I like the fact that it was close to the freeway. It's secure. Rooms are clean. That's a good stay every time I did not like booking.com's rates because I got charged $100 and something dollars extra after I had originally got a quote in between that and getting a confirmation number the price went up $115? And then they want to give me bus rides which cost $120 from the airport to there. But I never go to their part and I never need rides I always thought my own vehicle. I don't like booking.com taking my funds first and then I have to pay another fee on top for a deposit fee which I don't mind with the hotel but booking they didn't return it either. I'm probably not going to pay through booking anymore I don't know how to do that I'll just have to call directly to Thunderbird

This is a condo in a condo development. Place was huge with comfortable bed, clean and well equiped kitchen. Very good value! Perfect for a family of 4.

That i had to call the office because i couldnt get in the gates because my pin wasnt working.

I only have one complaint, the TV didn't work.

It was roomy The add said two bathrooms. It was 2 toilets and 1 shower which made it difficult with 5 to get ready. We also had a very rough time getting into a unit and missed part of the grandsons game which was why we flew up there.

This is a nice affordable gated little spot. I have stayed for a month total while working in Reno Monday-Friday each week. I will definitely be making this my go to spot for extended stays. The hot tub was relaxing, the unit was clean, quiet and just right for me. Nothing!

The pool was nice. The kids enjoyed it. Bad area, did not feel safe.

WiFi was bad. Dated interior. Only one shower despite accommodating up to 6 people. Not enough pillows. No on-site staff.

Someone used my credit card fraudulently and stayed in a room at Thunderbird resort and they let them check in with a card that doesn't even have their name on it Tell me how that works also they've been holding $115 charge on my card for some reason and my bank can't do anything about it till it finalizes

We overslept by 20 mins so we were late leaving but that should be understood because it happens. I was rang on apartment phone wit great rudeness and threats of police being called by some younger chick. Outside next to my car was a big ,an and older lady, we were accused of s k in g because she said there is a ash on the counter, we were accused of taking the phone off the hoo stay here smh
