Price was better than other hotels in the area, the staff were nice and friendly at check in and they refunded our parking because it was supposed to be free parking when we booked without an issue. The beds were nice, the shower was great once we figured out how to use it. Could have used a garbage can and recycling bin in the room. We will definitely use this hotel again. Close to a lot and we were able to walk to our venue in about 25 minutes stopping for dinner on the way.

TV remote in my room did not work, and the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. Overnight parking was $56, including taxes, with no EV chargers available. Not a great value for the $$.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. The two bottles of water was $8 each so we didn’t touch that but they do provide spa water in the lobby. Each person working there that we encountered was nice. Breakfast was good as well. Would def recommend this hotel!

The air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, it could not be manually adjusted, as it was fixed at 65°F with no option to change the temperature.

Nice room great staff.

This is a wonderful hotel! The staff was amazing! Rooms big and clean! (Including your own workout equipment in room!) My only issue was the parking lot. I had a big truck and couldn’t really fit well in the parking lot. I know there’s nothing they can do about it, but just be warned that large vehicles can have some issues. Overall a wonderful hotel!!
- 5/5
Love everything about my day except for checking in, which probably took too long just waiting in line then later came downstairs for some snacks and not exaggerating. Waited 15 minutes to be helped while three employees were behind the counter helping two different customers. It would’ve been nice for them to somehow expedite my obvious small purchase. I wanted to bull to my room.

The room was clean and having an exercise space instead of sofa was fresh and nice add on.

Another problem was the lamp on the left side of the bed. The lamp was not working properly — it kept turning on and off again and again, which was very frustrating. Due to these issues, our overall experience at this hotel was very bad. We had planned to stay for two days, but because of the uncomfortable conditions, we could not continue our stay. Also, the night shift staff service was disappointing. My son asked for a bottle opener, but instead of providing one, the staff told us to take it to the room, open the bottles ourselves, and then return it. This is not the level of service we expect from a hotel. I usually do not complain, but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. Expedia, I do not accept this type of hotel standard or service.
- 3/5
Facilities are acceptable for a 3-star hotel. The location is convenient, but it is very noisy due to traffic from the main road nearby. The biggest issue is the poor soundproofing — you can hear water running and shower noise from the room upstairs.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Parking can be tricky especially when you find it and haven’t checked into your room. You need a room key to use the elevator to get to the lobby.
- 4/5
My room didn't include breakfast.

Location: Walking distance from my meeting on Monday. VIew special: I paid $20 for a room with a view. My view was onto the wall of another high rise building and the roof of a parking structure. I was told that one could see the space needle from the room and so it was considered a "view room" -- to see the space needle one had to press ones left cheek against the window pane and, yes, there was a glimpse. I want my $20 back.

Clean room, but some aging furniture. Room could have benefited from a luggage rack.
- 4/5
Parking was good the majority of the trip, but the last night the parking lot was full and there were a number of guests scrambling for a space. Thankfully parking was free on street that night. Our room wasn’t cleaned on day. Overall, clean, and I know parking is no one’s fault, but the lack of cleaning and minimal response to that to make up for it was unfortunate.

Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was only given a room with one King bed instead of the double Queen I had reserved. Usually wouldn’t be a big deal but I was traveling with a work colleague, and the front desk couldn’t help us because there was no other available rooms.

We were stuck in Chicago due to weather and tried to reschedule our booking but hotels.com pointed us to Even Hotel and Even Hotel pointed us to Hotels.com. It is very unlikely I will ever use this service again.

Impressive place. Cleaned and very nice staff

Cool hotel in a great location.

When you are advised Breakfast is included this was not the case for us, you basically get $30 credit for 2 people which doesn’t cover the cost for two breakfast options and two drinks (one coffee and one Orange juice), we was charged an extra $11 to cover this cost. Parking is very expensive as well considering location. Otherwise pleasant enough stay for the price point.
- 5/5
I’m very picky about beds and pillows and thought these were wonderful! The parking garage is very tight though if you drive a larger vehicle it can be difficult to maneuver.
- 4/5
Parking in the cramped area with all the tight turns was problematic. Several times I had to back up to swivel around a corner or to get into a parking spot.
- 5/5
Fast, friendly check in. Hotel was clean and tidy.
- 1/5
This is the worst hotel experience i ever had. Rooms were terrible . There was this stench in the hallways like burning incense. Room has a thermostat that wasn't working. Rooms were extremely cold in a bid to keep out the nad smells. Called for help severally because i couldn't sleep in the cold, it felt like a freezer and no one showed up. Waited at the reception like forever. Finally made the hard decision to check out after about 5hours of checking in. No compensation at all, i was charged for the 3 nights i wanted to stay. Receptionist was so rude about it. Never again

A very highly scented hotel. It smacks you in the face when u enter.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet hotel
- 4/5
Limited parking available on site but we managed. Rooms were clean, walkable to different dining options or entertainment at the Space Needle.
- 5/5
Nice property. Bar was nice, with activity due to happy hour marketing. A bit away from the shore line activity for tourism but manageable with uber. Not a lot of dining options in walkable but what was there were nice and options adequate.
- 5/5
Staff and cleanliness was excellent.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful & friendly!
- 5/5
Great new and clean. Our room has a marker board!
- 5/5
It was difficult to find due to poor signage (gps kept saying we had arrived & we were in the middle of traffic congestion looking around & could not locate). Once we located the entrance & checked in, we were very pleased with our accommodations: clean, safe, we got a corner room that had a great view. We will revisit!
- 4/5
Friendly staff, spacious rooms, great area.
- 2/5
The good: the gym was really nice, rooms are fine. Nothing special but just fine. Quiet and clean. The bad: service was soooo bad. I went up and ordered breakfast and when I asked for milk or cream for my coffee, they told me I had to buy it from trh grab and go drink section. Huh? He walked me over to it 😂 Then when ordering breakfast, I wanted a la carte egg and toast, just one egg (on menu) and they kept ringing me up for a $24 egg breakfast and I continued to say no and point to menu, they said okay if you don’t want fruit and meat we just won’t give it to you, still $24. Anyway after about 5 minutes and a line piling, I caved into the big old breakfast. Last, I accidentally left something in the room. I’ve called room service and left about 5 messages for 3 weeks. Not even a call back. Never will I ever stay here again.
- 5/5
Lovely modern hotel with gym activity box in room
- 5/5

- 4/5
Room was nice and clean. Front staff gave incorrect information about the credit for breakfast. A car was added to my account incorrectly but staff removed it.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful during check in and arranging transportation to our terminal for our cruise. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
I had a lovely stay!!
- 2/5
That was horrible when you arrived at 11 pm after 3 hours driving then you have to find a park for your car even you paid $350 to stay in hotel for one night !!!
- 5/5
We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. The location was perfect for us. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was that at times, only one elevator was working. Still, it didn’t take away too much from the overall positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.
- 5/5
Great stay convenient location.
- 1/5
Booked a 2 Queen Bed room FOUR MONTHS IN ADVANCE get there, check in, go up to the room and open the door and it's single king bed. We had to sleep on the floor. Hotel just strugged their shoulders and said sorry we're sold out nothing we can do and to talk to a manager during the week. After getting a run around from the manager, Majd is his name, he finally told me they are going to do nothing. I think this should of been comped or discounted. Did not get what I paid for and no other options. Maybe if they would of told us at check in they messed up that would be one thing but they just moved us along and did nothing to help.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel to stay at. Every staff member was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were well kept and clean. They had great entertainment throughout our stay. They even had a laundry facility that was so convenient for quests. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
I loved the hotel and the location. There was just one downside to it: the parking garage. The spaces were incredibly tight and small. It was very hard to park our car. They also do not have chargers for electric cars. It was $45 to park for one night (plus a six dollar parking tax) and that seems way too high for a garage is so hard to navigate and park in, along with not having charging options. If we had known, we could’ve parked in another garage nearby for cheaper and they had chargers and much more spacious parking spots. Lesson learned.
- 2/5
This hotel really ties to nickle and dime you. The hotel staff wasn’t very helpful or friendly.
- 2/5
When we checked in at 4 our room was not ready, and there was no parking available in the parking garage.

- 5/5
Great location, amazing staff, and great stay totally recommend for those traveling or for work!
- 5/5
The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Safe, convenient to all things downtown Seattle, close to a picturesque park by Lake Union, and close to great restaurants.
- 4/5
Pros--clean room focused on health, soft beds, I love when hotels focus on the little details too like a shave ledge in the shower, convenient location, food and entertainment options nearby, fitness center looked great and there is onsite parking for $45. Cons--Parking was very hard to get into, not the gate, but the spaces are super tight if you don't have a tiny car. Getting back into the building from the parking garage is a little confusing because the hotel is two hotels next to each other and I kept entering the other hotel and couldn't get back around--probably my own issue but I'm sure it could happen to anyone especially tired. If you check out and turn in your key, it is difficult to get back into parking, but you can buzz the intercom and they will let you in.
- 3/5
It was clean, safe, and had some yoga equipment in the room. I don’t understand that you have to request maid service but have a door hanger that says take a breather. My coffee was not replenished, and that made me cranky. Starbucks saved the day on day 3. It was centrally located and served our purpose. But I think it could be better.

Good location. Parking is not good, very limited number of spots.
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and was very responsive to providing extra items. The area was a business area and in walking distance to restaurants at the marina. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
- 2/5
We paid extra for a city view, the room was facing other rooms and you could barely see the “city view”. Our friends who got regular rooms had a better view than we did. The parking was difficult to navigate and there was no information in the check in details. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Beds were super comfy. The in room yoga mat and foam rollers are a great touch. Unfortunately there is limited underground parking so we missed out.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Corner suite was nice and we didn’t get too much road noise on the 6th floor. Don’t pay for the parking though. This area has a ton of parking garages for MUCH cheaper. We ended up paying $12 at a garage instead of $45 on site at the hotel.
- 3/5
Sound of water running throughout the night and toilets flushing from the rooms around was loud and a bit frustrating. Great staff.

Abbie at the front desk made check in great! Hotel room was nice. Water pressure in the shower was not that great but other than that. Great hotel for a weekend trip.
- 5/5
Our stay at the EVEN Hotel was amazing as always. Merrill at the front desk took care of us at check in. Kat helped us at check out. Both were very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed. The two room exercise suite was spacious with great corner views.
- 5/5
It easy and convenient.
- 5/5
End of the year trip with the family. First time in Seattle. Rooms are comfy and decent size. Conveniently located close to the space needle. Wholefoods not too far as well as Hmart. Bus stop right outside the main entrance. If you are driving it is right by the I5 exit(mercer st). Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back.
- 4/5
Great property other than water pressure in shower. Was lacking to say the least. Would’ve been a 5 star review otherwise!
- 5/5
I LOVED THIS PLACE!!! And the location is so awesome. Felt so safe! And they had free water at the front, overnight receptionists, and everything was so clean, I was so happy. Thank you!
- 5/5
Nice property enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and friendly. Ended up being very dissatisfied with the breakfast service. I got the breakfast for two add on during booking. This turned out to be a $30 credit to use against the sit down breakfast menu which was conveniently priced either at $15 per meal or above so we ended up paying extra for breakfast which was not very good. Got my bill at the end and found that there is also an additional $10 in taxes on top of the $45 per night parking so parking was almost $60 per night. After all the added fees I did not feel this hotel was nice enough to warrant those costs. I have stayed in better nearby for less.
- 4/5
Nice place but check in is very late. Might be noisy if you are near the main road.
- 1/5
I paid for the breakfast package on expedia.. the hotel said i did not. The man at the front desk was so rude to me and my family. He was very unprofessional looking and his manners. I will be sending an email to the hotel directly. But am also very upset that expedia didnt pass what we PAID for to the hotel!!
- 5/5
I really liked staying at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and I felt it was super clean.

Our stay was wonderful! We got to the hotel 12 hours late due to our flights getting canceled and delayed. Sabrina went out of her way to make us feel at home. She was wonderful!! The breakfast in the morning was fabulous as well.

Hotel was very nice! Employees and staff were really nice. They allowed us to stay later on our check out day for a few more hours without charge. Room was clean and tidy. Water in room was very expensive though only downside.
- 4/5
Would stay again.
- 5/5
Like a 10⭐ star motel but cheap n i want a shower like that in my place...the 2 ladies i dealt with were very professional, really nice n gorgeous
- 3/5
Don’t be fooled by the breakfast deal. It is 30 dollar credit that can’t even cover the meals and the coffee for 2 people so you will have to pay extra.
- 3/5
Second time staying here and the person in the morning at the front desk is rude. Last year he/she was rude and again this year. Playing candy crush and i guess me turning in my keys makes them stop their game and is rude !!!
- 3/5
Aesthetically beautiful hotel and in a prime location, but not worth the price. Insulation is horrible; we woke up to a group of loud guys in the room nextdoor with the tv extremely loud. The steep nightly rate doesn't include breakfast, parking is $45+ taxes and fees a night and there's a chance you may have to park in the alley if the parking structure is full. You're not informed about parking taxes and additional fees unless you inquire with the front desk. We stayed for 2 nights and our parking bummed up to $135. They automatically apply your incidentals deposit and you're responsible for paying the difference. Lastly, our wall light in our room didn't work when we flipped on the switch. But we didnnt bother asking to have somebody fix it since we were only there for 2 nights.
- 5/5
Wonderful vibes and friendly staff
- 4/5
We chose this property as it was in a safer and quieter area than our last stay in downtown Seattle. The desk staff were so welcoming and kind. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were thrilled that there was an ice and water station on the eighth floor that we stayed on (I think those are available on several floors.) We walked to restaurants and Pike's Market, and it was easy to get an Uber to our concert. This was our first time staying at this property brand, and I will definitely look for this hotel brand for future travels.
- 5/5
We love this hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and the price is always right. A bit out of downtown, but walkable in 30 minutes or so.
- 3/5
Decent hotel, staff was good, area not the best.
- 5/5
Great location and staff. John Ybarra at the front desk is awesome.
- 5/5
Our stay was fantastic! Helpful staff and great location
- 5/5
Overall a great visit. But charging $50 for early check in to a room that was already clean and unoccupied is absurd

Not sure yet.
