Our room was great and clean! The staff was wonderful and very welcoming! Convenient parking.

I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast.

Room was very clean but had no closet. Staff had a hard time keeping up with the breakfast rush . Yogurt and cereal worked.

size of the room, frigge, microwave being older hotel it it noisy, freeway noise is really annoying. also soundproofing between the floor is very weak, someone walked above us between 2 and 4 am and it was so noisy that woke us up, also in the morning there was no water in the shower and only cold water in the sink

We stayed in a handicap room and it was the safest bath/shower with multiple safety bars of any hotel we have stayed in. I loved the fact that it had a personal shower in it! Thank you so much! Liked everything!

We love this property. Great location close to the freeway, mall, restaurants. Very clean. Happy, helpful staff. Breakfast is good! Plenty of hot fresh food choices. There is not anything that I do not like.

We had a very nice stay. Our beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast was decent and there were many drink options. The pool and gym were clean and the gym had a lot of equipment that was easy to use. We will definitely stay here again.

Well kept with newer furnishings, spacious rooms Pillows were lumpy, tub surroundings (caulking) had dark stains , quilt had sweat stains, communal containers of toiletries (shampoo, lotion, etc) not sanitary, bathroom lights too dim, no pen or paper

The check in process was great as was the customer service. The room was clean and comfortable. The workout facility was very nice and had great equipement. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The young lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive. We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival we saw 3 motor coaches parked outside. LOTS of kids for the Nike Regional X-country race. We were a little worried about noise. They were great. 2nd night we had awful neighbors above us! Walking back and forth with VERY heavy feet all night and into the morning. Didn’t get much of any sleep that night.

Concern: large group of teenagers there for sporting event. On Friday dinner time they brought in pizzas and took over the entire lobby. Leaving no place for other hotel guest to enjoy. They should have assigned them a conference room for their meal NOT the lobby. Unacceptable!!

Great welcome and the room is well appointed and very comfortable.

We stay here several times a year when visiting family. It's a great location for us and the staff is always friendly. I was happily surprised on this trip when they updated our king room to a suite. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to town.

Absolutely loved that there was a chicken sausage option as pork hates me. This property is my favorite place to stay when I visit the Spokane Area. Everyone is so friendly and the rooms/ property are so clean. 20/10 always !

The breakfast had eggs and sausage Having to pay for the room in advance to make a reservation with no refund. When I arrived at 5:45 pm I was told there were no rooms available away from the freeway so I was given the noisiest room in the hotel right against the freeway and the ice machine. Also the toilet paper was the thinnest and like sandpaper.

Loved having a shower by the pool so I could work out in the fitness center then go straight to the shower then pool/hot tub.

The hotel is nice and clean and in a great area. The guests above room 233 were extremely loud. It sounded like they were stomping and dropping bowling balls on the floor all night.

I stay at Hampton every time I go to Spokane and it is always clean, staff are friendly and I don't have to guess at what type of hotel in getting!

Walk-in shower was nice, but lots of water splashed out on floor. Chair at desk was terribly stained. Very comfortable bed. Easy check in/out. Need exhaust fan in bathroom.

I stayed with my two grandchildren in route to glacier and we had a lovely stay; The pool was a bit cool but refreshing

I liked the staff - -they were all friendly and helpful. I also liked the heavy doors and double-paned windows, which made the room quiet. I wasn't wild about the breakfast -- it was all too greasy.

Everything is nice except the toilet keeps flushing by itself every minute. Needs repair.

Perfect for and overnight during a road trip

I stayed here for 5 days and overall had a pretty good experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a great impression. The building is older, and while the remodeling helps, you can still tell it has some age. My room seemed clean, though a bit more detailed cleaning would be nice. The biggest downside was the highway noise, which was noticeable at night. Still, for the service and convenience, I’d consider staying here again.

On the downside , the free internet was VERY slow, the third Hilton property we’ve been at in the last two weeks that has been that way. We are HHonors members, and all three Hilton properties acknowledged that on checkin, but only 1 of the 3 gave us the password for enhanced WiFi that HHonors members get for free. I had to call the front desk and ask for it at the second place, but forgot to do that this Hilton property. So, I put up with the very slow internet (e.g., 30 seconds to pull up eac email, 3 minutes to download a small document)

This is where our family usually stay when we plan to go to silverwoods. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Only thing I dislike is how hot it is inside pool room. They need better ventilation system.

We’ve stayed at this location many times over the years. The lobby and common areas are all updated and clean, as well as the rooms, and we love the location in proximity to the mall. The only thing needing improvement is the temperature of the pool.

The hotel is nice and clean. Our stay wasn’t very restful due to a clanging sound that we finally figured out after 2:00am was coming from the mini fridge in our room. Also whoever stayed above us stomped with every step across the floor.

The front desk staff was amazing. Remembered us, and very kind when we needed to add an extra day. The breakfast smelled good even though we had to leave earlier than it was served. We did book because of the indoor pool, but it was never open during our three day stay.

The room was great, very clean, but the hot tub and pool were closed and that was not indicated on the website. I paid extra to have these amenities and am disappointed that they were not open.

The parking lot was unsecured and has signs posted saying “park at your own risk”. There are no external cameras or security check’s outside the facility.

Wonderful visit. Affordable and great pool, free EV charging, and breakfast with waffles had something even for our picky eater kids. Staff were wonderful.

Stayed with my two year old and felt safe and comfortable the whole time! 10/10 will stay next time I am in the area.

Beds were very uncomfortable so that was a bummer. There is no fan in the bathroom. So airing it out was tough. Other than those 2 down falls, our stay was lovely!! The Shampoo and Conditioner I have to say was some of the best and left my hair feeling so soft.
