The staff are really awesome at this hotel. Super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond. I had booked 3 rooms and part of our group arrived before I did and we simply spoke to the front desk and they checked him in without having to put a hold on his card as they were happy to wait for my card once I arrived. We loved our stay here and the breakfast selection was amazing.

The staff is phenomenal…seriously! I travel a lot and focus on Marriott resorts. Just last weekend I was at the Ballantyne in Charlotte which is a 5 star resort and the staff here are just as lovely and responsive to everyone and everything as them.

I enjoyed my stay. Room was decent. Staff super kind and cool. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I’d def stay here again!

At check-in we were asked if we wanted maid service and we said yes. The next day we were out all day and came back to a room that had not been serviced. We had to call down for clean towels. Given what they charge for the room, they should have serviced it per our request.

No outdoor security cameras, vehicles were broken into during our stay. We need to feel that the place we stay prioritizes our safety.

Nothing fancy, but it was a nice facility with a friendly, professional staff. Decent breakfast. My only recommendation would be to add a charging station for electric cars.

Great place to stay makes you feel at home

Our stay at this hotel was so wonderful. From the minute you walk into the lobby to check in, you will notice how clean and how wonderful the hotel smells. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and the shower area itself was also very nice. We really also enjoyed the soap and shampoo that was provided. We also really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided in the morning. It was extremely delicious and the options were endless. All of the staff working were so friendly and so helpful. We will definitely keep this hotel in mind and if we are ever in the area again will definitely stop by because we had such a wonderful experience!

I really liked that there were grits on the breakfast bar the first morning I was there. I live in New York and grits are not a thing here.

My family and I had a great stay here. The staff was accommodating, the rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel is newer and modern, and the area is 10/10 so much around it with plenty of food options. Above all we felt safe and comfortable. We are not from the area so this was important to us. I recommend this hotel.

check in and check out was breeze. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was well stocked and prepared. Overall a good stay only issue it’s facing a highway so the noise was an issue but the staff did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This is our get away place from Charlotte.The one thing I don’t like is that there’s a lot of bee nest around and I got stung by one on Friday(after checking in)!!And the Manager Linda is very rude!!Other than that I’ll live there if I ever needed a place to stay(love it there)!!!

We stayed there on July 14 and 21. Our room on the 14th was absolutely spotless. On the 21st it definitely wasn't great. The bathroom was so disgusting. The sheets had stains. There was food in the sink. Very disappointing.

Modern, clean and a welcoming staff. Although it’s near a highway it’s a quiet area. I was pleasantly surprised at the size and design of the room. I will definitely stay again.

Did not like that we could hear the highway noise very loudly in our room all night long and also that the bedroom is not closed off from the rest of the room, making it difficult to turn on lights and make coffee i n the morning while my husband was sleeping without disturbing him.

Everyone is really nice here. This is a quiet hotel where I feel safe. It’s clean and the sheets smell clean! Housekeeping comes in and cleans every two days.

Great room! We had the studio, although we did not need a full kitchen, it was nice to know that they are available. The towels were nice, comfortable beds, close to the airport.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay, couldn't have asked for more. The room was practically new, everything was extremely clean, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very trendy.

Check-in was quick and friendly. We were given early check-in so we could change and get to our volleyball tournament on time. The hospitality team even offered to start breakfast early on Sunday so our girls would have time for breakfast before heading to the gym. Wonderful room. Very clean and well appointed.

I was Over charged after only staying one night

Overall experience was Great! The staff was friendly and professional. The location is off I-26 and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, etc. The breakfast was good!

The room was spotless, and it was well appointed. The small kitchen was amazing and included everything that I could have wanted including wine glasses. Even though the living area was small, it still felt spacious and the sectional was very comfortable. The lighting over the nightstands was perfect for reading or to have gentle lighting. There were plenty of outlets. There was a small but incredibly well organized dressing area between the bedroom area and the bathroom. It included a moderately spacious closet, drawers, shelving, and a mirror. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was fabulous. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were wonderful and had an incredibly fresh fragrance. Everything in the bathroom was wonderful and very clean. The small market area in the lobby had everything I could have wanted including wine and beer. It was well-stocked and everything was very organized organized. The breakfast was a typical Covid hotel breakfast but there was a large selection of muffins, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. as well as a few hot items, a variety of coffee/creamers and tea. The outside of the property was well maintained as where the lobby and pool areas. It was a perfect stay. I would definitely stay there again.

The only complaint I had with this hotel, was what they charged for pet fees. It was highway robbery, I had been on the road for 11 hours and was to tired to look for another hotel for pets, so I paid 159.00 for my pet to stay. He should have had his own room for that price. I understand charging for a pet fee, but that is over the top in my opinion.

Large room fully equipped with everything you need for a long trip. It had a kitchen stocked with dishes, a full sized fridge with freezer, and a stove with 2 burners. An island to eat at, and a desk to work at and the bathroom was very large, over all the room was nice

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well decorated and comfortable, and they were even resuming the breakfast service. The only downfall was that I had a room that faced the Interstate....the highway noise was annoying at night.

Epiphany or "Piph" who helped us when I called prior to making reservation with a number of questions was outstanding. She was very professional, courteous, helpful, etc. Really a great representative of the property. Linda who helped with our check in (and let us get in a bit early since the rooms were ready) was also very nice and helpful. I'm adding this since later your survey inquires as to purpose for staying and what we visited. You listed a few colleges but left out VCOM or Edward Via School of Osteopathic Medicine. We were here for son's tour of school and campus following acceptance into medical school. Beautiful campus and very nice administrators. The few 1st year Med students we met were extremely nice, mature and courteous. The MAPS directions that bring you to the property are TERRIBLE. Circuitous and through back roads and old neighborhoods. In reality, the property is adjacent to (but separated from) a large retail area with plenty of other retail/food alternatives immediately nearby. It is also just off a major through way.

Good location and the hotel had plenty of hand sanitizer and other COVID preventive measures. Only 2 hours for breakfast though...recommend 3 at least.
