I liked where the hotel is located with the different food options and easy to get to the freeway. The breakfast options were great. Fresh fruit and the hot breakfast options were nice. I will definitely book here again

King Suite had nice kitchen complete with everything we needed to make our own meals. Parking garage was clean and secure, easy to access. Facility should post "Quiet Hours". Our neighbors partied until after midnight without regard to others.

Very good and spacious room with a desk space that is handy for work travel. Kitchen well appointed with a Keurig that helps first thing. No coffee shop on site and no herbal tea meant no warm drink to wind down in the evening which seemed like an oversight. Staff member Iryna was delightful and so welcoming.

The staff were friendly, The facilities are clean and in good condition. There is parking on site ( for a fee) and we had a kitchen in our room which is convenient . It’s located within walking distance of campus and public transportation.

Pros:The hotel Staff was friendly, rooms clean, breakfast buffet plentiful and well stocked, and the hotels location was close to amenities and transit. Cons: Requested room cleaning be between nights that didn’t happen. $35 a day for parking was a surprise. One elevator not functioning the entire stay creating long waits for the elevator. And being charged $7 for a bottle of water that was never consumed in the room. That charge was noticed two days after checkout on visa statement.

The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was adequate. Prefer better scrambled eggs and saugage and some real whole wheat bread or something heartier in the bread choices. But the yogurt and otheroptions were good. Comfortable beda, nice linens, nice rain shower head! Slow elevators, give yourself extra time to wait for them to arrive. Indoor parking in lower level was convenient and walked and used the Link buses to get around. Used app called transit to find bus schedules in real time. Very fun university district and beautiful campus UW.

Everything about the stay was excellent except the multilayered marketing of the Bonvoy membership on the wifii was annoying and the parking rate of $35 per day was exorbitant and not clearly shown on the website. It just said parking was available.

They do it well in many ways from the first minute you enter the hotel. Staff were friendly, made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, got everything we could think of, the self serve laundry was clean, the machine worked well, the parking was safe, breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. We intend to stay here again next time. They are that good.

Room was facing 45th Ave. and very noisy all night. Windows should be triple-paned on this facing of building. Alas, they’re not. Even on 4th floor, the vehicle noise was significant.

We stayed here to be close to the Neptune Theater for a Penny and Sparrow concert. Great hotel. Clean, spacious, a kitchen you can cook in. fridge and freezer, great staff. Very pleased!

Sound proofing was terrible. It felt like we were sleeping next to the interstate highway. Maybe other portion of hotel would be quieter, but I hardly slept with street traffic.

I also wondered why the hotel didn’t have better insulation within their walls for sound-proofing reasons. Being in UW district, you can hear the noise outside especially at night. Lots of annoying drivers with their dumb loud exhausts / mufflers revving their engines as they drive by the hotelz

Yes everything was amazing aside my coffee machine not working, i did request for a second one but that one also was broken. I did reported to the front desk about the situation. But aside that great room and great stay. 😊

Rooms were clean and big, free breakfast was great, parking was super convenient. Location was perfect- lot of restaurants and UW so close by. We had a 2nd floor room, so you can hear a lot of street noise.

Great location if you don’t have a car, close to light rail and bus stops. Room felt like an apartment, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable room!

It was very close to transportation. The bed wew comfortable. Breakfast was warm and ready every morning.

I booked this hotel because of past excellent experience with Marriott and closeness to University. However, my keycard was not activated and I was stuck in underground parking with no way to get out except to walk up the stairs with my bags and out to the street and around the block back to the main door. All doors except the one to the street were locked and inaccessible without keycard. This to me is a serious health and safety issue.

Staff was friendly, room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. Only one elevator to the guest rooms was working, which wasn’t really an issue, it just made for longer waits during breakfast time.

Only thing is that the shower wasn’t cleaned and there’s a bit of grime in the shower and the bathroom as a whole

We can hear footsteps of people moving above us from our room. We were on the 5th floor and so we can hear all the way from the 6th floor.

Mother Daughter Day in the U-District followed up with a concert at the Neptune - They got us checked in and secured our car so we had the day to walk all over the U-District, the concert was amazing and it only being a 2 minute walk back to the hotel - you couldn't ask for more.

It was very difficult to see your sign above a locked entrance. I walked around the building trying to find you.

If you are looking to stay in the UW area, this hotel is highly recommended.

Booked this because it had a swimming pool. Got there. When we got there, there was massive construction going on - they even gave us ear plugs because it was jack hammering all day every day as they, you guessed it, removed the swimming pool...

In a good location. I have family that live in Seattle, and they found it easy to get to us there. Also appreciate that they were allowed to park there for free briefly while we visited. Great breakfast options, extremely comfortable beds, and loved the Ohm sounds machines by beds. Our room had a leak or something in the shower. Pools of water would accumulate outside shower and saturate the bathmat towel. That was the only issue. Great, friendly staff.

Easy, straightforward check in, parking was 44$ for me and locked garage with fast elevators. Rooms were clean and a/c was fast. One thing was there was no fan in the bathroom, so with multiple people is was very humid. Great warm breakfast fresh at 630-9am and easy checkout. Can't wait to stay again for football games or concerts at the Neptune theater

We really enjoyed having the separate area from the bedroom for sitting and preparing/eating food. The beds and pillows were the best we have experienced - not too hard, not too soft. Staff was consistently courteous and helpful. Location excellent for hopping onto I25.

However as of now (Jan 2025) there's road work outside, at night, and I didn't appreciate not being notified of that till after I reserved, checked in, and was in my room. They give you a white noise machine and ear plugs, that's nice, but it'd be better if you knew this was the case in advance. People might need to, you know, be really rested..

I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday and the front desk upgraded our room and had staff delivery treats. Will come again in the future.

The hotel is beautiful. We’ve stayed here before and have anlways enjoyed it. There’s plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Parking wasn’t bad whatsoever. Unfortunately, people were partying and the noise level was absolutely insane well past midnight. It made for a nearly sleepless night and was not a pleasant experience.

We stayed here for one night and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel feels very new and clean and our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was also better than expected with hot and cold options and more of a lounge-y feel for seating. It's next to the University of Washington (short walk), so not near the main Seattle destinations/attractions. It's about a 10-15 minute ride by car north of downtown. I would stay again.

Hotel staff was welcoming, hotel itself was clean, up to date. Very workable with rates with us and son and daughter in law for the stay with our sons surgery. He said he would stay there again with follow Dr. appts. They were wowed at how nice it is.

I did not like the parking fee. The hotel was very nice and the staff very nice also. I suggest a restaurant or bar at this hotel.

Outside noise, people outside shouting and arguing was clearly heard in the room. Racing vehicles and sirens were super loud. Breakfast was ok. Lots of variety,

Everything was great! The location is amazing, near excellent restaurants and shopping. Very clean, and everyone was very nice. My only thing is that the pillows are super uncomfortable. The itself was good.. but could have had a better sleep with pillows that are a bit supportive. Would definitely recommend 👍

The area around the property is not safe compared to other cities. But I am guessing that is a common issue around Seattle area.

My wife and I came into Seattle for a (DateNight) a show @ the Neptune. Hotel was 1 1/2 blocks away from the theater. Staff at hotel were all friendly and helpful. The parking garage was underneath the hotel and locked by a steel gate we loved it didn’t have to worry about our car. The hotel was overall great the only thing I didn’t like was our window faces an alley and the bench seat in our handicap shower was loose bolts half way out so was worried but other than that we had a great time will definitely be staying here again when need be.

The room was great and comfortable. The hallways of the hotel were freezing and the room temp was good once you put the heat up , however when you leave the room it automatically goes down so when you come back its a little too cool.

Overall a generous sized room with friendly staff but the street noise was crazy loud. Might not bother some but it was a lot louder than I’m used to.

We checked in at 3pm (1 hour early) without any problems. The room was very clean and as described. The Kitchen was very nice and had everything (even though we didn't use much of it). The beds were comfy and the HVAC system was quiet and worked well. Parking was easily accessed and secure and the continental breakfast was plentiful. The price was reasonable and I would stay here again.

Got there and was told they didn’t have any 2 bed rooms. Got a room with a King and a pull out couch. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Besides that the room was great

Staff was great and the breakfast every morning was also very good. Very short walk to the train. Only think I will say was that the parking was very expensive, parked a rental car for only one night and it was over $60.00.

1. power outage for more than 2 hrs and the staff does not know what to do and does not have any info regarding the power outage. 2. wet carpet due to condensation from air condition unit. ***When we informed the front desk about the wet carpet, we were immediately transferred to a different room. 3. mold under the kitchen sink. 4. When we checked-in, I was not informed of a parking fee until I received an email from guest rep telling me that she is "comping" my parking fee to compensate for our inconvenience from the wet floor. I appreciate that she comp the parking fees but, with all the troubles (wet carpet, power outage, and mold under the sink), I believe I should have gotten a refund. 5. Noisy because of the construction that is going on by the front lobby/outside parking area.

Had kitchen/full size fridge which is why we chose this property. Location was near University on one side and sketch hood/park on the other towards freeway… all walking distance. The price was perfect, lobby clean with cute layout. Parking easy. Bailey at front desk was super helpful and welcoming.
