This place was beautiful, very clean, felt very safe, I would definitely return here. The pool was perfectly warm, the staff was exceptionally nice. Breakfast isn't complementary but that was fine with me. Our room was so clean the shower was wonderful the water was so hot. If you need a place to stay choose here.

Location , lots of people just allowed to loiter and hang outside you don't know if they belong to the hotel or what but did not feel super safe with several people just loitering in the parking lot near your car.

Property was very clean, rooms were very nice and clean.Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Will definitely stay at this property in the future.

We got in so late all the way from FL Friday night and Joe was so curious and inviting. We received a complimentary breakfast which was so nice! Property is nice and clean, just a little out dated. Staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious!

The staff were great. Friendly and even remembered my name. Our room was clean and spacious. I requested a handicap room because I have great difficulty walking. The room itself was great but it was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Which ment I had a long distance to walk. It was very hard to walk that distance each time we left or returned to the room.

This had to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in SC. The staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean and smelled great. The heating and air conditioning worked great. I ate at the New Orleans theme restaurant that was there for dinner and lunch. The dinner was okay I had a risotto that wasn’t to my liking but they accompanied and I got their burger which was delicious. The breakfast was also good. I felt safe considering I was traveling alone and was only there from Sat-Mon. A great hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was immaculate. Stayed here for a volleyball tournament. Hotel was tucked away in a safe area, there is a gas station and Cracker Barrel practically in the parking lot of the hotel which is super convenient. Heated pool was nice, would stay here again!

Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The only complaint I had was the breakfast. The eggs had egg shells in them and the bacon was like chewing rubber.

We paid for breakfast and it wasn’t available to us, request a refund! They said Expedia had to do it.

The cleaning lady was talking about me to other workers sayn I had been there for 3 nights and never let her clean my room I heard her as I was walking out my room and told her she had been in my room I had it on my camera where she had been snoopy around in my room wh I le I was gone and I told her I had 3 towels and had 3 night that's sounds rite to me so why did she need me to let her in my room so bad that she got mad enough to talk about me to other ppl and they still hasn't put my money back on my card for I guess I to for collateral but I did nothing g but sleep in my room never anything else I need my money bad si gle dad

Our room 241 was very nice. The beds are always comfortable. The bathroom in this room was in good repair unlike several other rooms we stayed in. There is not enough lighting in morning. We had 3 females in our room & we had to be ready by 7:00 am & it was very difficult to use the full length mirror bc of poor lighting. It would also be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom so we could place the items we need for our shower in there, rather than cluttering up the sinks for everyone.

Beautiful architectural design. Bed very clean and well made. Kinda tired and boring. Needs more decor. Need to update electrical outlets and add some charging outlets. Ice machine not working. Rug dirty. Bathtub floor hazardously slick for shower.

The rooms were clean and very well maintained

This was our first time staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly but our room had some major issues- the toilet clogged and the shower floor was flooded because the drain was installed on the higher point versus the lower point. Thankfully, we only stayed there one night or else I would have needed to request a new room because showering in a small pool of water is unacceptable. I will say the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Overall, I might stay here again but I would ensure my room was one of the quality constructed ones.

I got my room serviced 1 time when my daughter in law took trash from the room, to the lobby to ask about where to dispose of it I was disappointed that they dint offer to take it but proceeded to tell her where the big trash bin was,

No house keeping came during the whole stay , had a football team there so everyone else was irrelevant.

The location- it was located in a very random location. Google maps took us a very strange way but then we realized a much more efficient way back downtown. Wish it was closer to Wofford to be able to stay there while visiting my daughter!

A lady from housekeeping opened the door at 10am, without knocking, I was dressing and disturbed by the intrusion

The property charged my card an additional $56 as well as charging me an additional $5.94 after my room was paid in full. So beware of the extra random charges. Watch your invoice and card.

I chose to stay here because it sponsored the NPC bodybuilding show I was attending. The hotel when entering is gorgeous! However; my room was subpar. It looked like the cleaning staff rushed to get it ready. It was clean enough though, just missing trash bags in the cans. But the bed was VERY comfortable! For the amount of money that I paid for this room, I would have expected to have a microwave in it, but there was none. The coffee maker was dirty so I had to go downstairs to get coffee. I didn’t have any of the breakfast, but the dinner the night before was magnificent! The bar, I rate an A+, the staff was super friendly and the drinks that were made at the bar were excellent as well. That was probably the highlight of this hotel for me. Even though I was just there for two nights I still would have expected my room to be cleaned ir at least receive clean towels, but that didn’t happen. No one came to my room while I was gone all day. I would still rate this hotel and eight out of 10.

The staff were all professional and friendly. The food was excellent, as was the bar. If I am back in Spartanburg, I will stay here again! I recommend it!

My sheets had not been changed in room 534 we discovered it at midnight, so we took a blanket out of closet to lay on top of sheets we pulled back the covers and it was all wrinkled with some hair at the foot of bed

I had a very pleasant stay (one night on my way to New Orleans) and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for temporary accommodations in the Spartanburg area. I would certainly stay here again. The only downside of this hotel is the relatively obscure location, but some may consider that a plus.

My family of 6 stayed at this hotel on our way to South Carolina. It was pretty, safe, and clean! We have been searching for a good hotel to stay at halfway and this has become it. The rooms look brand new and some even half a balcony that overlook the hotel. They have large rooms which accommodated us great. Not to mention if you are looking for a good cocktail in the evening the bar looks very nice with a bunch of TVs!

We have stayed several times for volleyball tournaments. The lobby is so pretty and nice for having a drink while socializing. Rooms are quiet and clean. The restaurant has great food! We usually order and eat in the lobby. Highly recommend.

The staff is amazing! Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely! Dining options were reasonably priced. 10 or of 10 definitely recommend!!!

The atrium is way too cold in the winter! It needs a real fireplace or heat of some kind. The staff were great and also pleasant even when i got to the dining room just before closing. Thank you!

Our room was so hot and uncomfortable. We spoke to the front desk 5 times and each time they were so rude and acted like this was normal and we just had to deal with it. I will never stay here again

This property seems to be fairly new. Parking is ample, well lit and clean. Lobby is expansive with easy access to the restaurant and pool. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful in handling my room request. The room was clean, well stocked and I just can’t say enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding. Having stayed at other Four Points locations before this one delivers in every aspect.

This property was in near immaculate condition, with plenty of friendly staff. Courteous. Attentive. Smelled and looked very clean in the lobby and common areas, including corridors and in the rooms. As a regular traveler, I was very impressed by all of this. Whomever is managing this property is clearly doing a fabulous job and paying attention to detail, as are the staff members!

We reserved a suite as a family of 5 (room 350). We had 3 towels. The shower layout is poor as you get wet trying to turn it on. We checked in late with the gentleman giving no guidance on amenities or how to get to our room. We did not feel very welcomed. Morning shift was much more friendly.

An overnight on the road. But the perfect location and just off the highway. Restaurant and bar so we did not have to leave the premises. Friendly staff and customers. Just one thing and this is personal preference—a split bathroom with sink in the room separate from shower and toilet. And why don’t hotels realize that light is not a bad thing.

The room was nice but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I forgot to request for my room to be on the top floor so we had to constantly listen to kids running during the night. The lady at the bar was rude and unprofessional so my husband and I passed up on getting a drink. Very clean room and bathroom. The young lady that checked us in and out was pleasant.

The staff is very friendly especially the bar/restaurant staff! I recommend stopping by the bar for dinner, very good and unique southern cuisine. Hotel is in good condition and well maintained. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice perk.

I would appreciate a room where no animals have stayed. I’m allergic to dander. The staff was very kind to relocate us, it still had breathing problems through the night.

I did not receive keys my first night, they SHOULD PAUL the Gm should be reaching out to you do to the fact that we had to be escorted from room to car room to car room to any other place in the hotel because they couldn’t issue keys orb the first night nor did they have WIFI available. Which also means we didn’t have pool access. A full refund of the first NIGHT SHOULD be being reimbersed as I specified to Niema the desk clerk and an adjustment should be sent to affirm. Other than that the hotel is isolated the pool is small, the gym is AMAZING best gym I have ever been to to in any hotel. Rooms are dated you can tell they have been making renovations but it’s a lot of touch up stuff, no MICROWAVE in any rooms just every other floor. Bar is very noticeable and nice except it opens at 5pm🙄 and closes at 11pm again 12 -15 from anything fun which closes early as well. Lucky I am from the area have a lot of family but depending on SOMEONES personal hotel experiences (what you have been accustomed too) I would just stay at the MARRIOT near Westgate Mall first. No crime great amenities 2 REAL restaurants and in the middle of things to do

This hotel is not worth the price, nice indoor pool and the hotel is clean, however for the 4 night stay my room was not cleaned. I payed for my hotel in full upon arrival and still had to pay an additional $237 for security deposit. In addition to that I had to wait two hours for clean towels, and toilet paper since no one cleaned my room. My entire stay I emptied my own trash at the end of the hall near the ice machine. I would never stay here again. There is a new residence in by the Westgate mall, much better choice

Hands down this was the best hotel we've stayed in to date. We deliver service dogs from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. We've never stayed in a Four Points Sheraton because they are usually too expensive. This night most other places were sold out and the hotel price was very reasonable. I wish we could stay at these all the time!

This was one of the best hotels my wife and I stayed at. Beautiful hotel in and out. Very reasonable nightly price, accomodations were outstanding from the private room with additional living room with big screen TV to a very comfortable bed and pillows and a large clean bathroom with all toiletries and soft large towels. It also has a work station. We stayed 1 night on our way to Hilton Head south Carolina. A must stay !!!

The hotel is great! but when we went to eat breakfast there was only 2 people working and there was a lot of customers so we had to end up leaving not staff members fault.

The room was clean and spacious it easily fit six adults. The restaurant, conveniently located downstairs had the best burger and fries I’ve ever had my family had the ribs collard greens, mac & cheese. Food was great service even better.

The service was excellent. The room was very spacious, stylish and immaculate. Convenient to downtown. It’s the best place to stay while in Spartanburg! Excellent rates as well.

There is no laundry room

A woman checked in before myself and the clerk sent her to her room 2 times before finally on the 3rd time she sent an employee to fix the problem. AC unit was not functional because no maintenance has been down on the unit in months. You can tell this from the filter that was completely covered in dirt. I shouldn't have to call anybody to fix something. This stuff should already be done and fixed. I have video of how awful the shower pressure was during the visit
