Breakfast was at Dennys (which was good), pet area was nice but was out of bags and trash can was full, pool was okay (cold not heated), curtains could be more efficient (light still came in). Nice hotel overall.

Just some confusion about having a cc down prior to arrival even though it was already paid for thru Expedia. Called them and put my card down and then got another message about no card so I called again and they put it on the wrong folio. Just seemed confusing. Requested early check in that I would pay for and that seemed to be a hassle even with them offering it. Facility was nice. Staff was nice, just maybe needing more training

It was a perfect stay. we enjoyed getting off a late flight and being able to get a ride 3 minutes down the road so we can rest. It’s super clean. Breakfast they provided was from the Denys restaurant on the same lot

No full buffet breakfast as advertised. False advertising and deceptive marketing practices. Noisy rooms woke up at 3:30 a.m. from poor insulation and freeway noise. Front desk staff was a disaster. Property is not up to Best Western Plus standards.

Got there to find out toilet running and wouldn’t flush. TV remotes didn’t work either. Very basic room.

Everything was as expected

The property was very well maintained the staff was great and the shuttle was perfect would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed and pillows gave us a great night’s sleep! All staff were friendly! The breakfast provided a variety of food including hot and cold as well as protein and starches! We would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean, thick towels and comfortable beds, front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast voucher for Denny’s was nice!

The hotel was very well maintained. Helpful staff. We parked our car for an extended stay and took the shuttle to the airport at 3 am.

We had higher expectations for a Best Weatern stay. Everything was very basic. The hotel was very noisy inside and out. The hotel partners with Denny’s for breakfast. But for early travelers like us, we could t wait I tol7 when the restaurant opened. The hotel’s grab and go menu was basic and full of processed foods. Doesn’t fit dietary needs. Maybe missed the fine print when booking? We will find other accommodations the next time through.

I contacted hotel several hours early and then scheduled shuttle on arrival at 1130 pm. It didn't come as scheduled and after three calls got a ride at 1239.TOTALLY unacceptable to leave a 63 y/o woman alone at the airport in the middle of the night! The ride was only 4 minutes. Every other hotel shuttle came and left. I won't stay here again.

Was given a room that smelt like dogs to start off with so had to ask for a different Room. During the night another guest opened and walked in to our room(it was 12am) and we had our 2 kids with us so it was very scary. I had to text them to tell them what happened and then was just said sorry that happened they thought our room was empty? Wasn’t offered anything to make up for that scary situation.

Very nice room, and very courteous staff. Airport shuttle accomodated a very early flight - and hotel even provided a bagged, to-go breakfast at 3:00 AM even though their normal breakfast didn't start until 7 AM. I would definitely stay here again!!

We really appreciated the Denny's breakfast voucher that we received from the front desk at the hotel. I think that it's a very good business partnership with Denny's. The Denny's food was very good and the staff were very nice.

There was remodeling being done. It will look good when they finish! We could hear people in other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was at Denneys, which was good. Sadly, I forgot a pair of shorts and tank top. They were overlooked. :/ we were too far away to go back after them. I'm sure they were tossed. The new shower did not have sliding doors. Water got all over the floor

I love this property. I always stay here whenever I travel. My car is always safe. I like the hot tub in the pool. It has breakfast. The staff is great. Great comfy beds clean. I've been staying here about 10 years.

My stay was good one thing that threw me off was I couldn’t get an airport shuttle.

Stay was okay, staff was great, but a lot of noise in the hallway and cleaning ladies started vacuuming around 7:30 am and went on the whole morning, also the shower wasn’t very clean it had some hairs from the people before us.

Dog area is awesome! Clean, spacious room with great front desk staff. Comfortable bed and breakfast vouchers for Denny’s other side of parking area.

Just a comment- when I signed up there were only 2 of us but when we made the trip, there were 3 of us. If breakfast was complimentary, should I have gotten 3 tickets? I didn't complain as I did sign up for 2 but in the future, should have asked for another breakfast ticket? Would it have been complimentary?

Julia, Anthony and Eli deserve recognition for outstanding service. I was greeted upon arrival, politely in spite of my confusion and repeating the same questions, the room was exceptionally clean, the fitness center was awesome and overall very nice place to stay. I hope to be back next year.

Was okay till the last day paid the fee for a late check out on the website it said between the hours of 1 and 2 o'clock one of ladies from the front desk that we never dealt with the whole week we stayed there she was very pushy about being out by 1 o'clock at 1:05 comes knocking on our door asked working packing our stuff and getting ready wondering when we're going to be out I spent almost thousand dollars at there establishment it takes me a little longer to do things because I'm handicapped it was 105 degrees out and my wife has to put things in our roof topper granted it took a little time to organize things she comes out screaming and threatening to call the cops after I just spent all this money after established it wasn't like yours just sitting there most other staff was okay it was just the one lady that we never seen the whole time during our stay I think she was management or something don't stay if your handicapped it takes you extra time to do things she will threaten to call the police on you

Pickup from airport took awhile. No check in till 4pm unless you want to pay extra. I consider that poor customer service because I was there at 2.30 I had to wait in the lobby

We’ve stayed here before. First time was ok. Second time, we were told they would give breakfast vouchers for Dennys across the street. We were not told there was a time limit to get the vouchers. We were 17 min. late. 10:17. Had I have known, would’ve went earlier.

The front desk staff was friendly both when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out. The hotel offers a kiosk where you can complete a process on your cell phone and skip the front desk altogether but I was driving so that was not an option for me and I would rather talk to a person anyway; but it is an option here.

The airline and enterprise were able to help me with travel changes, however my hotel was not allowed to touch my reservation. I thought i was gpign to be stuck in a different city and expedia refus2d to refund my money, but blamed it on the hotel. The hotel was literally not allowed to touch my resevation to refund, transfer locations or even my room type. Expecia did not book the room I asked for. I will likely not use Expedia again and for sure will kot trust them woth hotel booking.

Airport shuttle was very responsive and great hotel staff

The tub was so slippery I fell down and hit my ribs back and head there is no kind of anti-slip material on the tub. The fridge and coffee maker in my room didn’t work they offered to have the maintenance man come in and fix it but I was just interested in sleeping and didn’t want to be bothered, hopefully they fixed it after I left. The rest of the service was great.

Property is so clean and decorated very pretty! We used the shuttle twice, it was very prompt with great drivers. Breakfast was great. It was an excellent experience.

Hotel seemed renovated. Entire hotel including room in top shape. Bed ver my comfortable and bathroom pristine. Great proximity to Spokane airport but didn’t hear any noise. Shares parking lot with both a 24 hr dennys and 24 hour gas big station so very easy to refill your rental car, get snacks, or get a meal.

The shuttle service was very convenient and the shuttle driver was great. Check in and store were confusing. Television and wifi did not work.

Room was clean and beds were comfy. My MIL and I went to get coffee and tea from the lobby. The hot water craft had a bunch of floaters. We alerted the front desk and they fixed. Didn’t realize we had to go over to the Dennys for breakfast, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall good stay!
