The location is excellent, providing easy access to many places in Seattle; you can reach Westlake Station in just 10 minutes, making it simple to get anywhere else you need to go. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the breakfast was also very good - while not quite on par with European standards, it was one of the best I've had among the hotels I've stayed at in the U.S.

Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained with a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet has a lot to choose from hot items or grab and go options. The hotel is situated in downtown and walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area.

The room was smaller than the rooms at the other hotels we stayed at. The daily parking fee was not listed on the official Hotels.com website when I did the booking. Otherwise, we're probably taking an Uber from the airport to the hotel instead of renting a car for 4 days.

The location to the convention center is amazing!, About a 3 min walk. The staff was so great! We arrived in the morning to drop our bags at the hotel prior to going to our early classes, but instead the reception gladly checked us in early! She also gave us a 2 queen room, instead of the king we had found online! I had broke my arm a few days before checking in and didnt think about bringing a plastic bag to cover my cast, they cant get wet. I approached a very sweet young man at breakfast to explain my issue and he immediatly ran into the kitchen to grab me a garbage bag to cover my arm. The service here is amazing! No eye rolling or hesitation to help, only enthusiasim and kindness. We will come back here for the convention every year! A Great big Thank You to the staff! Really didnt have any complaints other than the price of parking, but that is just seattle parking!

Front desk staff very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The room was well maintained although the refrigerater was a tad bit dirty not a huge deal. Otherwise the room was nice. Bed was very comfy. The Breakfast was excellent, they even served veggie sausage, first I have seen and I travel a lot. I was so very pleased to have that for breakfast. Thank you Residence Inn

The location was great! We were greeted with a smile at the front desk upon arrival. The rooms were clean and all staff was very friendly! We even got help setting up transportation to our cruise port. The complimentary breakfast is the usual eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit and waffles. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!!

The breakfast was pretty standard with usually just sausage as the protein and eggs. Standard waffle maker and muffins/bagels, basic coffee. The real benefit of this hotel is the in room microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I was able to bring leftovers home from the restaurant and eat them the next day. I saved some bagels for my last night stay because I had to leave for the airport before the breakfast was open. Very convenient to the conference center Summit. They clean the room every other day which was adequate. The only weird thing is the shower did not have a sliding door to close it in and therefore the steam would leak out into the bathroom. Overall, nice hotel with great in room options. Parking is very expensive but convenient considering how crowded Seattle is.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was great and staff was super friendly and helpful. Pretty walkable to everything. This hotel has a free breakfast but for some reason and not the fault of the hotel, I just wasn’t feeling it. Close to lots of restaurants and not too far away to a Whole Foods which I wound up going to the most for food. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious with full kitchen facilities including a full size fridge freezer. Bed was big and comfy. Breakfast was nice with a different hot selection each day. Dining area included 3 waffle making stations. Coffee available from breakfast until mid-afternoon. (Would have been nice to have all day coffee for those who don’t want to use the coffee makers in the room). Nice location with great transport links and lots of attractions such as the Seattle Needle within walking distance.

Business stay 4 nights. Convenient location for Convention center. Beds were comfy and room was clean, breakfast was good and included in stay. Front desk staff were always friendly. Not very far from key sight seeing locations. Walked to space needle, pikes place, and even back from t-mobile ballpark one evening. Lots of restaurant options.

Just what i expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Seattle. The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Hotel was located in a great spot, we were able to walk to all of our planned destinations. Breakfast was great, a good variety of items to choose from. Our room was nice and spacious. The bathroom fan didn't work, but aside from that everything was in good condition. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Seattle.

I was extremely pleased with my two-night stay at the Seattle Downtown/Convention Marriot. We arrived four hours before check-in and the front staff immediately put us in our room without hesitation. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I will be staying here again without a doubt!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Everything was great! My only criticism is the size of the room was small. With a kitchen, table and pull out coach it was a little cramped.

One complaint: $18.00 for two bottles of water at the hotel lobby "market". I hated feeling fleeced, especially after a long series of drives/flights to get there Two absolutely amazing staff: Jefferey and the breakfast chef went out of their way to provide my girlfriend with dairy-free scrambled eggs. Many, many thanks Angie at the bar was a wealth of information about the local area and many things Seattle. We greatly appreciate her ideas and information

We stayed here for a BAEcation weekend. Hotel and room was beautiful! We were in the 15th floor & the space and room were spectacular! So much space and everything you need. Staff was quick in checking us in and friendly. Parking is $45/night, it is walking distance to Pike's (about 10 mins or more depending where your heading) but also have options of scooters that cost the same as an uber ($10ish) overall we enjoyed our stay and would def stay again

The room was clean and well furnished. The hotel was in a convenient location and there is a lot to do within a short walking distance. Staff was friendly and very helpful before check in and at check out.

We had a weird kinda corner room where the bed was very close to glass panel window. And the tv was on a stand that was attached to the floor and was at a weird angle to watch. So, it would be good to get a heads up if someone’s room is a bit different then planned. But, overall a good place to stay, close to the summit convention center. Worth the money.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn Seattle Downtown and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the room was comfortable with a nice view of the city. My only disappointment was housekeeping. I was told my room would be cleaned every other day, but unfortunately it was never serviced and towels were never replaced. I would stay there again, but I would make sure to request cleaning service directly next time. Aside from that issue, the stay itself was decent and enjoyable.

I thought the issue was resolved, but a few days after my stay, I was still charged for parking. When I called, I was told the charge would be refunded within a few days. After waiting nearly a month, the refund was finally processed—but it was incomplete. I was charged CAD 78.90 and refunded only CAD 75. The same issue happened to other guests in my group, which makes this situation difficult to see as a simple mistake. While the hotel itself was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, the billing process and staff handling of parking charges seriously undermined the overall experience.

Very new and nice. Rooms are a bit smaller than a typical Residence Inn but much larger than a lot of rooms available in the area. Has a restaurant/bar and a snack/necessity stand around the clock. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants including a bar/late night pizza slice joint (mediocre at best and perfect at 1am). If ya know ya know.

However, our experience at breakfast was disappointing. The lady on breakfast duty was rude and created unnecessary arguments. We had early morning trips planned and requested to take a couple of fruits or muffins with us, which were part of the breakfast package we had paid for. She refused and behaved as though we were asking for something unreasonable. Later, we confirmed with the front desk that there was no such restriction, which made the interaction even more frustrating.

The room was so dirty. I booked for the hotel because I wanted a kitchen and a bathtub. Kitchen area including a fridge inside and outside are dirty. Glasswares are dirty too. There were syrup all over complementary tea and coffee. Bathtub seemed like if never been cleaned. I couldn't use them because of the dirtiness. It was waste of money. I asked for cleaning 5 times but they didn't clean at all. Also, door lock was broken so I asked to fix it 5 times but never fixed.

There was a weird knocking sound all night long and weird noises every time to air kicked on. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was still hair from previous guest in the shower and the bathroom had not been swept.

This property is a five star property. It is pristine in every way. what makes it super special is the staff that goes out of their way, above and beyond. I enjoyed my stay so much in Seattle that I have decided to come back every couple months to enjoy the hotel and the city.

The only room available was a king with hideabed instead of two queen + hideabed. My replacement room did not have a table either. Next day we tried to get our original room type and the staff said we already have an upgraded room and was unwilling to help. Breakfast was unmitigated chaos and we ended up walking uphill and eating at Eggslut our last day. Which was great! The first day no plates and no eggs and not enough staff. They never had fresh fruit. It was terrible in every way. The store in the lobby was ridiculously priced there is both a 7/11 nearby and an amazon go. Nanas Green Tea across street is nice option for lunch dinner or a snack. Fire alarm one day so the walk down from the 13th floor was fun :) I was there a week so expected better.

Spacious room with a kitchenette. Very clean, fast elevators - never had much of a wait. Comfortable bed and quiet room, noise insulation is good. Housekeeping every other day was great. Nice gym - larger than the average hotel with towels and water. The only thing i would improve is package storage. They are completely helter skelter. Even making 3-4 ranges by alphabet would help A-g, h-m. Great location as well, definitely will stay here again.

Had an amazing stay! I was able to check in early and even got a free room upgrade with an extra bed and a beautiful view. It’s very clean and very nice place so close to everything touristy! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful—especially the lovely woman from Brazil who assisted us. We were also offered a late checkout at no charge and they held our luggage after, which was super convenient for our late flight. Excellent service all around—highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My stay was short and sweet. The room setup was perfect, and I loved it. What I expected is what I got. Thank you to Isaiah for the quick response. Everything from the check-in, during my stay, until I checked out was fine except the following: quick check-in, but failed to educate me on my charges at the time I checked in. The bathroom sink was draining slowly (backing up), and lastly, the checkout process was quick and easy, but I didn’t get my receipts upon checking out. Per instructions from the second representative, when asked for a breakdown of my charges. “ A receipt will be provided when checking out.” The last representative provided no options for how I would like to receive my receipt. But, said “ will provide a receipt after they audit the room (idk). I have never had this issue before. But oh well, I will wait for my receipts. Besides the minor issues, everything else about the place was greatly appreciated and will continue to stay there next time I visit Seattle.

For the money, the value wasn’t super great, given that housekeeping only comes every other day and mine only managed to come up one single time the entire week I stayed. The handicap shower I got was also super confusing! I did appreciate the breakfast buffet, and it was a wonderful location. I just felt a little uncared for (for example, I asked for help on the shower 3 separate times over 3 days before anyone helped!)

We were charged for parking when I had prepaid as part of my booking. Roberto was efficient and helpful in looking into it and reversing the charges. We live just up the I-5 and want to visit Seattle again. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Some very bad experiences with restaurant food. Wish the room had been serviced at least once during our 5 day stay

Could be a little cleaner in the main lobby. The smells of people cooking should have been expected but two things can be true: and the second truth is that it still smelled unpleasant with people cooking (burnt cheese). Staff met expectations.

It was a perfect stay especially for anyone with kids. Will definitely book again. Easily accessible to areas around downtown, waterfront and the space needle.

The staff was absolutely amazing, the air conditioning worked, the bed was super comfy, and the free breakfast was unbelievable - such a great spread!

Great location! We got the two queen suite with pullout couch and it was pretty crowded (5 people plus luggage). We've been in other hotels where there is a lot more space.

This is the first time I stayed in a hotel while in Seattle. The location was great, very walkable and close to transit. Breakfast was good. Felt very secure.

When you have 2 kids, a uk flight to catch and you’ve just missed breakfast, you’ll hopefully discover someone like Jeremy who leads the breakfast area. I hope he realises how much his kindness is recognised by others. Thank you.

Free breakfast was good but chaotic due to lack of dining space. Our room makes some funny noise from the refrigerator. Not constantly but annoying. Hotel lobby should supply water and coffee 24/7. Not just certain periods only.

We had to wait nearly an hour to go to our room because it wasn't ready at check-in time.

The sofa bed was adequate although it had a very thin matress which meant all the springs below were felt! The fridge had to be turned off as it made so much noise. Light from the corridors bles into the room, and air conditioner pumped out freezing air! Not an easy sleep!

Good hotel. Clean and well maintained. However tiny rooms. I’m use to much more space sir residence in. Cramped.

Overall our stay was pleasant but in 6 days we had to ask to have the shower drain unclogged twice. Never had this happen at any other hotel. The room was clean and the location is convenient. But the bed was too soft and the pillows were also far too soft.

It is a great place to stay in downtown seattle, it is walking distance from many of the main areas there. The only issue we had was with the showers and wifi, the showers would shut off when you were in them for no reason or the water pressuse would turn to a drip in the middle of your shower also the wifi was very slow and took forever to load movies on the tv
