Room was wonderful, staff were great, hotel was quiet and we had a great stay.

Overall, our room was very clean, except for one of the framed images on the wall, which had an excessive amount of splatter of some sort all over the glass on the front. Bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable. When is staff was very helpful and friendly. Only issue was the lack of consistency with the elevator working. They were very good about communicating the issue ahead of time but it was a real pain with only one of the elevators working during our visit and at one point the working one appeared to go down as well. We were on the 7th floor and had to take the stairs several times mostly due to the lengthy wait times given the amount of people waiting to use the elevator.

During my stay, comparable hotels nearby were more than $100 per night higher. In my opinion, the extra cost wasn't justified. This hotel provided everything I needed: a comfortable room, friendly service, and easy access to downtown attractions. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Seattle hotel without paying luxury hotel prices.

Everyone was very nice and hotel was close to walking distance to everything. When we got back from our cruise we were able to leave our suite case for a couple of hours which was a big help. I would highly recommend

Had a great stay at the Paramount. The entire place is very clean and tastefully appointed. The room was spacious and well laid out. The staff was courteous and helpful in arranging a ride to the airport with a cab service that offers a flat rate (much lower than available Uber services).

Location is great. Staff friendly but the place itself needs some TLC. Only 1 elevator functioning . Musty smell, no coffee maker in room, only amenities are shampoo and conditioner.

One elevator broke the entire time of our stay. And the other elevator broke down a few times so had to take stairs to 6th floor. The staff said elevators have been issue for quite some time. They need that corrected ASAP.

Awesome location - very walkable to everything! Allowed early check-in. REALLY comfortable beds and usually hotel beds are so hard I'm crippled. Free water at the front desk as needed. They had a cheap shuttle you could book down to the cruise terminal. And, we were there for a milestone birthday for my dad - and they left him a little gift basket! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a great hotel in the center of downtown Seattle. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. The staff was courteous and professional. I'd stay here again!!

Overall good and convenient hotel to stay at! Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Unfortunately when we arrived, one of the two elevators was out of service, seems like an ongoing issue. Ice machine was out of service on the floor we stayed at (Fl. 8). Five people where staying next room who were very loud through for two nights straight, my wife and I couldn't sleep. AC unit was very loud the last night we were there. Most of the staff were polite and helpful. We recommend to stay at this location, however, the hotel should do their best to have the elevator repaired ASAP. Walking distance to the Public Market and Space Needle. "If you like to walk that is".

This is a great place to stay! Easy access to conference center and downtown Seattle. Also, close to public transit. The hotel is well maintained. My room was nice - no great view, but just what I needed. The staff is so nice. Checkout time of 12pm so reasonable. Would stay here again.

The beds was one of the most xomfort beds i have slept in. Super clean. And staff was so friendly and helpful. Was close to everything we wanted to do by walking. Nothing.

Every time I travel to Seattle, I stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and it's very easy to get to Westlake Station. During my stay last week, I was impressed to see that the hotel had been renovated. The room I stayed in felt much bigger than last year! The only disappointing thing was that the in-room coffee machine, cups, and glasses had been removed. You now have to either get the complimentary coffee between 4:00 and 7:00 AM at the lobby or buy it elsewhere.

However, It is a convenient location to the Convention Center and the Paramount Theatre. And it’s about a 15 minute walk to Pike Place Market and shopping. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Done if the electric outlet in our room 724 were not working, we could not get charged our devices from then.

The Paramount is conveniently located in Seattle. We walked to the market place and the water. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful with parking options and food recs.

Was a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot. Both elevators were down at times while we were there which caused difficulty with my handicapped dad. They did make it right though and it was otherwise a wonderful place

For someone in Seattle for the first time, a very good location. In downtown near everything, but not loud at all by all means. Great room also.

The staff was very friendly but I smelled restaurant food every evening. One of the elevator was out of order and we had to wait long time for the elevator.

Beautiful place. Very close to pikes market the Monterey and shopping. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Easy walk to many places to eat and very close to the convention center.

Hotel veryvclean chaun restaurante excelent only issue one elevator working on memorial day weekend.

Room temperature was cold and I didn’t want to start fiddling with the thermostat. Bearable though. Things that need improving: soft towels (like sandpaper) and 2 ply toilet paper. I don’t think the hotel saves any money by using the cheap stuff since more of it has to be used.

I met with three times elevator break down so have to walk down the stairs.

It is a beautiful hotel and the location couldn't be beat. We didn't realize how close/walking distance we were to everything we wanted to do, including our show at the Showbox we attended. My ONLY complaint is....why no coffee in the rooms??? Or even in the lobby? That didn't make any sense. That's the least you can do for guests. We also didn't love the $60/night parking fee. We didn't know how close we were to everything so the car sat there for 2 nights without ever taking it out. :-( Other than that, the staff is stellar, the room was clean and super nice, with a great view.

The staff was friendly when approached but did not acknowledge guests until approached. They did manage to check me in early with no extra charge which was great, and they stored my bag for me after checking out. The negatives: There are no coffee machines in the rooms. In addition to that, the complimentary coffee service is only available from 4am-7am which is not in anyway convenient. There is a restaurant on site with limited hours. There are two elevators in the hotel, but only one was working. I paid for a traditional King room and when they gave me a room on the 9th floor I was excited for a view but I got a room with a tiny window surrounded by buildings with almost no natural light coming in and a lot of noise from the building fans and parking right outside. The rooms' a/c unit controls didn't work and I couldn't adjust the temperature, only turn the fan on or off. The alarm clock didn't work and the shower took forever to heat and had the worst pressure. Hotel is in a great location but that's where the amenities stop. You get a comfy bed but that's about it. I also found out when I picked up my bag they have complimentary bottles of water available but it's not listed and not offered unless you ask.

Biggest difficulty was their two broken down elevators. We were literally stuck inside of one for 5-10 minutes and the other never was fixed during our whole stay. A real safety issue that needs to be addressed by the Hotel Owner/Property Manager. Made for an awful situation regarding our baggage to/from the room and an overcrowded single elevator for the rest of the stay. Wish there was an option for coffee in the room rather than an early morning, single server machine but still grateful for the coffee. With all that said, still a nice hotel to stay.

I stayed 3 nights starting May 15, 2026. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. The rooms are a bit dated but clean. The bathroom shower head had a buildup of grime that restricted water flow to a pour rather than a spray. Only one elevator was in service, so at times there were longer than expected waits to get up or down. The main issue was that the valet service damaged my vehicle. After contacting the hotel, the manager has not responded to my email. I would caution anyone using the valet service here.

Desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful.

There was only one elevator working for the entire hotel, and being in a high floor was inconvenient sometimes. Also, there was no connection to the restaurant in the lobby and unable to make and order from your room. Just felt like there could have been more in terms of making sure guests were comfortable with the set backs. Staff at front didn’t seem like they wanted ti be bothered.

Staff was courteous and professional, especially the housekeepers. We had a corner suite which was very roomy and comfortable but some signs of wear and tear. Great location right next to Convention Center. Biggest gripe is only one of the two elevators was working, with no service elevator. So that could be the most heavily used elevator in the state of Washington, and the wait to go up/down could be extensive.

Valet parking only and it's expensive at $66. Staff was very helpful with other parking suggestions and nearby restaurants to eat at.

Everyone that was part of the staff was WONDERFUL!! Plus, it's in such a walkable area, which is a definte perk. I definitely have a new favorite Seattle hotel.

Let down from previous stays at the Paramount which has classicaly been iconic as a hotel, find it hard to understand why there isn't a single communal microwave, was told to walk up the street to the E-Mart to re-heat my leftover dinner. Not to mention one of the elevators being broken, didn't affect the astheatic of the hotel, but was frustrating waiting in the lobby with up to 10 other residents.

I don’t recommend the restaurant on property it had nasty wait staff who wanted us to go outside to come in even though there’s a door from the lobby into the restaurant. One of the waitress never brought my change back. I wouldn’t eat there ever again but the hotel is very nice but won’t stay again.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean, well maintained room. The best pillows ever! We tried to buy one! The valet parking is worth the cost, especially considering parking options in a major city. We will stay again!

One working elevator for two days in a row with too many guests trying to go up and down, wait times were long, unacceptable for this caliber of hotel. Restaurant wait time were long, two employees for a restaurant full of guests, wait time were very long.

Other than location, the Paramount hotel was pretty average. The one big thing that makes or breaks our stay is the staff and how they treat you. My wife and I felt whenever we approached the staff, it was almost as if we were interrupting them and they had short sharp responses, not overly helpful and never greeted or acknowledged us when we came in to the hotel or were leaving. However, location was great, the room was nice and that’s where it ended for us.

It was really pretty hotel but you could tell that it was old little things like the curtains were a little damaged in our room and we just happen to have a room that had no city view.

Overall great stay again, rooms very clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the one working elevator out of the two. Its been down for over a week now which can cause long waits and congestion in lobby. Otherwise staff is very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately did not eat at restaurant due to very bad reviews but plenty of choices nearby.

Great location for seeing downtown by walking and catching the light rail and monorail. The staff was outstanding.

Room was clean and well furnished, front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating to our various requests, and the central location in downtown makes it easy to get to most key areas.

Excellent staff, and an actual restaurant for breakfast, bed was much better than usual. Used the valet parking. Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!

Great location within easy walking distance of Market, Mononrail and Metro. Good sized room. Very clean ( as was all hotel). Valet parking was super quick. Staff were very helpful. Negatives - one of the two elevators was out of order for the 5 days we were there. Would be nice to have coffee making facilities in room. And WiFi not great. Kept dropping out. Bar not open every night but plenty of local options.

Hotel was very clean, location was great and the beds were so SO comfortable. The only downside is the walls were really thin. I don’t think our neighbors were being loud at all but we could literally quote the office along with the episodes they were watching. It’s possible not all the rooms are this bad since this was one of those conjoined rooms with a door connector. I’d stay here again either way!

Perfect location for a show at the Paramount. Not sure how much the parking costs as it was a Sunday so I found some free street parking but next time would be simpler to use their parking even if it’s costs a lot.

Rooms are a good size and bed was reasonably comfortable. Lobby is small but stylish decor. Didn’t check out the on-site restaurant/bar or gym but nice that they were available. Location was perfect for access to the Seattle Convention Center, as well as easy walking distance to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Capitol Hill neighborhood. There was only one functioning elevator which was a pain during checkout - I took the elevator back up to my room to get my bags but ended up walking down the stairs from the 10th floor due to the wait.

I was in town for a conference and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The room was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. Stayed in a single king room which had plenty of storage and modern, comfortable furniture.

This is our second stay at The Paramount Hotel and we'll keep coming back. I love the location, very close to the light rail, monorail and Pike Place Market. The room was really clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff are always incredibly helpful too. We'll be back again!

The staff was super welcoming. We noted it was our anniversary and they had a card in the room. Hotel is conveniently located, we were able to walk most places.

Easy walk down to the water front. Lovely room. The only thing was that there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. I did have to go down into the restaurant/cafe. Which is fine. But I’d hope that if you were a guest staying at the hotel that they’d offer complimentary coffee. For your first round at least. First world problems I know. Just something to be aware of, if coffee in the morning first thing is important to you. Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Had only one elevator going, no coffee in the room. They only have coffee from 4-7am then you have to go to the restaurant and buy coffee. The restaurant is closed on sundays and the staff at the desk was not very helpful at all.

The mattress in our bed was possibly the best, most comfortable mattress I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I had the best night’s rest in a long time outside of my home.

We always stay here when visiting for Seattle sports! The staff are always friendly and the location cannot be beat.

Parking was easy but expensive, which is to be expected in Seattle. The hotel was fine for our needs. The thermostat wasn’t working properly but we were there for 2 nights and worked around the problem. An elevator was out of service which made wait times a little longer but again, not a huge inconvenience. We didn’t eat at the restaurants in the hotel because there are endless choices around. The staff were welcoming and checkin was quick and easy. We’ll be staying again next month for Phantom of the Opera, so we’ll see how the second time goes. Overall, no complaints about the hotel.

They have eliminated the in-room coffee - tea makers and mugs. They offer “complementary” coffee in the lobby only from 4AM to 7 AM! That’s when the restaurant opens so you can BUY to-go coffee or tea. Ridiculous!

So noisy in the room and very cold, heater not work properly. No coffee maker and tea pot in the room. Also it was bathing rob but no sleepers at all. No curtains on the windows, so light in the night time.

liked the re-do of the rooms - decor looks fresh and more modern than it was. clean room and very comfy bed. nice mini fridge. friendly and efficient staff. tasty breakfast at the inhouse restaurant. very convenient to shopping and the Convention Centre. would stay again.

The staff was always very respectful and really made you feel heard when there was an issue. You do need a key to use the hotel restaurant's bathrooms, which was strange.

No bottled water or coffee or anything in the rooms, the AC unit in he room was consistently cycling and noisy all night, and by the morngon smelled like some sort of burning rubber or plastic...

We arrived right at check in time and were told parking was full and that we could park down the block. Parking was $160 for one night at the parking garage next door!! They only had one elevator working in the lobby so it took extra time to get to the room. 0/10 will not stay here again.

The location of this hotel was awesome! It is only a two block walk from the Westgate rail stop and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. I when for an event at the Convention Center and it was also a short 2 block walk. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was under construction, it had no open restaurant for dinner (on Mondays) the one restaurant on site was only for breakfast and closed after happy hour. No room service either. Staff were pleasant. My VIP perk was not offered.

Clean room and helpful staff

Everything was great apart from the elevator. One was out of order and the wait time was long fir the working one.

I booked a corner king room with soaking tub. I was given a standard king room with minuscule tub. They didn’t realize the mistake until after the gave another party the room keys to our room and the walked in on us. I was in the bath and my daughter was alone on the bed and got a fright. Then they wanted us to move rooms. I said no, just charge us for the room we’re already in. It’s bad enough they gave us the wrong room but giving two parties keys to the same room is a huge security problem. I would not feel safe staying here.

Courteous staff, very pleasant every step of checking inand checking out

Room was clean, hotel is close to everything, and the staff provided a nice gift basket for the wedding anniversary for my wife and I. The next morning we had an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place in downtown Seattle near the convention center.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction which resulted in noise during the daytime hours. Additionally, only one elevator was in operation, and was often offline during afternoon hours.

Elevator was broken most of time we were there, and there was no other way to get down

Hotel was an active construction site and our room had been so recently renovated that the smell of paint and construction materials and adhesive hadn’t even worn off. We had to leave the windows open all night and it still gave my wife a headache. Had to share the elevator with construction workers, some which clearly had skipped deodorant. Not to mention the jackhammer’s that started at 9 AM the day after the Super Bowl because that’s how you wanna get woken up after a night of drinking.

The staff, the bed and pillows, and the design of the room and the hotel were wonderful. They're currently undergoing some construction and there were noisy bangs and clunks throughout the day - but not throughout the night.

The hotel had their building construction crew working above my room. The issue was that the work began at 5:40am one morning and 6am the other mornings. The hotel did not handle this complaint professionally in the moment or rectify until later. The construction continued all of the days of the visit.

The constant construction noise from the adjacent room made it impossible to even watch TV. Despite my complaints, the front desk offered no solution or room change. This was a truly disappointing experience.

Room was beautiful, super clean. Shower head was AWFUL and the tub was clogged. We were on the street side of the hotel and heard cars and people yelling all night.

Would have been 5 stars but they were renovating areas of the hotel and waking up to the hammer on the other side of the wall was not pleasant. But the stay overall was good.

Hidden gem

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great location. Only complaints are the water pressure was low, no coffee makers in the rooms. There is coffee in the lobby though. I will definitely stay here again for my trips to Seattle.

My complaint is that the restaurant is WAY overpriced. For 3 people it was over $100 Also we were not informed of construction noise. We were there for a volleyball tournament and we were in PM pool, which means we didn’t get to bed till late and wanted to sleep in. The noise was unbearable and we didn’t get the rest and sleep we needed, especially the one who was playing 9 sets of volleyball a day

The shower had clumps of someone else’s hair. The bathroom was dirty. The construction started at 6am everyday. I am less than satisfied with my stay.

The room was clean but there is nothing special about this hotel. Convenient location, but parking is a huge hassle and they ran out of valet spaces upon our arrival. Overall, disappointed.

I highly recommend the Paramount Hotel. The room was clean and beautiful; the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. I could walk in every direction because of its central location. Or, I could pick up the light rail or monorail just 2 blocks from the motel. I arrived by light rail from the airport, then left via light rail to the Amtrak station. There’s absolutely no need for a car in Seattle if you stay at the Paramount Hotel.

The room was nice and we loved the hotel location. The thing that dropped our rating was that there was construction going on between 8:30 AM and 6 PM. When we were in the room, we could barely hear the TV unless it was turned all the way up and the sound was a bit annoying. I know it is unavoidable to do construction and updates and it's necessary to keep the hotel looking great. However, I would have appreciated a heads up or a discount (or complimentary breakfast) for the annoyance. Other than that, it was great.

It took forever to get checked in due to system issues, they had construction going on and didn’t proactively communicate it (loud drilling, banging, etc.), was told they were just moving furniture (clearly more than that), and was offered ear plugs instead of a different room or refund to stay at another hotel. It was extremely frustrating after no sleep for 36 hours.

Staffs were great.

There was no breakfast included. There was a restaurant downstairs, but it was quite expensive. I was not happy with the fact that I thought I was paying one amount for valet and ended up paying $60 a day. The valet service was the only thing that bothered me and that was the Price bothered me. The actual valets were wonderful.

This was our first stay here and we had chosen it because of its proximity to the paramount theatre and it fit our price range for the evening. The restaurant is amazing! The food was so good and such a plus that it’s right downstairs. The room was nice and clean. We didn’t use valet as we took transit into the city but that’s a nice option to have for those driving in. Staff was kind and helpful. Great location for show goers.:) Tis the season for hotels to get maintenance done so that was a bit noisy and an elevator was dressed up in protective gear for the construction/maintenance going on which is understandable. I was with my kiddo this round but it would be a wonderful option for a date night!

Restaurant downstairs is fantastic . BEst corned beef hash of my life . Elevator downstairs down for 16 hours and encountered some other problems but helpful courteous staff resolved issues. Would stay there again for sure.

I did a pre-check in and asked some amenities and they weren’t in the room. It might seem like no big deal but when you check in ahead of time because you have a packed weekend and you don’t have a blanket, extra pillows, tea bags for the morning & the water they said would be there—it’s disappointing. Especially with prices these days. We did get 1 hour complimentary late check out. Our shower wouldn’t fully turn off—the water kept running. Which was annoying & wasteful. I love the convenience of this hotel so I hope next time they can do better.

Staff were helpful, room was clean, and location was perfect for shopping, Nordstrom, Coach, Urban Outfitters, etc. Pikes Place was a straight walk about 19 minutes. Literally across the street from Paramount theater.

The location was great. You could hear the people in the rooms. We were woken up by someone banging (they were doing construction while we were there but it was a Sat so don’t know what it was). The workout room was small with not much in it and no pool so it was just a place to sleep. Definitely not worth it and wouldn’t stay again. The staff wasn’t very helpful upon checkout.

It is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms. It is next door to the convention center and within walking distance to several nearby areas of interest. Although it's not walkable to the Pike Shops or the waterfront, the tram to the Space Needle is conveniently located just down the street, a few blocks away. The staff was invaluable and super friendly.

The paramount hotel was really beautiful and it was right in the heart of downtown Seattle. There are lots of shopping options around within walkable distance. The hotel was very clean. I love their security for example you have to use your key card to go to your floor in the elevator. I thought that was a great idea. The staff was so helpful. I felt like they went above and beyond when we had any questions they were really terrific.

Friendly welcoming staff from the moment we pulled in to the drive. Tyler at the front desk was super helpful with quickly checking us in and giving us directions around the area for the light rail and best way to get to the stadium.

I really liked staying here. I love Seattle and this area is quite safe and very close to everything you need. Seattle overall has a big homelessness problem but I felt safe at this hotel (I stayed with 2 underage kids). We also left my husbands work phone in the room and they were so kind to ship it back to NYC immediately. Overall very positive experience with this hotel and the staff!

Ideal location for exploring Seattle

We had a great time in Seattle and this hotel is the perfect place to stay in downtown. Very walkable to all the places you need to be and we felt safe. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and both times the service and food were good.

We had a great experience. Tyler T was awesome, he gave us a place for dinner and a coffee shop that were great.

Conveniently located to the places we were going in Seattle. The staff was so friendly. Even if I didn’t talk to a staff member they were still smiling. We will definitely stay here again!

Staff were helpful especially when we needed a cab to the airport pre-dawn for our flight home. Convenient to lots of restaurants and a good walk down to the Pike Place Market and the waterfront. There are steep inclines to return to the hotel from the waterfront, so stick to Pine Street or walk over one block to Pike Street with the Target and Ross as the incline is much reduced.

The check-in and checkout went smoothly both times, the staff was very friendly. The hotel is older so we had a serious disturbance our first night but we called the front desk and they addressed it. When we returned we were put on a higher floor to assist with buffering of the city noises we weren’t used to and it helped. Everything was clean and nice. Just as pictured.

The facility and hotel staff were amazing. Always polite, courteous and present when needed. Sage Cafe brunch absolutely delicious! We will definitely book this venue when in Seattle again!!

I stayed at The Paramount Hotel in Seattle and had such a great experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t be better — everything is within walking distance, from great restaurants to shops and main attractions, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, it felt like a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and great service. I’d definitely stay at The Paramount Hotel again on my next trip to Seattle

The staff were all amazing! Such friendly and helpful staff! The hotel is fabulous! In great shape and such a luxurious feel! Loved the 24 hr gym! We did not use the bar but it was such a great looking place with shelves fool of lots of choices! We walked to and from Pikes Market with ease! The iconic Paramount Theater is just a block away! We felt very safe in and around the hotel. Taxi drivers were all great! We will definitely stay again on any future visits!

The Paramount Hotel is really nice. It has fancy vibes in a small package. The staff was super helpful and the hotel was very clean. I was very happy with my stay, everything was wonderful.
