The pool was nasty, the walls of our hotel room were nasty, the tub/shower was nasty. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room smelled awful 😖. Bed was pretty clean and slept decent.

I love Hilton properties. I have never encountered one like this before. When I checked in late Saturday night, I noticed a stain on the comforter. In addition to that there was hair in the shower. Sunday morning I went to the front desk and told the young this and showed pictures. I asked that my room be cleaned. She wrote my room number down and next to it put full clean. When I arrived back to my room at 5:00 pm, the room had not been cleaned. I went back to the counter told another young lady the same thing and asked for a clean comforter. The next morning when I checked out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told the General Manger was there and would be out. She was doing something at the moment. I sat there for a few minutes waiting, she never came out. No one asked what I needed. I had a flight to catch, so I decided to share here since the General Manger nor the staff cared. I would not recommend this location.

The room was very clean & the location was very quiet! It was just what I needed.

The breakfast sucked for paying $195 per night. And same family of hotel Home2suites has a facility afew miles down the road for $60 less per night. Was not happy with this price.

The property was very clean and staff was overly nice, which was wonderful. The hotel is in very close proximity to the Landers Center where we were going for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly staff, breakfast is until 10am, a plus for those who goes for this. Rooms are comfy and it feels like a little apartment.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was unclean and our toilet seat was broken. We complained but didn't get an answer until the next day. I must say that Kimberly took care of all of our issues the next day but we should have never walked into a room with so many problems. There was let over food on the floor from the previous party. My daughter's room had a broken sick. Here ironing board was broken, and we didn't even have an iron in our room. The pillowcases didn't fit the pillows and the bed frame was broken. So many problems at this hotel. It looks beautiful from the pictures but the inside was horrible.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to check in time and front desk personnel on duty very rudely informed me for an extra fifty dollars I could check in early. She then proceeded with attitude when I said I would just wait the ten minutes. Breakfast was poor at best. Rest of hotel personnel were very friendly and hospitable.

It took over an hour and half to check in, the rooms not what you expect them to be. The bed moves and make loud noise when you sit on it. The pool was freezing cold, I was told they would come check it but nobody came. This was my second time at this hotel and I had an horrible experience!

Disappointing

I did like this place! Nice room with good beds. I would say breakfast was good but would have liked a way to “take it to go” since we were trying to get back on the road.

The hotel seemed to not be well taken care of, lots of marks on the walls, cracks in the tile, pieces of tile missing in the bathroom, spots on the carpet in the hallways. The rooms were clean enough, but not great. Staff was not overly friendly or welcoming.

We were there 3 nights and didn’t have housekeeping service at all. We finally had to ask for clean towels the last day. I tried to wash our dirty linen and the laundry was broken

Large room, nice size fridge Shower not working. I waited 45 minutes for someone to come assist with the shower and no one came. The bathroom door jumped the track several times and I was unable to get out of the bathroom without help. The oatmeal was so thick I had to add milk to eat it. There was no coffee when I went to breakfast at about 8:00 AM. There was no forks available. The wall paper on the baseboard areas were torn and mold appeared at the bottom of the wall.

Many issuea; property is not well maintained. The lifts are smelling like rotten eggs. Bathroom door was not working. Breakfast options are too limites and waffel machine not working.

The room was not tidied daily. We stayed for four. days, the room we were in needs to be updated to feel fresh. The staff was superb, especially Alex at the front desk. She was always friendly and very accommodating. I think she will go far with this chain. I will still stay here again. I'm planning to return this summer,

They didn’t have a reservation for us and they were sold out so it was really inconvenient. I will not use a third party booking site again.

Breakfast: limited- no yogurt. Lobby had towels on the floor everywhere from leak or flooded from something. Large fans everywhere trying to dry lobby floors. Not what you want to see.

No idea as our rooms were given away! After traveling all day from Texas, first stop on family vacation and we were free by “Alex”, a young lady who informed us she did not have the rooms we reserved. They were given to guests who wanted to extend their stay! I had to find other accommodations at 7 pm for to replace a confirmed reservation made in July!

It was family friendly and the room had all the amenities, BUT if you’re sharing a room beware of the sliding barn door on the bathroom. Made things a little uncomfortable to say the least lol

The hotel staff was great. They were honestly the only good thing about this experience. The hotel room we were in was horrible. People were smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and on our floor. The whole 4th floor smelled like pot. When we got to our room, the thermostat was broken, the wires were exposed under the AC unit, the phone didn't work, the lamp was missing the bolt to hold the shade on, the bathroom was missing a tile, and the shower had mildew. We will not be coming back.

The overall hotel was great it had just opened when we stayed. The stay would have been great but their system for room keys was not working so to get into your room staff had to go let you in. I booked a room that said it slept 6 expecting two beds and a sleeper sofa. The room had two beds and a couch. Honestly beyond that and key inconvenience it was a great hotel. Breakfast in the morning was great

Had to ask for room swap and still I had to check out immediately due to 2 horrible rooms conditions and book a room at another hotel. Uncleaned toilet, cracked toilet seat and unclean shower, ants everywhere, running water in the tub and unclean linen. Wasn’t even a one star hotel. I am reaching out to both Expedia and Hilton corporate headquarters for my refund.

Decent room, beds are comfortable. No cooktop, so we brought a hot plate and pan. Breakfast was a bust. Close and convenient to family, shopping and dining. Staff was excellent.

This hotel is the best hotel I’ve visited so far. The rooms are very clean, roomy , aesthetically pleasing and comfortable!!! The tv’s got Netflix, tubi , YouTube , Disney+, etc !!! Front desk has the most genuine and reliable service ever.. I will be staying here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time that we stayed at this hotel and we would definitely visit again. We had some hiccups along our road trip before arriving at the hotel and it was lovely to be greeted with a smile and OUTSTANDING customer service by Alex when we made it in. She set the tone for our visit at the hotel. Housekeeping was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel is close to many stores.

This property was really great as far as staff and cleanliness, however, we did run into a few problems like the elevator had stopped working for a few hours and the key card wasn’t working. The staff was super helpful in understanding and accommodated us with another wheelchair accessible room on the first floor. Would highly recommend someone stay here.

Location was great and good area. I dont Recommend staying on the first floor - extremely noisy with the lobby being near by. There was some sort of party while I was There, so loud music until 10pm and fire alarms set off. Cops showed up multiple times.

This hotel is overrated in hotels.com and overpriced. Room very old and not clean.

We had two cockroaches in our room with food particles on the counter. I went and showed a picture to Evita she didn’t seem to care but moved us from a double bed room to a king size bed room. We made it work. Our new room had half used milk in the fridge and trash behind the microwave. I paid more for this place than the SpringHill suites we came from in a nice part of town in Atlanta. Very disappointed.

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool.

We had a wonderful stay for our family vacation to visit Graceland. Everything as clean, they had a great breakfast, the front desk workers were great. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and stores for shopping, which make it very convenient to do anything you want. If we ever are back that way we definitely will stay here again.

The cleanliness, the ease of checking in and the suite were all superb! No complaints.

Over all its worth the stay for an older couple because everything walking distance. Just loud at night maybe because its was spring break week.

The room was big so it fit 5 of us nicely. It was definitely not the cleanest place, the bathtub had water in it, there was an old french fry on the floor, the tables were full of crumbs, the night stand was dirty, the bed had hair on it. Front desk girl was super nice when we checked in but everyone else was not overly kind. It was definitely not what I would expect for the price.

Wonderful room in a nice location. We were pleased with how spacious the room was, and it was very clean. Breakfast is busy, but we found a table without an issue. Would definitely stay again.

The check in process was awesome and the clerk was super nice, helpful, and friendly.

The room for our party was nice, but it took forever to get linens for the sofa bed. Apparently, management believes one person on duty is enough at night. Also, the bathroom door is a barn door, and off the tracks. With no maintenance person, the bathroom remained close to being completely shut. I truly expected better.

I was there for a quick overnight stay. No complaints.

Old hotel with missing baseboards, dirty toilets and sink. Staff were extra nice and a good breakfast made up somewhat. Thank goodness it was just a one night stay with a germaphobic wife.

We arrived late and tired. Upon pulling back the cover on one bed we found that the middle comforter didn’t look clean! In fact it appeared to have red blood specks. We called down to the front desk and they said we could come down to the desk and get a replacement. I was handed a folded bundle that I assumed was the correct item. I got back to the 4th floor and found that it was a fitted mattress cover. I was too tired to deal with it and we just made the best we could.

It was easy to get to, I use the Hilton app, so checking in and out was easy. The hotel just smelled like dogs. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel they need to make it smell better

The only thing I didn’t like was that the stairs were locked after a certain time at night. My partner is afraid of elevators, and I had to go up a flight of stairs and then go down a flight to open the outside door for him. Everything else was really for me.

Also, the bathroom door was a sliding door that did not block the view of the bathroom. With the door closed, you could still see through the side of the door directly into the shower. Not a great feature for a room that can house 6 people!

Our room floors were very dirty, fridge and freezer doors would not stay shut. Faucet in bathroom was coming off. Pool was closed for cleaning for three of the days we were there.

My overall stay was OK however there were some issues in our room. There were four people in the room when we let out the sofa, bed and dress the bed with the sheets and covers that it was only a flat sheet, no fitted sheet or cover. The iron board was like a dorm board and did not have any legs on it. We had to put the ironing board on the bed. Our room did not have a ice bucket and it was only 2 cups in there.

AC was struggling. Paired with heat outside and bedding holding heat made for a bit warmer stay than i prefer. Aside from that, staff were great, breakfast was nice, and location was convenient.

we stayed at this hotel as we were on a long drive passing through. I booked it weeks in advance because it looked like it would comfortably fit all 6 of us and the pictures appeared to be nice and clean. The room did in fact comfortable sleep 6 of us, but the property is not clean at all. It was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn’t suggest staying for more than a night or if cleanliness is a priority. It is near the highway and lots of shops so it is a convenient location. Other guest were extremely loud, which isn’t a reflection of the hotel, but it was easy to hear others through the walls and in the hallway. Overall it’s a 3 star for us. Functional, but cleanliness is pretty paramount when I’m staying somewhere.

Hotel was great. Unfortunately, our first night there were several parties around our room and the music and yelling lasted all through the night.

Check in and check out was easy peasy. Breakfast selection was aimed at the younger guests( cold cereal and waffles). I would suggest more fresh fruit selections and an update on breakfast sandwiches. There was a humidity problem in the hotel based on machinery that was in the hallways and our sink was slow to drain. The manager attempted unsuccessfully to have fixed. But response was prompt.

Our room was next to a wall that was being renovated? It was dirty. I had to wipe down all the tables and chairs. Dusty was everywhere and table hasld greasy finger prints. Felt itchy laying in bed. Restroom door was barn yard sliding style. Did not offer any privacy.

I would have loved to have received at least 4 pillows for a king size bed. We only had 2 pillows and they were not comfortable at all . I. Had to ball my pillow up and add clothing to sleep comfortably.

I love the breakfast and the cordiality of the staff. I expected new towels each day. I didn’t know I had to request them for the day 2. I will remember in the future. Overall, this hotel was a pleasant place for my family.

Only thing we doing really enjoy is the door to our bathroom in our room. It closes but fairly large gaps on the side, doesn’t feel very private.
