hotel itself was clean, it needs to be redone throughout. The breakfast buffet was terrible and we hated the area and location. We would not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Amazing front desk, i wish i remembered the gentlemans name who assisted me but he did an amazing job especially with juggling others needs at the same time! The right elevator might be the only complaint as it was tricky and took some time.
- 5/5
Hotel was very hard to find the entrance
- 1/5
Bedroom didn’t have a sheet for my kids bed and we had to wait hours to get into our room.
- 3/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Building is older and requires an update to the interior.
- 4/5
Property was close to downtown and the Space Needle. Hotel was a little dated.
- 4/5
The only thing I didn’t like that they didn’t clean my room was staying two nights had two different reservations
- 4/5
Pleasant stay close to everything we wanted to see and so
- 5/5
Several food options within walking distance. Jacob at the front desk was outstanding. The negative was, there's no place to hang your towels.
- 5/5
Cant say enough about the polite and helpfull staff!
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the beds super comfortable. It was an easy walk to a grocery stir and the space needle .
- 4/5
All was good for the price, area looks in decline. Breakfast buffet was very nice, however whipped cream for pancakes was spoiled, became ill that evening.
- 4/5
Great to stay if walking to Climate Pledge Arena.
- 5/5
We stayed here before and after our cruise. It was a perfect hotel and in a great location! We could see the space needle from our room also!
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean but inside the elevator was fingerprints and unknown smears on surfaces. No washcloths in bathroom is a bummer. The cost was for a premium hotel at $500 for 1 bed but there was no view and a huge A/C unit with humming noise directly out the window. It was a moderate, worn hotel with no breakfast included. The stay was fine but the price did not match the amenities.
- 5/5
Great Room
- 5/5
Well, the hotel is great, but the area surrounding could be a bit more cleaner and safer looking
- 4/5
There is limited dining on the area!
- 5/5
Parking is expensive $30 per night .. which seems preety expensive , they shd give free or atleast charge less for customers over all its good everything near
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
Could not Believe breakfast was so expensive for the same thing you could have for free at a holiday inn And the fact maid service was not everyday Pathetic.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms and quiet.
- 5/5
We stayed for one night after a cruise. It was in a great location and the staff were excellent! Would definitely go back.
- 1/5
Had a terrible experience .. staff was really bad .. no cleaning of my room grrr never again
- 3/5
Rooms and lobby were clean. I would not give an overall high rating due to the fact that there was no airport shuttle although it was nice that the staff was able to assist us in finding a ride to the airport. There was also no continental breakfast. Base on the price of $400 per night, the amenities were subpar.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable for our weekend stay. Really enjoyed the collective just across the street for dinner and drinks! We did not see a housekeeper though and had to ask multiple times for towels and toilet paper to be restocked.
- 4/5
Shower had very hard water
- 4/5
Hotel was very nice. Clean, quiet, and convenient to walk to tourist spots in Seattle. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our vehicle was too tall to fit into the garage on site so the hotel has an agreement with the lot next door. Lot next door is shady looking vacant lot with no apparent parking structure but we had no problems while parked there. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Solid staff, however rooms have poor sound proofing, and there is plenty of noise late at night.
- 5/5
Hotel is close to city center. Staff was great. Check-in was easy and fast. Room is spacious and beds are very comfortable. Food was fantastic. Will stay again!
- 4/5
Toilet too low. No handicap bars. Not really accessible like it should be.
