MainStay Suites Spokane Airport

I love how roomy it was. The staff was very nice and informative. Parking was great. Breakfast was awesome.

I seriously loved just about everything about this place. The only downsides were the size of the burners in our room with the kitchenette but we made it work, and the third evening we tried to take showers and the temperature kept changing from comfortable to too hot and then too cold.

Nice stay. Bathroom counter and mirror is small people. A full length mirror would be helpful. The lighting does not seem adequate for the room but all in all, the stay was good.

Clean, spacious rooms with great breakfast

Make no mistake! This is an amazing property! The suites are designed for extreme comfort. We only stayed two nights, but you could easily stay 30 days. The property is very well maintained. Everything in the whole building was extremely clean, one of my biggest requirements, and well kept up. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items to choose from. All of the staff we encountered were very nice. It’s also nice there’s a bar in the hotel for a nightcap!! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Walls not well insulated so I heard loud snoring from next room all night...Although bathroom very nice sliding portion of shower door should be switched as it's a tight squeeze between toilet and door.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The suites are big, the bathroom is big, and the kitchenette has everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and very responsive and worked very efficiently . All in all, this hotel delivered as good a service as a very expensive high-end hotel

The room and building were clean. The breakfast had good variety and was well prepared by friendly staff. Our only concern was that the tub was very slippery and no rubber mat was provided. There is some road noise from the highway on the south side.

Amazing stay! The front staff I wish I could remember her name but she was there on Saturday morning she was amazing! The rooms were huge and didn’t expect such a large space. There was nothing that I did NOT like !

The location close to the airport was important. The service was truly amazing. The staff especially treated us well and they were very sociable. They were accommodating with our stay, especially when we had to cancel the last nite, they did not charge us. The only thing would be the shower curtains were a little short, so the water would fall out of the shower. It’s not a big thing. I guess the Breakfast could be better with more selections.

This place is amazing, great price, free bowl of soup at 5pm, free fresh cookies at 7 pm, huge free breakfast spread, indoor pool, spa that kick kids out at 10 pm and leave open til midnight for adults and pool toys by request. Oh and a bar inside hotel. Our room was a double queen bed room and had kitchen even a dishwasher. Needless to say we will be booking here again real soon The ppl above us were rudely loud

Good breakfast with plenty of options. The hotel also accommodated guests with service animals. They would give u a magnetic plaque that stated there was a dog in the room as a heads up for the staff. They also had games you can check out along with different kitchen appliances for cooking. I would stay there again for sure.

Proximity to airport. Facility paid for two Uber rides for our party of 5. Rooms very large and had a full kitchen plus a generous breakfast. Small pool and hot tub meet our needs. No complaints

Wonderful staff. We had a very nice experience. We were well taken care of by everyone we interacted with. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was standard motel fare but nicely laid out in a comfortable area with plenty of room.

The room was fine, it was clean, the staff was friendly. It had a comfortable bed, a nice kitchen, and bathroom. The only real negative was it had no soundproofing. I could hear the man(?)in the room next door snoring as if he was in the same room/bed.

Adequate, basic hotel w/ a decent continental breakfast and friendly staff. The bed was a little too firm for my preference. The room's surfaces, floor and linens were clean, but it appeared that they don't hit the less obvious surfaces (above eye level, corners, back of shelves, etc) as often.

My stay was great, the check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was amazing and the fresh cookies was great too will be coming back definitely

Breakfast was nice and they had gluten free options.They also provided a snack breakfast when we had to leave for the airport at 5 in the morning. Rooms were comfortable and the pool was nice. The staff was helpful. They called an Uber for us to get us too and from the airport. Be aware that there is a fee to park your car at the hotel while on your trip.

The staff were really kind and helpful. They answered all my questions quickly and we're supportive if I needed anything. The room was really nice and the kitchen was very useful. The kitchen was put to great use.

We really enjoyed our stay! From the moment we arrived, Noel at the front desk made us feel so welcome. The room was exactly how we like it—clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was soft and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the strawberry waffle! To top off our wonderful stay, the front desk kindly arranged an Uber to take us to the airport. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my first experience at MainStay Suites and was pleasantly surprised by the amenities, cleanliness, and professional staff.

The room was large and had a full kitchen. High quality throughout and exceptional cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Kids received a little bag with some coloring items and snack, so cute. Great breakfast options and tasty. We would definitely stay again.

Only complaint was the TV noise from the room next door. Otherwise a decent place to stay.

The room was spacious, clean and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were functioning and clean - and they were open 24 hours, as was the fitness center, which is so convenient, I loved that. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were thrilled with this place.

Great place to stay with your service animal. The ONLY issue was I was charged for my service animal and was told due to the machine they have to use. I later checked hotels.com to confirm her stay was free and mentioned it to the front desk and she corrected it immediately. Everyone was so friendly as well!

Hotel is clean rooms as well, nice talking staffs at the reception, nice breakfast 👌. A very quick check in and out.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a bonus but we didn't use it on this trip. Full size refrigerator was nice. Breakfast was not the best that I have ever had but it was about the best included breakfast at a hotel. There were plenty of options and it was well stocked at all times. We didn't use any of the amenities but we saw them and they looked in good working order. We didn't have any issues at all and will definitely stay here again. The only little nit picky little negative that I could point out would be parking. There is plenty of free parking but most of it is around the back of the building. However it's not a far walk to get from the back parking lot to the building's side entrance. Also there were plenty of available luggage carts if you need them. My daughter has sporting events in thei area quite a bit and we have stayed at a lot of hotels in this area. The Mainstay Suites has been the best and will from now on be our go to choice if rooms are available when we are in the area.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shuttle was a quick ride to airport. Driver was very nice. Check-in was smooth. Breakfast had several hot choices. It was nice to have bar onsite, but gal could have used some help. She had to cook most food options in a seperate area so she had to run back and forth and so we and others had to wait for drink or food orders. Lighting in pool and hot tub area was way too extremely bright but nice that its open 24 hours.

Beautiful room! So spacious. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Very quiet and convenient location to the airport and a decent restaurant, The Rusty Moose just a mile away.

We arrived at this property around 6pm, well after check in. But had to wait almost an hour to get our reserved room. And we weren’t the only ones. The staff didn’t seem terribly concerned or in a hurry to clean the rooms. In fact I saw multiple house cleaning staff near the lobby area. We were tired from traveling so it was inconvenient to wait. The property was clean and the room we had reserved was spacious.

We missed the hot cookies that they make in the evening. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very food with some hot food items along with fruit, bagels and pastries This will be my first choice of hotels based on availability the next time I am in Spokane

Excellent hotel in Spokane. The beds were clean and well arranged. The room space was well-managed to include everything. Our room had a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Their breakfast in the morning was fresh. I would stay here again if I’m around Spokane.

They worked with us when we had to check out, gave us a late checkout to give us time to get back to the hotel with no fee. And it’s nice that their pet fee isn’t expensive. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice. Great, full breakfast. Very clean. Nice pool and exercise room. Fresh baked cookies avaliable in the lobby from 7 to 9 every night. Truck stop, Subway and Dennys the only businesses close by. Overall very nice place to stay.

We arrived after midnight. The reception area was open and someone was on duty to greet us and explain the hotel amenities. Breakfast was good the next morning and the variety of choices were very good. All in all a great place to start a visit to the area.

We were so delighted with our room and the staff was so warm and friendly. It was close to the freeway but super quiet

The only problem we had was in the room. You can hear the fan going on all day in the bathroom and there was no switch to turn it off and it was loud all night.

Everyone at this property was so nice and friendly. Daily breakfast was a nice perk. Also the Bar just off the lobby is quiet and a perfect place for a nightcap and a pretzel. Will definitely stay here again

Comfortable and clean room. Though the refrigerator buzzed every 5 minutes which was an issue at night. Maintenance did nothing to fix so I had to unplug it

What a great hotel experience! Room was ultra clean and comfortable! Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was fantastic and the evening freshly baked cookies was a great touch. Denny’s is within walking distance and a gas station is also nearby. Downtown Spokane is approximately 10 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

We stayed here since we had an early flight out. It was nice cause they allow you to keep your vehicle there for a small fee and provide free transportation to the airport plus they will pick you up from the airport for no fee. They also made a to go breakfast which was super nice!!

Safe, quiet, clean rooms

Very spacious rooms, very pet friendly. Staff were super accommodating and friendly! Quiet area, easy to get on and off highway. Close to downtown without the hustle bustle of traffic.

I was kinda disappointed when I finally arrived after 10:00pm and tired. My husband met me at hotel and arrived abt 5:00 pm and did not know what kind of room I had selected. I had selected a king room and we were placed in a double queen. Other than that everything was great.

This place was very good. I would’ve given it five stars if there was a full length mirror outside of the bathroom so someone could do their hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom. There was lots of space, though, and the efficiency kitchen and couch were nice.

We had a pleasant and restful stay. We needed a night stay near EWU and pet friendly. Mainstay Suites more than delivered. We found ithe stay very friendly, the room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable and my pup settled into the room very easily. (Normally he’s very hesitant to get comfortable and this time he settled right in.) We travel a lot for sports tournaments and this room made the top 5 for us. The Kitchenette was very handy and our room was very well taken care of and clean. Plenty of pillow options on the beds, and the tiled entry to our room gave us a place to leave our snow covered shoes without leaving wet spots all over the room. Breakfast included the usual hotel bacon and sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as scrambled eggs and waffles, some fruit options, cereal and instant oatmeal. I was disappointed not to find Greek yogurt but there were yogurt options. The coffee was smooth and the evening cookies were the perfect sweet treat. The pool was small and we didn’t have a chance to test the waters but it was well maintained, and the fitness room had good cardio options I will definitely keep this place in mind the next time our travels bring us this way. Although off the highway, our room didn’t have any noise issue (we had an even number on thr third floor).

There was no reception in sight for a few minutes until I asked someone that was passing by then they heard me speak and came to the front desk. Aside from that, my room was clean and quiet!
