My family and I had a nice stay here at La Palma. The rooms were nice and clean, it had microwave and fridge which came in handy. Also, the area was quiet and felt safe. Overall, highly recommend staying here!

Room was actually clean Got no help at all when homeless got into my room I had to leave the place cuz office workers didn’t bother to help I called police n they said there no help at all

I didn't really like anything. I was only booking this location cause it was close to a place I had to go. The Indian male clerk was extremely rude and have a nasty unruly attitude. The Indian male was very unpleasant and gave intentionally rude and lousy service and rotten attitude. Definitely had horrendous time and experience. First and last visit. Its good place for people like bad attitudes and problems I don't.

The mattress was bad had a very bad back pain for the next couple of days I fact had to go to the chiropractor and get a Swedish massage to get rid of the pain. But they actually like it's a hotel it's just a motel filled with crackheads can't get normal sleep half the time. Very difficult parking
