It was well decorated and up to date, pretty nice

From the lobby to the rooms everything extremely clean and wonderful. Staff were super friendly and helpful and this hotel was a great stay !! Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

The location is good however be very careful because they charge $150 extra for a small dog. Most other comparable hotels charge $35. I can’t help but wonder if the Dow‘s working the front desk charged us $150 and just pocketed the money. We were on a time crunch so could not cancel and go elsewhere. I will never again stay at a Moxie hotel.

Super easy and informative check-in, fun and charming decorations in the lobby and in the room, and the free drink was a nice perk. My room wasn't huge but felt very clean and comfortable with enough space for my needs. Ended up at fancier hotel a few blocks away the next day for work and had a much less positive experience. Would very happily stay here again.

It was great to be able to have fresh coffee, snacks & bar service without having to go out. Nothing. I would quite happily stay there again & or recommend to anyone.

The hotel was so much fun and the staff were amazing! Very, very friendly and helpful. The only downsize is the room is pretty small, but as we were only there one night, it was absolutely perfect.

The vibe of this property is more casual and fun than your average hotel. There were games in the lobby I clueing a teeter totter. I have t seen one of those in years, and I saw people using it too. The room was comfy with a more industrial vibe.

I flew in for a quick trip and loved my stay at Moxy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was full of cute and unique decor with various hangout areas including a chic bar central to everything. It the was the perfect stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times. I love the rooms, spacious king sized beds are soft and comfortable. The bartenders are friendly and fun. Everybody that works the front desk is friendly. I live in Seattle now so I don’t need to stay in a hotel anymore but I highly recommend this spot to my friends.

The staff had an amazing; very inviting/accommodating, attitudes. I absolutely loved the interior design throughout the hotel, it was very unique! I loved all of the amenities! I loved the location! My room was very quiet/peaceful (in spite of being located in a high traffic area), room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The room had an amazing view - was able to view the SPACE NEEDLE!!! I appreciated that the elevators were room key activated - provided an elevated sense of security! Would highly recommend to others for future travels to the area! MOXY was 10/10 for me!

Everyone was very nice, and they had my room ready before checkin. They were also able to hold my bag after I checked out until I was ready to leave. The asking for the microwave, and fridge thing is a little weird but very easy to request. I would recommend! It was very well priced too.

Great hotel in an excellent location! The staff was amazing, especially in the lounge area. I had a red eye flight home and they helped store my luggage so I could explore the city and relax until time to leave for the airport.

Overall it’s a great stay! Room and property were clean, staff was excellent with a swift check-in and check-out process. The only “cons” that were very minimal were the rooms are definitely on the smaller side and there was not a fridge which was slightly disappointing.

There was 2 elevators but 1 was not working, so we had to wait on 1 elevator only and it took forever to go up or down a floor. Decorations are nice, but room were kind of old. At least what made the trip memorable was the staff that was so nice and friendly.

I accidentally did 2 booking not realizing it was non refundable and couldn’t get my money back even tho I cancelled it immediately so I pretty much payed double for my stay which really sucks. One of the elevators didn’t work at all the whole we were there we have to wait over 5 minutes each time for an elevator. The first room we got placed in was not a city view which is what we payed it’s looked right into a wall for the room was small even tho we got a deluxe room it had broken lights the internet wasn’t working and it smelled bad. We ended up getting moved to a room that batter matched the description but it was still small so don’t expect anything spacious there

The overnight Front Desk person when I got there was welcoming and went above and beyond. I love the Moxy brand, unfortunately my heater wasn’t working. I get cold easily, woke up to my room being 65 degrees. Yes, I know… but to my body that is cold. I went to cvs to buy some medicine to avoid catching a cold. I did mention this to the Front Desk person in the morning. Other than cute hotel. Again, I love the Moxy brand!

Walking distance of things in town but some of the rooms , particularly mine, you have to keep the windows shut the entire time because it’s directly across from an office building with glass walls! You’re literally close enough to see what’s on the people’s monitors! It’s a nice hotel as long as you don’t get a peeping tom room

I thought I enjoyed my stay however, there were a lot of slammed doors throughout the evening. The bed is firm, not enough blankets for such a cold room, and I was mysteriously charged $41. I only bought two drinks and a snack at the front desk to talking to be about $16, so I’m unsure of the extra charge considering I was a tidy and respectful guest. Disappointing.

Probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever been in! The people at the bar/front desk were super nice and helpful, and the vibe of the place was awesome--love the Bigfoot theme. The showers are really nice and the bathroom is spacious. Quiet and comfortable room, and very conveniently located (easy to walk to the Space Needle, Pike Place, and museums). Close to some great breakfast/dinner options, too!

Our stay was great! The rooms are compact but everything you need is available to you. Parking is not affiliated with the hotel but available in the garage next door, for a decent price. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very welcoming. The rooms AC/heat worked very well and the rain shower head was fantastic after walking around all day. My boyfriend really enjoyed the coffee drinks using the drink tokens provided at check in. I would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights, hotel was well located downtown easy to get to everything, quiet location particularly at the weekend when the surrounding offices are closed, hotel was spotless and all staff we encountered were helpful and courteous, we loved the bar area with the various games available. Would recommend and will stay again when we return to Seattle.

We really liked our experience at the London location and so I was really happy we got to check out their Seattle location. As soon as I entered to check in I was greeted by the signature Moxy scent, it's citrusy and welcoming and I absolutely need to know what that is because I want my house to smell like that. The front desk is also a bar, so that made it really fun, we were given two drink tokens, to either get their batched cocktail or a espresso or hot chocolate, I loved that touch. Our room was spacious, a king size bed, a good size bathroom with a large shower and a little chair in the corner. Thankful that you can adjust the temp in the room, the London location had it set at a perpetual heat but this once we could actually adjust the settings. On one of the mornings we got up and actually used their gym which was decent, had a bike and weight machines and cardio machines perfect for an early morning session. The service here was really great, everyone was super nice and their lobby was always filled with people playing the games or just hanging out so it really was super cozy. My only gripe with this hotel is that there isn't included parking, so you had to park on the streets which is completely safe and fine but you have to remember Seattle's parking regulations. But overall, would stay here again, everyone is super friendly, the rooms are cleaned

Hotel is nice. The bar area had games and such, good place to hang out and have a drink. Room was clean, we got the 1 queen bed size room and it did feel a tad bit tight for my husband and I but it was still a good stay. If you have more than 2 carryons it might be better to get a bigger room or extra bed for the space. We were here for one weeknight and got in at 10 pm all the restaurants and bars were closed around us except for the pizza bar and that was not too far of a walk. Would stay here again.

The room itself was outstanding; very classy, trendy, spotless, and incredibly quiet. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and well thought out. From the service to the atmosphere, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The steamer was broken and I had to ask 3 times to get a new one. It was also broken (in a different way). So I requested an iron, which I had to also ask 3 times before I got it. The shower soap container was empty. There's no lotion in the room. The pillows were very thin. Although the front desk people were friendly, I will not stay here again.

The whole vibe was fun and not stuffy. The staff in all shifts were kind and funny.

No on-site parking, but plenty of street parking and a garage next door. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Room was clean before I came back for the night. A/C worked well. Room was a little small and had no appliances, but it said you could ask them for anything you need like a minifridge, microwave, etc. Overall lovely stay and would stay again!

Super cute place. Only critique we had was limited place to put/hang your clothes if you are there more than a couple days. Consider adding nightstands with drawers or under the bed drawers!

I honestly love staying at Moxy. I was introduced to this hotel when a colleague chose it for a group booking. While our group is staying at a different hotel this visit I flew in a day early and chose to spend the night at Moxy. My second visit here did not disappoint. I love the cosy atmosphere, the staff is consistently friendly, the location is convenient for good food, moving around the city, getting to work. I also find the beds very comfortable and I love the mood lighting in the room. The rooms are small but enough for me as I’m a pretty light traveller. Last night the girl working the front desk made me the best hot chocolate which was perfect for my evening arrival on a cold day. Post check out they are holding my luggage while I go for brunch. Thanks, Moxy team for another great stay!

One elevator was out of order. I bought a beer and it was both very expensive and very flat. We liked the area around the hotel but the actual hotel was subpar. We stayed here because we got a good rate but for the reasons listed above, we probably will not stay here again.

I cannot praise the staff enough! They brought extra blankets and an extra chair so my husband and I could sit in the room. They were responsive to requests . When my husband was having discomfort walking they found a cane someone had left to loan him. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return myself.

Hotel is excellent...clean, nice bar/lounge area, room was updated, clean. Walking distance to bars/pubs etc. in downtown Seattle.We only stayed one night as we were leaving on an Alaskan cruise the next morning. This what I believe you call a boutique hotel so they're certain things one would come to expect at normal chain hotels; that said, its a very cool spot I recommend. Would definitely stay again

This is the first time ive stayed in a hotel like this. Yes the rooms are small but everything you need is there. We got tokens good towards a specialty cocktail or nespresso. If you are traveling with family its nice to have someplace to gather outside of someones room. Staff was so friendly and welcoming!

The bed was comfortable, room was clean. Be aware that this property is has scaled down rooms by intent which was fine except for the lack of space for folded clothes. You need to live out of your suitcase which is a bit more challenging when there are two of you.

It was easily accessible for uber fares, and very convenient for dining/entertainment as well. The staff was very helpful and kind, which made the experience even more pleasurable. The only complaint we had was housekeeping. The first day we were there it was 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they still hadn't came by yet. There was nothing on the door that stated that they couldn't come in for whatever reason and we definitely didn't refuse service. We didn't see nor hear from them at all, so we had to go down to the main lobby and request for fresh towels and toilet paper. When someone finally showed up they did what we felt like was the bare minimum or if not less. They only gave us fresh towels, took trash and made the bed, no new roll of toilet paper and no sweeping or any other effort was made. The next day was a lot better. We left the hotel around 11:30 am and when we got back at around 3pm our room had been cleaned fully without us having to ask, which was nice. That was just the first time we have gone to a hotel in which we actually had to go down and ask for our room to be cleaned which was kind of surprising. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

The Moxy is a very unique type of chain, very focused on creating social spaces for adult travelers. Please know that the rooms will be smaller with little furniture. I have stayed at several and this has been my favorite. Excellent staff, really comfy beds, safe area of the city, walkable to the space needle and pike place

Extremely overpriced hotel. The room was mediocre: small and minimal amenities—no closet, safe, or refrigerator. The sink leaked water on the floor. The gym was adequate but had only one bench. The check in and reception done at the bar. The staff were all very helpful and tried to be accommodating but not worth the overpriced rooms.

The establishment was clean and had entertainment in the common area. The general manager gifted my wife & I after having a good conversation with us. The staff were ALL pleasant & when our iron stopped working, it was replaced with a new one within 1-2 minutes. One of my favorite stays!

I have enjoyed my most. I want to thank all of the employees one by one. For both their smiling faces and all their help! They made me feel at home.

The room itself was very small, and I was assigned one next to a service closet, which meant constant hallway noise throughout the night. Sleep was difficult due to the interruptions. The hotel's main advantage was its proximity to my workplace, which was convenient. However, overall, I found the stay underwhelming given the price point. In my opinion, the property is somewhat overrated for what it offers.

Nikki was awesome! So was the guy that was there too (sorry forgot his name). She was very accommodating and the kind guy gave us roses for Mother’s Day! They made our short staycation a very pleasant one! I would def recommend to anyone! The rooms are very clean with great shower pressure

Need to be more attention on the cleaning side accumulation of dust but overall ok.

I had to stay in a room without AC or heat and was so uncomfortable, it was ridiculous. I called the desk in the AM and was told a "pump" was out.. it would be fixed. I left for the day, came back, and it was still out. I called again and was told it would be fixed. I came back around midnight that night and SAID NOPE! Not again. I was offered a fan, I think NOT. RIDICULOUS. This should have been taken care of the night of. So, I was moving into a new room at 1 AM and leaving the next day. What a mess. The room was small, tight, and honestly not impressive outside of being suffocatingly stagnate air the two days I was there. What a nightmare.

The neighbors were too loud, it disrupted my sleep. My room did not have any view and I requested a room with a view.

This hotel was conveniently located near the pier which was close to some nice restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free drink after a long day of traveling. The room was small but very clean and interesting design. My only complaint was not having a coffee pot or at least free coffee in the lobby. And the door to the bathroom has an opaque glass that was too bright during night.

We had a very nice stay at Moxy. The location was great and the hotel was very unique. The vibes and decor were very cool. I appreciate everything about this hotel and hope to return !
