That view!! Excellent. The breakfast could’ve been better, just not much of a choice. I thought we were going to get a buffet style breakfast. The shower door wouldn’t close all the ay, but the floor didn’t get wet. I think all bathrooms should have an exhaust fan and a scrub brush. Other than those things I had a great stay and will stay there again.

If you stay only 2 nights you have to request house keeping to clean your room and change towels, not a big deal if you are a solo traveler, but with children, parking is expensive so pay ahead 25 upfront, is better than 45 per day. The menu on the restaurant is limited but what they offer is well made and have many options around the hotel. My only complain was that they were working on one of the elevators and was noisy, luckily my room was far away from the elevators

Parking mice

We were there for 4 days and they did room service only once. When they did they only made up one of the two beds, did not take away any dirty towels and left us only one new towel. Also, the hotel is very noisy

The value is pretty low for the cost; no breakfast, no happy hour, etc. And then $50 each night for parking!!! That’s insane!

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, no concerns. The staff was very pleasant, the food was good, everything was very nice and modern looking which all made for an enjoyable stay. The parking fee however is pretty terrible. We stayed for 2 nights and were charged for 3 FULL days of parking which hurts considering check-in is after 3 pm the first day and check out is at noon on the last day. This ends up being an extra $140 charge as it sits now so budget accordingly. Try to find parking elsewhere if possible. If you plan on ubering/using other transportation, this is otherwise a great stay.

This property is dated and worn. My room was hot and would not cool, so maintenance had to be called to fix it. Once that was done, the fan started making a screeching sound every time it turned on to cool the room. This was a long and sleepless night.

Our room was right next to the supply closet so there was noise first thing in the morning. The walls are very thin so we could hear every person coming out of their rooms and in the halls. Parking was nice, except for the exit to the garage is VERY narrow so it was difficult to get out of. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and nothing else then this might be good, but I wasn’t impressed.

Great location - took the Kenmore Air from Victoria to the Lake across the street. Very convenient. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good.

The breakfast offers were good with some fresh baked pastry. The dinner was a disappointment. However, there are many good restaurants in the walkable neighborhood.

I would have given 5 stars if I could have seen the water views from the windows.

This Marriott was very modern and in a great location, but the service was horrible. The elevators broke down on Saturday afternoon and nobody that worked at this Marriott seemed to care. I usually stay at Marriot Hotels, but this one I will avoid on my next trip.

Breakfast menu was good. The fridge in our room (435) smelled bad; needs cleaning. We had problems with exiting the garage; the ticket was refused twice, and we had to use the red 'call' button at the exit to let us out.

The staff were very nice and helpful! The rooms were very clean and comfy. Parking in the garage was nice, had some hiccups but they were very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Thrilled with this stay. Perfect location across from Lake Union and great trails along the water as well as nice views of nearby Space Needle. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Parking garage was safe and secure and easy. Breakfast was so good with several choices~hot and cold items. Bistro has great food at reasonable prices~everything fresh. Really good guacamole. The rooms were roomy and clean with very comfy beds. Extremely happy with this choice and will remember for future stays.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 days. My room was updated to waterfront view but the window was so dirty with bird poops. Parking was $40 + $10 tax and fee, so it’s $50 per day, extremely expensive!!!

One in particular that I wish I had got the name of hung up on me multiple times when attempting to get help on locating the hotel due to the fact there are two hotels in Seattle. Staff was very knowledgeable about the things to do in the area. Only thing I didn’t like was when I asked them to come clean the room and re-do the beds, all they did was take my used towels and get me new ones. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The Room was clean the Pillows were in horrible over use state. Very flat not cervical support. I was shocked. We had to get more the following morning. We were shocked the parking was $40 a NIGHT. A charge for internet etc. The breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced.

The gym was nice and had enough weights and machines to complete a few full workouts and it was open 24 hours! There was always ample parking, but at a steep cost. The location of the hotel was nice, but it would have been nice to have more clarity on the room that we were paying for. "City view" could mean a view of the tall buildings of the city or a view of some apartment complex and dumpster bins down below.

Excellent hotel

I was directed to park in the underground garage. There was nothing mentioned about full size trucks were supposed to use a separate garage for more oversized vehicles/trucks. As a result of not being told the top of my truck hit one of the "lower' plumbing pipes damaging the satellite/GPS antenna. I hope I will not be given the run around where the hotel doesn't want to pay for the damage.

Staff said it’s common for guests to complain about it but never said anything to us before they put us in that room. At 9:30 PM, we couldn’t take it anymore and we had to move rooms to the other side of the hotel where you could still hear the rave music. A bank of three elevators, only one elevator working all weekend Lobby was in a very cool temperature so when we ate dinner in the bistro, we were cold. I would not stay here again

M Courtyard is always dependable. Bed was okay but a bit hard. Not the normal sift king I'm used to at a Marriott. Pillows were soft but rather thin, bath towels were CHEAP for a M Courtyard!!! I will not stay there again unless that was the only quality place to stay.

The hotel was lovely. Great location. I got breakfast and parking included, which was a great deal. Breakfast is made to order in the bistro. Only downside was that the beds were way too firm and the pillows were awful for a nice hotel. Literally the only downside, but kind of a big one.

Although you are in the city, the lake gives a feeling of calm and openness. Very enjoyable to watch the seaplanes takeoff and land on the lake.

Cons: I’m not sure this is really a “con” per se if you want convenience and walkability in the heart of a large city, but it’s not necessarily quiet late night on a weekend, or as tranquil and safe feeling on the outside. You definitely feel secure inside the property, but there’s a lot going on outside and you need to watch yourself. Marriott mobile key didn’t work for me and I couldn’t get contactless check-in.

High price for this level of hotel

A hotel of this magnitude you would think would offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, sadly no. Force you to go to starbucks, and no the room coffee does not cut it.

I liked that it was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The walk/bike path across the street was very convenient. The “lake view” wasn’t as clear and unobstructed as I was expecting, based on the pictures. There is a lot of traffic on the road in front of the building, so it was occasionally noisy from that. But within the hotel was relatively quiet. The front staff was very helpful and even arranged a 3am ride to the airport. The only complaint I had was that the shower was dirty (dirty fingerprints, a booger, and other strange smudges on the wall, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash bracket attached to the shower wall had lots of built up dust and grime, as well as a hair, so it looked like it had not been wiped down for quite some time. I went to the front desk and explained it to the staff, and they said someone would come clean it within the hour. I left for dinner and when I returned, it had not been cleaned, but both toilet seats had been lifted up. Not sure if they got the wrong message and someone cleaned the toilet instead of the shower.

The hotel was generally in good condition and excellent area. I did not like the comfort of the bedding, the pillows seemed very low quality and uncomfortable. The AC unit was also not very functional, it was a hot day and we set the temperature to 68 and it would not go below 72 so it was warm even at night.

Too expensive. Wanted to charge me more than $100 more to stay an additional night. We obviously did not stay the additional night.

Options for food were good. Nice bar and breakfast was good. Bed was ok. Sheets were very stiff… clean but stiff.

Disappointed in stay. Price crazy high and another 50 to park. Was told had free breakfast and then went to use it wasn’t on list. Waited over 30 mins for help. Also charge for restaurant in my bill unsure what that’s for and a master card charge. I was there less than 24 hours and did order anything in room or restaurant. Ridiculous!!!! Accessible room only water from shower goes all the way to front door. Was a mess. Won’t stay again

Made our stay in Seattle /UW easy. All staff was very hospitable. From front desk to housekeeping to bartender. Loved the options at front desk area- ice cream sandwiches were a family hit!

Stayed here before. Really nice facility. Tons of amenities and really good staff. If you’re a sucker for looking at a body of water there’s a great view from you window. Or you can literally walk across the street and see it. Really like this place.

The front desk staff were outstanding and it was incredibly convenient and close to Pier 91 if you are cruising Princess or Holland America or other cruise lines. The hotel was super clean, modern and our room had a stunning view of Lake Union which was a lovely surprise.

This was a great hotel. The only exception is the scent in the lobby is overpowering. I got a migraine every time I walked through. It would have been 5 stars all around if it wasn’t for that.

It was surprising how poor the service was. I’ve stayed at Marriot Bon Voy properties all over the world and usually the staff are great. At this property the front desk staff were abrupt and rude. The gentleman running the Bistro was loud and rude on a couple of occasions. The food in the bistro was aweful.
