During my 30-day trip across the USA, this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at; the price is unbeatable, the staff were friendly, and—something I rarely experienced—the pool was actually open. I could park right in front of the hotel, the air conditioning wasn't noisy, the room was great, and there are several restaurants right outside the door.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned to my standards. There was dust on the molding in the bathroom. The property was on a busy road that was noisy.

Loved the river view Whoever was at the front desk around 11pm seemed to have an attitude & I am handicapped they didn't care to even tell me where a ramp to get up to my room or anything was i had to have my husband pull me over the sidewalk bump to get to my room.

The river and friendly staff

The desk attendant was very pleasant. Floors were clean and room temperature was perfect, small and partially outdated bathroom was fairly clean. But the bedding.... so gross and stained that I went to the car and got my own throw blankets out to sleep with. No bugs, just really gross looking with urine stains on the sheets, and mattress pad. I chose this hotel for the location and the online reviews showing 8+ stars on booking.com.

Staff was very helpful. Room was good and clean. The only problem we had was the air conditioned drip water which he took care of within 30 minutes of we checking in. Had a good time. Good clean time. Enjoyed it. We'll do it again for the rate of the room. It was well worth it. I give him at least five stars or more

Room was clean. We just got a cheap room for 1 night. It worked for what we needed. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillow was so thin. Walls are thin, ypu can hear through them. The peephole on our back door was missing and had a paper towel shoved in the hole to cover it. There was a back door where you could walk out and see a river and some ducks.

Love this place. Staff is sweet. Parking is pretty accessible. Rooms are clean. Peaceful. And there’s balconies.

Older property under renovation. Room was nice. No room service during our stay because we didn’t realize that you had to request it. Staff was professional and polite. Stayed three nights for an amazing price. Outdoor pool was nice, but outdoor temperature was too cold for us to swim. I would definitely stay here again.

The floor was dirty, my feet turned black after I got out of the shower. Other than that the room was what you would expect when staying in a cheap and old motel. It needs lots of work, very round down. ☹️

The staff was pleasant, and the room was dated, but those weren’t our issues. The room had a single lock on each door (door to street & door to balcony). No chain. The bathroom light had a built-in fan that ran when the light was on and brought in the smell of marijuana 85% of the time we ran it. Awful. The tub did not drain well. Ankle deep water at the end of a rushed shower. Toilet would not pass a home inspection. Not securely attached to the floor. Shifted when one sat. The sheet were washed but stained. Beds squeaked when one sat. There was a nice little fridge and a decent TV with the Food network. But, the atmosphere was poor. The police were banging on the door of the room next door one morning of our stay, asking questions about the behavior of a guest. Lovely to wake up to. They were there again the next morning - two cop cars and a fire truck. Was the stay cheap? Sure was. Would I stay there again? Certainly not! I read the sweet review written by the lady whose daughter loved feeding the ducks in the river out back. It swayed me to choose this place. Allow my review to give you a balanced look at the cons of this place. A few ducks and geese aren’t reason enough to stay. Bring your family elsewhere.

This has been an extremely pleasurable stay at this facility. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone does all they can to make your stay comfortable. Rondel the front desk manager is amazing. He not only does the front desk, he does the laundry and helps with cleaning the rooms. He goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff go the extra mile for every guest. My next trip to Sevierville, this is where I will stay

Clean - a few dead bugs on the floor (glad they were dead:). A lot of road noise - to be expected. Beds & pillows not too comfy.

Everything was good but need some privacy for ladies dress change for that please keep a curtain aligned from restroom to wash basin, a hair dryer. With this it would be exemplary.

We were very happy with our choice. The biggest problem was there were no handicap bars in the bathroom. Area was very quiet and away from the heavy traffic. We would definitely return. Price was good especially since it was the the Fall color season.

The ad for this hotel was extremely misleading. I chose it because the pool was supposed to be open and it was supposed to have free breakfast--neither of these were available. The beds were very uncomfortable and, while there was coffee in the room, there was no coffee maker so it was pointless. The only good part of our stay was that the room was very clean.

Staff was friendly and quick with check in/out. Room smelled clean and tidy, but the floor did make our socks dirty. The A/C unit was kind of noisy/squeaky and kept waking us up. There was also crickets, but being right next to a river, there's only so much you can do I guess.

Even so,place was well enough and I would stay again.

For recently remodeled room, this one was horrible. The water lines were across for the faucet so I burned my mouth brushing my teeth. Toilet seat loose. Under the bed was full of garbage. The TV was not properly secured to the wall. The shower curtain was too high and water got out of the shower in the morning. TV remote was missing for the Roku, and the manager didn't believe me. When I went to talk to him about everything he goes I'll have to talk to the renovator and figure it out. Definitely not worth staying at that hotel for the price of the room, very disappointed

Overall our stay was good. Our room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The comforter has a stain on it but the sheets were clean. The shower curtain was way too short and the floor got wet when anyone showered. Our AC leaked a huge puddle in the floor while running. Check in was fast and easy. Check out took a while though. There was no one in the lobby for 15 minutes and finally the man came walking back in.

I only issue I hate was when we opened the balcony door we were hit with the smell of weed. But that is no fault of the hotel. Hotel is being updated and it looks really nice would definitely stay again

The best part about this stay was the private balcony overlooking a stream. We could sit out there in the morning when it was in the shade and watch the ducks and birds in the water. Very relaxing. Otherwise it was a total budget hotel located on a busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. Was told at check-in for a three night stay that housekeeping was only by request. If we needed clean towels or anything else, we had to go to the front desk. That being said, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, there is no dresser or desk, just a small table with two chairs. The bed was terrible - it creaked when we moved. The couch in our king room looked like it came from a vintage store. I refused to sit on it. The wood laminate flooring was nice but after I showered and walked around barefoot, my feet were very dirty! There was a decent pool that several people were using, but we didn't. I would look for a different hotel if ever in the area again.

Stay was ok. Not the worst ive stayed at but definitely not the best. Had to switch rooms because the shower leaked terribly and my child got hurt from the water flowing through the room outside the bathroom. Holes in walls in the second room with broken lights.

It was great. The rooms were clean and fresh. The best part was the balcony in the little river somewhere where we could feed the ducks.

Staff was very friendly and offered for Me and my family to swim as late as we wanted if we were quiet (considering we had such a bad day prior to booking here)

The gentleman that was running the place was very nice, and my daughter loved feeding the ducks out our back door!

It was ok to stay here and got the job done but it was not as clean as I would have liked it. There was hair dye all over the shower and you could see where the floors were just quickly swept and not cleaned all the way. The staff was nice when I got there but didn't see anyone in the office when I checked out.

This was an easy, quick location to get to. It was quiet, and I got to see ducks every morning right out my back door.

Great experience for a budget price! Clean and comfy. Beds are firm and they do slide on the platforms but otherwise no issues at all. Loved the yard and water out back the back door. Very peaceful.

The room was clean when we checked in,except for the microwave which had food and grime in it. Our garbage and used towels were never removed. We had to ask for fresh towels. The coffee in the common area was so bitter we couldn't drink it.

Noise wasnt too bad overall, this hotel is 2 floors, so id recommend staying on the 2nd if possible..Customer service was amazing and on point.

Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Spacious sink. Clean bathroom. Loved the backdoor leading to a balcony with comfortable seating and calming view of ducks, a walking path, and the river. Adjoining rooms for our group was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Convenient and cost

Toilet rocked when you sat down, the shower valve didn't switch all the way to shower so you stood in water while only getting half of the pressure at the shower head. The floors are laminated wood and cold . TV channel's suck, no good movie channels just basic stuff. Lobby is closed overnight and opens at 7 . The people seemed friendly and helpful once you find someone. OK place to stay if you're looking for a bargain.

As with any hotel you have noises. Friday night was nosiy but Saturday night was quiter. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Front desk staff was friendly.

I like the new renovations and the patio on the back of the room to over look the river. The river was down while we were there but nonetheless still beautiful. Have recommended already!

Rondelle is a pleasure. Just a note, the TV remote and hair dryer are available at the front desk (not left in the room). Rooms were updated. Only negatives were the room smelled a bit funky, couldnt figure if it was mildew or a vinegar-based cleaner, and the bed was not very comfortable.

Smelled like smoke

Perhaps they are ideling, but the room was bare. No clock or coffee maker. Nice lamp to read by but no chair. No dresser . We had no reason to use one but if we had stayed longer we would have. Minimal lighting in room.

I liked this hotel the rates are great, it’s clean, the only thing we didn’t really care for was the bed. It’s not very comfortable and every time you move in it at all there’s this loud clanking noise from below. Thank you to the very nice staff

It was a great stay and very nice and clean. However the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything everyone is doing on the other sides and above you. This they can't control but outside was very loud with cars and it made it hard to sleep. Otherwise everything was great and it was a nice stay.

Pretty certain there were cameras in tv, and it wouldn’t change channels, randomly cut on and off all night.

Not enough towels and wash rags. Had to go to office for hair dryer or iron. Just not as nice as the rating it was given.
