The holiday inn express and suites is my go-to whenever I have a short overnight travel. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good!

Stay here for a volleyball tournament. It exceeded expectation. Great representation of IHG commitment to quality. Front desk staff and housekeeping were exemplary. Close to everything. I would stay here again.

Do not get the room beside the elevator!!! Sounds like a jet engine coming through the wall every time it ran.

We stayed two nights and the first night we couldn’t find a spot to park at all and second day our key card for the room stopped working.

Stayed for five days. Fastidious house keeping staff. Breakfast staff, (apologize, didn't ask her name), was VERY attentive to restocking food, cleaning up after spills, greeted by front desk staff as we entered or exited the building.

The stay was just fine with the exception that our room was right by the elevators and the noise was heard all night. Other than that, the stay was good. We will stay there again but will request to be away from the elevators.

The room was spacious and perfect for our one night stay.

We loved taking advantage of the breakfast bar. We were visiting for a volleyball tournament and it was a great way for our player to fuel up before heading to the courts!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were also nice. They had firm and soft pillow options on the beds. We had a nice quiet stay. No issues and felt very safe there.

Our room was clean and king bed comfy. Shower was excellent with the handrails needed, plenty of space. We enjoyed the inside pool. However wished that there was a hot tub. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal , variety of fruit, yogurt. Cofee, tea. Location worked for us as we were traveling through. There is a shopping mall nearby.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were very comfy, updated, and exceptionally clean. I was very pleased with the breakfast selection- they had pancakes, eggs, pork and turkey sausage, oatmeal, omelets, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and a juice. Will keep this hotel on my favorites for our next visit. Check in was a breeze with pleasant ladies at the desk.

Nice quiet property. Parking was not the best and elevator was a little "iffy" at times but I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is at the edge of the Westgate Mall. Within walking distance, you have many shopping options, movie, theaters, fantastic restaurants, and all the quick service food you would ever want. It is a travelers paradise.

This is a good property by the Westgate Mall. Very easy to get in and out of. Thought it was clean and that everyone there was nice. Breakfast was OK, just your typical Holiday Inn express. Also very easy to get to.

Very nice hotel with colorful and cheerful decor. Room was large and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The shower was a walk in and was very large. Plenty of places to eat and very close to the hotel. I would recommend as well as stay there again.

I was looking for a hotel with breakfast and an indoor pool that was close to Converse University. This was perfect!

My stay was very pleasant except for two things - I had the room next to the ice machine, which I could hear making ice during the night. There was also no way to totally close the drapes - only sheers over the window itself, so the room stayed very bright during the night due to the security lights. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel and staff were great. Only complaints are: four towels for three people. Two of the party members were female and use two towels each. The other issue is how noisy the room was or the guests. Not the hotel issue as much as clientele.

We were in town for a dance competition so I was traveling with 2 children. The staff were welcoming and just really friendly in general. The check-in was quick and easy and the room was perfect. They provided a bunch of breakfast options in the mornings we were there so there was something for each of us. It was a little tough with the parking but that was understandable with several big events going on in the area. We would definitely stay here again, especially for the price we paid versus the comfortable and safe stay we had.

Property has been renovated since my last stay a few years ago. The room was clean, cold air, fresh scent ready for us. The children spent hours in the pool and said the breakfast was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10!

Amazing peaceful and stress free weekend

The hotel staff came in our room and left the door unlocked and OPEN before we even checked out. We came back to our room to freshen up before we hit the road and found our room unlocked and the deadbolt open so the door couldn’t close. Very unsafe considering I told the staff we had not checked out and the front desk reassured me we were ok.

The lady that was working the breakfast area this morning was absolutely wonderful with my hyperactive grandson. Showed him how to make pancakes and watched them with him.

I’ve stayed here four times now. Each time has been nice

The room itself was very clean and comfortable but the walls are paper thin and I could hear every word the people beside me and in the hallways were saying- it was uncomfortable how clearly you could hear people and I felt like I had no privacy. They have some construction going on and it was super noisy very early in the morning right beside my room! Maybe not put guest in a room that is right beside one under construction!

There is upgrade/remodeling work in progress. During weekdays, there will be some extra traffic in the halls and noise, and temp storage units in the parking lot. But I will certainly stay here again.

I didn’t like the fire alarm going off in the middle of the afternoon. I wasn’t feeling well and was sleeping and it scared the crap out of me!
