Rodeway Inn South San Francisco Airport

Its well maintained and the front desk tried to accomodate my request.

We needed a place to spend the night before flying home. It fit the bill. Close to rental car return. Clean adequate room. Check in was smooth. Beds were fine. Plenty of parking.

I wouldn't want to stay here again.

The person at the front desk, took her time coming out and taken care of me and plus before she took care of. She made a phone call empathy to talk to the person on the phone instead of checking me in but other than that, the property was very nice.

It was clean and the staff was nice 🙂

Clean room, staff was friendly, does need a few upgrades on the exterior and furniture. Need to seal off the noise coming from the outiside.

I absolutely love the bathrooms whenever I stay in the hotels throughout the country or in the world I always inspect the bathroom very closely and the bathrooms at the roadway Inn we’re just beautiful absolutely perfect. I would give it a 10. I really enjoyed it. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like. Oh the battery is in the remote control didn’t work.

The room was relatively clean and tidy for the price. The blow dryer did not work AT ALL. And the room was VERY dimly lit.. just one small dim ceiling light near a far wall. No bedlighting at all. The curved shower curtain bar was barely hanging into its rack and fell off on the floor with the slightest touch. Walls were VERY thin and sound would have been a HUGE problem if the neighbors make any noise at all. Beds were comfy and curtains provided good privacy and darkness for early turn-in or late-risers. A/C-Heat worked fine.

Nice for a one night before airport flight. Ac didnt work. I mean it did but wasn't blowing any cold air. Woke up sweating.

The guy in office was nice. The room was not clen there was blood on the bathroom door in room 114 that I stayed in. The soap/shampoo dispenser was broken and soap was dripping al inthe shower on the wall.

The AC wasn’t as cool as I wanted it to be. The male staff charged me $50 for early checkin even after I said I am leaving before noon on the same day. The female staff yelled at me for ringing the bell at the front desk when I went to drop off the keycard. She said the Dropbox was right there!!!Then she asked why I’m checking out now she thought it was tomorrow. I said I sent multiple messages about this & got charged $50. Then she gave me a refund.

The gentleman at the workspace's front desk is very kind. Even though I was late for check-in, he was patient and helped me as best he could.

Bed was uncomfortable. Got a queen size bed for two and it had a hard dip in the middle (even with just one person). My fault for not requesting to change room but there was no point because we only had a night left and we’ve already settled in. I had higher expectations because of the higher rating compared to other places I’ve stayed at.

I have stayed at this property a few times and sometimes the wall heating units are malfunctioning, and also sometimes the mini fridges are not cooling and sometimes the light switches don’t work

Easy access to SFO Airport Despite having two back to back reservations, made well over a month before arriving , the management insisted I vacate the room in the AM ,only to be reassigned the same room that evening. Incredibly inconvenient ,

The curtains were too thin to keep out the brightsecurity lights around the grounds. The Office keeps odd hours; not opening before 9AM

This motel is average. It offers basic accommodations for the affordable price. The furniture was outdated. The power extension used for the microwave was not working so I had to put it on near the tv. The bathroom appeared to need a new paint and rechalk to the bath tub.

You get what you pay for my biggest complaint were the beds I felt every spring no matter which of the two beds in the room. I spent 7 nights with no sleep. I ended up on the chair most of the nights.

The place is ok. Definitely an inn trying to be portrayed into a nicer hotel. The pictures are deceiving, I only chose this place because the pictures portrayed it as this higher end Inn. The interior doors were old, old furniture. It would be ok for a quick overnight stay where you just need a place to crash.

I came from out of town and loss my credit card. But I had a virtual card but the would not accept. I was laughed at while I sat and called 35 hotels to see if anyone accepted virtual cards. I am a woman stranded and they laughed and watch me in tears.

Nice location to be alone with my date. I didn't have security deposit for my stay. There was no convenients for the first time.

smell terrible, the carpet is not properly cleaned. The bathroom door is peeling off. I dont know why it was not looked at it. TV is bad, not even the remote control is not working. this place is not a best in for anyone who wished to visit San Fran. Not recommeded

Front desk agent has not so good costumer services. Wasn't friendly and it seems that she didn't want to be there.

We thought the room was clean until my son pulled back the blankets and found a 3 pack of condoms between the blanket and sheets. So I’d say they didn’t change the sheets.

The property was old but very clean and close to the airport. It had very comfortable beds and the bathroom and carpet were nice as well.

The heater didn't work, the water in the shower was luk warm, and the hair dryer didn't work. We checked in very late and only spent a few hours there so there wasn't even enough time to complain to the office person, but when I check into a hotel I expect basic amenities to work

The two gentlemen in the office were friendly and helpful. I had a couple requests and they were handled quickly. Very affordable, basic accomodations. Walked to nearby IHOP for breakfast.

My only suggestion for improvement would be the WiFi service. I suspect that due the demands placed by guests with streaming devices, i experienced periods where I could not work at all because there was no signal. Otherwise, the experience was quite pleasant and the staff was extremely helpful.

The property was lovely kind service are pretty lean if you want to extend your stay parking is safe there’s plenty of spots. The beds are super comfortable the room over very clean and cozy.

It would be helpful if Staff can serve fast when customer is standing outside of reception area, in cold, during late night checkin.

This place needs work. It’s very outdated and seems like it’s not well taking care off. The room had an odd smell, and doesn’t seem clean enough. The comforter had cigarette burns on it . Overall they need to make a lot of improvements to this place.

As I checked in, the family before me returned to report that they were given the key to an occupied room, which happened to be empty of the occupants at that time. Zero amenities at this location. WiFi was unusably slow. Toilet seat was broken in a number of ways and barely stayed on. The branding and signage is a mix of a previous establishment, barely covered or replaced. The employees barely acknowledged guests nor provided any helpful information or conversation. This is awful location that should not remain open.

Cons: Room - out dated room / fixtures / deteriorated bathroom door. No service phone for lobby service such us to make a complaint or to report noisy guests. Costumer Service - terrible Noise - Terrible (the room next door was so loud, as if there are the only guest in) Daily House Keeping - NONE. No option to request clean towels / and to fix the bed

This place is horrible. It is behind the freeway and the property shakes when heavy cars pass by, very noisy, The mattresses are very old, the people in the lobby are not friendly. They need for sure some customer service classes.

The hotel is a 1 star and the rooms are dirty inside except for the bed sheets. The front desk staff, who is a woman, attempted to inform me that I may be charged for incidentals when in reality the room was in the same condition as check in. I checked out early the day before at 9pm because the room was disappointing and the walls behind the furniture were dirty. Also the towels were dirty and had red food stains from the previous guest. I would never stay here again and I don’t recommend.

Not a good place it stunk like a 50yr old musty flop pad, tv glitched, generally was fearing for my life while there i ended up bailing out early and getting somewhere way better.

I stayed a short night to catch an early flight next morning. This is a small and dated motel. Room is clean. Bed is a bit soft. Interior can use an update. Parking lot is small. But it is close to airport and inexpensive.
