Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of breakfast, the lack of daily housekeeping, and the high cost of parking.
- Clean and spacious rooms
- Convenient location
- Poor quality breakfast
- No daily housekeeping
- 5/5
Clean room, we liked that the pool closes at 11 pm and the included breakfast in the morning. Great location with lake view rooms.
- 5/5
Waffles and sides excellent Everything was wonderful
- 5/5
Our best stay was at this Residence Inn after a week of PacNW college touring! Incredible rooms, fantastic staff, and a balcony view overlooking the lake was the cherry on the cake. This is our go to place moving forward. 10/10!
- 4.5/5
Overlooking lake union The breakfast was awful. Quite busy and everything was empty. There were two waffle machines both were empty. Milk was empty for coffee. They didn’t keep up with refilling items
- 5/5
10/10 hotel as soon as I got there I knew it was the best choice for us. It was our birthday weekend we were going to a few things in the city so it was in a good location. Sunsets our gorgeous, breakfast was bigger then expected 10/10, allday coffee.
- 5/5
We had a great stay overall and would recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well maintained throughout our visit.
- 3/5
I was extremely disappointed with the bar at the hotel. That was such a pitiful place and l had no idea before booking my reservation it would be so small and not have decent appetizers. You have to do better especially for having Chandlers across the street. Just not what we expected. Your located in South lake union
- 5/5
The staff provided top-notch service from the start—everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. A huge highlight was the breakfast, which was fresh, warm, and offered a fantastic variety. I also highly recommend the swimming pool and hot tub area; everything was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel for its great hospitality and comfort, and I will definitely stay here again.

Room and staff were great. We requested a handicapped room....which we were given. It was great but it was the farthest away room from the elevator. It was very challenging for my wife to get to and from. (NEW Knee and no wheel chair.)

Exceptional
- 5/5
The property is well noise-insulated, with spacious designs in the rooms. Bathrooms are a bit small with no fans for air circulation. Balconies are cute and comfortable, with great views. Breakfast had options along with dietary options like gluten-free which was helpful. Parking garage was a bit hard for everyone to park aligned in each space, and a little high at $40/night. Staff was kind and friendly.
- 4/5
Check in was quick and easy and the staff was very polite. The suite we were in was clean and very spacious. The only problem was only 1 elevator running on a holiday weekend. Had to use the stairs one day because the elevator was taking too long.
- 3.5/5
The hotel was beautiful inside and the room was nice for the price.

One elevator was a bit of a challenge.. while the other is out. Was hard when it got busy! We loved the place will stay again
- 2/5
One elevator caused multiple guest to be stuck in their floors for long periods of time without being able to move their luggage, if you have kids, this is a big issue. Breakfast was chaotic, staff didn't filled the food fats enough and there were stretches of 30 minutes without Breakfast while you had to wait to eat

Location was great Urine on the couch, the lack of being able to use the pool or spa due to a pool party that was out of control
- 1/5
The hotub was brown other travelers were grossed out aswell Very loud construction starts at 4am no sound bylaws in that area we were told Shower head fell off on to my head im glad it was me not my daughter Room door locks were not working we had to scan multiple times to unlock our door
- 5/5
Friendly staff at check in. The suite we stayed in was more like an two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It had everything you would need to make your own meals in the kitchen. The breakfast included was amazing! Large variety of items to select from including rice and fresh avocados. I would definitely recommend this place.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a lot of options. I will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Breakfast better than Hilton!

I would highly recommend staying here! Great view, close too alot of things, friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere!

First, we called twice before booking the hotel if an emotional support animal (ESA) counts towards service animals so we could decide to book that hotel or find a different one because we didn’t want to pay a $150 pet fee which is outrageous in itself and they said ESA dogs counts towards service then after we book the hotel we contact the property one more time (the 3rd time) and they told us they would be charging us the 150 and ESA dogs don’t count. So two different front desk people lied to us and why so we could book and they could make money? They should have honored what the first two employees told us and not charged us. Second, they don’t tell you the whole hotel doesn’t have AC because it’s not working currently until you are about to check in. That should be on the website somewhere. People drive from far away sometimes to stay and to get there and then be told about AC? Terrible customer service and business. They could have kinder people at the front desk, especially because that’s the first hotel staff people see or speak too when coming into the hotel. The only positive was the room was clean and well maintained but next time do better. That was our first time staying and experiencing the hotel, and it will be our last time because of what we encountered. Thank you
- 5/5
Wonderful stay staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful The hotel was very clean We will stay there again
- 5/5
The room was great and breakfast
- 3/5
We were scheduled for 2 days and spent less than 24 hrs checked in.
- 5/5
Overall clean facilities, spacious room, and pleasurable experience. Views were gorgeousl. Love the included breakfast which included a waffle bar. The one thing that could be improved upon is the cleanliness of the little kitchen and kitchenware. Not egregious, but I did need to re-clean the water pitcher and glasses before use.
- 5/5
The view was perfect, laying on the bed being able to see the water was life giving! We will be back!!
- 5/5
Easy and quick to check-in, parking was easy and secure. Large clean room with everything you need. Great location.
- 4/5
Clean room. Decent free breakfast
- 4/5
Using the pool was terrible; the floor is extremely slippery. My son fell, and I almost fell too. They urgently need to replace the floor. The rest of the facilities are very good. The breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
Hot tub was great spot to chill The staff was Friendly

La estadía, el personal muy mable, la piscina muy limpia y su agua perfecta. Recomendable.

-One of the elevators was under construction, so the whole place had ONE elevator. Which made waiting for the elevator a VERY long process. -Parking was $45 plus tax a DAY! So we ended up parking on the street, not horrible, but not the best. -Our AC in our room did not work right. The living area was cool and both bedrooms were so hot. -There was a light bulb in our room that blinked like a strobe light. We reported it, but it never got fixed. Breakfast was great.
- 3/5
, one inoperable. Worst was only one elevator which made for backups.Breakfaxt was understaffed. Chipped paint in pool area. We love this hotel…likely to return. But some issue that I don’t normally sssociate with a Marriott property..
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was friendly, room service and housekeeping responded fast. Overall great experience
- 5/5
Lynn checked us in. She was absolutely fabulous! She was friendly and completed our transaction quickly; yet was able to inform us of all amenities. My son-in-law and grandsons used the pool and hot tub while my daughter and I used the game room. All of us had a wonderful time. Both mornings, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will definitely be back.
- 4/5
we didn't get the opportunity to use the pool or hot tub this time. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more sweet options like donuts or pastries.
- 5/5
Breakfast has plenty options to choose from
- 3/5
Our room was on the 3rd floor next to pool and play area. Our room smelled like acetone due to nail salon at bottom floor talked to front desk. And he stated he did not smell it. Gave us another room after complaining the second time
- 5/5
Bathroom sink was clogged and hot tub jets were not working the second day.
- 3/5
We’ve stayed at this property many times, it’s been one of our go too’s in the area. This last trip was disappointing and we may look to another property next time. Breakfast was lacklustre and the coffee ran out each day. At times there are no plates and the offerings are not like they used to be. Our room was worn and the patio screen was not in the tracks so it served no purpose. The heater/cooling system in the room blew hot air only. We drive a Tesla and were getting charged for using the charger. No where did I find any information regarding this including on the wall above the charger. The website says they charge for parking and that’s fine but nothing about the cost of the charger. We were never charged before except the last two visits. I think some transparency is needed here.
- 4/5
Bar was good, gym was nice, staff was great, only down side was parking was limited
- 5/5
If you can, bring a smaller car. My only knock was parking and how many people took two spots because they couldn’t park properly in the 78” clearance garage. Staff was very nice at breakfast though.
- 3/5
Hotel in general is a little older but fine. The room was nice minus the kitchen sink. It had a bad smell and the garbage disposal didn’t work. Room had a balcony with a view of Lake Union. There is a major road running between the hotel and the Lake so the balcony is pretty noisy.
- 5/5
The hotel is very clean but in need of renovation. It looks like the decorations were from the 70s.
- 3/5
At breakfast, the line was very long because the food ran out quickly and refills took a long time. Overall, the service was slow.
- 4/5
The staff did an amazing job refreshing the breakfast offerings and the reception staff was super accommodating and helpful. It has really beautiful views of Lake Union.
- 5/5
great breakfast, friendly staff, rooms with balconies, pool, gym! i plan on traveling back so this will always be an option!
- 2/5
Our room had a propane smell and there was not any accommodation from the staff Also the parking price is not what it says online it costs more… and there wasn’t even any parking garage parking available yet we still had to pay
- 5/5
Parking is very cramped, costs $50~ day. Great for the neighborhood, as there’s a Walgreens a short walk away for any needs. It is within about a 30 minute walk from the Seattle Center, which is doable, but it’s also close to the Seattle streetcar stop.
- 4/5
Waited for juice and coffee mugs. Staff was nice but I believe on a Saturday morning should be more staff.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Great property.
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast items, appreciated all the diversity of food options!
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the pool was fun.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Great view of Lake Union from the balcony in our room. Really good breakfast buffet. Great food selection and the scrambled eggs and oatmeal were both excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient.
- 4/5
It was okay
- 3/5
It felt dark and old the room where okay. Just seem dark and old style creepy but it was clean and staff was nice. !!! They charge to much for parking !!
- 5/5
Convenient location, pleasant staff and comfortable suite. Lots of options at breakfast. Parking spaces are very narrow and can be difficult to access. Bar opens at 5 with several beer options and a few items on a food menu. Would have liked to see some gluten & dairy free options on the bar menu.
- 2/5
Expect to pay more than what you expected to.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Hotel is very clean. Walkable to several restaurants and Fred Hutchins medical center. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Room needed
- 5/5
Everything was easily accessible. Transportation was very convenient, but the thing that stand out to me, the most was when I got into the airport they made it very convenient for me to get from the airport to the hotel. That was a very outstanding service. Definitely will come back.
- 4/5
Super clean room, bed was cozy! Hotel lobby is pretty and staff are all welcoming. Just wish there were more options for food. Breakfast choices were excellent, but a hard no to all the white bread and bagels. Need some whole grain, whole wheat options.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were very helpful and cheerful!
- 5/5
Amazing location in front of the lake. Breakfast is quite good. Rooms are spacious with kitchen, microwave and fridge. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Courteous staff, very nice room.
- 4/5
The room was cool just wish I had a better view.
- 5/5
Love the place. Definitely will b staying again but maybe higher then 2nd floor next time. Would love a better higher view.
- 4/5
Great and helpful staff! Good location too.
- 5/5
Room was spotless , I got the best room. Easy check in and the customer service was nice
- 5/5
Great room! Loved how big they were and accommodating! Clean quite and staff was friendly!
- 1/5
Got locked out of the room over an hour before checkout. Was soaking wet from the hot tub and couldn’t get in to room to change or pack out. The front desk said….oops.
- 5/5
Amenities and convenience stood out
- 5/5
Well situated and good value considering the breakie and amenities
- 5/5
Clean quiet and great views
- 5/5
Yes and it was perfect
- 5/5
The room was so much better than I expected for the price! Th bed was comfortable, everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice. The pool was nice and not crowded. The hot tub was very nice. Breakfast consisted of all the normal breakfast stuff, basic but fresh and included is always a plus. The ambiance of the hotel itself was so relaxing and the location was central without being right in the sketchy part of downtown. I think this might be the best hotel for the price in Seattle. Highly recommended
- 4/5
Clean room.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous and the room was comfortable and spacious.
- 5/5
Staff was great and very polite.
- 5/5
Love this Place, amazing staff, Love Marcos and Danny! Clean Rooms and building. Fantastic Breakfast Buffett!
- 5/5
Clean spacious room, friendly and helpful staff.
- 1/5
Room issues- no hot water in sink, one day none in the shower, tub wouldn’t drain and the property didn’t have power on Sat night due to construction. We were supposed to get phone chargers and warming msts for the bed but didn’t get any. . Staff didn’t care.
- 4/5
Clean

We checked in at 4pm and were told the room was not ready, i was fine with waiting. The lobby was clean and quiet, there is a bar, free coffee bar, restrooms, patio space for smoking, underground garage for $50 a night. Once our room was ready we went up, a lot more spacious than what i had originally saw in the photos. We got a corner two bedroom, two bath room with the kitchen and lake view. It was awesome, we swam. Utilized the bar downstairs. Bar tender was great! Breakfast want over the top, qhat you would expect. I would definitely stay again. Ordered food in and enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
There is very limited eating in the area. It would be nice to have breakfast to order.
- 5/5
The staff have been amazing and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of and happy.
- 5/5
Loved the location, hot tub was nice, would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and excellent staff!
- 5/5
No complaints, all as expected. Front desk was very welcoming
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You could see the effort that they were putting into keeping the lobby and common areas clean and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family who were traveling with pets and children. The pool area and game room were also really fun.
- 5/5
Travel a lot and this stay has been the most comfortable and convenient in every way. The staff was courteous and the room was CLEAN. The only slight issue was the parking; the spots were so narrow the passengers would have to get out before the car went in.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
The breakfast that was served was the best i have had from a hotel.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Everything is good
- 5/5
Our room was comfortable, amenable and convenient. It had a great view from the balcony of the lake . The pool area was clean and comfortable. Overall our entire stay was amazing and I I will d to friends and family in the future.
- 5/5
it was easy and awesome we enjoy staying here and makes our fred hutch visits easier
- 3/5
It was embarassing for everyone in our group. The breakfast and accommodations were great though. They comped our parking but that didnt feel like enough. but this put a da.perwequname.
- 3/5
Room was nice, plenty of room, large bathroom. Shower was malfunctioning was negative towards the room. The other negative was having to pay $41.00 plus tax for on-site parking,
- 1/5
They put us in a room where you could hear the construction outside. I asked to be moved and they told us that the noise would end at 10pm. It was 1am and there were large constructions vehicles moving equipment. Neither I nor my family could sleep from the noise and the hotel didn’t care.
- 4/5
Nice property. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have a robe(s) and slippers in the room. Nice spa and gaming area. Games are a little outdated but were fun. Hot tub needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was dark and murky. Pool was clean. Pleasant breakfast area. Decent selection of food. Would be nice to see a few more pastry items, such as croissants and muffins. Staff are efficient and friendly.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! We will definitely be back!!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, and breakfast was decent with a good selection. The parking garage is very compact and limited. Street parking might be necessary.
- 4/5
Great stay all the amenities worked great, breakfast was good, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall really good vibe and super clean!!!
- 3/5
The staff was very accommodating and nice. The one bedroom suite was good but the condition of the sleeper sofa left little to be desired especially when the room was booked for 4 people. The fact that they had the reservation for 4 people and gave 1 extra pillow and a thin fleece blanket with two top sheets. My opinion when they have 4 quests booked to a room they need to make sure they have adequate bedding to accommodate the guests books. Like a proper set of sheets, at least 2 pillows preferable 4 and a comforter. What would make this even better is having an inexpensive mattress topper for added padding when they know that the hid a bed sucks so bad. Which the manager even said that it sucks and that they all do.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
Refrigerator was dented up, exposed patches in walls, paint peeling, toilet seat dirty, hair on bathroom counter and in shower. Unacceptable for the cost of the room. We have stayed here several times before and been very happy, so hopefully this was an anomaly.
- 5/5
Everything was clean. Staff were great. This hotel had the best continental breakfast ive ever had. They upgraded us to a luxery suite unexpectedly and it was wonderful!
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Got a lake view room, it was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Room was great comfortable bed very clean great breakfast just all around great hotel.
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations . And good parking. Close to a lot of stuff to do. Restaurants.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was awesome! Had dinner reservations at 5pm so I called to see if we could check in early and they were able to get us in so we could get ready without being stressed about it. Night staff was awesome from information about easy transportation to nightlife. Room was great, breakfast was awesome and we had a wonderful stay! Thanks again to your staff!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
The location was great! Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel room was clean The staff was exceptional
- 5/5
Clean and friendly
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was good. The room was excellent. The only ok thing for me was the bed. The pillows and bed felt like they should be replaced. overall very good.
- 3/5
Bar was closed early both nights we stayed. Front desk didn’t seem to be communicating with the the bar/restaurant as to what was happening. Don’t rely on the bar for food later in the evenings.
- 1/5
The folks staying in the room next door to us left their dog alone in their room. The dog started barking at 9:45 pm and didn't stop until sometime around 1:30 AM. I called the front desk several times (during my calls, I expressed to the staff that not only was the barking keeping us up/waking us up but, we were also concerned and hope the people and their dog were ok) but they never came up or did anything about it. Major distraction and lack of sleep because of this. We are all extremely disappointed.
- 2/5
Smoke detector keeps turning on even in middle of the night till morning. So annoying even after the technician change the batteries, we didn’t have a good sleep. Slow wifi and you need to lift the sink drain plug so it will drain properly. Paid in advance the for lake view reservation and yet we didn’t get it. So expensive to stays there and it’s not worth it. nobody clean up our rooms the next morning! Really???
- 5/5
Very nice location on Lake Union
- 5/5
- 5/5
THE STAFF AND GUESTS WERE NICE
- 1/5
The room was dirty and smelled. The ice machine did not work. We were traveling with our infant and asked for a crib and received an old broken play pen. We booked a Lake View room and there was no view of the lake when we asked to move room the manager yelled at us and said that there was a view even if we can barely see it and that if we want to move rooms we need to get our stuff out but they don’t know when another room will be ready.
- 5/5
Loved the whole experience. The hotel is situated on the out skirt of downtown Seattle but close to the Metro. We did not have any issues with parking nor getting around the city. The room was spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
- 5/5
The cleanliness of the grounds, the area was safe for us to walk back to the hotel, friendly staff !!
- 4/5
Website never mentioned anything about Parking fee $52 per day, the most disappointing part of the stay! The room had the most annoying beep that took us half a day to find after an exhausting red eye flight, the room was somewhat clean but sofa bed smelled awful like urine so we all shared one bed. Out front had drugged up homeless people scavenging trash and approaching us with vulgar words. No dining outside of early breakfast.
- 5/5
Great staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Very good hotel overall
- 5/5
Always nice hotel, feels very luxury, nice stay, will always come again
- 2/5
Dirty shower, bath area and kitchen area.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Reasonable price
- 3/5
Nice hotel, rooms are fine and so are the public areas, staff was nice. Pet fee is absurd, I thought it was $25/night but actually $150 flat fee + $25/night. The woman at the front desk was lovely, she saw how annoyed I was and tried to help, but this is an insane policy and I never would have booked had I known. Also there’s not much to do or see within walking distance, but you are. Lose to downtown via public transit. Good breakfast. Overall pretty good hotel but not worth the money
- 3/5
The location was nice for
- 4/5
overall great hotel, but only thing i had problem with was housekeepers banging on my door 6-7 times while i was sleeping, i woulda hoped they took the hint the first time
- 5/5
Lovely breakfast, OAT milk, cold brew coffee, Greek yoghurt, quiche, organic items - one of the best hotel breakfast we’ve seen on our many road trips across the western U.S.
- 4/5
It’s right in front of the lake. That made my stay worthwhile
- 5/5
Organized, amazing breakfast
- 5/5
Exceptional service and management breakfast a huge plus!
- 5/5
Rooms with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 3/5
We had a great time in the area a were overall pleased with the experience for the most part. The last day we noticed mold in the bathroom when we showered.
- 5/5
Everything was good but only one regret we didn’t got room at 5 or 6th floor.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Linh at the front desk was amazing! We were exhausted flight delays and she was friendly and efficient and welcoming.
- 3/5
Stayed here due to the location and proximity to an event we were attending. The property condition and breakfast were not a great value considering the price point of this hotel.
- 3/5
The room I got seemed dated and I was next to a noisy street. The breakfast was good. I asked for cribs and they were brought right away. Parking is tight and limited but it was close the the hotel and no issues getting in and out of.
- 5/5
100% good
- 5/5
We really enjoyed this hotel! We happened to get in SUPER early in the day and the hotel staff was happy to assist with holding our bags as we hung out around Lake Union. Also, Lake Union was STUNNING! We come from the desert so it was so so SO nice to be near water. When our room was ready, the cushions were not where they should've been but everything else was clean so we fixed the cushions and went about our way. Definitely a great spot that close enough to the touristy things but far enough that you aren't surrounded by the Seattle city traffic.
- 5/5
Great spot. Pool open til 11pm!!!! And hot tub. Yeah!!!!
- 5/5
Had one of the suits and was pretty nice… will definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Probably the best place we have stayed in,we travel alot and have stayedvat alot of different establishments. This place was spacious, clean, amazing view of the water, and we had the biggest balcony!!! Amazing!!! Probably another plus was the way the elevator smelled...they always smell amazing, not sure what the fragrance is...would love to know!!! Breakfast was very good, many things to choose from! Definitely will be staying again.
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
Clean, nice location, room facing Lake Union.
- 4/5
The parking garage for compact car was scary
- 5/5
Had a great view of the lake. Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
What I didn’t like was paying $41 a night for parking and that the spaces were so small two full size cars could barely fit next to each other. Most had to take two spaces to enter and exit their vehicles easily. That however seems to be a Seattle thing because with few exceptions, all parking lots were the same.
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay before a cruise. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

Everything for the most part is great. Staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean…pool and hot tub are a little questionable - the water is very murky. The worst experience is finding a parking space in their garage (the cost is 41+tax per overnight). It was awful looking for a parking spot to squeeze into. Once we did get into a space, there was maybe a foot clearance for our doors, we had to squeeze out of our car. It was terrible and especially considering the cost for parking.

Staff were so friendly, great service!

Really noisy early in the am. Bathroom sink did not drain properly.
- 4/5
Good area but rooms are kind of outdated

Maintained but showing its age. Staff was a pleasure to interact with.

What mention in info it was not like that

Good view of Lake. The room was mediocre.

Great that we were able to walk to Space needle & Pikes place Market. We also enjoyed watching the sea planes take off and land from our balconies. Loved our stay here ❤️

The property was easy to find, clean, and had a welcoming design. Really enjoyed the open space in the seating area. The room was clean and included everything we needed for a family of 4! Breakfast was included, which was a plus. Only downside was that parking was not included. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. They even included pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cups, plates, silverware, dish soap, and a sponge!!! We didn’t have to go out and buy anything…it was all there!! Definitely an A+ location!!
- 4/5
In general everything was very good but the pool was not as clean as it should. For the price I paid I expected more.
- 4/5
Great place for ashort or extended stay. Full kitchen and very clean overall. Cabinets and fixtures are decent but dated and well used. The pool wasn't maintained well which was too bad because my partner swims for exercise and didn't want to get in.
- 5/5
Highly recommended for good location good breakfast buffet indoor swimming pool staff were awesome and accommodating
- 4/5
The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but the staff, not so friendly! Mustache/Michael, at the front desk was the worst! Another negative is that you need to pay $51.19 per day for parking in addition to hotel costs. You can “park out on the street” instead of in their parking garage, but that costs too.
- 5/5
The lobby itself is breathtaking...they have a pool and play room for the kuds for free an arcade and locked garage with key card entry
- 5/5
Such an accommodating hotel and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay!

Our experience was fantastic! Linuh was amazing, and the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. We stayed for a couple of days before setting off on our cruise, and it was the perfect start to our trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting—Seattle is amazing!

It wasn’t super clear that you have to pay $50 a night for parking so that’s as a shock when checking in, as well as the $150 pet fee plus $20 a night. Front desk agents were very understanding and worked with us about it so that was nice! Pool was closed our entire stay and we actually picked this hotel for it so that was a bummer, room was nice and clean, housekeeping was good! Good location.

Great view from the deck

Very nice clean rooms with a very comfortable bed! Good counter space in the bathrooms.

Well located.

Great stay! Room was large and comfortable. The balcony was a lot smaller than we expected from looking at the photos. We wanted to have some drinks at the bar but it didn’t open until 5:00. We ended up buying beer and wine from the lobby store and were charged a fee for using a credit card. If this would have been told to us ahead of time we would have paid cash so that was a little frustrating. Other than that great stay and we hope to return!!

Most staff was very nice but at the end of our stay I was rudely talked to by the front desk the maid keep hanging around our door and rudely just walked in I did ask for a late departure I don't mind paying for this but it was hard to get up feed breakfast and clean up after. my daughter had to breast feed in the

The room and the property was great and as per the pictures. Daily hot complementary breakfast was good and had a lot of options for everyone. Housekeeping services could be improved and calls to them always went unanswered. One thing which came as surprise to us was a daily parking charge of over 50 dollars per night. This was either not called out clearly while booking or i missed it. But that made it not a great value for money and i will probably look for other options in future.

the hotel has its own mini kitchen. free breakfast.
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast, spacious rooms, great decor, nice game room. Great stay for family!!
- 5/5
Always a great stay. Great room great views.
- 5/5
Only complaint was the pull out couch in the room was horribly uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. But aside from that the stay was good. Would definitely choose this place again.
- 1/5
Hotel was under staffed, check in took forever, parking was terrible and there was not enough food provided for all the guests for the continental breakfast. Swimming pool area was dirty and didn’t have clean towels.
- 5/5
This is a fantastic hotel for visiting the U-District. It's also convenient to Seattle Childrens Hospital. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Nice fitness center and good breakfast. I will be back.
- 5/5
Convent location. Walkable, access to transportation, shops and restaurants.
- 4/5
This place was amazing for the price. The breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and the kids play area was a nice feature. Only two problems I had were the hot tub jets didn’t work and one night when we got back, there wasn’t any parking in the garage. The front desk let us park right in front in the “check in” parking. I was appreciative of that but it felt a little unsafe to leave my car out in the open like that
- 2/5
Overall it didn’t feel accommodating. Wouldn’t ever return.
- 3/5
Size of the room was nice, public transportation was easy to use and free breakfast was decent. The pool was not very clean.
- 3/5
Breakfast and checkin not on time
- 3/5
Breakfast was chaotic and poorly staffed. They ran out of coffee and cream and all the basics. The fruit was gross. The tables were dirty. Buffet unattended. Room smelled bad and I paid too much for the quality. Will not stay again.
- 5/5
The prpoerty was great for having brekfast included. Very clean and staff friendly.

Not being able to change rooms at property once we arrived
