The location was good I was given a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I am 76 and it was very difficult for me to take my luggage upstairs requiring 2 trips. The room was nice enough. There were two tvs with no remote, and a telephone that was just a prop (not hooked up). When I told the front desk, the lady was very unhappy and went into another room where she brought out a box full of remotes and sarcastically asked "Why didn't you come and ask for one?, where I said I couldn't ho and down those stairs one more time.

This used to be the cleanest place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is definitely not what it used to be. Pool is not well maintained , curtains are broken and hard to close. The body wash in the shower was empty. There was only 6 channels on the tv and they were mostly sports channels. Very disappointed in what this place has become.

It is indeed an older style hotel right on the main strip. Think cement cinder blocks style. For the price and value- it was awesome!!!! We didn’t need fancy, just decent place to rest head after hiking and playing in mountains. Staff was friendly, pool clean and kids used a lot. We had a jacuzzi room and it was perfect! Would stay here again!

They advertise to be cleaner than most, but my room was not as clean as I would I have liked. Not filth, just yuk. Also a strong bleach smell which some people are allergic to. I believe most bad reviews could be avoided if staff were more approachable. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was fine for one night.

So inexpensive but one of the nicest motels my family has ever stayed at! SO clean. And we got a room that had a separate bedroom with a door, plus a bed in the first room and a pullout in the middle room (those two were separated by the sink/hallway and door to the bathroom. So we had basically three separate rooms, which worked out amazingly for our family. The person at the desk (the owner?) was GREAT and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Ac worked but only the temperature selection the speed was preset to the highest and wouldn't change. The room was so humid that with the ac blasting it felt like a rainy winter or fall day in the room. The hair dryer wouldn't turn off and was never than the air flow on the AC When I tried to check out there was no one at the desk and no one showed up when you rang the bell.

We really enjoyed our stay. Dont let the outside fool ya the room was way cleaner than some of the more expensive hotels no lie. Air conditioning was awesome we like it cold and let me tell ya it gets super cold. The bed was actually super comfy as well. Slept like a baby. We also enjoyed the location. Far enough out to miss the congestion and yet close enough to pegion forge to be there in a few minutes. Price was nice as well didnt kill the wallet.

Requested downstairs for elderly parent, we did have downstairs but not able to park anywhere near the room. Which made it hard for my mother to walk to the room

Clean rooms staff was great

Room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly, efficient, and quick to get us checked in. We added a couple more nights and they made the process very easy. Nice little pool with pool towels provided. Location is ideal for the area (on the edge of Sevierville, 15 minutes from the middle of Pigeon Forge, and less than 30 minutes to the Gatlinburg strip. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was decently clean if you didn’t look too close. The pool was very small and modest, more suitable for 1 family. The hotel rooms were outdated, which is stated and fine, but the particular room we stayed in had no deadbolt and a free-egress lock so our 15 month old was able to open the door at anytime regardless if it was locked. Overall, this hotel would be a nice location for a budget friendly, utilitarian stay. (Without toddlers who can open doors)

It was extremely clean. I was really surprised. My only complaint or concern for other travelers would be the ramp to get to the 2nd level. Anyone with any kind of disability would have to ensure their room be on ground level. If you want an inexpensive but extremely clean and well kept room I would recommend it.

No breakfast! 😞. Needs more maintenance. Some of the ceiling was coming off. Paint off wall. Old mold around the tub which needs new caulking done. Love seat was old and looked dirty and needs replaced. Room was nice and large and bed was good and rest of room was nice.

Room was clean. TV and landline phone to call the office did not work. Had to ask for help with TV and she tried but it only got one station. Glad we were only there for one night. Wish our experience was better, but you get what you pay for. The neighboring room was extremely loud at 6am... Not the wake up we wanted on our trip. The pool looked clean but we did not have time to use it. No other amenities are offered. Not even breakfast. Just coffee.

Our room was already occupied when we opened the door. We went back to the office and he told us that was wrong it isn’t occupied. After more convincing we were upgraded a queen size bed for the king size we reserved. Won’t be staying again!

There were ants all in the bathroom. Someone was outside our room smoking & cussing all night. The staff was very nice.

Rooms were in need of some upgrades but it was reasonably clean. Most rooms looked very accessible but the one we chose didn’t have any parking.

We had a quick over night stay. Great price. Yes, it’s older property-nostalgic and reminds me of 70’s when the area was not so commercial. Great breakfast restaurant next door for a morning walk. We will stay again if needed in this area. Thumbs up!

Ms. GRACE is a wonderful hostess. She will make sure everything is perfect for you. There is a pool. Its conveniently located before coming into town & heavy traffic.

I love how on their sign outside. It says older than some cleaner than most and that’s a very true statement. I have stayed here dozens of times probably pushing three digits now and I will continue to stay here because you don’t get better paying for your book and not to knock the place, but we’re there to enjoy the Smokies especially Dollywood and it has everything we need. It doesn’t have a kitchen, but I don’t need a kitchen because we’re not there to cook but that place is awesome. I recommend this to anybody anytime.

AC worked great. Room was very clean and met our expectations. Check in was ok with staff person.

There was a huge dead bug on the windowsill. Room was very outdated. The shower leaked so you had to listen to dripping water all night. There is a restaurant beside it and the parking lot was right behind the room. At 2 am they had someone in a big truck making a delivery. The truck was extremely loud. Trash in the parking lot was overflowing. Great price but probably will not stay there again.

We stayed in a 3 bed room. It was actually nice. Internet worked fine. Hotel was close to downtown Pigeon Forge. It's before you get to the big King Kong statue that's on the side of that Hollywood building. Flapjacks restaurant was next door. Beds were okay. We had a back balcony which was good. Had everything we needed for the room. Hair dryer, body wash pump, shampoo and conditioner pump on the wall. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was clean and didn't smell. The air worked good. We had 3 tvs in each of the three rooms. One didn't have channels but that was fine. Seasonal outdoor pool. Check in was easy and fast. Front desk worker was really nice. Probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at in Tennessee. Nightly price was good. We will definitely book here again!!

When we arrived for check, I was greeted by who I believe may have been the owner? She was absolutely wonderful. She described all amenities, was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room was a 2 bedroom suite. Everything was as expected and the beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was not open yet but we spent our time elsewhere so it was not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again. It is just enough outside of town to be out of the hectic traffic but still close enough to walk to most attractions.

Key cards wouldn’t work. The lady when we arrived late in night she was very nice and she made an attempt at conversation and made me feel welcomed. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked decently. At checkout the other lady clearly had been there longer had caught an attitude and was clearly very angry and annoyed with the previous staff that helped me not being able to get the key to work. Which I did not like she did not make me comfortable there should have been no outburst from her. I’d rather have a staff member who couldn’t get my card working then one that thinks she can be hostile and get an attitude over another employee I was unimpressed with th senior staff

The room was not as clean as we thought it should be. Lights between the beds did not function, light above the table and chairs did not function, microwave was not cleaned, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, body wash and shampoo bottles were both empty and one was not connected to the shower stall. window coverings were not connected to the mounting rod. When we returned to the room on one occasion our room keys did not open the door. To be fair our daughter had an adjacent room and it was fine.

The room was very clean and the front desk lady was very nice. My 9nly complaint was the air conditioner made a horrible noise that kept us from sleeping well. Hopefully, they will get it fixed for the next guest. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons: not the best internet. Not the worst but it didn't want to stay connected very well but that could have been my phone. The bathroom where the toilet and the tub was was super tiny. The AC was in a weird spot. It was on the wall in the room where the sink is which was not very efficient at pulling off the main room. The hotel is a little dated but nothing was really run down or broken. 10/10 would stay again

Ms Grace is awesome she reminds me of my mom or my aunties. You can tell she cares about her property. The hotel exceeded my expectations. With it being an inn I’m not sure what I thought but I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and jacuzzi tub was amazing. The back patio area was unexpected and well appreciated. Room was stocked with towels. We will definitely be back.

This is our favorite go-to spot for accommodations when we visit the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area.....NEVER disappoints! They are always so kind and helpful. We always have a really late check in and they always arrange for someone to be there for us to check in regardless of our arrival time.

Definitely an older hotel. Heating/cooling system was really loud and located right next to the bed so air blasting directly on you while sleeping. Bathroom sink/counter was outside the bathroom with the microwave taking up most of the bathroom counter leaving little room for toiletries. Road noise was pretty loud. Room was clean and having two separate bedrooms was nice but second bedroom was tiny with no dresser. Certainly adequate for the price but not somewhere I would be excited about staying at again.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel for our quick trip to Dollywood, glad I found this place it was in a great location ( 5’min drive ) to pigeon forge and Dollywood but far enough away we didn’t have to hear the crowds on the street. Added bonus its right next door to a breakfast restaurant! Staff was friendly, room was very clean considering the hotel has some age to it, parking was easy. only downside was you could hear the cars going by at night, would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay at this Inn. It's a simple place with a spacious room, everything you need. The place has been refurbished, chairs recovered and is very very clean. I was comfortable and felt safe. I loved having a ground floor room so I could easily bring in my harp from my car overnight. The young woman at the front desk was charming and efficient. I'd stay there anytime.

We have visited Pigeon Forge for years & decided to get a little further out of town for more peace & quiet. We found a gem here! It is still super close to plenty of dining options & shopping but isn’t right in the middle of the parkway along with the go kart tracks etc. Our room was spotless, bed was comfortable, parking was great! You won’t be disappointed!

This is an older hotel, but very clean and very low priced, (less than half the price of any other hotel in the area). Check in was very efficient and the young lady receptionist very courteous and helpful. Some rooms are small, (I had two, and one room was much more roomy than the other),but have everything in them most travelers would need, including a good size mini-fridge and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located for all Pigeon Forge attractions. I will definitely stay her every time I'm in the area.

Rooms were clean I didn’t buy a room with very amenities but you did have a fridge and microwave with a coffee maker so what more could you need! Towels were filled everyday it was a great stay!

The ramps to the upstairs were AWFUL! My mother was supposed to come on this trip with us, and there is no way she would've made it up and down that.. Room was okay.

Staff was always on her phone, every time I saw or tried to speak with her! Even when checking in! No amenities to speak of, no continental breakfast, room was dated, the incline on the ramps to get to second floor was very steep! Not for the elderly!

The staff are so helpful and genuinely nice. Although the buildings look tired, they are kept spotless. This is the hidden gem of hotels. The rooms are spacious and so clean.

The only complaint I have is the parking lot is very small. If you come in late and the hotel is full dont plan on parking in front of your room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We had a great experience, friendly staff, free parking lot, and a big family room with a nice price.

Didn't need AC but heat in one side of the room was inoperable. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. Paint in bathroom was peeling and the shower bar was broken. Only two small pillows on each bed. The alarm clock/night light did not work and we were told it was just there for looks. There was no overhead light in one of the bedrooms and only one small bedlamp. The coffee maker was very small and we were only furnished two little packets. I wanted to call before arrival to make sure everything was in order because I was taking my 97 year old mother and 85 year old aunt but couldn't reach anyone. The phone in the office was seldom answered. I booked this motel based on the high reviews, but thy must have been made 20 years ago if our room was any indication. If this was a deluxe room, I would hate to see a regular room.

Room 143 has 2 bedrooms. The heater in the first room worked fine! The room was warm! The heater in the second bedroom did not work! Room was cold! Heater needs to be fixed for colder days and nights!

Their sign says "older than some, cleaner than most." That's exactly right. A clean, safe, and affordable place to say 👍

Nice price for the room for the night. Room was clean…nothing great, but nothing unacceptable either. TV cable was broken upon arrival, and the staff promptly corrected it.

Bugs all in room, towels stained

Cleanliness is a 10… puts some bigger chains to shame . Quite… not in the middle of all that tourist traffic…. Bathrooms r tiny … but clean… great water pressure . Beds r perfect … newer carpet . Tv could be bigger … absolutely will stay here everytime from now on when my family and friends visit pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg !

WE had a great stay at Mountain Aire Inn, the front desk was very helpful and we enjoyed our time there. I would recommend staying at this hotel, close to restaurants, great shopping, and close to Dollywood!

The staff was very nice. They tried to make my stay comfortable. The pictures were a little misleading. Pool was closed and it was still getting up in the high 80s during the day. It was a much older inn than what the pictures were showing. For me and I my husband it was ok but I would not have my family to stay there. It was directly on the road and the noise level was very loud. But for the price it was okay for a 3 night stay

We arrived late at night. Staff was super nice and helpful. Locked myself out of the room once. No problem. Got another key from the front desk right away. Room was clean. Got to park right in front of my room. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner. Definitely would stay here again.

Our check in was great! Our room was waiting on us as requested! WE had a great time while in Sevierville for a family get together! We had a great food which was close by the hotel and enjoyed shopping at the Tanger outlet mall. If you haven't stayed at this hotel, please give it a try. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was away from the traffic so no road noise and our stay was wonderful. Thanks again!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful to me! The rooms I have stayed in are very clean and the beds are very comfortable and it’s easily accessible to the parkway to go down to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s typically quieter and calmer than the places closer to Gatlinburg.

Overall, great stay. Some of the AC units could be updated or refurbished. But overall, everything was great, including the very helpful and friendly staff.

Very clean! I found the room was cleaner than most cheaper hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and it's right next to FlapJacks so you can walk for good breakfast.

I stayed because of the reviews stating it’s clean. It was very clean! Staff was so welcoming and parking was easy, right by room. The only negative would be that we had a king bed and it had 3 standard pillows that were not comfortable at all. Other than that, a great stay.

Best sleep ever

Experience was good however i had to call them back due to thinking they had mischarged me i wasnt sure if they had i was just double checking and the lasy at the desk was very rude on the phone.

small parking. Attendant was very rude. plus, they had cockroaches. I killed one on my bathroom door, then when I went to tell them there was another at my door. We left right away and had to find another hotel. The owner argued with me about my refund even though she admitted to knowing there were roaches... She finally gave me a refund for one night. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. Spider webs on the wall. Never recommend

The acesss to shopping and restaurants were good. It was nice and quiet and very family oriented. Negative- The pillows weren’t so good and the blankets are very thin.

Room was not ready when we arrived after 3 p.m. only had 2 bedroom the website said 3. Im guessing that by 3 beds they meant the pull out sofa couch and i wouldn't recommend sleeping on had springs sticking out of the mattress and was nasty.

What can I not say? This is the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Conveniently located to all attractions and food. Staff goes over and beyond to ensure the property is always clean. I especially like that’s the grounds and rooms are all non smoking. There is designated area for smokers. Easy check in and out. Daily check in to ensure that we were enjoying our stay👍💯

The high star rating is deceptive. The room is ok but it is an older property and a little run down. The sink didn’t drain well. Found a dead bug at check in, a live one morning of check out. But there’s a lot of bugs in TN, they are bound to get in at some point no matter where you stay so I’m not holding this against them, just mentioning it. The entire staff is great!! Easy check-in. The beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was ok, could’ve been a little stronger. There’s plenty of food options nearby. I didn’t have a chance to check out the pool, but I saw people in it every day so I’m sure it was fine. Would probably stay here again if I’m traveling on a budget.

Manager said they were understaffed as one maid quit/didn’t show up. Therefore many rooms were not ready (despite the fact that it was 4 pm). I had no issues checking in (used hotels.com) and (luckily) my room was ready (but we did not have towels). Room was clean We booked the room just a few days before and it is an old school motel. Room served its purpose (no more, no less). Reminds me of motels I stayed at back in the 70’s.

This property seemed dated like the sign stated. Lol but the big thing is the sign is also right they are very very clean. I have OCD and there was only one thing i found and that's they need to clean the inside of refrigerator better because there was hair in it. The only problem we had was there was stuff broken and one thing that was broken was a big item for me. Bc it's a bar in the tub. I'm disabled and that bar helps me keep stable but i couldn't take a shower bc it was broke. Oh and the lady you had in there working was one of the nicest people I've had in a long time. We got the three queen room, as there were three of us and we each wanted our own bed. Unfortunately, one of the queen beds was a queen pull-out couch, and that was not noted in the description. The mattress on that was one of those terrible spring things that you can't possibly sleep on. Therefore, two of us ended up having to share a bed and it was not ideal. Also, the bathroom fan had to be turned on with the light and it was incredibly noisy.

The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Wish there had been at least a simple breakfast to start the day. Overall it was a nice stay.

Older basic hotel provides a very nice experience for travelers. I look for cleanliness in a hotel, it is my top priority, and this one did not disappoint. The room and pool were exceptionally clean. If you’re looking a nice budget hotel this is it.

Very rough clientele. They don’t care who they let stay there. Upon checking in they claim to be family friendly. We had to check out after one night and we paid for 3. Fighting going in the room next to I’ve and husband loud fights with profanity and banging on the wall. What a mess! Do not stay there especially if you have kids.

Absolutely wonderful!!! It is a little older but interior is like new. Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in before in all my 58 years. Grace at the front desk was AMAZING!!! One of the sweetest people you would ever meet and can remember names like crazy. This will be the only place I stay when I go to Sevierville. Rooms are cleaned daily and you have enough towels to take them to the pool and still have plenty to dry on. All I can say is that this place is incredible!!!
