Reviews
The hotel is praised for its cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and convenient location within walking distance to many attractions. However, the surrounding area is frequently criticized for its high homeless population and safety concerns, particularly at night.

The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure. Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. Reasonable from a price point and located near several restaurants.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, arranged airport transportation,
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff. Great location, proximity to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Great coffee. Room is small but comfortable. Towels are nice, spa sized😊 Stayed two nights prior to a cruise. Hotel offers $10 shuttle to the port.
- 3/5
The building and rooms are functional, the rooms and bathrooms are meh, not that up to date but I presume at their price point it is what one gets in Belltown, which is a convenient part of downtown
- 5/5
The entire staff was exceptionally helpful. The building was quiet and very clean.
- 5/5
Great location to walk to everything including the light rail , metro and 6-8 blocks to target pikes place Walgreens etc . Food next door and everywhere . A lot of homeless people in belltown but there wasn’t any issues with them , beware they do use right out in the streets .
- 5/5
Truly close to EVERYTHING! Staff was very friendly. Walked in an evening with a bottle of wine, was offered opener & real wine glasses. Had a nice after dinner glass of wine on the rooftop. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. They go above and beyond to help with your trip. It was extremely helpful that we could store our luggage for free the day we were checking out. Our cruise didn't leave until later and it gave us the freedom to walk and explore the area.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Wonderful. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel with character. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and courteous. They went out of their way to make you welcomed. The rooms were very clean and maintained. Great location. We would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
We stayed here before and after our Alaska Cruise. Both times they let us check in early. Good shuttle service to the cruise pier and the airport. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Equal distance to the Space Needle and Pike Street Market. Lots of good food options nearby. Staff is fantastic!
- 5/5
Very helpful
- 3/5
Did not feel safe in the location. Reduced our ability to just walk and enjoy.
- 4/5
Great hotel, loved the nespresso machine in the room! That was a nice treat. Wish you had a gym. Great service though
- 5/5
Staff and location wonderful
- 3/5
All hotels in Seattle were expensive through the summer. This reminded me more of a hostel than a hotel. It is what it’s- and it’s very authentically what it is. The neighborhood is still rough - wouldn’t walk home alone late at night after a night out.
- 5/5
We returned again on our trip home
- 5/5
The hotel was clean & the staff were friendly & very helpful. We would certainly recommend it. So close a attractions & amenities
- 5/5
Fast check in and check out. Has everything you need. Good location. Staff is extremely friendly.
- 5/5
Perfect pre-cruise hotel in Seattle. They arrange a shuttle service to the pier at reasonable prices.
- 5/5
Belltown Inn was great. Clean comfortable and accessible to all we needed.
- 5/5
The walkability of this location is just perfect. My favorite part is that the rooms have real mugs and an actual electric kettle!
- 4/5
The less than great issues was the noise, especially early morning, from the outside courtyard where coffee was served. Also no ability for early checkin.
- 5/5
Great welcoming vibe all round
- 5/5
Staff was grateful and helpful yeaaaaa great job everyone
- 4/5
Chris at the front desk was helpful when our reservation had some troubles. He was very kind! Room was perfect for 2 and had a great view. Perfect for a 1 night stay and super close to everything in the city, and parking was cheaper than we thought!
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice room, and we were pleasantly surprised by the use of the free bicycles, which we were not aware of until we got there. Very convenient location. Would definitely stay here again, especially considering the price tags of some of the other hotels nearby.
- 4/5
Front Desk was very helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean. It was a walkable to so many things and great restaurants nearby. Will stay again next time in Seattle!
- 4/5
Fast and easy check in. There are quite a few interesting folks in the neighborhood, but that describes Seattle as a whole. Very easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Rocco’s pizza was excellent. Front desk was engaging and helpful. Huge bath towels were nice. Pricing was consistent with other properties. Seattle isn’t cheap! 5-10 min ride to Pier 91. They have a shuttle for $10/pp. very convenient.
- 5/5
The staff were top notch. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. Gave directions on best ways to get around and arranged our shuttle to the port and even assisted us on our return with car service to airport.
- 5/5
Staff is knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Close walk to many things.
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Stayed twice at this property before and after our ferry trip to Victoria, BC. Great staff, clean, comfy rooms, and conveniently located to the waterfront area for any boating excusions.
- 5/5
Nice little hotel, staff were more than accommodating!
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Excellent location with incredibly helpful staff. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Great location, nice clean room. All the amenities we needed. Friendly staff and were able to check in early.
- 4/5
Room was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Location was a little iffy, but security was present and doors are locked at 10PM. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Inn was within walking distance to the waterfront. Alot of restaurants.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, tue location was perfect and plenty places to eat within walking distance.
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. It was an adequate place to stay.
- 4/5
Very clean and curious.
- 5/5
Short walk to pier 66
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel near everything. The rooms were clean and recently updated. Staff was outstanding! Friendly and helpful. Right next to public transportation and the hotel offers a shuttle to the cruise ports. Also some great restaurants near by. (I could have stayed a week!)
- 5/5
We had a great stay here before leaving for our cruise! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very walkable to Pier 69 for Whale Watching, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle. Upon checking in, they let us know they had a service for taking us to our pier for embarking on our cruise. It was sooo helpfu, stress free, and only $10 a passenger. If we are ever back in Seattle, we would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
The Belltown Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The rooms are clean. The location cannot be beat. This will be my pick anytime I come to Seattle.
- 4/5
Room was clean and well maintained.
- 5/5
Close to everything. Staff was very helpful and courteous. One real problem though, you need to consider changing out the toilets in the rooms (way too low and small), not at all comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Belltown is absolutely wonderful hotel nestled in the heart of the city. The room was emaculant! I enjoyed the convience of having complimentary bikes to ride around the city. I also, enjoyed the shuttle to and from the port. What I feel made this hotel exceptional is the amazing staff who were extremely helpful. I want to give a shoutout to Samson who was very knowledgeable, patient persistent in finding me the right room. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Go Solo Travelers will definitely stay here when we are in Seattle in 2028.
- 4/5
There is no parking on site- had to go a block to an open lot. Also has a rooftop sitting area overlooking the city. Overall experience was good. There were lots of people checking in & out, so it is a popular location.
- 5/5
Great place, clean, awesome staff and service!
- 5/5
We stayed the night before our cruise. The staff were so helpful by arranging a shuttle for a good price. Roof top deck was beautiful. Great restaurants in the area. Security around town to help with homeless issues and helpful with directions. Hotel is accessible by public transportation from the airport. Very in impressed. Thank you stay!!
- 5/5
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Belltown Inn. Staff was so friendly and helpful, the location was walkable to everything, and the room was comfortable, clean and had a great coffee set up.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and service. For us it was truly an excellent service. Kudos to all desk staff ⭐️. They were very helpful.
- 5/5
Nice hotel! Staff were great - very nice & helpful!! Very convenient to Waterfront area & The Needle!
- 5/5
The location of this hotel was amazing! Close to everything we needed and very convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly.
- 4/5
Room was perfect for overnight stay before boarding our cruise ship. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Room had carpeting, we weren't too thrilled about that.
- 4/5
Front door to hotel locked after 10pm due to outside area. Security at front door during the day. Lots of homeless people along 3rd ave but they kept to themselves.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
Near to Pike Place
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 5/5
Excellent, friendly staff. Good location. Clean room with AC and tub. Rooftop terrace. Reasonable price.
- 4/5
Nice clean room
- 5/5
We enjoyed the complimentary bicycles and the location close to the cruise ships
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking in first come first serve in an out door lot kitty corner to the hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was superr helpful with nearby restaurant recommendations, and had the best Thai food of my life!
- 5/5
Very good service and staff front desk services excellent.
- 4/5
Just a few blocks off the waterfront. Plenty of dining in the area.
- 5/5
I had an absolute wonderful time the staff was excellent very helpful and it was peaceful, was near everything will retun again .
- 5/5
Belltown Inn was a great place to stay. Excellent resturants within walking distance. Also 10-15 minute walk to Pike Market or Seattle Center. Rooftop terrace was a great place to have a libation and look out over the city skyline. Link from airport to the Belltown Inn was only a 10 minute walk. Staff was very helpful with all our questions. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Great location, staff were knowledgeable and super friendly! Easy check in and out. Great location from Pier 66. Our room had an odor, they switched us to a new room without a problem. Breakfast was right next to Hotel, Biscuit B*****-5 stars!
- 4/5
Great location, small rooms very clean and very reaponsive staff. Great location for ceuising and sightseeing . They do have a shuttle from the hotel to the port.
- 4/5
Our room (315) is by the alley which was noisy and also trash pick up on Tuesdays.
- 5/5
Loved the proximity to everything
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 4/5
We had few complaints, other than a not-so-plush mattress and pillows. You may encounter some people experiencing homelessness in the area.
- 5/5
The beds, bedding and towels were so nice. Roof top was great for an afternoon hangout, corner stores and restaurants all very near by. Would recommend this hotel to anyone cruising from Seattle. They also offer shuttle service to port, so quick and very reasonably priced.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff, and location made it a great place to stay.
- 5/5
We loved access to bikes. A fun way to travel around town. Room as clean and nice.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great location for walking every where. Staff were super helpful and nice. Parking is off site up the road not too far can see the lot.
- 5/5
The attention was great!
- 2/5
Staff was very helpful and polite. Great job checking in and answering questions. Location was convenient to Pikes Market. Price was excellent. And the best breakfast we ever had at Biscuit Bitch next door, While the style was updated and clean the room smelled musty/wet. There is a lot of noise on the street side from a local dog park and community area below. The most concerning part though was the amount of unhoused individuals around this location. We did not feel safe walking the area at night at all. Day time was better but still get approached constantly around the hotel area.
- 5/5
It was clean and the staff was professional and friendly
- 5/5
No food or drinks. Just vending machine and lemon water in lobby. No water bottles in fridge.
- 4/5
Staff were nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. I think the only issue is the parking because it’s off the property plus it’s public although it is only a walking distance. It doesn’t feel safe to leave your car overnight. Just my opinion anyway. Overall it is a nice, clean hotel.
- 5/5
The room had everything I could hope for: Suite style rooms with fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. The air conditioning was nice, and the room was spacious. And they had great coffee in the mornings, plus their free-for-guest bicycle service was a great help. However, that's not the nicest part of the hotel; the nicest part of the hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. These people were the outright nicest, most accommodating, and willing to help me out in the middle of an Administrative nightmare, that required assistance with some vital paperwork. This team was more than happy to help me out of that jam, rapidly and without question--that action showed such grace and care for guests, that if and when I return to Seattle, The Belltown Inn is going to be my first choice, hands down.
- 3/5
We only stayed one night on transit
- 5/5
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and whenever they are able to, they're happy to accommodate my special requests, which is greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a short stay. The Nespresso machine/pods were especially appreciated, given many coffee shops in the area don't open early. The location is convenient, and if taking the Clipper, it's an easy walk downhill to the terminal in the morning.
- 5/5
Location. Roof top deck is awesome.
- 5/5
Great service!!
- 4.5/5
The amount of ‘displaced’ people in the area made it feel unsafe to go out in the evening.
- 4.5/5
Very clean. Great central location. Friendly staff
- 3/5
👍
- 5/5
The room was clean and the environment is very calm. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. They helped my friend and I find good restaurants too.
- 3/5
Love the hotel & staff, however, the area has lots of drug activity. The hotel now has to have Security and doors locked at 10 pm. The view out of my window was a couple smoking a crack pipe. Sad because this was our favorite place to stay before a cruise.
- 5/5
Awesome room and property! So glad we stayed here twice!
- 4/5
Very helpful staff!
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
The nicest budget friendly place we have stayed in Seattle.
- 4/5
Our room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities, and it was great to have a sliding door that could be opened to allow outside air … couldn’t leave it open overnight though as it was too noisy. Loved having an onsite laundry, so convenient. We needed parking which was offsite but very close, however it’s not a secure carpark and we were anxious due to the many homeless in the parking area and its vicinity. It was great to see security personnel outside the hotel at times. The hotel is in a super convenient location, not far from the waterfront, attractions and many excellent restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
This was a great location, within walking distance to so many restaurants and attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the rooftop patio.
- 5/5
Nice property!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and convenient to everything we wanted to see How clean it was.
- 4.5/5
Location was close to cruise port. Staff very friendly. Price was good.
- 4/5
Location is perfect for cruise ship embarkations
- 4/5
Very walkable location, quiet room, and the rooftop was spectacular!
- 3.5/5
Front desk was very friendly and helpful?
- 5/5
Room was great. Wonderful size and so clean. The staff is amazing and so nice and kind! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Very clean and close in walking distance to the market and all restaurants
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
- 5/5
The best affordable hotel in Seattle
- 5/5
Staff helpful and accommodating.
- 5/5
The staffvwere amazing and so helpful
- 3/5
The staff were great, very accommodating. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. The location was very central for our needs. The window looked directly into another room and a terrace a few feet away. There was only a black out shade, so it was very dark. The AC unit was loud and cycled on and off. Despite our efforts, the room was stifling and stale. The bed and bedding was not the most comfortable. It was loud. We heard all the street noises as if we had the window open They have security at the door and the front locks after 10pm, but the area has a lot of drug users and people struggling with mental health issues. Daytime is.okay.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Very close to the market and downtown shops. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we needed in our room earlier than the normal check in time. The property is very close to lots of homeless and drug addicts but they never bothered us.
- 5/5
Every staff member was responsive, attentive and genuine.
- 5/5
Great stay. They stiffed me bc they thought I was smoking in my room. But sill overall a 10 in spite of that. I don’t hold management decisions against the staff.
- 4.5/5
Great location and friendly staff. Nothing
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful helped us organize transportation for cruising into the airport
- 5/5
Front desk staff was incredible, very helpful and accommodating! Honestly not in the best part of town, but there is a security guard at the property at night and the area is pretty busy during the day. Just wouldn’t wander around by yourself at night, but that’s literally true with any big city. Overall a great stay!
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel that is very close to the Pike Place Market. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip, and the hotel staff were awesome and helpful with suggestions of what to check out in the city.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Very clean and staff could not have been nicer. Centrally located between Pikes Place Fish Market and the Space Needle. 10 minute walk to Link station so it’s easy to explore all Seattle has to offer. Only note is to be cautious walking at night (ans in most cities) especially on 3rd.
- 4/5
Pleasant staff, central location, great shower, nice bed
- 5/5
Close proximity walking to events and venues!
- 0.5/5
nothing to like rooms are not clean. location is the worst homeless people area. rooms are not clean.
- 4/5
It was centrally located within walking distance of lots of things. Felt a little uneasy about the parking and neighborhood.
- 5/5
Mid-week stay for a couple nights with a friend. The location is fantastic and we easily walked all about Seattle. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room clean, comfy, quiet, and the shower... amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the time in Seattle and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff very helpful. Nice to have fresh coffee early morning.
- 5/5
The Belltown Inn was in an excellent location. You can walk to the space needle, walk to all of the attractions and it is an easy walk to the port.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.
- 4.5/5
Location Homeless in area
- 5/5
Great location, sweet spot. Staff especially Melba efficient and friendly
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 4/5
Staff was great. The room are clean but could use a update. The roof is awesome.
- 5/5
Excellent location, solid room, great staff. And, they have a rooftop seating area, which was super cool.
- 5/5
Clean room, in great shape. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great location.
- 5/5
I appreciated how clean my room was and the convenience of the kitchenette. Location was excellent with a bus stop right in front, and walking distance from the light rail train station (direct line from the airport which is 45mins and 3$). They also organized a shuttle for the cruise terminal for me so I didn’t need to figure that out, takes 15-20 minutes for 10$. Close to a lot of attractions.
- 5/5
The staff were super nice and very efficient. Such a great customer experience. Location had more homeless than other areas, but overall not much of a problem. I liked the central location and nearby restaurants/pubs. Room amenities were great - very clean, free bikes to ride, kitchenette, safe, huge comfortable bed.. everything you want. Very impressed!
- 4/5
Great boutique Hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff!
- 5/5
This hotel was in the middle of everything. Made things easier and walkable. The staff was nice and greatable. The room was always clean when we got back from exploring. It had a nice roof top that is open 24/7 and gave a great view at night. They also had complimentary coffee and juice.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel for an overnight stay prior to our cruise the following day. Clean facilities and staff pleasant. Would stay again if I were to cruise out of Seattle.
- 4/5
Staff super helpful & friendly, reasonable price, I really like the location and proximity to good bars, restaurants (near 2 great sushi places) and the Market, and I enjoy the mix of locals.
- 5/5
We stayed here before and after our cruise, proximity to port was excellent. Great value stay with very attentive and helpful staff. They set up a care service for transport to the airport that was cheaper than ride share and came exactly on time.
- 4/5
Only drawback was location was in an area of city that made my wife nervous as many homeless people on streets. Rooftop patio was awesome! and staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
Easy 15 minute walk to space needle and Chihuly garden and glass. 15 minute walk to pike place. Restaurants about 10 minutes walk either direction. Busy breakfast place next door. Coffee in the lobby in the morning. Shuttle to either pier 🛳 just make sure to be in the lobby about ten minutes prior to leaving time. Samuel and night clerk Warren are very helpful. Really everyone there is helpful. Rooftop is nice to look out and eat or enjoy drinks. They will hold your luggage for you at check out for shuttle. If disabled it would be alot of walking to attractions. Uber would be an easy 8-10 minute ride to attractions. Pier 91 about 15 minutes ride, too far to walk to pier 91. I would stay at Belltown again because easy 30 minutes to airport, attractions. There is no pool or gym.
- 0.5/5
We arrived at the hotel and we were changed rooms because we could not fit with a roll away bed which we asked for.
- 5/5
We loved staying here before our cruise. It was easy to walk to eat and the Piketown Market. The shuttle is perfect for 10.00 a person to get to your cruise ship. If the weather is nice you can easily walk to the Norwegian terminal. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Second, the rooms were great! Comfy, clean, and well-appointed. The TV actually worked well, unlike in most hotels. The room layout seemed to be well thought out with everything right where it should be. Third, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s basically a short e-scooter ride to everything. The rooftop seating area is really nice and a good place to bring a drink in the early evening and just admire the city views. I could go on, but you just have to go and enjoy this place. We will definitely be back in the Spring, and probably even before then.
- 5/5
Great staff and location Easy 5-10 minute walk to everything that section of Seattle has to offer. Quiet clean room Easy front door drop off from the airport and fast 5 minute $10 hotel shuttle to the Norwegian cruise port Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!
- 5/5
If you are leaving at checkout time (11 am) and are in a hurry, I recommend leaving early. The elevator is small and we were on the 3rd floor. Four full elevators passed us by. We finally took our luggage down the stairs ourselves. This is certainly not the property’s fault. Just a note for future travelers.
- 5/5
The room was pretty small, but clean and comfortable. Very good value. We enjoyed the rooftop patio quite a bit! Friendly, helpful staff and very good location for getting on a cruise through next day. We walked to the terminal. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Little pricy
- 5/5
My go to place in Seattle 10/10 always
- 5/5
Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Belltown. Close to the Pike Place market and a short walk to the light rail. Plenty of bars and food nearby.
- 5/5
Hotel was well located near sites down town. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Staff very helpful. Only disappointment was the town car service they recommended. Price was $78 after 10 pm and you pick up your bags and contact them when you get outside to baggage claim. Then you wait for them to drive around and find you. I expected more of a personalized experience for that price. On the plus side, the driver was pleasant and SUV was clean inside.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Staff at the desk were kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable, location great. Will definitely try to stay there again
- 5/5
Good location. Staff were friendly and really helpful.
- 5/5
Older property but clean, nice rooftop patio with good city view. Easy walking distance to Pike Place Market and other Seattle highlights. Staff was helpful with taxis/ubers. Would stay again.
- 5/5
This positive atmosphere is palpable to me and other guests alike, which is why the hotel is always busy! Thank you, as always, for your warm hospitality!
- 5/5
Great hotel in a central, walkable location. The front desk staff were fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean, in excellent condition, and worked as it should. It felt safe and the green street and dog park made it feel like a neighborhood. Lots of people started here and departed for a cruise; we were here for sightseeing and this was a good choice to be able to explore multiple areas. Staff gave great recommendations for Biscuit B*tch and Ludi’s.
- 5/5
Nice hotel comfortable pillows and bed. Friendly staff. Are conditioning works well. Quiet. As all over downtown there are a lot of homeless people around but nobody bothered us. Close to Aquarium and pikes market and Seattle pace needle. Offered $10 dollar rides to pier 91.
- 5/5
Room clean, staff friendly
- 4/5
My only complaint is the noise was not great. But the staff and clean rooms and hotel was wonderful
- 5/5
Wonderful location. Staff was incredible! Bed was comfortable and room very nice.
- 5/5
The very clean and comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchenette. The staff were super friendly and the hospitality was very welcoming. Air conditioning worked well. When I’m back in Seattle I would definitely stay here again! Recommend to others traveling that way!
- 5/5
Had a wonderful three-night stay here. It’s in the perfect spot—just a quick 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market and excellent dining options. Parking was super easy, and Melba at the front desk was the absolute sweetest! Will definitely be back next time we are in Seattle.
- 5/5
This Is My 2nd Stay At The Belmont Inn Within The Last 6 Months, The Room and Premises Are Always Clean, The Patrons Safety Is Always A Priority, The Staff Is Super Friendly and Accommodating, Also Everything Is The Room Is Great and Everything Works Properly As It Should For Guest 💪👍
- 4/5
Everything was great other than parking.
- 5/5
Fantastic location- close to so many good restaurants, downtown, and pike market.
- 5/5
Ideally located with terrific staff. During our stay we had a toilet issue and the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes! Coffee in the lobby. Muffins or fruit would have been nice. Nespresso machine is terrible coffee. Save your money and invest in some breakfast items. Very walkable area of the city. Would go back there in a heartbeat!
- 5/5
The Belltown Inn is a very nice property. The staff are amazing. Everyone was very helpful. They have wonderful coffee. And everything is within walking distance.
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
The hotel staff is excellent and the room clean. However the room is small and the bed was uncomfortable for me.
- 5/5
Very nice stay! Very nice people 🤗
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice and cozy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved that it had a microwave in our room. The only reason I gave it a 4 had nothing to do with the hotel. It was just unfortunate that the area was a little sketchy so just avoid walking on 3rd street and you’ll have a great time
- 5/5
Great easy place to stay would recommend
- 5/5
Everything was great close by everything
- 5/5
Comfy beds, rooms clean but very small. Staff was amazing, super efficient, friendly, and very helpful. Very accommodating with early check-in.
- 5/5
The property is wonderful and we got our room right away. The staff was awesome
- 5/5
Very helpful staff. Ride to the port perfect!
- 5/5
Everything was very clean. Room & Lobby area.
- 5/5
I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, very informative about what to do around the area

Warren was a great and happy hostess when we arrived late in the evening 😀
- 5/5
Great stay. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. They also scheduled our airport shuttle for us.
- 5/5
Centrally located.
- 5/5
It was small and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable
- 3/5
The room was very clean, staff very friendly, but it’s just not what I’m used to. If you want a higher end hotel, this is not it. It’s not a fleabag, don’t get me wrong. The room smelled like an old hotel. Don’t know how to describe it any better than that. The room was tiny. The parking lot was on a different block, there was no security, and the spaces were very narrow. I worried about my car getting dinged up.
- 3/5
But I have not been saved with any food !
- 5/5
I can't say enough about the service. We had the smoothest check in and out. The staff were super friendly and offered wonderful suggestions for lunch. We hadn't scheduled a pickup at the airport but the team immediately had a car on the way with zero issues. We are booked for another night in a week it was so nice.
- 5/5
I liked that the bathroom had more than adequate shelf space for our toiletries. The bathroom could use better light (an issue with most hotel bathrooms.) Good location, walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants just around the corner. Nice rooftop bar.

- 5/5
My fiancé and I stayed here for two nights before getting on a cruise. It was perfect when we arrived staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was great easy access to the port and walkable distance to all of the highlights in Seattle! Places with super clean! I will be honest I was really nervous because normally we stay in chain hotels, but this was a perfect boutique hotel in the city!
- 5/5
We loved this hotel! We used the complimentary bikes for the day and they were in good mechanical shape and user friendly. We loved the lemon water that was available all day and the cleaning service.
- 5/5
Sweet little hotel in Belltown, walking distance to downtown, waterfront, Pike Place market. Very clean, excellent staff. Highly recommended.
- 3/5
Weren’t notified at time of booking or checking in that parking is extra fee.
- 5/5
Gret
- 5/5
Sampson at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Great location for downtown access and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Very nice clean hotel
- 5/5
Everyone was helpful, friendly and supportive. Great hotel.
- 5/5
The amenities were amazing, Free coffee and water and some snacks in the morning. My favorite feature was the FREE BIKES for use for guests. The Rooftop Patio was great too Everything is walking distance and super close. Yes there is a lot of homeless people around the area but I NEVER ONCE felt unsafe. The rooms were perfect , clean and great! The staff was AMAZING and I could clearly tell they loved their job and they were super helpful with giving me tips and recommendations for my first time in Seattle. It felt like you mattered and not like I was at a chain hotel where they are just trying to get you through the line. I wish there was not a limit to 1500 words at there is so many good things I could say. I Told ALL my friends and family about this hotel and we will be staying there when we come back to Seattle for a cruise in the summer.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Staff was extremely polite. Parking was close. A lot of homeless in the area but luckily nothing happened to our car. Perfect for a one night stay. We were able to walk to everything
- 5/5
My stay at the Belltown In was excellent. The staff were kind and professional. The room was comfortable and very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
We love a boutique hotel instead of the large chain hotels. So charming!
- 5/5
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Everything great
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was walkable to many of Seattle’s attractions. Room was comfortable and clean.
- 5/5
Hotel was as described. Reception staff members were the real gems - extremely helpful, bent over backwards to ensure that the needs of the guests were fulfilled.
- 5/5
Well equipped rooms, great location, lovely staff
- 5/5
Everything was great. Even the parking! We'll be back. And a dog park just across the streeet!
- 5/5
Good stay
- 2/5
Crazy homeless person chased my truck through the parking area they suggested.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the communal bikes that the hotel offered. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff is beyond helpful! They are kind and are always at the front if you lost your key, need assistance, or have another question. The place is beautiful, the beds are comfortable - the tub is great!! I didn't need to park, but they did make sure to ask if I was parking a car or a bike. They have bikes to borrow!!
- 5/5
24 hour rooftop patio was a bonus
- 2/5
Belltown, Seattle is like the day/night of the living dead. Keep your head on a swivel, and your wallet close. Junkies roam 3rd street 24hrs/day. This area is not for the faint of heart.
- 5/5
The staff was great, excellent location for easy walking to dining and attractions, comfortable bed, very cool rooftop access. Will be back!
- 5/5
It was an adequate experience overall
- 5/5
The hotel was an incredible value and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sightseein. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional. I’d stay here again for sure! Such a comfortable place to stay!
- 5/5
The hotel was within walking distance to anything you wanted or needed. The staff was very helpful with setting up shuttles from airport and to port.
- 5/5
Belltown Inn is a great place to stay when visiting Seattle. The rooms are clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. The property is walking distance to Pike Place Market, The Spheres and many restaurants which is convinient to their guests. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
We would recommend this hotel and will stay there again next time we visit Seattle.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a great location.
- 5/5
Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. When we arrived to the hotel Colin received us with a smile and answered all our questions.
- 5/5
Great location for the event I was attending. Staff was so fun (it was Seahawks parade weekend). Excellent.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! We arrived early, around 11:30am. Bianca checked us in & put us on the waitlist for our room. She stored our luggage while we walked over to Pike’s Place Market. They texted us before 2pm to let us know that our room was ready. When we got back to the hotel, our luggage had already been dropped off in our room. Room was nice with a small kitchenette that included a microwave, refrigerator, espresso machine, & snacks. They also booked us a shuttle for $10 a person to the cruise ship terminal. Bianca and the rest of the staff were fabulous! Location was great! Within walking distance of several places to eat. Awesome stay!
- 4/5
Nicest staff ever. Very helpful and quick. Super convenient location.
- 5/5
Great property and location. Highly recommend
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and air conditioning is functioning well. Parking was across the street but was safe and well policed.
- 5/5

Great location, excellent staff and good value.
- 5/5
Perfy
- 5/5
Staff dressed professionally. All were polite and helpful
- 5/5
It's a wonderful hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. Bed was super comfortable
- 5/5
The location wasn't the best. A lot of homeless around the area.
- 5/5
Great area to be when visitting Seattle as tourist. Walking distance to many places to see. Very convenient. Nice staff. We had a great time. Thank you.
- 4/5
Great location close to Pike Place market and good restaurants.
- 5/5
The hotel staff was amazing - from recommendations to just chatting about life and adventures. Anna at the front desk is the sweetest, would 100% stay again!
- 5/5
They had made some great upgrades over the past months that have only enhanced the hotels status. From its VIP welcome package to wonderful products in the bathroom, it makes for a wonderful and restful environment. Kudos to the management and staff for ensuring the guest experience is top notch. This is my go to hotel whenever I come to Seattle.
- 5/5
I recommend to pick this Hotel specially through Expedia. Everything is walking distance and inconvenient. Pike place and needle and so on are 5 to 10 minutes walk.
- 3/5
Liked the area but there was not
- 4/5
The staff was exceptional with their service the area was ok lot of homeless around wherever you went which is expected in any major citythe restaurant next door for breakfast and brunch was awesome the hotel itself is an good location to be able to walk everywhere. My only real complaint was the bed was uncomfortable probably need new mattresses. Overall I'd stay again good price was only there for a day to go on cruise it was a good deal with extremely excellent and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Good location, fair price, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
I arrived around midnight and was greeted with good cheer, informed about the lobby coffee, area restaurants, bikes, and rooftop. My room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well. I liked having a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and tea/coffee in the room as well as basic tableware like mugs and a sink--all in a small compact space. I appreciated the Expedia VIP upgrade. This was a convenient spot to stay-I had about a 15 minute walk to my conference hotel. Third st north of the hotel is suffering from the 'buses only' traffic flow. It's looking pretty barren. But Second street a block away is lovely and hosts interesting restaurants and lively night life. There's a breakfast spot next door with a discount for hotel guests which I didn't try. Next time! I would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Fabulous location in walking distance of so much. Hospitality of the staff, especially the lady that checked us in, was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again during future visits.
- 5/5
Clean room !
- 4/5
Good location. A lot of drugs around the area. Never felt unsafe but if you’re not used to seeing that, it’s a bit of a culture shock. Only coffee and water to drink at the hotel so plan ahead if you want something else in your room.
- 5/5
Loved that we could use bikes and helmets along with umbrellas for free. The staff was wonderful and we were happy with our room.
- 4/5
The area is sketchy but the hotel is nice, friendly staff
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great staff and good location. Price was very reasonable
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and efficient, bathroom supplies / towels etc. were perfect, place was quiet. I will continue to come back here.
- 5/5
Staff were nice and helpful. Recommend staying there. This was our second time staying there.
- 5/5
Good location in downtown. Parking charge was reasonable. Good restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
I stayed for 1 night. It was lovely will definitely stay again.
- 4/5
My stay was good , hotel was clean and staff was helpful and kind . The neighood was somewhat rough but once you get in by taxi , you are safe . The value was good for the money .
- 5/5
Everything was walking Distance and the house keeping daily was excellent and the front desk as well thank you
- 5/5
Great location. Nice room and wonderful staff.
- 5/5
Nice boutique hotel centrally located to everything. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was wonderful. They gave us helpful advice about restaurants and things to see. They called me right away when they found my wallet, which I’d misplaced. The bed was very comfortable. I asked for a quiet room; they gave me a room on a high floor overlooking the interior courtyard. It’s walking distance to Pike’s Place, the ferry terminal, the space needle, and a light rail station connecting with everything including the #1 train to the airport and Amtrak. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Bianca, the receptionist was excellent, so nice and sweet and we were upgraded without even asking. She also asked if we wanted the city side or the courtyard view. The best service I’ve had in years she really made our vacation with her helpful suggestions of great restaurants and city activities. We love Bianca. Also the room was very clean and nice. The halls were clean and it was very enjoyable. I also like the that the doors were locked after 10 I felt very secure and safe thank you Belltown.
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
The staff was great. We took advantage of the bicycles they provided. What a great way to get around Seattle.
- 5/5
Nice, helpful staff. Very good location, especially with some great restaurants in close walking distance. Short walks to Pike Market and to Space Needle area too.
- 5/5
Perfect location! Well situated between space needle and the public market. Provided snacks which were appreciated. And the room was stocked with body lotion.
- 5/5
Lovely property
- 5/5
We always love it here, staff is amazing and everything is always very clean.
- 5/5
It was a fantastic stay. Friendly staff with clean rooms and kindly held my bag until I had to depart for the day after check out. Do recommend
- 5/5
Comfortable Bed, new carpets, convenient location was a bit skeptical because 3rd is a bus line and yes there were a few people that seemed like they had a rough go at life, but my car was parked outside and had no issues - I had zero issues and felt safe. No one pan handled. They have security out front, clean the streets, nice dog park across the street and area to play public chess etc. everyone staying at the hotel were a good crowd - and I would stay again.
- 3/5
Our stay was ok? Room a bit small! The real problem was parking even though you pay for parking you are. It guaranteed parking!! If you don’t plan to go anywhere except places in waking distance you are better off finding another hotel.
- 5/5
Room was clean private and quiet.
- 5/5
Staff was great. The concierge Warren gave me food recommendations to explore nearby.
- 5/5
Room was great. Price was reasonable. Location is fantastic.
- 5/5
Spotless room with little amenities to enjoy and the staff was excellent. Nice city view as well, would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Every single person who worked the front desk is amazing. More than nice, they each went above to make our stay lovely. We felt really welcome. The location is fantastic for walking around Seattle.
- 5/5
The room was clean the staff was polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Our room was great. Bery private and quiet. The staff goes above expectations.
- 5/5
Comfortable room, great staff will be back
- 5/5
The room was clean! Close to everything, and the staff were friendly! The 1/2 off museum pass for this month was awesome!!
- 5/5
Very clean room and nice property. Very nice and helpful staff. Good price
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was close to great restaurants and Pikes Place market. They had dog treats for our pup and we were right by a dog park. It’s an older hotel but for the price I definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
Front desk staff were wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Amazing stay, clean and perfect location
- 3/5
Request was made of the staff that wasn’t fulfilled
- 5/5
clean room, courteous staff, conveniently located.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and walkable neighborhoods
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was very nice, just all around good stay
- 5/5
The hotel is nice, clean, and well‑maintained. The staff were great, they let me check in couple hours early at no extra charge and even stored my luggage for free after checkout. I was initially worried about homelessness in the area, but it wasn’t bad at all as long as you take the right route. Avoid 3rd Street; just use 2nd or 4th Street to walk to Pike Place. Everything is within walking distance.
- 4/5
Great value in Seattle
- 4/5
For the price… it was all very good. Amazing pricing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too, and the room had everything we needed. And sometimes it doesn’t have to be 5 star. “Everything we needed for a great price” is perfect.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, super clean room with thoughtful touches everywhere. Exceeded my expectations. Extremely walkable area.
- 5/5
The Belltown is a charming and affordable slice of downtown Seattle, conveniently located and walkable to most locations. Apparently bicycles are available to guests, although I didn't use one. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. My room, which had a microwave and refrigerator, was very clean and comfortable. Located on the courtyard side, the room was surprisingly quiet for a large city. I will definitely choose the Belltown Inn again when I visit Seattle.
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the room was clean, staff were very nice!
- 5/5
The room was good and the staff was great! Loved the central location and the attention to my pets needs.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff. Nice to have option on which room. Would stay again.

Staff was great, room was clean and our experience was awesome! Loved the rooftop garden patio!
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, walking distance to everything
- 5/5
Great service, good price, in a super convenient location. Walking distance to pike place/waterfront area and right off bus stops to connect you any where you need.
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, nice staff. Loved the free coffee in the foyer. Wish there were instructions on how to turn the heat down at night. A bit hot in the room I found.
- 5/5
Location and friendly service
- 5/5
Price was fantastic for Seattle. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Walking distance to so many of Seattles attractions.
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Easy check in and out. Good location. They keep your bags for you.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. It had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Always an Amazing Stay !!
- 5/5
The staff were so kind and helpful! They offered an upgrade at check in and explained all the things they offer. I booked the room to take my 11 year old son to the Super Bowl parade. They gave away swag before the parade and even kept all of our bags for us until after the parade. Seriously couldn’t have been more impressed by how wonderful they were and such a great value for the location!
- 4/5
What a nice surprise to find this hotel. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was very clean, and we loved all the amenities. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was spotless, ac was great, large fluffy towels, and a coffee machine.
- 5/5
Room was cozy and comfortable - super clean! Stayed for the Hawks Super Bowl parade. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was great, nice kitchenette and rooftop terrace was fun
- 5/5
The room was superb
- 5/5
Loved the roof top deck, huge bonus. Great location right downtown and walkable to all the key sutes and great restraunts. Some reviews mentioned the homeless. I did not notice them to be much of an issue anymore than any typical bug city has. I felt safe staying there.
- 5/5
Front desk staff excellent
- 5/5
Very clean and staff very helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room, very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff
- 5/5
Amazing everything was great
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff, nice room. Perfect stay for after a concert at the Crocodile.
- 5/5
It was a lovely placevwith great local bennifits! Would have lived to have stayed longer but i couldn't "afford" to due to these deposits and suspended fees! I'm still waiting on returns for any of these phantom fees for stays from last month at other hotels! My accounts just kick it back to the seller and only offer for me to cancel the transaction, giving the money over to the hotel!? This assumed risk as aburden to people traveling on a budget is frankly insulting! A restaurant doesn't charge twice for a meal assuming you'd run out on the check! Why do it at hotels!? We're not all rock stars who wreck their hotel rooms! (Sorry to vent here, i just had to cut my stay short due to the suspended fees)
- 5/5
Fabulous front desk staff. Always give top rate service
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Yes to all. I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Wonderful little hotel within walking distance to so many attractions!!!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The hotel is in a good spot, about a ten minute walk to the market or the space needle. Very clean hotel and good coffee!
- 5/5
Friendly staff great location
- 4/5
It’s was a good place to stay. Clean and comfortable

Everything, Everyone Was Absolutely Beautiful!! Thank You !!!

- 5/5
Reception was excellent. Early check in and very friendly. 10/10
- 5/5
Very clean room!!!! Excellent customer service! Amazing location! So glad we stayed here.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 5/5
The staff were outstandingly kind, and the room was gorgeous. Most definitely my favorite hotel in Seattle, with a reasonable price!
- 5/5
everything
- 5/5
The room was pleasant and clean. Everything was in good working order and the coffee machine and coffee were good quality. The only thing missing was hand soap- not a big deal. Also the staff were courteous and helpful- facilitated early checkin which allowed me to work in the room prior to my dinner out with friends.
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk were very courteous and even offered some eating suggestions. My room was clean, the water was hot and the ac worked well. There are homeless people all over downtown but I felt safe as I navigated to the attractions and restaurants. Very close to food and major attractions as well as public buses which I used write a bit.No one bothered me. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Woken up by our neighbors as the walls and floor are so thin, you can hear everything. Also, unnerving to have to walk the gauntlet of homeless people to get to our hotel. Bed seemed like a full size, not a queen. I guess that is the "petite queen".
- 5/5
The room was great and it’s in a great location. We were also able to get a free upgrade and the staff were always helpful.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic. Stay was great!
- 5/5
Room was too hot. Took til one in the morning to cool it down. The staff and room all good service there, but neighborhood a little sketchy.
- 5/5
Nice, clen room. Very helpful staff. Great location.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
We had a wonderful check-in experience. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful when we arrived early. We really appreciated that she went out of her way to find us a room and explain all the policies and amenities. Thank you, Anna!
- 3/5
It is a really old old old hotel. It’s clean. But really old and not updated.
- 3/5
I liked the room. But the surrounding feels sketchy.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room was very clean and had a lot of amenities - iron, hair dryer, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, microwave. The bedding and pillows were cushy and clean. The towels were great - big and luxurious - and there were plenty of them. I appreciated that the mattress was encased in a complete cover to keep bugs and germs out. The staff was friendly and helpful. They let me know they were available for any questions or concerns. The only possible drawback was the neighborhood. It was kind of sketchy but I guess that could be expected for downtown Seattle. I went out and walked around during the day, though, and didn't have any problems.
- 5/5
The staff here are so kind and I had great conversations with them. I highly recommend this place even though 3rd street can be a little sketchy, but the staff reassured me that they do no harm. Belltown Inn is a 10 minute walk to Pike Place, Space Needle, and the 1 line which takes you to pretty much any place you want to go. My room was very quiet, clean, and spacious (for one person). ALSO super affordable!!
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and staff friendly
- 5/5
Cute little place, felt like home, in the heart of everything.
- 5/5
Great location to things
- 4/5
The hotel itself is
- 4/5
My only complaint is that upon arrival, we were charged $15 for a crib. I’ve never been charged for a crib and despite speaking to two other staff members prior to the stay, nobody mentioned the charge. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Really convenient, walkable and close to pike place market
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
Great people
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supplied us with a few dishes/silverware when requested. Easy to walk to most sites, but lots of buses right outside, if needed. Nice to have cold, fresh lemon-water available in the lobby all day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the window shade didn't come down all the way so we put a blanket along the bottom of the window to block the street lights at night. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Convenient place. Friendly staff. Clean room. Quiet heater.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Front desk service were not satisfying and did not have toiletries in the room.
- 5/5
Clean room, and the service was excellent! So friendly.
- 4/5
The hotel itself was good, and the staff were very friendly. However, not having a designated parking area and the abundance of homelessness was a big detractor from the overall experience, which they cannot really fix.
- 4/5
Great value and location!
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and easy to work with, the check-in process was seamless, and the stay was overall very pleasant. I didn't get any use out of it because it was late December, but they also have a lovely rooftop that is available 24/7. I will definitely be staying with them again, and hope to take advantage of it when the season allows! They also had free snacks in the room, which was nice!
- 5/5
Love that place.
- 4/5
Room was perfectly fine. No problems with the property. Things can get kind of crazy in the surrounding area, especially at night. Had some guys downstairs on the street yelling troubling/violent things.
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful and friendly front desk receptionist
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
The room and staff were great and friendly. The air conditioning and heater worked. A nice hotel but a lot of homeless down the street
- 3/5
Over all pleasant stay with exception of the unhoused loud all night long.
- 4/5
Everything worked fine except the ADA front door opener which was needed due to luggage. Front desk called a great taxi for us and helped us get our luggage outside.
- 5/5
Staff was great! We walked everywhere so close to everything. Great stay
- 5/5
I had a great stay at the Belltown Inn. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my room at no extra cost to meet my requests. The room was clean, well‑equipped, and comfortably warm. The area was quiet, I felt safe walking at night, and the location is perfect—an easy walk to Seattle Center, Pike Place Market, the SAM, and the waterfront. Special thanks to Bianca and Josh who were extremely helpful to me.
- 4/5
Lots of homeless around. Niche hotel
- 5/5
staff was amazing and very helpful
- 5/5
Great place if you are going to Climate Pledge arena or downtown Seattle
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was nice. Our room was located on the busy street and you couldn’t hear the traffic which was impressive. The bathroom was really small, only enough room for one person at a time but it was updated, the bathtub was deep and loved the shampoos and lotions and soaps. The only bad review I would give this place is the homeless loitering out front of the building and our key card wouldn’t work to get in and out of the building. I was too uncomfortable to go freely in and out of the hotel.
- 4/5
Everything was fine
- 4/5
A few individuals in the area around the hotel were sketch.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and great location
- 5/5

- 3/5
Staff were confused about parking. They did not explain it well to us.
- 5/5
Front Desk staff is always going above and beyond to make sure guests are happy. This is a top notch staff and I love staying here.
- 5/5
The room was cozy, but not the quietest. The bed was super comfy, though! Lots of good restaurants around within 5 minutes of walking distance.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and kind.
- 5/5
Rooms are always comfortable, clean and accommodating.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is good. Staff is great. Location of Hotel is great for doing many things around it. The neighborhood it's in is somwthing else. Lots of homeless and drug addicts around.
- 5/5
It is extremely clean, extremely convenient, and at the best price in town for all the amenities. Amenities: Rooftop access 24/7, and it's nice. If it weren't storming while we were here. we would've used it more. Free bike use: They have bikes and helmets available for use around town, free of charge. Daily room cleaning without asking. This is a rarity since COVID and it is the cleanest clean I've ever seen in a hotel. It isn't just a wipe down. It's like a new hotel room every day. Glorious! Central location- I spent my youth in this area and have family both in Lynnwood and Renton. I chose downtown as a central spot. Very convenient. Excellent hot coffee. I haven't paid for coffee since I've been here this visit. Staff- this is an amenity. More knowledgeabke about the area than any other hotel staff. It's like every one of them is a local guide. Lovely! Some things to consider: Parking- *note- parking spots are very tiny in Seattle* Garage- Garage is extra and the most expensive option. They only have 5 spots currently and is first-come, first-serve. Use the paylot on 3rd Strreet, N side of street, just E of the hotel. Breakfast- None offered. I hate hotel breakfasts, so no big deal for me. Plenty of excellent options in the area.

The staff was very friendly and a knowledgeable you when you come and go. The building is secure at night and I like that you have to use a room key to access. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable as well. The location is very walkable to many areas of town with a lot of good restaurants within a couple blocks. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent service and hygiene.

This place is AMAZING, staff is super friendly and helpful, all the problems i had were things out of their control but they do the best they can. Some wild people about on the street but they lock the doors at night(you can get in with your room key) and have security. The only other issue was their parking was full but hey things happen, the employees gave me good tips for parking. I even got a free upgrade for seemingly no reason, will likely stay here again.

Everything was fine except for the guy at the front desk who wouldn’t let us check in because my wife’s Expedia account still has her maiden name and her ID has her married name. Despite several different examples, including credit cards, old staff ID badges, and showing the confirmation page on the Expedia app…he still wouldn’t let us check-in. This has never been a problem in literally hundreds of stays with Expedia over the years.

The value price relation is unbeatable. Very convenient option. Nowadays 2nd and 3rd St are quite sketchy, but it's OK overall. The room was a bit noisy but we had a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and had everything I needed, the staff were friendly, and the free coffee in the morning was a lovely touch. Unfortunately, I heard everything from the room next door until 4AM, so I didn't get the best night's sleep!

All of the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms were clean and fresh towels and toiletries were put into the rooms each day. Staff was absolutely amazing, communicative, helpful, friendly, and accommodating! Property was very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful views from roof top, would recommend a cover or awning for when it rains. Neighborhood feels a bit unsafe but nothing they can control but they do provide 24hr security. Great stay!
- 5/5
We only stayed one night but it was a comfy stay. The rooftop area is a nice hangout spot. More importantly everything was walking distance. The food and bars were nearby. We managed to walk to pike market , the aquarium, gum wall, and space needle and back . It was an enjoyable walk as well.

A great place to stay in Seattle! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very customer focused, professional and friendly. The outdoor spaces, both the courtyard and rooftop deck, were outstanding and a great place for our group of 5 to gather. Finally, the location was perfect. We could walk to most places we wanted to see, including the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the waterfront and so many great restaurants. I highly recommend The Belltown Inn!
