Exceptional

Breakfast was hot and tasty with enough selections to keep the most picky toddler (or adult) able to find something they will like for breakfast. The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have ever experienced and a pleasant way to relax after running throughout Servierville, Pigeon Forge, Gsatlinburg or the Smokey Mountains. Staff were pleasant and accommodating for any request we had. I highly recommend the Clarion Willow Inn and will recommend it to our family and friends if they choose to visit the area.

Great property, very clean, super well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. The pool and hot tub were 24 and great. If I had to say anything negative, the TV was a little snowy the indoor pool was a touch cool. The free cider is great and it's beautiful.

Now on the flip side to the bad rating. The staff didn’t smile much and no one seemed very friendly. They spoke when talked too but didn’t even offer a simple smile when walking past them. We needed sheets for the pull out cot and went to the front desk to ask for them. The ladies said they were all out of sheets and went had to wait an hour so they could was them and to check back. We didn’t even get them brought to us! I asked one of the ladies in the dinning hall for different jelly because they only had apple and it was runny and she said no. But they had other kinds the next 2 days. Then the tv in the room kept cutting in and out so we couldn’t watch it. We asked the front desk about it and they said it’s an ongoing issue due to water damage and that they have been out several times to fix it but nothing has been figured out. However that was confusing to be since the tv in the dinning room worked fine and so did the one in the gym. Speaking of the gym we went to work out and while on a machine I looked down and saw a roach.

The staff was great. Good attention to details. The room was very clean and smells good. The breakfast was great with nice seating and lot of outside lighting. The pools were clean and stock with towels to dry up. My family and I had a good time.

Quiet location, style of the building

It was in a great location for the convention center and the fact it had a pool. I asked to be put on an upper floor away from the elevator or stairs as we are light sleepers. We were put on the first floor right across from the restrooms and the indoor pool and hot tub! The rooms TV would not work but on certain channels and the WiFi was non existent!!!! I stayed here before and had a great experience but not this time! The staff was very unhelpful and rude!

This room was a real treat! Very nice and very clean! The river ran right behind our room, and we saw a resident beaver and a crane right from our balcony. The breakfast was included, with lots of options and very yummy. Very affordable and so nice for the price, I highly recommend! I gave 4 stars on the location only because you have to be ok with the roar of traffic in the background when outside as it sits on the main road (I tune it out because I'm from the city), but from the room, very quiet. Thank you, Clarion Inn!

The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice. I wish it had a waffle maker. Very small breakfast. The elevators were jerky.

Spacious the room was huge we loved that! It was clean and we were not cramped at all the staff was amazing and I loved all the small touches like laundry business center on every floor vending machines. everything was easily access and was located close to everything you need Some things were updated and some things were not the tv was like something out of the 90’s but I just watched my phone. The bathroom don’t expect anything it was hot old not updated at all. The balcony had tons of spiders and the patio furniture was filthy

The property was beautiful and very clean.

This hotel sits right on the main road and across the street from a busy heliport. The noise is loud and persistent. The pool areas were very nice but the plastic chairs and loungers need a good cleaning. Shade is limited around the outdoor water features. My room was supposed to accomodate four with one king bed and a pull out sofa. Bed was nice. Sofa was not. It is very low to the ground meaning this old lady could not get up and down from it without help. Also, it is just a 2 seater and it is the only seating in the room so not 4 person friendly. The free breakfast was quite good although space is limited and gets crowded. Their cable/satellite service is fine on some channels but freezes or loses the connection often on others. Weird stuff. Overall, it was a good stay but should have been better.

Nice options between lazy river, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tub Bed 4 Bathroom 4, clean no damage. My only gripe was the toilet paper holder was at elbow level and I smashed my elbow every time lol Shower 4, nicr and hot no issues Breakfast 4, very nice. Lots of options and the location was cool. Overall we had a hreat experience. This will definetely become one of our go to spots in this area.

We had a hot tub in our room with a fireplace. Second time staying at the hotel and was wonderful. Smoked sausage at the breakfast bar was my personal favorite. I wish there a light near the door when you first walk in. My legs hit the coffee table that was between the fireplace and sofa. No big deal, just wish there was a light next to the main door of the room.

Nice place. Spacious rooms, and beautiful river walk behind. A little dingy here and there, but no real deal breakers. Staff was amazing & very helpful. Be sure to try the food at the restaurant next door. Excellent apps and burgers.

The room was nice but the bed was hard and sagging. The boiler apparently broke and they couldn't get it fixed so we were not able to use the jacuzzi tub wic was the main reason for getting the upgraded room. Breakfast was great.

The hot water broke the whole stay so we had to take cold showers. We asked for a refund (partial) and Hotels.com reached out 3 times with no response. They also offered a discount on another stay and no never again.

It was a good stay. Only problem I had was that when we went to breakfast there was a syrup spill on floor and when they were cleaning it up I had to go to the other side to get food. That was when this tall guy that worked there came over and took the tongs away and put them back. There was no room to maneuver. Didnt seem to friendly.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was okay. The only things that were a bit frustrating were the fireplace and the internet. The internet kept going in and out continually. The fireplace was on a timer, so you had to keep restarting it about every 3 minutes.

I have been staying for years here and unfortunately noticed 2 areas that have been declining. The first is the strong odor of marijuana the last couple years and I believe it is possibly staff. The second is breakfast, it has declined overall.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stay here every time we are in the area. The breakfast was delicious and many options to select from.

Being able to sit in the tub and enjoy the fire being lit was nothing more than magical! This was our first trip to Sevierville but we have decided that we WILL be back!

Customer service is excellent. Check-in was quick. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The fresh smell comes from the moment you open the door. No noise, so it was super quiet for relaxing. 1st of all they have put sheets on dirty mattresses! There is lots of stains on mattresses in brown color. I don’t what is it from, and they are too old. Didn’t get good sleep!

We spent four days in a king suite with a balcony and it was very nice. Super quiet and off the beaten path but still conveniently right next to all the attractions. We felt safe the entire time and would stay here again.

Although it is an older hotel it was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing. We had a small hiccup with our room but it was taken care of the next morning. We like the location and it being away from all the crowds in Pigeon Forge. You can drive and visit and come back to peace and quiet. We will stay again.

I brought my grandson for a birthday trip. We had a great time. We loved all of the pool options. Inside, outside and last river.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little dated, but they do take care of keeping it clean. The breakfast is excellent. The great thing about this hotel is the location. It’s off the beaten bumper to bumper path, but doesn’t take long to get to everything.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. They're using a nice air freshener scent in the lobby and rooms with a pleasant smell. The pool/lazy river area is lovely and well maintained. Cons: We upgraded to a King Suite which was situated on the front of the property on a busy road so the road noise was constant. Also, these King suites have a jazuzzi soaking tub and evidently the people above or below us filled theirs at 10pm one night. It was crazy loud hearing the water rush through the pipes for about 30 minutes. We could barely hear our TV over the noise! LOL! Overall, a nice place but if we stay there again we will ask for a quieter room at the back of the property.

We were excited to stay at the Clarion because it is so beautiful and nice. However, the beds were horrible. Very hard, box springs that shook everytime you moved and my sister got bitten over 8 times in the night! She had bites on her arms, and legs. When she showed the desk clerk, she said, oh dear, i hope that wasnt a spider! Norhing was offered to us in a way of duscount or apologies. We will never stay there again.

The pool area was wild as ever! People blasting music, packing around drinks in the containers, bringing in cases of beer and carrying on with horrific language with no regards to the children in the area.

We love staying here. We come in to town at least once a month and alway satay at clarion Williow River.

So close to everything that we wanted to do. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast options were above avaerage from other hotel breakfasts. The price for this hotel was also good too, would highly recommend!

We (kids and adults) loved the pool options--outdoor and indoor pools plus a small lazy river outside and hot tub inside ( with the most powerful jets I've ever experienced!). The breakfast was amazing--everything you could want. The property is well kept and looks very elegant. I loved that the " standard double queen" room we booked alsi included full sofa bed for our third child instead of the rollaway we requested thru Expedia. It was an anaxing price, too. It was a little further away from the national park but with plenty of local dining options and less traffic. Good prices at the Sevierville restaurants, too. Even gas was 20 cents cheaper than in Pigeon Forge. Loved everything about this place!

Breakfast options were great and well stocked with several good hot options everyday. Room was spacious.

Check-in was easy and Pam was very nice. She explained where everything was and the process was quick. The hotel had a wonderful smell throughout the halls and in our room. The room was clean and beds/pillows super comfy. There was a pullout couch but we never utilized it so I can’t speak on how comfortable it was. There was a balcony with some chairs that was nice to sit in. There was a small coffee pot, fridge and microwave in the room as well. Breakfast was complimentary and very good. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausages, hash, hashbrowns and cinnamon apples were on the hot bar. There were breads to toast as well as yogurt oatmeal and cereal. A waffle station, juice and coffee bar were also very nice. Indoor pool and an amazing hot tub are open 24 hours. Outdoor pool and lazy river were nice too. Any staff we interacted with were very nice. Hotel is a quick drive to pigeon forge, depending on traffic but never took us more than 20 minutes. For the location, price and cleanliness we will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent consistently everyday which was great. We enjoyed the pool with the lazy river. Great place to just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I do wish the outside pool was open earlier than it is, but the indoor pool is open 24 hours which is better than most hotels. All in all it was a great stay.

Just we didn't like the older rooms and building. We like the modern hotel rooms like holiday inn. The lightings in the room, the bathrooms and the rooms looked older. Parking was so congested. Just we didn't like the older building. Don't really felt as a 4 star hotel.

We stay every time we go back home. Good place. Quiet and clean. Far enough away from the tourist trash, but close enough to get to anything you need to quick.

We were in town for just one night for a volleyball tournament, and this hotel was a quick 10-minute drive straight up the highway to the Sevierville Convention Center, super convenient. The exterior is absolutely charming and gave off that cozy, old Charleston vibe. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to let us check in before the official time. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great options. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Sevierville!

Rooms were average and a bit past their prime. The poil was cloudy and we saw staff mopping around the pool and rinsing the mop in the pool. We were grossed out and never used it.

We have been traveling to East TN for business quite a bit lately. This place was a breath of fresh air for us. It seems that you typically have to sacrifice quality for a great price. But, that wasn’t the case. This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional management and service. The room was comfortable, clean and very well maintained. We will stay here again.

Overall property was good, breakfast had a lot of choices but the air conditioner in our room was broke it stayed hot most of the time in the room but we only stayed 1 night

We were just there for one night but I absolutely enjoyed our stay.. my kids enjoyed the indoor pool the Continental breakfast was good as well we really enjoyed this stay.

I do think they should check plumbing or at least keep plungers in the rooms. Our toilet acted like it took so long to flush Friday night and Saturday it wouldn’t go down and acted stopped up. We couldn’t use it Saturday night

Pleasantly surprised for being such an older building. Great location close to everything. Comfy beds, clean rooms. Only recommendation would be for TV service to be updated. TVs had old school cable and more snow on the screen than picture. Carpets in building should be updated. Recommend staying.

Place was great!

The room was clean and very spacious. The patio was also a neat feature to have that we didn’t expect. We only had the continental breakfast our first morning and hit it first thing so it was fresh. I was disappointed in the fitness center but it was still better than nothing. They have a walking pad, stationary bicycle, elliptical and multi function cord machine for strength training. The indoor pool area was nice. I would stay here again.

Good hotel

Great place. We had the suite and it was very nice. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and lots of water pressure. Location was great out just enough for the traffic to lighten up a little but close to everything. Close to Smokey Mountain Knife Works and about 15 minutes to Dollywood. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely be staying here again. Nice place

We mostly went for the pool and hot tub. The smell of chlorine was so strong we couldn't hardly breathe. Woke up with chest hurting, sore throat and feeling like we can't breath good.

It was away from the hustle of town. It was decorated for Christmas and the lobby had fireplace burning. Breakfast was decent including waffles and other hot items. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours which was nice plus for us. Bed was a little firm for my liking but still not bad. Room service everyday to include trash service and clean towels they even remade the bed! Overall it was a great reasonable stay, will definitely tell our friends and will stay again!!!
