Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its location, staff, and cleanliness, but some guests have issues with the rooms and amenities. The hotel is close to many attractions and dining options, and the staff is frequently praised for being friendly and attentive. However, some guests find the rooms to be outdated and in need of maintenance, and there are complaints about the breakfast and parking prices. Additionally, some guests have issues with the pool and hot tub, and there are reports of noise and homeless people in the area.
- Great location
- Friendly and attentive staff
- Outdated and poorly maintained rooms
- Expensive breakfast and parking

If you’re not on the 7th or up floor… your view won’t be amazing. However, there are small balconies and that’s very nice. Staff was nice, some seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Parking to get in the building from the garage is confusing if you don’t walk down to the bottom and then enter. However, easy parking garage and very handy. Truly nothing to complain about unless you want to complain to complain. It’s a good hotel. Note, the water bottles in the room are small and cost 4$ a bottle… they’re free at cheaper hotels.
- 2/5
the room was very small and cramped -not at all like the pictures on the website.
- 5/5
Nice clean property with helpful staff conveniently located near pikes Place market. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location to walk to everything or ride on public transportation.
- 3/5

- 5/5
Hotel is very classy with helpful staff. Rooms are immaculate and clean. Easy location to a lot of Seattle sights.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was bad was one side of the bed had a noticeable dip in it.
- 4/5
Location and staff Rooms are a bit dated
- 5/5
Excellent management support
- 4.5/5
Close to everything, within walking distance. Pool Great view of space needle Broken elevators, shared bathrooms need updating
- 4.5/5
Clean and safe Prices at hotel restaurant.
- 3/5
Liked the location Room had a weird smell.
- 3.5/5
Good location, comfy beds, not noisy, good breakfast Rooms are tired, not all the lifts work, Restaurant seemed understaffed causing long waits. Our room wasn’t cleaned after the first night

Location, staff and cleanliness Pillows were not that great
- 3.5/5
very comfortable bed . Great location The breakfast included in our booking was only the american ( not very nice) and did not include options from full breakfast menu. You could only choose one drink with breakfast?? Also our original room had a door to the adjoining room. Unfortunately we had a very noisy and annoying neighbor (children) that banged on the door and screamed late into the night disturbing our sleep. After several complaints we were transferred to a another room on our last night of our stay
- 4/5
The location The lobby was very small and it took forever to allow us to check in. I understand the norm is 4 pm. But I don’t know any hotel I’ve ever stayed in that I had to wait that long . Understandably, we did arrive at 8:30 AM and we were told a room should be ready by 12:30. We came back around 130 to check and they said it wasn’t ready. I checked in again at 2:30 to ask if I could receive a text message when it actually would be ready. They looked again, but couldn’t find my reservation. Then with help from another employee they found the reservation and magically our room was ready at that moment?? Just very frustrating.
- 1.5/5
Location The price of parking per night for the car, it is an about the same price as a room.
- 2.5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from space needle and farmers market. The staff wasn't really friendly and I could hear every sound of the doors, the people and the elevator in my room. The bottle of shower gel was empty.
- 5/5
Parking was super easy, NOT cheap but easy.
- 4/5
You should have a shuttle to the airport
- 4.5/5
Wonderful view Parking

- 4.5/5
Superb
- 5/5
Great location to be able to walk around and see the sites . The restaurant is delicious .
- 5/5
Close to pike place and about 5 minutes by cab to cruise ports. They will take or keep your bags early or late so you can wander seattle without your luggage.
- 5/5
I loved staying here! Close to pike market and everyone was super friendly.
- 3/5
The check-in staff had some kind employees, but most of them were surly and annoyed at having to help us. They charge a $100 deposit PER NIGHT for incidentals (?) It is refundable, but that’s a lot. And they don’t have mini-bars in the room. The property itself is pretty run down. A disappointing experience really. I think for one overnight stay, you might be fine, but we stayed for a week and will definitely book elsewhere in the future.
- 2/5
The Leon was dirty. The sheets had stain as if they were just reversed. Also, the hidden fees that get tacked on a really frustrating
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff
- 5/5
Great location. Wonderful staff. Good food.
- 5/5
Quick check in, friendly staff and clean room. Just what we needed.
- 3/5
The view from my window was a concrete block wall approximately 3 ft. from the window. It said balcony but it's not something you would stand on. For what I paid, you would think there would be some kind of view. The room was comfortable otherwise.
- 3/5
Not enough restaurant staff the night we attended. 2 people doing everything on the floor. Just ok food. Front desk very helpful with AC issues.
- 5/5
Estuvimos tres noches antes de tomar un Crucero, y fue perfecto. Puedes ir caminando a los lugares más emblemáticos como el Pike Place Market, o el Monorail para ir al Space Needle.
- 5/5
Clean room helpful staff nice restaurant and easy access to amenities
- 5/5
My room was really lovely and I was upgraded to a corner King for my solo trip which was absolutely fantastic. Loved the pool and hot tub. Also loved the privacy. Came for a solo self care weekend and truly loved every minute.
- 5/5
The hotel staff were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were okay and reasonably maintained. A comfortable experience overall.
- 5/5
Given a high floor room when I asked.
- 4/5
Convenience, Excellent location, and very friendly, professional staff! Most importantly, value for the money!!
- 5/5
Fantastic place to stay in downtown Seattle, walking distance from Pike Market and other attractions. Overnight parking at the hotel was expensive but there is a secure parkade just across the street I’d recommend (ImPark). The onsite gym was good enough for a quick workout, the pool and hot tub were great. My room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.
- 4/5
Parking was not included in the stay and was 69.00 a night and was not made clear on there Web site, so be were....was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Wonderful kind staff, thank you Marquez and Bill for making our stay so lovely!
- 5/5
The bartender that was there the day we arrived (wish I could remember his name) which was 5/19/26. He was very friendly and gave us places to check out while we were there.
- 5/5
Always a great stay in a convenient location near downtown Seattle, right next to major bus routes and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. Great gym amenities, and we had a relaxing time in the hot tub. If you plan to end your night watching tv or movies in your room, I recommend grabbing popcorn from the Siff Cinema across the street to enjoy!
- 4/5
the hotel.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great location. Very well maintained and friendly staff
- 3/5
Paid for a city view which it was but was hoping something higher up as only on 10th floor. Could hear the water pipes getting used by rooms above or below, hot tub was very small and pool was freezing. The shower took along time to warm up and had it at the perfect temperature which the handle was positioned at 9 oclock but the weight of the handle was pushing it down to 8 oclock which made the water hot so had to continue pushing the handle up to cool back down. The room was ok overpriced.
- 5/5
Everything was good. Awesome. At the time of arrive and being in my room. They were in the process of changing the thermostat. The room was a little cold. I also stay at the Denver, CO location as well. The room was "Five stars" huge room big enough to have a min party.
- 5/5
Other than the cost of parking we were very happy.
- 5/5
Walking distance to many restaurants, places of interests like Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens & Glass, light rail, etc. Great staff services and clean rooms. Thank you.
- 5/5
Well located with luxurious finishes.
- 4/5
They have a parking garage that is very convenient and some rooms have a view of the space needle. The staff will s very nice and the location is great.
- 5/5
great staff so helpful
- 5/5
Lovely location. Attentive staff. Gym had the standard equipment for basic workout needs. Too bad the sauna is no longer an amenity. Overall; No complaints.
- 3/5
The room lacked electrical outlets. Very odd.
- 5/5
Super friendly and helpful people working here. Very clean and surprising, very quiet. Its right downtown. Walk easily to restaurants, etc. We stayed a night before a cruise and will stay again when we come back. We can check in as soon as a room is ready and/or store our luggage while we wander around Seattle again. Super accommodating.
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Excellent staff front desk and bar
- 5/5
Very impressed! Helpful staff, beautiful hotel, only downside was parking was expensive!
- 5/5
The staff was quick to respond, and kind. Water pressure in our room was the only less than ideal thing but I was told by our friends that their water pressure was fine so I think it was a valve problem and not a whole building problem. Our view was great and the location was excellent for walking.
- 1/5
Would not go back. Housekeeping failed to clean or room multiple times and the times they did come, it was late afternoon while we were trying to get ready for dinner. Anytime we called down about issues or needing anything they were very dismissive and we had to call multiple times to get items. Multiple things on property were broken like room safe and water fountain filter. Overall a bad experience
- 3/5
Rooms not serviced very well and still sticky stains from people before us. No clean cups etc
- 2/5
Felt too expensive for the quality of the room
- 5/5
Arvid our front desk concierge began our stay with exceptional service. Loved everything about the room. Only disappointment was hot tub barely fits 3-4. We will be back.
- 3/5
The hot tub did not work and too much chemical. Hot tub was dirty and not well kept. That was the whole reason we booked there.
- 3/5
When we arrived at 10:30pm and checked in, our room was at 76 degrees. We turned on the air but it blew slightly cold air and the room was hot all night and we couldn’t sleep. We talked to the staff the next day and they offered us another room, which had the same issue. It couldn’t get below 73 degrees even with the A/C running. That evening they finally got us a 3rd room with a working A/C. They did refund us around $40 and give us a free breakfast to apologize so the staff did try to help. But it was just a stressed-filled two night stay with this issue.
- 5/5
Very nice accommodations z
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and clean and furnished thoughtfully. Our overnight stay was quiet and the bed led to restful sleep. Dinner in the hotel was nice (Margaux) and the person working at 7:00 am the next morning was very helpful in getting us a cup of coffee to go. We were easily able to walk to the Link station to get to the airport.
- 2/5
Checked into room and went in to get ready for night and some man walked into my room with a key. Front desk has no knowledge of why that would happen nor had any solution. Air conditioning would not work so room was 90 degrees.
- 4/5
Thanks for the stay.
- 4/5
YES
- 5/5
As requested we had an accessibility room with a walk-in shower. Everything was clean and well laid out. Interactions with all staff members were pleasant and professional.
- 4/5
A bit runned down. neighborhood not great but good location. room stufffy.pillows poor
- 5/5
Comfortable room and comfortable beds. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Nice bar and excellent breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was nice . Dresser draw broken.
- 5/5
Great service and great location
- 3/5
Room wasn’t cleaned or coffee replaced.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, helpful and kind staff
- 5/5
Staff was incredible. We lost 2 of our bags so called and Jess was absolutely wonderful and got back to me right away. She even offered to bring the bags out to our car. We are for staying here when we come back to Seattle.
- 5/5
Great location hotel in downtown Seattle! Close to Pike Place Market/wharf one direction and the Space Needle the other. Lots of great restaurants all around. It's a bit of a longer walk to the sports fields....about a mile....but doable.
- 2/5
The rooms ac was broken when we arrived. The staff "forgot" to clean our room and then when they did come, yelled at us for being in the room still. The hot tub was very small and apparently allowed children in it. It was also cold the first day I got there. They were understaffed so we had to go down to the lobby to get somerset l silverware etc. The restaurant was bad. Dry unseasoned avocado toast and they brought two packets of pepper instead of one salt one pepper. I wasn't going to call down again and wait an hour for them to bring me salt. Service was poor. Location was convenient to downtown.
- 5/5
Its nice
- 5/5
Front desk staff was so efficient, friendly, helpful. Absolutely amazing! Great views from the rooms. So nice to have a reasonably priced lounge on property. Food was superb when we opted for Happy Hour snacks.
- 1/5
Literally the most disgusting place ever. Walked into our room and there was weird brown grainy stains on the blinds, black mold above the shower on the ceilings, and just very outdated and gross. Told the staff and he told me they’d send a cleaner for the window blinds but came back hours later for it to still be there. They charged an extra $100 to hold onto your card and told me it’ll be refunded after you check out but nope they still haven’t refunded me back the money. Management is awful, place is gross and stinky, and don’t waste your money here because there are so many reputable hotels out there.
- 5/5
It was nice stuff was nice clean
- 4/5
Clean room very quiet. But the downsides is there’s no microwave in the room. You have to go down to the lobby every time
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and rooms are very clean. The location is great too, good, drinks and entertainment are all close by.
- 4/5
Older hotel, but well kept and friendly staff!
- 5/5
The room was clean and welcoming. We had happy hour in the bar and the waitress was great. The one down side was the cost of parking, $52.00 but at least we knew the car was safe.
- 3/5
There was no coffee or tea in the rooms, but there was a coffee maker.
- 2/5
..
- 4/5
We had a great stay in a clean room. The hot tub was very small and jets did not seem to work.
- 4/5
Only real surprise was parking not included in stay had to pay an extra 200$ to park 3 days maybe mention in ad
- 2/5
Hot tub was dirty, my refrigerator wasn’t working so they had to replace it.
- 4/5
The pool and hot tub nice. But the jets were not working in the hot tub. The rooms were clean but the towel rack was half falling off and there were scuffs and chips throughout that could be addressed. Im not sure we were on a smoking floor or bot but the floor smelled like pot. Our room was fine. I would come back for sure.
- 4/5
All in all it was a good stay. Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the restaurant had good food and great service. The pool and hot tub is what prevents me from giving it a full 5 stars. The hot tub/whirlpool is very small, capacity is 4 people and even then, you are very close to others. The pool was small too for how busy it'd get being a large hotel. Each time we went it got crowded quick! Also, the pool doesnt close at any timeframe for cleaning but when they do clean it you of course cant be in it, so you may be down there and get interupted luke we did or go down to swim and have to wait. Yes, it doesnt take too terribly long, halfish hour or so, but it would be nice if they scheduled it so you could plan around it. We were on a schedule and the time we set aside for the pool before dinner went to only getting 10 minutes. Our kiddo was pretty bummed.
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay for a fun night in the city.
- 5/5
Rooms do not have microwave, but they do have a small refrigerator. Location of this hotel is perfect.
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly to our kids and had some great recommendation for food. The pool and hot tub was lovely. In the basement but the vibe was elevated. It didn’t smell moldy or have any signs of mildew. A good spot to be close to the market and the space needle!
- 3/5
Didn’t realize parking was not included so an extra 160$ and price was also more than hotels had
- 2/5
First we got there an we were told we had to pay 50.00 dollars for parking!! The people checking in behind us, told them they weren’t aware of parking fees and they waived it for them!! The fee was actually almost $66 said an done😡 Second when my daughter went down to order food, they didn’t use our 30 dollar room credit we get with the rooms an only had one person working in the restaurant. The front desk also didn’t tell use we needed our room key to access diffrent floors on elevator- so I had to get more keys , since I had sent them up with my daughter. They also said our rooms had “ balcony’s “ it was more of a ledge- diffently NOT a balcony!!!
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Restaurant staff was great, but overworked. Fabuluous service during our night dining even gave a very generous tip. But come breakfast, we we're totally ignored waiting to be seated, we chose to eat elsewhere.
- 3/5
The sink did not drain properly. The safe on the room did not lock. But the location is great! Property is a bit old but still good. We had an enjoyable time.
- 3/5
The hotel parking costs money, and they don't even give you a discount for staying the night there.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice large window view. Restaurant is convenient. Pool is small and warm enough and had a hot tub that helps the adults. They were able to get us into our room early. Location was just a few blocks from Westlake center transportation like light rail and monorail. Good location for walking to Pike’s Market and the Aquarium.
- 5/5
Awesome fast service at check-in! Christopher was very helpful!!! Very secure building with many ammenities!
- 4/5
A good hotel, convenient for what we needed and appreciated the room service option too.
- 1/5
Parking is an extra $50 plus tax. And parking garage does not connect to the hotel so you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the lobby. Bathroom was very dirty , yellow stains everywhere. Sheets smell dirty. Bath tub would not drain .There was a bag of pistachios left from the previous guests left by coffee maker. This hotel smells very bad. There is no microwave. Only pro it’s about a 15 min walk to pike market.
- 5/5
Parking is expensive but we used Spot Hero and found cheaper parking spot thats walking distance within the hotel.
- 5/5
$50 parking I thought was kind of steep. Carpet getting a little worn. A welcome with my name on tv was pretty cool
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Hot tub was busy and dirty Restaurant is good. Local area is good for tourism. Loud cars drive by often.
- 5/5
Restaurant was great and it was a good location between Pike’s market and the space needle.
- 1/5
We were not only charged significantly more than what our receipt stated on this app, but the hot tub had feces in it. The ceiling in our room was chipped out, no fan in the restroom, and a huge burn stain in the curtains. We had been “upgraded” to a better room, for me having the same last name as the agent that was there at check-in, Jessica Rees. I was sent an email by the manager, Les, that stated they would reverse our amenity fee, since the pool and hot tub had fecal matter in them, which he wouldn’t admit, but we saw, smelled, and photographed it, and therefore said area, could not be used… with the offer of up to a 75% discount on our next stay. Ha! You couldnt pay me to stay at this hotel, ever again. We never recieved our $30 amenity fee reversal NOR the $100 fee they charge in case you damage the room. Im disgusted with the hotel we chose, and do not think I’ll be quick to use Expedia in the future, as what we thought we were paying, ended up being over $130 more than allotted for. Zero stars all around.
- 3/5
I’ve stayed for 4 years consistently, have recommended this place to lots a friends now. This time I’ve stayed
- 4/5
There is a small hot tub and pool. Workout area in basement. It’s a few blocks from waterfront and space needle. They have a parking garage for a fee. There is no elevator for parking garage connected to hotel but there’s a door entry. There was no usbc conectora in room.
- 5/5
Front desk was friendly and helpful. Upgraded our room when double queen was unavailable.
- 5/5
Our room was great, the staff was very helpful, location was perfect and overall just kept us happy and comfortable!
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff was nice. The parking structure was right next to the building, although it is pricey in my opinion and no discount for those staying in the hotel.
- 5/5
Great location. Rare find with pool and hot tub. Attached garage with in and out privileges was a nice bonus too.
- 4/5
The property was very nice. The only hold up was how expensive parking was.
- 5/5
Very clean. Loved the view. Nice workout space. Great location
- 3/5
The type of room I booked was not available when we checked in. I was told we were given a very good “upgrade” to the 15th floor but it didn’t have enough beds for the people we had booked on the reservation. The fold out couch was extremely uncomfortable and we had to call housekeeping 4 times before we were brought the bedding needed for the fold out bed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful each time we called, but I’ve never had an experience like this before with a room.
- 5/5
We had an adjoining room with our kids and an amazing view of both the Space Needle and the Sound. The staff was very accommodating but housekeeping didn't clean or even enter our rooms to take out the trash until the 4th day and that was after we requested them to at the front desk.
- 3/5
The room was spacious and the view was impeccable. The bed was comfortable. But the soundproofing of the room was non existent, we could hear everyone and everything. The toilet leaked the first night but it was addressed pretty quickly. Food was decent- not worth 95 for 2 people and a toddler but we saw the prices when we ordered the food... Called down for an extra blanket at 9pm- never got it.. Overall, we'll probably stay somewhere else next time but thanks for the great pictures from the balcony!
- 5/5
Rooms were great, staff were friendly and helpful, beautiful relaxing modern lobby space, and nice clean pool and hot tub! Plus so walkable to Pike Place, the aquarium, and the Space Needle!
- 2/5
I will say the location is good and the size of the room is good. But the room advertised a balcony, there was a sliding door to a railing, that is not a balcony. I was awakened all night long also to the sound of fire trucks as there is a firehouse a block away. There is no sound proofing. The restaurant is horrific. The man at the door said he was the only staff and it would be a 30 minute wait just to be seated. There was only 2 other tables with people and they didn't even have water. Called for room service the next morning for coffee and fruit bowls and they not only added tax which is fine but a delivery charge to bring it to the room and a 20% gratuity on top of that. It ended up costing me $50. And they were rude acting like I was bothering them calling for room service. The amount Expedia gave me for the room charge was not even close what I was charged for this room. I will be fighting this as well because Expedia says their charge included the fees and the hotel says it doesn't. So no, I will not stay there again. Oh, and they wanted $65 for one night of parking, because there are taxes and fees with that too. I found a spot on the street in front of the hotel and I paid $2.75.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, my kids loved the pool
- 5/5
Nice central.hotel. clean but shows signs of age.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a good part of downtown, within walking distance of almost everything you need to see or do. We felt safe. It was small cute, had a good restaurant associated with it. The only thing we didn’t like was the didn’t throw away our trash each day with cleaning. They left our dirty dishes there the whole weekend.
- 5/5
Really loved having the balcony, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, the restaurant had amazing staff and food. It was also in a great location. About a 10-15 min walk to everything.
- 2/5
I will not stay here again. Rooms were mediocre, batheoom was very small and confined, beds were firm and not very comfortable. Pool area was nice for the kids. The fitness area was very small and humid since it was next to the pool. The fitness area had mold on the ceiling, which was horrific. Coffee was accidently spilled on my bed, so i left the card asking for linen change and it was not done, so the 2nd day i left a hand written note asking for clean sheets due to the coffee spill. Staff left a clean sheets on the bed, but dis not change the bed themselves, seems like very poor service for a hotel.
- 2/5
Hot tub cannot be advertised as a hot tub when it is the same temperature as the pool
- 5/5
Nice pool, awesome view of downtown, walking distance to many tourist attractions, staff was very helpful and kind
- 5/5
Habitaciones cómodas espaciosas !
- 4/5
It was nice place the only thing that surprised me the hot tub was dirty
- 4/5
Had no bath towels so had to make things work with just hand towels the first morning, then had to ask twice for a bath towel before finally receiving one. Hotel felt a bit dated, but did the job.
- 4/5
It felt like there was zero privacy.
- 5/5
Hotel has a great location and felt safe! Clean.
- 4/5
The room was nice and our stay was nice. I was just surprised with the room charge. I already paid half upfront and then there was a hold on my card for $240 which I wasn’t expecting and then paying for parking I was told as a hotel guest, it was $52 and I was charged for $66 so if there was just a few things that didn’t add up
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff close to shops
- 5/5
Great place recommended. Walk to market is mot too bad.
- 3/5
Room had dust all over the sliding door railing and the curtains need to be updated. The baseboard next to the desk had something splattered on it. The pool needs to be cleaned and there’s mold in the fitness center sealing. Some ventilation would be helpful. Good things. Staff is great and it’s close to everything. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom seems to have been recently renovated.
- 5/5
Hotel and staff were great. Nice little bar and restaurant. Hot tub and pool were nice.
- 1/5
The room we were offered to shower in has hot or boiling water options. Staff was not helpful or willing to accommodate.
- 5/5
Many shops within minutes of walking distance including pike place market. Great location.
- 3/5
Bathroom sink was clogged when we first arrived. Day 2 of our stay and we couldn't get hot water to shower. Tried it twice leaving it on in the hot water direction for more than 5 minutes and still no hot water. One of the front desk guys checking out made us feel like he didn't want to assist us and was bothered we were asking him anything. Otherwise all the other staff was great and friendly. Great area to stay in.
- 2/5
They didn't have hot water when we arrived. Wasn't able to check in at 4 pm as stated on booking site due to rooms having no hot water.
- 4/5
Spa is not much of a spa. Just a pool.
- 4/5
The room and view is perfect. The pool was nice and warm. However, the gym is completely outdated. They have no free weights that are in good condition or cable machine.
- 1/5
No hot water while we stayed here . Pool is disgusting. I’d look elsewhere

As always, our stay was fantastic. Majority of the staff are polite, professional and all around great. This is the first time we've been back since the end of Covid and it was wonderful to have access to the gym and pool. We even made use of the Monthly Museums pass that was available to us. Didn't know that was a thing so it was a nice surprise.
- 3/5
Upon check-in, we found the front entrance space to be quite small. When unloading luggage, especially when using a dolly, guests are required to walk through the hotel bar area because there is a step in the hallway and no ramp access. This made transporting luggage inconvenient and awkward, particularly during busy bar hours. We were also under the impression that we had booked an updated room; however, upon arrival we were placed in an older room and were not informed of this change at check-in. We only realized this once we entered the room. We do appreciate that the hotel provided complimentary breakfast the following day as a gesture to compensate. Unfortunately, breakfast service did not go smoothly. There appeared to be confusion between the server and kitchen staff, as our meals were mixed up and not prepared correctly. It may have been an understaffing issue or miscommunication, but it impacted the overall experience. Additionally, the hot tub is quite small and somewhat misleading compared to the photos online. With four people in it, the space becomes very cramped and uncomfortable. The pool water also appeared murky during our visit and may have required additional maintenance or chemical balancing. Lastly, the parking rate of $54 per night felt quite high, particularly considering the other issues we experienced during our stay. Overall, while we appreciated the complimentary breakfas

When inquired about it at the front desk they said the boiler had gone out the evening before and they didn’t know when it would be fixed They did not offer to reduce my bill any otherwise the stay was fine
- 5/5
Very courteous and accomodating.
- 1/5
Everything was fine until we went to take showers in the evening and didn't have hot water. The hotel moved us to a different room that was much different than the one we paid for. I made a request to be moved to something more similar to what we paid for. We were told that the manager would contact us in the morning for a discount or refund. They did nothing to make it right. No discounts, no refunds and additionally didn't honor the $15 per night credit that was to be included in the room. We got a dirty outdated room with a view of the parking garage. Not the honeymoon experience I was expecting.
- 4/5
The room was clean and neat. The bathroom is rather small but doable. We could not get the safe to lock. The front desk was efficient but no matter which person was there they never smiled which I found odd.
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
Blanket had stains. When checking 'out, I did not get a statement and was told I would get an email with charges and still haven't received that. We'll never stay again!
- 4/5
Clean room, great location. Pool was very small, but glad it was an option. Only complaint was the elevators, it seemed one was down but the two that were working. We were on the 8th floor so the stairs werent ideal. Unfortunately, we waited almost ten minutes for an elevator to the pool level and to get down from our room mid day.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t very clean, staff was unavailable.
- 4/5
The room was great. Service in the bar was excellent. The breakfast was good but service was understaffed thus making it quite slow. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortabl3, staff was awesome and help full. Restaurant staff was amazing.
- 5/5
Great location. Walk to restaurants and Pike Market. Clean rooms. Will come back next time we visit Seattle again.
- 4/5
Clean Room, great location, nice views, friendly staff and decent food on premises. Good value for money. Will stay there again in the future.
- 1/5
The ceiling paneling in our room was literally falling down. The elevators are extremely slow and we had random hidden charges on our cards from the hotel, the staff was not helpful with this. The parking situation is terrible. The pool and hot tub are very small, not enough chairs or tables for belongings. We will not be staying here again.
- 2/5
was closed the entire day (we specifically chose the hotel for the location and the indoor pool), and the water was completely off in our room for a couple of hours due to some unexpected plumbing issues—this definitely delayed us getting out and enjoying the city.
- 4/5
The hotel is super nice, great location, we enjoyed the pool, fitness center, and Silvia who worked in the restaurant was really great! Check in was a mess - we arrived 3 hrs after check in arrival time, and the front desk employee said no room was available, she didn’t know when it would be, would not give us wifi password (I needed it to tie in to a telecon), and offered us no accommodation while we waited for our room to be ready that we’d already paid over $500/night for. Thankfully after 10 minutes, someone else came to help us and got us a room - but not the type of room I’d reserved. It was actually the worst check in experience ever and ironically for the most I’d ever paid (pre-paid) for a hotel room. But once we got to our room, it was quite nice. Just the one person who had zero customer service.
- 4/5
customer service was okay I was expecting a bit more cordiality.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service, terrible room, they charge for even water, and the cleanliness is way way below par. Especially based on their price structure, you’d expect at least the few basic things like cleanliness and a polite exchange to be of somewhat standard level.
- 5/5
Amazing experience we were lucky enough to get lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a view. Loved the covered garage parking. The pool and hot were very nice and open late. The staff was amazing and helpful!
- 3/5
Beds were not comfortable and hotel is old. Price was okay though.
- 2/5
When the room was booked on Expedia it showed the price with all taxes and fees but yet I was charged an extra $30/night for a resort fee. We did not use any extra amenities and had to put a deposit of $100/night down upon arriving to the hotel. This is not communicated anywhere when booking.
- 2/5
Cold water for half of a visit and had to pay too much for parking $42 a day
- 3/5
Minimal amenities, loud street noise, heat didn’t seem to work well. But if you’re looking for a clean place just to sleep, this is just fine.
- 4/5
Pool was dope, balcony was scary as hell
- 4/5
The room was very clean, friendly staff, and good location. Our room caught a nice view of the ocean and mountains as well
- 1/5
roaches in room and didn’t want to refund money
- 3/5
Room was beautiful the view was even better. There were 2 reasons why I only gave 3 stars. There was absolutely NO hot water. They knew of the issue but I wasn’t told at the time of check in, this would’ve been nice to know ahead of time and there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped ALL night.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Clean comfortable & close proximity to great restaurants
- 4/5
Nice room and view !
- 5/5
My room was clean and all lights were on and temperature set at a comfortable 70. Bed was firm but comfortable. I liked that they kept an extra pillow and blanket in closet. The bartender went out of her way to get me decaf coffee for my Bailey's and coffee. The pool and jacuzzi alone is good reason to stay here. And having it open til midnight was the BEST. I didn't need to rent a car or tske an uber my whole trip. Taking the lite rail from SEA TAC and walking 5mins to hotel was so easy. I walked 15 mins to Needle, 5 mins to Martket. The staff and location of hotel made for an incredible trip. present at
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Friendly service nice room
- 2/5
The room was great. It was the charge at check in for over $150. This was not explained at booking. That charge was then kept at check out when we were charged for Parking. When i searched the hotel i looked for parking included. The garage was completely full with no where to park. The front desk said the hotel had valet. failed to mention it was $100 to use valet even just for the one time.
- 5/5
Room was great!
- 5/5
The hotel is good through renovations and the progress is noticeable. The dining options are great breakfast and dinner.
- 5/5
Small bathrooms
- 1/5
I’ve booked many rooms thru Expedia over the years and NEVER heard such thing. The resort fee should have been $34 according to the price breakdown Expedia provided. But no where in time did they ever mention a resort fee involved. No receipt given to me when I checked out. Just a “the deposit charge should drop as soon as the room is cleared.” Again, no mention of any damages bc there weren’t any. Sketchy! Just sketchy! Ask for a receipt with these people. Please….
- 5/5
We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hottub. We highly recommend staying here!! We did, however, park our car at the Westin right behind the Warwick. It was only $60 for the 3 nights. That also included in and out privileges. The Warwick charges $52 a night. Great place to stay!!
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Great location.
- 5/5
Hermoso todo
- 1/5
I woke up with bites all over my rib cage
- 5/5
Room was great. Clean and a great view of downtown Seattle. Parking was a little expensive and I have not got the final report of how much is actually costs. The charges have been unclear.
- 5/5
front desk staff and bartender were friendly and courteous.
- 2/5
The bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. One of the water bottles was open. Bathroom was dirty and the pool or hot tub was not working.
- 5/5
Free upgrade to 19th floor suite. Pool was nice and clean.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel room
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The bartender in the restaurant - Brandon, was amazing! The food was great!
- 3/5
Stayed here for new years with my parents and kids. Couple of things. The hot tub is super small, maybe 3-4 adults small. It was packed every night. It’s also right next to the pool so you constantly get splashed by kids jumping in the pool, not a relaxing hot tub experience. The first floor we got put on, 4, the smell of weed was so bad, even in the room, it was terrible. So we got moved to floor 6, which wasn’t as bad, but by the end of the night the whole floor just smelled like weed too. The place needs better ventilation. I know it’s the PNW and people smoke, but if you have kids staying at your hotel, have the option of 100% non smoking air filtered floors. It was horrible. The shower temp changed like 6 times throughout your shower without even touching the nob. The sliding glass door to the “balcony” would barely open, it took all of my strength just to slide it. Sound proofing is not good, heard parties all night down the hallways. Would not stay again.
- 1/5
Room was bad, no hot water, smelly room. This place is a remodeling, power outlets are outdated.
- 3/5
Good: location super convenient, easy walk to Seattle Center. We found street parking close by which was cheaper than the garage since we arrived early evening and next day was a holiday. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and having the little balcony to stand on was fun. Not so great: bathroom could have been cleaned better - my husband found some hairs in the shower and there is a bit of mold up near the ceiling. Also discovered wet tissues in the Kleenex box. Our expedia reservation provided us with a BOGO breakfast at the attached restaurant which was awesome, but the restaurant itself had poor service. I think they operate separate from the hotel, so maybe more of a them problem. Overall it was find for a one night stay.
- 2/5
We went New Year’s Eve. There’s no room svc because they are short staffed. Husband had to wait 30 minutes for an order of fish and chips and it was handed to him not warm enough. Water dispenser not working by the gym area. We have to park at the 9th floor there was no elevators. The room we stayed look so old and outdated. Lastly, we were not able to use the breakfast vouchers for 3 because there was a 45 minute wait, we went there around 10 and we are about to check out at 11. Not going back for sure.
- 3/5
Restaurant service was extremely slow. I understand it was NYE dinner but management should’ve anticipated the demands and plan accordingly . Also, the next morning, two simple American breakfast orders took 1 hour and 40 minutes. No excuse can justify this. The operation was just terribly flawed. The on-duty restaurant manager acted professionally. I don’t blame her personally.
- 2/5
Not sure when this was a 4 star hotel. Maybe 25 years ago. Front desk area looks nice but rooms massively worn and dated.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Restaurant had good food. Amenities were nice. Great Location to walk to many places.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Location is fantastic. Parking was easy and they allowed extra time in lot before and after checkout.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and rooms are comfortable but theres an musty smell in the hallways.
- 5/5
Stay was wonderful. Balcony isn’t a balcony and should be listed as a Juliette.
- 5/5
Great stay as always! Staff are so helpful and friendly!
- 2/5
Overpriced
- 5/5
Great stay! Would stay here again:)

- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly! I appreciated the staff waiving the parking since the pool was out of service. Definitely a great location if you’re doing stuff downtown!
- 5/5
Everything was delightful. Particularly the staff.
- 5/5
They charged a resort fee that I thought was included in my payment to expeidia
- 4/5
Room was spotless
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very Friendly, helpful and courteous!
- 3/5
Upset that I called the hotel in advance and the hot tub and poll were not in operation.
- 5/5
It was a great experience at the Warwick. The staff was great. Our room was clean daily. It was a bit cold in November so if you don’t like sharing blanket I would recommend asking for another if possibly. We wished we had a take to take a dip in the hot tub
- 5/5
Amazing staff !!!
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful bar staff with local recommendations of places to visit.
- 5/5
Charged the resort fee… suppose to be waived
- 5/5
A room was great, and I loved having the ability to open the doors and hear the life of the city below me. It was also nice and quiet at night with those doors closed.
- 1/5
Few issues here, staff was less than great, the hotel says there is in room service but when we would called down to order food they transfer the call to the restaurant only to disconnect the phone or go to voicemail. We attempted on two different days. Poor service. We would just get an, oh I’m sorry with, no emotion. But the worst part is that the walls are PAPER THIN, had the lovely experience of hearing our neighbors making love and then playing dubstep at 2am, no sleep for us, gotta love that when you’re on vacation. Note to self, NEVER stay here again. Also, the pool and hot tub is sooo small and dirty, do not recommend.
- 5/5
Everything you want and nothing you don't. Pool and hot tub open later. Restaurant and bar in the hotel. Great dining and bar options within walking distance.
- 3/5
Customer service was great, from front staff to engineering. I was only in the area for one night and booked the cheapest room but I guess I just expected a little more from it which is why I can’t give it the full 5 stars. The room was clean, sure, but i could see where some areas in the room needed a little TLC (cosmetic or superficial items). Bathroom was small. Bed was good, I slept nice.
- 5/5
Location was awesome Rooms were good Few upgrades needed but other then that great stay
- 3/5
plugs ins were all European style
- 5/5
The room was immaculate and the view was breathtaking! The staff so friendly, very safe and secure, and great food! Close walk to the Market! Love everything about the Warwick
- 5/5
Room, restaurant, pool & hot tub.
- 5/5
Its the hotel i prefer to stay there than others. I enjoy the customer service and the pool, hot tub, and restaurant. Room are great as well
- 5/5
Clean, classy room, bed was comfortable. Out room had a view of the Space Needle between two buildings. It had a fake balcony that you could look out and have the window open.
- 5/5
Such a great trip
- 1/5
Cost 50 dollars just to park
- 5/5
Balcony offered a nice view
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and kind! They made it easy to stay with a toddler.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, but dated. Bathroom was small with the door almost hitting the toilet. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. It was dark when you shower, but the water pressure is good. Parking is small with turns for one way traffic. There is no elevator in the parking lot. Beds are comfortable. There was a mini fridge with a coffee maker. It is downtown so the street outside is very loud with people yelling, cars revving by and sirens.
- 3/5
Overall, it was good — the room was clean, though shabby, and probably should have had a complete renovation a few years ago. Arrival was OK (the parking attendant was courteous enough, if a bit perfunctory; the presumed security guard was unfriendly; the front desk agent was pleasant and the check-in easy). On the other hand, Bill (concierge) was fabulous — had the rooms been in better shape, I’d have given this hotel review a fourth star because of him. (The in-room coffee service was dreadful — upgrading it should be fairly easy without a terrible hit to your budget.)
- 4/5
Clean and spacious accommodation, great location for downtown.
- 5/5
Room was great, balcony was nice- was great having fresh sir come in the room, the staff was nice. No vending machines, and they fo not offer free water.
- 5/5
Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was attentive and quick.
- 5/5
The staff were fantastic. Christopher, Esmeralda, Giselle, Jess P., Patrick, Mark, Kelly - all were notably exceptional. It is rare to find such a dedicated team with such a cohesive and consistent, family, and customer-oriented approach.
- 5/5
everything was up to standard and people were exceptionally helpful and treated me with kindness only issue is i had to wait in the lobby for some time just to get a plastic fork but guy apologized and offered a few and he was puffing a little so i’m assuming he was trying to hurry so i appreciate his effort
- 4/5
Location was great. Close and in walking distance to a lot.
- 3/5
The room was dated but the staff did a good job in the upkeep. Decent view on the balcony. The pool redeemed our stay as it was not crowded and was nicely heated.
- 1/5
Rooms smelled like stale cigarettes and elderly home care facility and my grandmas house.
- 4/5
Been there few times, this time with my best ladies friend. Fun!!! But the cleanliness need to do bit better, like deep clean EvErYtHiNg, behind dresser, behind anything, walls, etc. at least once a month… I found underwear behind the dresser and it’s never been clean behind… so maybe clean better? Aside all that, it was a great weekend.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and clean. It seems like it’s an older hotel that might need some repair. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood wasn’t too sketchy. The hot tub had some issues with heating. Overall it was a good stay.
- 3/5
Overpriced overall. I don’t think I would come back.
- 4/5
The room was very clean but the only issue was the temperature of the shower, you could be in the middle of showering then the water would get very cold and stay like that for while.
- 2/5
Room did not get
- 4/5
Nice Hotel, just be ready to pay for parking.
- 2/5
Room was clean and staff was super nice. I was there for a business trip and really needed the jacuzzi after extensive 10 hr trainings all weekend. The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely disgusting cloudy and extremely foamy. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
Very clean, great location, staff were very friendly, definitely would stay there again
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Wished there was a Starbucks in the building (being Seattle and all) but otherwise very good and easy to get to everything.
- 5/5
Very clean. Great staff.
- 4/5
Great price and location. Bed could be a little more comfortable but all in all a great experience
- 2/5
The bathroom inside the room was so small I could reach everything just by holding both hands out. The staff was unfriendly and the security was rude.
- 4/5
Great location. Close to Pike's Market and lots of dining options. The AC had issues that they couldn't resolve, but otherwise a good hotel
- 5/5
Restaurant - The Margaux was great and just what I needed at the end of the day
- 5/5
Clean room friendly staff
- 5/5
The entire staff was amazing! Loved this hotel and it wasn’t poorly priced for its prime location! Very accommodating.
- 4/5
The beers offered at the bar were very limited, they should have a true west coast IPA. The are several Seattle based WC IPAs that are very good, we ended up only going to the bar once (1st day) during our 5 day stay because of the limited selection.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and staff was friendly
- 4/5
Hotel was amazing lots of places within walking distance. Only downsides we found was the bath tubs don’t have plugs so you can’t have baths not the biggest issue, no room service & restaurant was hard to reach to order and pick up food. Some hotels have vending machines for snacks and drinks for convenience really wish they had that here, Google mentioned they had some in the basement but we discovered that it wasn’t true. Other than those small little things the hotel was quite nice
- 5/5
Awesome room. Incredible pool. Delicious breakfast. We definitely will stay again.
- 4/5
Check in was chaotic and we still are waiting for our deposit to return (a week later!!) but the overall stay was pleasant and it’s in a great location convenient to Pike Market and the waterfront and close to the Space Needle! Nice pool, too
- 4/5
Nice check in nice people. Comfortable room but dated. Leaking bathroom faucet, tiles on the shower ceiling are separating. Only one bag of coffee. Electronic plug ins need updating
- 2/5
Valet was terrible. Restaurant service was terrible and beds were hard as a rock. Do not recommend
- 5/5
Accommodating friendly staff, great location
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Pool was cold, unfortunately had some unpleasant people sharing the hot tub. Staff was great, especially the waitress in the restaurant. I think her name was Trish. Absolutely wonderful company at the restaurant.
- 5/5
We’re able to check in first thing this morning so could leave our bags in the room. And go explore Seattle for the day.
- 5/5
The hotel was great. The city is beautiful, the only complaint and no fault of the Warwick was the drugs. The Warwick was great about keeping the guest in a safe environment.
- 5/5
Conveniently located to downtown tourist spots. Safe. Very clean and well maintained. Good value for a stay in Seattle. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Exactly why I have stayed here 14 years in a row always a classy visit
- 5/5
Good location
- 4/5
Very walkable to all the tourist spots
- 4/5
We got a room with only king size bed
- 4/5
Didnt use the hot tub or bar but a nice hotel.and room. Very convenient locale and parking garage on the property too. Neighborhood in all downtown Seattle area has lots of street people sitting on sidewalks at night but NYC has the same. No worries, seems safe. Car rental place is a few blocks away and restaurant and shopping also.
- 3/5
Also, there was no light switch by the door. Where there should have been one, and where the desk told me it was, was a blank cover plate. Very inconvenient.
- 5/5
Great staff and service.
- 5/5
Although, there was a little confusion checking in because it was booked for my daughter. They were more than understanding and made everything work. Once again a very happy experience!
- 4/5
This is an amazing hotel you can walk to almost everything! You do have to pay for parking! It was like 75$ a night
- 5/5
rooms clean staff where awesome with wine glasses and bottle opener
- 4/5
Hot water was not available for a day. Other than that our stay was good
- 4/5
Everywhere from our room, to the pool to the lobby was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. You are in the city so outsode noise like sirens can be heard but its to be expected. I would stay again!
- 2/5
The hallway was more clean then our room The pool and hot tub were sooo gross with a cuz float on the top and cloudy so u couldn’t see the bottom
- 5/5
It was a great experience.
- 2/5
Told us after checking in that we had one bed and not 2- there wasn’t an elevator in the parking garage- staff mostly seemed like they didn’t want to be there.
- 3/5
Clean but older
- 2/5
one of our nights we had no hot water and to top it off security was called on us because our music was too loud and and we were talking to loud but it was normal volume, later we were woken up by our neighbors early morning which i realized the hotel has thin walls, me and husband spent the remaining of our trip talking like mice and being quiet while in our room, we found cheaper parking around the block on our 2nd night and the upside to this hotel was housekeeping was very nice and upon request cleaned our room, the pool was also clean but small. I would only recommend this place if you are a early bird and traveling alone, would not stay here again
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean, good location
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Everything was so nice and easy to get around. Perfect location for attractions.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was wonderful!!!
- 5/5
I liked they have a hot tub and the pool is alway warm. Plus in the center of all my activities i enjoy when i visit Seattle
- 4/5
Good location. 10 min walk to pike place, Monorail and dining options. 15 minutes to great wheel.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
We loved the location and convenience.
- 5/5
Had a great experiance.eberyrhing was excellent
- 4/5
Our room was lovely and well appointed, The only bad thing was how hard the mattress was! It made for a rough 4 nights. Maid service was good the first day and then kind of spotty the next 3 times. Coffee service was replenished with only decaf which we had to go to the front desk to exchange for our preference. Face cloths seemed to be a rarity after the first day and we gave up asking for them. The pool and hot tub were nice, however there was maintnence on the hot tub and no signage to indicate that it would be cold for the rest of Sunday. The young man at the front desk was pretty indifferent about our asking about it and kind of blew us off. It is a great location and very easy walking distance to pretty much everything downtown
- 5/5
Walking distance to pikes market
- 5/5
Was pleasantly surprised on how great our stay was. Loved the extra things the hotel offered with being a guest.
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable and the tiny balcony was cute. I liked the large windows and slider.
- 3/5
•Parking was close to $53/day, and you have to take stairs up and down potentially 7 floors (no elevators) •We stayed 7 nights. Our room was serviced twice. We called guest services twice to ask for toilet paper refills. It never came. I had to check the hallway for the occasional housekeeping cart to get some essentials (toilet paper, towels, trash bags, etc). •We ate at the hotel restaurant once, for breakfast. The staff just seemed unhappy. Very stoic. Coffee tasted like water. •It was conveniently located though. Close to good restaurants, sights, and the public market.
- 5/5
This property is on a great location close to Pikes Place. Excellent safe neighborhood overall. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our room was not ready on time.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Outstanding! Everything about it was great. Will come back for sure.
- 5/5
Gym was great and indoor pool.
- 5/5
Staff, rooms and location was perfect. Easy walk to Pike Place, dining snd shops. Close to Monmorail. Great visit location and quick to cruise terminal.
- 3/5
Close to things. Restaurant on site closed. No coffee in room.
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Hotel is well located to the waterfront, space needle, public transportation.
- 2/5
Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The Margaux restaurant was unimpressive. The street noise was overwhelming from our sixth floor room. Will not return to this hotel.
- 3/5
Disappointing!!!
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, well maintained
- 3/5
This is a very tired property with a good location. Definitely not luxurious
- 1/5
I rarely if ever log negative reviews, this situation warrants it. I’ve been conservative in my comments as I’m not using this review to vent, but to simply place an experience on the record in that it might help others avoid the same. A more detailed response will be sent to the hotel’s management, along with direct comparison to the company’s claims of its values and customer-forward service via it's website, with a comparison to what’s actually provided. Grateful it’s just a night. We can spend the next 8 in other accommodations. Reminder: hospitality is defined in all reputable dictionaries. Perhaps remedial study is warranted
- 5/5
First time in Seattle and it was a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff who took care of our every need. I will never forget this trip!
- 5/5
Nice hotel in downtown Seattle. Tourist things to do very walkable. Good option for downtown stay
- 5/5
We had a lovely stay at the Warwick and were pleasantly surprised to receive the complimentary upgrade to a suite on the 19th floor with a view of the space needle. Wonderful view!! Thank you, Warwick!
- 5/5
The property was centrally, located and extremely clean. The staff, especially the concierge, was very helpful.! Our room was a nice size and had a beautiful view of citi lights. Our king size bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless. My only suggestion would be to have real creamer and a selection of sweeteners with the wonderful Seattle coffee in the room.
- 5/5
Staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming. Place is clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location, walkable to all attractions. Jessica P was very helpful when we needed to change rooms on the first day due to a leak in the room also when needing a cab to the airport.
- 5/5
Nice amenities
- 3/5
Hotel is very dated, they never left enough towels and wash clothes so we had to track them down daily for that. The toilet would not flush without taking top off and hitting the water fill. They sent someone to fix it however it worked one time and was back to not working again. Our view was a concrete wall, for some strange reason. However the pool area was nice.
- 5/5
Staff was very pleasant, only stayed one night, the hotel was a beautiful hotel, a little pricey, i would stay again if i came back to Seattle..
- 4/5
Convenient location for attractions. Nice room.
- 5/5

Great hotel !!
- 3/5
Our first room the bathroom fan was so loud and couldn't be turned off. We called the front desk and they sent someone to look at it. We finally got moved to a quiet room, but the room was much smaller. Breakfast was not included. For $564 for 2 night for 2 people you think breakfast would be included.
- 4/5
Overall hotel did its job. Facility is dated, and they are stingy with the AC. Other than that, we had a good stay. Would stay again assuming Seattle isn’t in a nuclear heatwave.
- 4/5
The front desk staff amazing and kind!!! Bed comfortable and everything close by
- 4/5
Convenient location. Hotel is little old.
- 4/5
Really lovely hotel and location
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, thank you!
- 3/5
Pool small, no guest laundry
- 4/5
Love downtown Seattle, but this hotel is dated! The furniture is stained, gross! We got 1 washcloth and 1 towel! Really, there’s two of us!
- 2/5
Charge $30.00 for resort fees. not worth it
- 4/5
Convenient to Pikes market. Took link from airport.. very affordable and easy! We did a cruise and came in early and enjoyed the sights around Belltown area. Hotel restaurant was nice and food was good. If going on a cruise I would recommend this place.. it was a $25 cab ride to the Royal Carribean cruise port.
- 5/5
The room was comfy and spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming! Plenty of dining options and coffee shops within walking distance.
- 2/5
Our room wasn’t ready at check in, the air conditioner was broken, we didn’t have a remote for the tv, room service brought our food but no utensils and had to wait 15 minutes to get some. Beds were like sleeping on concrete
- 5/5
I love the location, the staff was amazing, and the price was better than most in the same area. The food is delicious. Everything was clean. And I felt safe. I will be staying there next time in in town.

Great place to stay!
- 5/5
Was perfect for visiting both downtown and space needle area. We enjoyed the pool, which was plenty warm, hot tub, friendly staff, in room coffee, and iced flavoured water in foyer. So happy with the stay! Water bottle dispenser by the pool was slow, and one night ice was out on our floor. Decor was lovely and would stay here again for sure. Our room faced a concrete wall and we were told Expedia rooms can end up with that view.
- 5/5
We only had 2 nights, but the staff treated us like we were there for weeks. Door man opened every time I showed up. Towels and sheets every night. Extremely good area for the best in Seattle.
- 4/5
Great view of the city drom the room and a small balcony. Lots of glass!
- 5/5
Great location! I would stay here again and again.
- 3/5
The room had a large window/sliders with mini balcony and the bathroom was large and updated. The room smelled like an old house and we did not have hot water.
- 5/5
Took train from airport to hotel…very easy and about 4 blocks.stayed in upper floor- quiet. Close to market and needle. We were on cruise and about $25 for cab to ship.convenient location and people very friendly.
- 3/5
That room was HOT! It had air, on the coolest setting of 66 it was still at least 80 in the room
- 5/5
We booked the room through Expedia, with the Space Needle view and paid little extra. The hotel did gave us a room with a view but as there are big buildings around the area, the space needle view was out of the window. I loved being able to check in early. The parking lot was right by the hotel which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel offered a very pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Convenient for most major attractions. Staff didn't explain charges properly at check-in
- 5/5
It was very clean and the staff was all very helpful and polite.
- 3/5
Loved the location for how close it was to everything. The linens (bed sheets and towels) were all clean which was good but the overall cleanliness of the rest of the room wasn't great.
- 5/5
Super clean, and staff were very welcoming and kind upon our arrival. My only complaint is the parking is a bit weird, outside the hotel with only stair access. We had to carry our bags up 6 flights to get to our car. Besides that it was great
- 3/5
Staff was great but no hot water???? Really?
- 1/5
The worst stay I’ve ever had
- 5/5
Within walking distance of all the restaurants and waterfront, reasonable price and great breakfast
- 1/5
Staff was friendly but the Warwick isn’t worth the price.
- 4/5
Close to most Downtown Seattle attractions. The room was not read. Had thermostat issues, which was not completely rectified until 30 hours later, with a switch of the room.
- 5/5
Very nice location enjoyed the views and the atmosphere for sure will be back
- 5/5
No elevator in parkade to hotel so be aware that you may need assistance unloading goods or people before parking.
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our stay. We stayed 2 nights before leaving on a cruise ship to Alaska. Staff was great & the meal we ordered from room service was really good!
- 5/5
Staff very helpful and room was good. It is a nice area to be in with lots of things to do and restaurants not too far away.
- 3/5
Nothing special
- 3/5
Hotel staff did nothing to accommodate us even though we had three suites. Also the place is worn out, needs update. Bed was comfortable, and location was good.

Very conveniently located to local tourist sites such as Pike Place Market, Space Needle, MoPop Museum, Amazon Spheres, SIFF. Parking is a great amenity as well as the pool.
- 4/5
The room was good. Although It was definitely smaller than I expected. It served the purpose
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and area was close to all the major attractions.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff were very nice.

Room was really big for US standards and had good facilities But disappointed by check in , the guy that checked me in, have me no details about what was included in the service charge and didn’t even give me the water I was entitled too,

The staff was amazing. Our room was terrible. Bathroom was so gross. Shower had mold around the tub and shower head and sink faucet leaked. The hotel is in a great location it’s a shame they don’t take care of the rooms
- 1/5
The room was disgusting. Bathrooms were old and nasty but the hotel is in a great location and the staff was amazing
