Clean. Decent breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable room; nice staff. Breakfast buffet was what you would expect. Convenient to have a bar/cafe in the lobby and nice touch to have free cookies in the lobby in the evening. Located in sort of a strange place near the airport (out by itself) so no close food or entertainment options - but that is fine if you have a car. Was a pretty good place for the cost.

This was a lovely hotel. The front desk girl was amazing. I had just stated a comfort suites in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and the service and the condition of the hotel was awful. This is a lovely surprise on a weekend that was emotionally exhausting for me given my father had passed away, and I was there for his memorial.

Freeway traffic sound was very, very minimal

The beds were great, sheets soft, room quiet and staff welcoming. Will stay again, best deal in Spokane!

The check in staff was helpful and friendly. There was a fire alarm my last day there, there was no staff to meet us outside. Everyone just kind of wandered out without really knowing why or what else to do. Absolutely no one came to make any kind of announcement nor to tell us it was cleared to go back to our rooms. A few people asked the firemen who showed up. And that’s how I knew I could enter again. It was truly irresponsible of the hotel staff and unprofessional. But the area the hotel is in which is like a truck stop, something the great reviews the hotel gets NEVER seems to mention didn’t surprise me in terms of what you got. You get what you pay for. All the good reviews also mention what world class breakfast they have but it is your basic wet eggs and sausage, overripe fruit etc.,. Would I stay here again knowing that? No. Would I recommend, absolutely not. Didn’t believe the reviews. Pick a better spot.

One of the most wonderful hotels I've ever stayed in! Sparkling clean everywhere. Room spacious and clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Super pool and spa area. And every member of the staff was outstandingly friendly and welcoming and helpful. I would rate this place as high as every star can take it!

This place was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, very friendly and the breakfast was above average. The location worked out well too, we felt very safe and there's a few places within walking distance but several more with a short drive. We stayed here to send our child to the Navy and it was about a 5 minute drive to MEPs.

Food was warm and clean area to serve self. Lots of space to serve self and sit down to eat. It was a quite area. Staff easily available if needed. Potatoes were watery. Not many options for a vegetarian so potatoes are an important part of the meal.

The staff was great, the pool and spa were awesome, the breakfast was amazing, the room was nice, clean and had great amenities. The tv/cable options were more than expected. The bed was a bit more firm than I prefer and the pillows were very fluffy but deflated quickly like down.

Very good stay here breakfast good

The facility was clean and the area didn't make us uncomfortable. Our room was clean and the bedding smelled and looked very clean. We were told every room was filled, however it was not noisy and we were able to sleep well. Check in time was 3 pm and we noted that we would arrive at 3pm. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready yet. They did not have our room ready until right before 5pm. After a long drive, this wait was excessive when we just wanted to get settled.

I was hoping for a soda machine next to the ice machine and I know I could have gone down to the lobby but beings I was staying there as a single women, it would have been nice.

This was the 9th hotel we've stayed at in the past couple of months and it had, without a doubt, the best water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, beds were great, linens were soft and cozy, lots of pillows, the Wi-Fi worked, and it was quiet.

Check in was efficient. The staff was welcoming & accommodating, explaining all the hotel had to offer.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our phones fell out of my purse on the way to the airport and the driver found them and brought them to the airport. We were so thankful!

The breakfast buffet was great, as a gluten free traveler i normally cant enjoy much but they had a real variety of GF options. The property was overall clean and in good shape, they had some festive decor for the holiday season which was a fun touch.

Room was clean and smelt amazing. Toiletries were modern and nice smelling. We had a handicap room and the shower was stall needed some attention as the bench has loose screws and therfore siting was not an option to shave the legs. The bed was a little hard for our liking but as a couple over 40 we are used to some extra mattress topping. The pillows could use some attention as they were flat and had a smell to them. We always bring our own for personal reasons. Front staff was very friendly. Just know that if you are resident of Spokane booking in Spokane they charge a $250 extra deposit.

Staff is super! Food in the morning was fresh with a wide range of foods including fruit, yogurt, cereal, eggs and waffles.

In the end, this was not a hotels.com booking though. When hotels.com failed to confirm our registration with the hotel, the hotel went out of their way to find us a room for both nights even though they were fully booked for the second night. The hotels.com customer service person was not very friendly to the hotel desk clerk. I was on hold while he talk to her about 10 feet away, I had already told him everything that had happened. All that he offered me was a refund. We were almost unable to have a place to stay. I will consider booking directly from now on after this poor experience with hotels.com

Great breakfast and the friendliest people!

Location was great, we went for the casino. Bed was uncomfortable. Lobby smelled like sewage the farther into the day it got. Id assume they are aware though since it smelled like gobs of air freshner trying to compete with pooh scent! Taylor who was working during my check in was awful and had a bad attitude on the phone as well as in person but we managed to get checked in regardless. I think it may be time she work in an industry that doesnt require human interaction.

Clean, friendly check-in, noon check out instead of 11 as many hotels do. Outdoor patio in breakfast area. Nice green grass for dog if you have one along. Overall good stay!

It was modern, clean, and had such friendly staff. From the time we arrived to when we left, the staff was wonderful. The pool area was very clean and kept up. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the rooms were, knowing the air and car traffic around the hotel.

Our blinds had a strange dried red stain. We informed the front desk, who apologized and offered us a different room. The staff was great, but that was odd, especially since housekeeping seemed to have missed that..good location though.

The Sleep Inn Spokane Airport is our best option for staying when we are in the Spokane area. My wife and I have been coming to the Sleep Inn for years. Check-in is easy, front desk staff is both friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, nice size with updated bathrooms. WiFi reception is good. The breakfasts (included in the stay) are quite good and the coffee is always on!

The Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the rooms we comfortable and quiet. The entrance to the parking lot was a little difficult to find at night.

Didn't get to take advantage of everything. I have been at other Sleep Inns and really like the balance of cost and amenties

We have stayed at the Spokane Airport-located Sleep Inn on 3 occasions and have been impressed with the ease of check-in, friendly staff, amenities (coffee, tea, food, pool, etc.), room and proximity to I-90.

Everything was nice. But the bed was so hard that I couldn't sleep at all before a long flight. If you don't mind a hard bed, the place was fine.

We liked that it was out of Spokane a bit but still had plenty of restaurants (and the casino!) nearby. It was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was typical but was really good.

Comfortable wasy access to airport

The young man that checked us in was very professional. He was knowledgable about the area and very friendly. The property is very clean and quiet even being so close to the airport and highway. The pool was a great temperature and relaxing. The hot tub heater quit but other than that our stay was fabulous.

Great property proximal to Spokane Airport with easy access to Cheney or Spokane. Looks like a pretty new property; hot tub and pool available. Great little bar and food with breakfast buffet. Room I was in needed a little work (caulking refresh in bathroom, etc.), and hot tub should be open later than 10pm.

Good value stay. Pleasant and responsive staff. A bit confusing to find. Very clean room. Roughest hotel towels ever.

This property is close as it comes to Spokane Sport Horse and has convenient food options as well as coffee. Super quiet and the staff is wonderful!

We had a very short stay but the employees are extremely nice and welcoming, the rooms are extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable! Easy drive to the airport.

The staff offered us a generous packed cold breakfast when they found out we were leaving at 4:15 am. It was appreciated. Convenient to airport.

We appreciated the early morning (1:00 am) shuttle service after a delayed flight. The hotel was clean and had many conveniences available. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was quite large with plenty of towels. A bit of everything to make your stay pleasant.

The staff was so friendly, beyond professional made us feel at home. The room was standard size, so a little smaller than we like. My wife, myself and adult son staying near airport. The bed was wonderful, nice hot shower and really clean in every aspect, from the room to breakfast and the pool area! A good value! One last thing as breakfast was about to close someone asked for some more sausage, the host made some more and brought it to the man sitting next to us! Just above and beyond! Thanks for a great stay!

It was okay. I could not find information about breakfast time or info about local places to eat nearby. There was other people hairs on the sheets and some kind of crumbs that we had to remove.

I have stayed here many times for several years, with my pet, definitely one of my favorite places to stay, however, a $50 pet fee is too much so will be looking for a new hotel to stay when in the area. Very disappointing.

Sleep Inn in Spokane airport area was a great stay. Everything was exceptional. We had an early flight, so they even packed us a breakfast to take with with us. The shuttle driver was great being upbeat and thoughtful so early in the morning. The front desk person was very helpful and considerate. This place has it together.

We went so the grandkids could swim and it was excellent

Staff could use some more training in cleaning the bathroom. Specifically the base of the toilet. Lest you think I was doing an inspection just to find something to complain about, I wouldn't have seen this if I hadn't dropped something beside the toilet but Yuck.,,, You guys shouldn't skip that part.

Great place at very reasonable price. Needed to get to the airport early, shuttle is available every 1/2 hour, even at 3:00 in the morning!

The staff were the best staff I have ever worked with at a hotel. They were able to arrange a pick up from the airport and let me check in 4 hours early. They helped me with food and locations around the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel higher.

I had to book a room last minute and i am glad they had a room available for me. I have stayed here several times and i will go back again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good size continental breakfast which saved us quite a bit on not eating out for breakfast. Rooms and beds are decently comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for our 45 Anniversary and the only disappointment was getting back to the hotel and the pool was closed for maintenance. We had checked out hotels with swimming pools and decided on this one.

This was my first time staying at this franchise for our business travel needs. We thought it was fantastic. Will recommend and book sleep Inns from now on.

This place is awesome! So convenient from the airport and the shuttle is fast. The rooms are great, everything is clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
