The blinds did not close all the way, letting a lot of light in. The walls are pretty thin so we heard a lot of noise.

For the most part, we had a good stay. Great location, great kitchenette, & separate bedroom was wonderful. But we had an issue with our TV not working, & it took 2 days to get it fixed. Also, the pool water was chilly, heavy on chemicals, & the pool towels are the size of a dish towel. We might say here again, but not sure.

Beautiful, clean hotel located close to all sorts of shopping and restaurants and the Memphis airport. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a full kitchen. The indoor pool water is really really cold but you get used to it once ya eventually get in. Buffet breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. 5⭐️

This property was very clean, neat, and well maintained.

I did not like there were no rooms cleaned when check in time was 3pm. I still seen dust underneath the chair and there was no compensation for not having a room I booked months ago. I have knee problems. I sat for over an hour and a half. When we arrived to check in we were told no rooms had been cleaned. I waited patiently. The person at the desk, who I tried to check in with didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting. She said oh I didn't know you were waiting. I responded, you are the person that told me no rooms were cleaned. Not a good experience at first sight. No compensation given. I traveled to see family. I did get to meet people, the breakfast was good. I just didn't care for the first experience impression.

Good location The floors were so dirty it turned my socks black. This rubber transition strip was loose, so we kept tripping on it. The sheetrock work was unfinished. The soap dish fell off the shower wall and landed on my wife's foot. Not worth $300 a night.

The elevators broke down right before check out I had so many bags had to walk down two flights of stairs with 5 things of luggage my kids even had to carry bags down two flights of stairs.

I convinced myself not to leave a review because the staff was so friendly and kind! However, I had a change of heart when I was charged an additional $22 for parking from my security deposit. You're probably thinking this is normal for a downtown hotel with limited parking, but this was not the case. This hotel is not located downtown and their parking lot surrounds the entire building at the size of half a Walmart parking lot, so why would they be charging their guests for parking? Your guess is as good as mine. So here's my review....I entered the hotel and it was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The hallways were beautiful and then I entered my room. There were pistachio nuts on the floor , the cabinets looked like someone put grease on their hands and just smeared the residue all over the cabinets. The table had gashes in it. The bathroom looked like the beginning of mold, the stopper was missing in the bathtub. There was dirt and grime on the side of the bathroom table. The baseboard was missing under the cabinent and the sofa swallowed you when you sat down. Also, the remote was missing the back. They have clearly not been maintaining this property. An uncomfortable stay because if the room wasn't, at minimum vacuumed, what else wasn't cleaned? But there is more! The day of our departure both elevators were out of order! Yes! I had to climb four flights of stairs multiple times to pack our car!!! I paid $250/night and what I received was more like a cheap motel.

What made the experience worse was the lack of helpfulness and friendliness from the staff when these issues were brought up. For the price we paid, we expected much better accommodations and customer service. Definitely not the level of experience we were hoping for.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, but be aware you will have to pay a $50 incidentals fee at check in that is supposed to be returned to you. Our stay was April 17th 2026 and the $50 has still not been returned.

The downfall was the people in the room above us evidently had a portable treadmill, and they would walk on their treadmill, until like 2 o’clock in the morning. It was very disruptive for us to get any sleep. I am learning that suites are more for people that stay for long periods of time. And I guess I should expect stuff like that. But I should also think that people staying there should think about the people below them and what kind of noise they are making u til the wee hours of the morning.

Front desk lady was extremely rude! Both elevators were broken. The stair well was flooded. Very disappointed with this stay all around!

Overall I would rate my stay at this property a 4 star. The only issue I had was the hardwood flooring in the room was extremely sticky and the room did not smell fresh. The only location that smelled fresh was the lobby.

Some of the amenities needed repairing and all the sofa pillows were very dirty to the point you we didn’t even sit on them. The shower handle came off while trying to turn it on and take a shower. Other than those issues everything else were excellent.

Feeling forced to create MY OWN ALTERNATIVE OPTION to address MY DILEMMA (Nelly & Kelly lol)...so I asked whether it was illegal here if I were to sleep in my car,..in they're parking lot. The Staff Member Who Doesn't KNOW HOW to Support Your Guests reported, "Yeah...you can sleep in your car. You're a guest.... you have a reservation. "I" graciously THANKED this Staff Member and promptly went to me car to sleep. By the way she also told me she'd call within an HOUR or SO when the room was ready. I was ecstatic with that news...which is why I THANKED The Staff Member Who Doesn't KNOW HOW to Support Your Guests! I woke up and called...room not ready...I forgot to look at the time. I went to sleep. I woke up again and it was 3:25pm on my dash (2:25pm CT)....so I'm like let me drive around and see...lol I can't remember. Whatever I did...I didn't arrive back at the hotel until "around 4pm." I checked in with BRII, who is FREAKING AMAZING btw......

This was a horrible experience. The room .key never worked. Steady had to go back and forth to front desk regarding the key because I could not get back to my room because the elevators are controlled by the room key. The microwave didn’t work and made a loud noise when it was on. The usb outlets in the front room (where the kids slept) did not work. The toilet would not flush properly due to low water pressure. Was told that maintenance would come in the morning in which he did but with all that going on I was never offered another room. I am going to contact headquarters on tomorrow to file a complaint. I paid too much for this stay to receive the services I received.

My only problem was the cleanliness of the room, specially kitchen, side tables had lots of fingerprints, bottom of bedroom chairs were covered in dust. Bathroom was clean. It is a very nice place just need a little bit of love

The room had a strange smell that was similar to urine or something. The toilet didn't flush properly and the drain's drainage was slow. I notified the staff at the front desk. She stated she would get maintenance to check it. Luckily the issues with plumbing was the morning of our check out.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this property. There was also no soap for the dishes and there were still dishes on the dishwasher that I was unsure of they were clean or dirty.

The attendant was rude and claimed our room hadn't been booked and paid for. It was resolved but her mannerism was a little unprofessional. Room also had a slight odor and the door appeared to have once been breached.

Additionally the kitchen was sticky and hadn't been cleaned well in quite a while. The pool was murky and did not appear to be well maintained. Overall I was disappointed because when I stayed there a couple years ago, it had been really nice. Really declined in a big way.

The bathroom sink was broken and the cold water handle just spun in a circle. The knob on the shower door was loose and coming off. The hand soap and the shower gel were out. When I asked the front desk about having someone come clean my room, they said they don’t clean every day and did not offer to have anyone come. When someone finally came, it was so late in the evening, I was getting ready to go out and didn’t want someone in the room while I was in the shower. I handed the trash out of the door and was not given any trash bags to put I. The container. When I asked for fresh towels, I was told to walk all the way down the hallway to get them myself. For the price of the room, I would think the service would be much better and the room much more up to par.

There were dirty socks in one of the beds and the dish washer had disgusting smelling water in the bottom of it.

My stay was great until… 2 hours after I checked out I got several notifications from my bank app that my card was being charged. Transaction amounts for $250, $300, and $50. We were accused of smoking in the room. We definitely did not smoke at all. The room was cleaned when we checked out. I was told that my name would be on the list of “banned” people. Other than this everything was great.

Excellent location for visiting Tupelo and Memphis. Very safe area. The staff was fantastic and would definitely recommend.

Easy check-in/check-out. Friendly staff, CLEAN facilities and room, full breakfast, indoor pool. Bed was decently comfortable, clean sheets, clean bathroom, quiet, blackout curtains. We had the pool all to ourselves and pool towels were provided (small, think of a hand towel). Full breakfast: grits, eggs, sausage, pancake station, French toast, cereal options, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice. Overall, we would stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Do not stay here. Just don’t. The beds were horrible, the bathroom wasn’t stocked on shampoo, conditioner, lotion (I asked for them to fill the bottles and they only filled the shampoo), and the breakfast they offer was absolutely disgusting and inedible. Absolutely horrible. I wished I would had booked elsewhere.

But I don’t suppose the staff has too much control over that. So that doesn’t really affect my review. If I needed to stay in a hotel in this area again I would definitely stay here.

Also, our air conditioner was VERY loud and annoying cutting on throughout the night and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly (I notified front desk of this upon arrival) and the shower wouldn’t drain properly so we were standing in water while showering. I feel that the price they charged for this hotel was a bit excessive for things to not work properly. But I do appreciate their help in trying to fix the noise situation above us.

The people in the room next door disturbed us all night. They sounded like they had a group sleep over, they went in and out all night, playing loud music. It must have been a group because other people kept coming to the door talking. It was awful and we had to get up early to depart. I didn’t get much sleep. I did mention it to the front desk

So the room wasn’t cleaned properly before hand. I found a dirty towel hanging up in my bathroom (it had brown marks all over it) the shower at the bottom appeared to have either some type of dirt or rust around the edges and the door to the room had to be slammed to be shut. The worst come when it was time to leave and they had charged me 2 payments. One before I arrived of $148.66 and then when I got there $198.66. Both of which posted on my account and they had the money. Then when I left they tried to claim that they only look $98 and the rest of the money was voided and wanted to charge me another $198.66. I did not pay that as they had already charged me $50 more than my original price which I assume that $50 was for incidentals but I wasn’t going to pay another $198.66 when I can see the money already taken out of my account. The woman at the front counter informed me that her manager would be contacting me to sort it out. They also did the same exact thing with my friend whom checked out before me. I asked for a paper receipt but after I told the woman I had already paid and showed her my account she didn’t give me one and just told me her manager would be in contact.

Our sheets were visibly dirty like they have not been changed between guests. Lots of hair and stain spots on them. Called front desk they offered new sheets but we were responsible for changing and making the bed. Small Blood spots near sink faucet. Showers are horrible, soap dishes are practically glued on with caulking and were very rusted and dirty around the base. Heard noise from upstairs all night long. The pictures look beautiful but are very misleading.

I like that it had a modern look and had everything I needed. It’s around many restaurants and stores. At least I know that for next time!

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk for a good 5 minutes and then staff came out and was very pleasant. Checked in and had issues getting into our room but that was quickly resolved. At first glance, the room was great! We had the bunk beds and more than enough room for anyone! It was wonderful. After finally settling in, we noticed there were still some trash in the room, the couch had suspicious stains, leftover party decor, and it didn’t feel clean at all. The tub’s handle was barely hanging on and the ring had fallen down. It didn’t feel nice but we got in late and were leaving early in the morning so we made do with our current situation. The ladder to the bunk beds are largely spaced so it’s definitely not for small children but bigger kids. Beds seem comfy as we slept but were unsure of how clean they were since the room was already in a disarray. It seemed like they just made the beds and replaced the towels and forgot to clean. Overall, with breakfast, staff, location, and room; we were happy with our stay and would give them another chance. Maybe this was just a one off but we had a great time so we would come back and stay.

Easy and fast check-in. Needed sheets for pull out sofa, got them from front desk easily. Kids loved the indoor pool. Room was comfortable, plenty of room, shower worked, etc. Didn’t use the gym but looked nice. Will be our first choice for the area in the future.

Elevators smelled terribly of weed. Blanket for sofa bed was rolled up and thrown in the closet, when taken out, it had food on it and was dirty. Had to request a new blanket and had to get the blanket myself. Beds were really hard and pillows were completely flat.

This was our family's favorite hotel of our trip to Mississippi. We stayed at a few, and this hotel was beautiful, very clean, and staff were very kind. It even smelled nice! My daughters loved the pool, and my son really appreciated the basketball court. I, personally, LOVED the four queen bunkbeds in our room so I could have the whole family together. Our suite had a kitchen and living room.. loved the set up!

Elevator was out so we had to use stairs or other on far end away from room, noisy from ceiling, had to wait several minutes outside as door was locked due to no one at counter at approx 9pm. Guests inside had to look for staff to let me in. Certain areas had a terrible odor, especially the elevator. Will never stay there again.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The house keeping staff was loud and unprofessional. The alarm was set off in the middle of the night and no staff was available to assist with any guidance far as what to do or if we were safe….

The front elevator was out the entire 7 days I was there. The living room television did not get fixed until Friday, I checked in Monday. Saturday my key card stopped working.
