Reviews
The hotel is generally praised for its convenient location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, some guests have complained about the lack of amenities, noise, and parking issues.
- Convenient location
- Clean rooms and facilities
- Limited amenities
- Noise and parking issues
- 4/5
But it was clean and centrally located so easy to walk to restaurants .
- 4/5
Upon check-in, I was informed of mandatory $10 fee for entertainment or something but we could get a "free" beer or wine in their bar. That kind of extra mandatory fee for something I don't want always annoys me... Otherwise, good, simple place for a 1 night visit.
- 2/5
Room itself was very nice - renovated and clean with good quality sheets. The front desk staff was nice however the location is not the best and kind of trashy around the area. I also got late checkout and was about to leave when the hotel staff came and knocked on my door and told me to leave 30 minutes before my checkout time was up and when I told them I was leaving and just getting my stuff she was very rude.
- 5/5
The room although on the small side was very clean, it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, pillows and bedding perfect. Rosie’s was a treat.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms. Comfy bed. Close to all downtown amenities.
- 5/5

Overall pretty good, sometimes parking got full but they have a extra lot. Outside looks worse than the inside. Inside rooms are nice. Sometimes road noise during sleep
- 5/5
Would definitely recommend this place.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great. Sapphire Lounge staff were also kind and helpful.

Superb

The rooms were very small and not very clean. I was charged a $10 “entertainment” fee for supposed “free drinks”, however, I don’t even drink. I asked the front desk to take it off and he said I needed to call later to speak to a manager. When I tried calling, I was unable to actually speak to a real person. Terrible place to stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
- 4/5
pay parking? that was a first for me
- 0.5/5
Yes we got home only to find we brought bed bugs home with us,didn't stay anywhere but there and certainly didn't have before. Had to go and spend more than I spent on the hotel for equipment to remove them and I certainly hope I did. I'd like you to reach out to us and see if we can negotiate a refund.
- 5/5
We were in town for a wedding and it was a great spot to stay. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.
- 2/5
Room was filthy. Mold on the shower ceiling, stains on the curtains, lampshades, and comforter. Overall feeling of uncleanliness. Volume for the tv didn't work. On top of that, when you check in they tout “two free drinks” at the bar. But don’t worry. They hit you with an “entertainment fee” at checkout which we were told is to cover the two “free” drinks.
- 4/5
Being centrally located proved very useful when I stayed there for the city's zine fest. It offered a nice home base, providing easy access to the library where the fest took place, and I enjoyed the free/discounted breakfast at the restaurant next door. Rooms were clean. If I come back next year, I'd definitely consider staying there again.
- 4/5
Don't let first impression fool you. The room was clean and comfortable and updated. The breakfast was very good and one free drink in the lounge is a bonus. 2 blocks from the river front and a neat downtown area. I would definitely recommend this for the value and location.
- 4/5
Easy affordable parking. Room was clean and tidy. Close to concert at Gesa Pavilion.
- 5/5
Close to the Fox Theater
- 5/5
Wonderful room, incredibly polite and helpful staff. Will use this hotel any time im in Spokane in the future.
- 3/5
The shower drain was clogged. Otherwise the stay was fine.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and location was perfect!
- 4/5
Central location, close to freeway. Good price- basic. Could use some updates but I’d stay again
- 3/5
Its a motel. But a nicer version of a motel. I dislike the thin walls and how noisy it can get. The free breakfast was amazing. Not sure if the entertainment tac can be waived for the two drinks per night bc what if people don't drink? Otherwise its a safe, fun place to stay. Very central.
- 4.5/5
Great downtown location, nice breakfast at Rosie's Cafe next door Onsite parking is limited and difficult to navigate with a large SUV, but the Steam Plant lot a block away serves as overflow parking.
- 4/5
Proximity to the Fox Theater was great. Staff was friendly and helped with questions regarding parking and location of amenities for the breakfast and use of entertainment ticket use. The room was small but clean and quiet. Parking i erflow area and payment was a bit confusing, paid double parking because of a misunderstanding. Overall I would stay there again and recommend the Ruby!
- 5/5
It was good, but I did not realize that breakfast was only for 2 people. There were 4 of us. Can't think of anything.

- 4/5
A charming, centrally located hotel with a wonderful restaurant that has free breakfast options for guests. The hotel also has a first rate bar. Parking at the hotel is a little challenging but there is a parking lot across the street. Both the onsite & offsite parking charge a fee ($7/night as of May, 2026). The room that I had was small & comfortable with no frills. I would defintitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Amazing thank you

cd
- 3/5
Didn't like the fact you had to pay $7 per night for parking (and one night the lot was full and had to park on their other lot up the hill). Used a dolly to get our luggage to the 2nd floor (very tight fit in elevator) and found out there were three steps to get up to another level of the 2nd floor, so had to carry stuff all the way down the hall. Breakfast at Rosie's was fine, although takes quite a long time to get your order. The drink vouchers were good, but only for beer, wine and soda/pop (no mixed drinks). Doubt we'd stay again.
- 5/5
Right in the heart of the action, very walkable area. The staff was wonderful helping me upon arrival and when I was leaving. I would highly recommend.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 3/5
Nice staff
- 4/5
Secured parking
- 2/5
Walking up to room we were immediately worried because the steps and walkways need swept, and vacuuming. Room was fairly clean. Also needed a broom and a mop. You could smell that animals had been in here. Bed was actually comfortable, and bedding was clean. We only had one towel, and when we got up to shower, the office was closed still, so had to share it. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Parking was okay. Breakfast option was good
- 5/5
I've stayed here a few times and always enjoy the experience.
- 5/5
The staff were excellent! We really enjoyed our stay! We plan to return.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Great vouchers for drinks and breakfast next door. Quiet room. Seemed clean but rooms are very used and in desperate need of a remodel
- 2/5
Got charged for entertainment $10 you had to get a drink at the lounge, 3 people only 2 got breakfast! Had gross dirty sheets
- 5/5
Parking was a little tight but it was free. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
- 5/5
The staff were outstanding! Rooms were clean and well stocked with all needed items. The location was perfect! We were going to a concert at the Knitting Factory and it was right across the street. And lastly, it was the best hotel breakfast ever...at the restaurant right next door. ? Also Parking was reasonably priced at $7 per night. Loved everything!

Rooms are super clean as is the entire building and bar. We had a great stay. We'll definitely be coming back
- 3.5/5
The parking was close by and cheap, the front desk staff were very friendly and the water in the shower was hot. The bed was terrible, sheets weren’t very clean, not dirty but they looked old

The AC was loud, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there is a freight train directly behind the hotel, loud enough that the hotel provides guest rooms with ear plugs! The bed was overly soft and dingy. There was only a rough sheet and an extremely thin cover that barely functioned as a comforter. No proper blanket was provided. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The elevator was very small and clearly very old. This property is not a hotel. It is more like an older motel or motor lodge, with room doors opening directly to an outdoor courtyard. The biggest issue was safety and location. Downtown Spokane in this area felt unsafe, especially late at night, with a significant homeless presence nearby. Parking was off-site a couple blocks away, requiring me to drag luggage through the streets close to midnight. Overall, the property felt rundown and insecure enough that I ended up placing a chair and luggage against the door while trying to sleep. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely worried about cleanliness and left hoping I didn't bring home bed bugs. I arrived around midnight and checked out as soon as the sun rose the next morning. I could not leave fast enough. Beware...this is not Ruby Suites Hotel or the Ruby River Hotel!!!
- 5/5
Too long to get breakfast otherwise nice parking arrangement, nice bar; enjoyed three day stay for Bloomsday
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
very helpful staff
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 3/5
Parking is an issue.. Not enough spaces, but.. they do have an overflow lot.
- 3.5/5
Great location, super nice staff My room smelled liked dog piss. Urine stains on the floor and comforter had stains on it.
- 5/5
The Ruby is my favourite place to stay in Spokane. Although it can be a little noisy in the heart of the entertainment district, the Ruby has everything I need for a city stay. Parking is amazing and breakfast at Rosie’s is just what I like. Love the location, walking distance to everything.
- 1/5
Right at the normal checkout time, he was naked in the bathroom when three people tried to force their way into the room! They only told him that they had no record of his request and waited for him to leave. I am so angry, I have deleted this and retyped it three times. He is on his way to a very important job interview and stayed there ahead of time hoping to be in the best possible frame of mind, which he definitely is not! There should at very minimum be some assurance that the hotel is going to immediately fix this, that it will never happen to anyone else and compensate him for his humiliation. I will be going online to as many websites as I can find to complain so everyone is aware they have no privacy in this hotel. Horrible experience!
- 5/5
Pretty cool. Hotel I wasn’t there long but the room was nice and clean
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Great location, sapphire lounge is good and the free breakfast at Rosie's was amazing
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful staff and convenient area. Lots of restaurants near by!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Helpful, friendly staff. A little loud at night with music from bar downstairs and bass from traffic. Overall a good place to stay centrally located to downtown
- 2.5/5
Passable
- 5/5
Get there early limited parking at the site but available additional further down the street. Little tough if you have a truck to fit.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Great location, cute vibe and excellent breakfast in the morning. Everything was great!
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
PERFECT place to stay for a concert downtown. Staff was super friendly, check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Little minor things but other than the small things like that it was very nice and would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
This is an older facility, but the room was clean and convenient for downtown business.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Great location and scure parking while downtown. Delicious breakfast at Rosie's. Great value!
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing and the staff was exceptional!
- 5/5
Cute, retro, and right in downtown Spokane! This is a simple hotel that is designed with beautiful art not only in the rooms but in the parking lot. Great location and great price!
- 1/5
Noisy. They actually provide ear plugs. No parking. Front desk closed. Room was fine.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable but with some minor deferred maintenance issues. Great location, super friendly staff. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Hotel Ruby offers a great central location in Spokane. The staff is helpful and courteous, the rooms are clean and the free breakfast offers great choices and the food is great! It is our go to hotel for business trips to Spokane. It is also walking distance to great restaurants.
- 4/5
Good hotel and location for price, stole $10 from me with a free drink charge?
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Clean room and staff were very eager to be helpful.
- 3/5
Not a bad property and a good location but there's a fee to park in their parking lot and a charge they said was not optional for you to get a couple of drinks in the on site bar. But these were not mentioned in this booking so my bill was more than I expected. It just feels like a way to pad the bill a bit. I don't appreciate charges later that weren't expected. Probably will stay elsewhere next time at a property that upfront and transparent about fees and costs.
- 5/5
Room was clean but the counter sink next to closet was not wiped clean. Other than that I was happy with the room, staff, breakfast, and bar!!! I would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Breakfast was mediocre
- 3/5
Ok
- 5/5
Great location in downtown Spokane. Easy walking distance to everything. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Good breakfast options.
- 5/5
very nice & clean, outside noise from nearby bars wasn't bad (ear plugs supplies, but weren't needed) Very helpful & friendly front desk staff.
- 5/5
I was pleased with my experience at Hotel Ruby. Very clean. Nice helpful staff. The free breakfast was limited but definitely suited what I wanted. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
This 1960s hotel has been renovated nicely and the rooms were much nicer than you'd expect. It does not have interior hallways but it still felt safe. The close parking is a bit limited but they do have additional parking around the corner. The price seemed reasonable although you do get charged for parking and an 'entertainment fee' for a lounge attached where you can get a couple drinks (beer or wine or mocktail) for the ten or so dollars they charge with this fee. A complimentary breakfast is included and you can upgrade for a few more dollars. The staff were very friendly. I expected more road noise but it wasn't bad at all. Recommended!
- 5/5
The free breakfast was tasty. The room had everything we needed, and it was great to be able to have onsite parking that was locked behind a gate at night. We will definitely return!
- 1/5
Hotel Ruby in Spokane charged me a $22 "entertainment fee" , a thinly veiled alcohol charge from their bar, without disclosing it anywhere in my reservation. When I checked in and explicitly told the front desk agent that I do not drink alcohol for religious reasons and would not accept the charge, he looked me in the eye and told me it was policy. End of discussion. That's not policy. That's forcing a charge on a guest for something they don't want, didn't use, and objected to on religious grounds. I then contacted Expedia three separate times to dispute the charge. Each agent offered sympathy, vague promises to "email the property manager," and one even tried to buy my silence with a $50 credit toward a future booking, as if I'd ever book through them again. No refund was issued. No one took responsibility. Expedia's final answer was essentially: the hotel won't budge, so good luck. Let's be clear, Expedia failed to disclose mandatory fees at the time of booking, failed to advocate for their customer, and then had the audacity to suggest I use a discount credit on a future reservation. There won't be one. This isn't a misunderstanding. It's deceptive billing, and both Hotel Ruby and Expedia own it equally. Stay somewhere that respects its guests.
- 5/5
Both where amazing
- 4/5
When we first got there someone had used the toilet and did not flush. We asked for 2 more bath towels and never received them.We enjoyed everything else.
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
We had a little trouble accessing our mobile key but the front desk was staffed with friendly personnel upon our arrival and they quickly made us key cards for our stay along with providing some dinner recommendations. They also provided treats for our dog who traveled with us. There were three options for breakfast at the adjacent Rosies restaurant that were included with our stay - breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich and one other item I cannot recall. We had the burrito & sandwich which were both good and filling for the average appetite. Each came with a small cup of fresh berries. If you chose another item from the menu, instead, you would receive a $6 credit toward that item. We went on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy around 9 am. If you are in a hurry it is a good idea to plan accordingly and possible arrive earlier. Food quality was worth the wait in my opinion. Our son goes to college in Spokane and I hope we will be able to stay at Hotel Ruby on future visits.
- 5/5
Always love staying at the ruby
- 5/5
The room was spacious, bed was super comfortable. Staff were all kind. Loved the breakfast at Rosie’s. Would recommend staying here. Only complaint is the parking lot is very small but overflow parking is close by.
- 5/5
Great location, easy walk to downtown attractions. Great price, great staff, bed was comfortable, room looked and smelled clean. Great value
- 3/5
Flat tires on bikes. Staff was wonderful. Noises noticeable but earplugs are provided. (train/late night arrivals/downtown cars)
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I got charged a $10 entertainment fee for what I do not know. I got the room through Expedia and on the bill from Expedia it says this is the total price I will pay? Without this $10 fee? The fan in the bathroom didn't work either
- 4/5
the internet was accessible and fast, the room was adequate, had what was needed, a bit dated, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, quick check in, Wifi
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Friendly informative staff. Comfortable clean room.
- 3/5
Never used it
- 5/5
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great food nearby.
- 2/5
The motel is old, squeaky floors, and old furnishings. Room was clean, but because of age it just didn’t feel clean. They put shampoo in conditioner container in shower, and they didn’t take the time to correct it, so I had no conditioner. Breakfast at Rosie’s was delicious, especially the breakfast burrito! Staff at Rosie’s and Ruby were very nice and accommodating. Had to go to sister hotel for gym.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good free breakfast next door with amazing lattes
- 4/5
Parking was extra, breakfast menu was short, but two drinks each day we
- 5/5
Great communication, quick & easy check in & check out. Didn't take advantage of free breakfast, but the restaurant looked nice. Parking is $7.
- 5/5
Great location, basic hotel is what we were looking for. The staff was super helpful. It’s nothing fancy but felt safe and clean and the breakfast option was convenient.
- 4/5
Ok place
- 2/5
Yes
- 3/5
Internet fine. Staff friendly. Room mostly clean but somewhat dusty. Good central location. Great café for breakfast. Bed uncomfortable, too soft.
- 3/5
I didn’t know the train was that close to the hotel, the door slamming at the stairs was very loud! The ironing board looked terry the towels had stains in them and there was only one bathing towel the others were small! The front desk people did okay.
- 1/5
Shabby. Surprise fees for parking and “entertainment”.
- 5/5
Cute place close to comdey club
- 1/5
Third-party charging for parking... and mandatory entertainment fee .. This hotel is going downhill real quick. It's sad because I recommended it to many people for the last couple of years. But now they're running their little scams. Sad.
- 5/5
Great value , updated property in the restaurant heart of Spokane.
- 4/5
We had a good night sleep here and felt very safe. Staff are great!
- 4/5
Great location. Front staff kind and professional. Room is nice. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is wonderful with credit provided. It’s right next door.
- 5/5
Didn’t stay long but hotel was clean and staff was prompt and well accommodating
- 1/5
They make up bogus charges to try and keep your $75 deposit. Or maybe they just target the black people for their money! If you needed 75 bucks all you had to do was ask!! Don’t make up bogus charges! Wow! The things people will do for a dollar these days.
- 5/5
Sheet did not stay on the mattress well.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, on-site parking, breakfast, and downtown location.
- 3/5
Was not expecting the motel set up with doors to the outside. The beds were very hard. Staff was very kind and helpful. Free breakfast for 2 at the restaurant next door took a long time, but was delicious and worth the wait.
- 2/5
The place is rundown and the little bit of updating in the room was cheap and low quality. Barely a step above a downtown hourly motel!!!
- 3/5
Parking area small. Room small but clean. Nice shower. Comfortable chairs in room. Fine for overnight if you dont have a car and want to be downtown center. Not for families or single women alone...made me feel a little unsafe, but maybe Im just overreacting.
- 5/5
Love the front desk night guard. He is my man. I met him at the steam plant. He is the definition of “great customer service”
- 5/5
Good location. Great breakfast and drinks at the bar. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 4/5
Friday night was very noisy with partying going on somewhere close by outside. I did not use the automatic add on cost for 2 beers or wine and there were no substitutes or credit available. Do not walk after dark if you are alone.
- 1/5
Everything about the hotel’s description is misleading. The exterior carpet is torn, and the paint is chipped throughout. The elevator is decrepit and barely fits two people. The front desk and the parking lot are closed from 11pm-7am so there’s no choice but to park 3 blocks away in the inconvenient “additional parking”. If guests need assistance between those hours, they have to call the Montvale Hotel down the street. The room wasn’t nearly as bright and decorative as portrayed. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathtub didn’t drain properly. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the wall dispensers were literally congealed. I booked this hotel for two nights, but chose to leave after the first one. I expressed my issues and concerns about the property and the room with the front desk clerk who was unsympathetic. I informed her that I would not be staying the second night, and she said she couldn’t administer a refund because she didn’t have access to the reservation because it was done through hotels.com. A representative from hotels.com contacted Hotel Ruby on my behalf which resulted in my being charged for the second night anyway. WORST OVERALL EXPERIENCE AT A HOTEL IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
- 2/5
Great location downtown, however the walls and doors are *paper thin* so do not expect a solid sleep without ear coverage. Bed was pretty run of the mill - certainly not comfortable enough to combat the noise.
- 4/5
They charged my credit card $10/night for amenities for which I didn’t have time or energy to use. My husband had surgery.
- 4/5
Great breakfast, comfy bed, and convenient downtown location!
- 4/5
Clean room and a nice, newer tiled shower that you’d find in a more expensive room. Used the Sapphire Room before turning in each night.
- 5/5
Clean, great staff and close to everything!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff was pleasant and overall experience was a 10/10. Thank you for the excellent accommodations. Will definitely book again!
- 4/5
Decent room, nice lounge on site, and the breakfast at Rosie’s was decent especially with the discount.
- 5/5
We were greeted by staff who was very courteous and welcoming. Clean rooms
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 3/5
None of the sink drains drained and were super backed up, and there was dried blood on our top sheet when we arrived. The staff made sure to address the issues after we disclosed them, but it was an average stay.
- 2/5
I am too irritated to write anything nice about the hotel service. The only good thing from this trip was the breakfast service next door. The service was courteous & efficient and the food was delicious.
- 5/5
Very updated and clean room, great location, great price included free breakfast in real restaurant, and two complementary drinks at really nice lobby bar
- 2/5
The gate going up to the second floor was really loud when it would slam shut seems like they could figure out a way to make it close softer.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay but, will say that the walls aren't exactly the best as we could hear these people in I believe the room next to us just, being loud aaaalll night, as if they don't sleep but, regardless of that, good bed, for sure slept good still.
- 3/5
Staff were nice, room was old but clean. The train was kind of irritating all night.
- 4/5
Room was clean but tiny. Staff were professional and location was good. We appreciated the secure parking although there was not a lot of it. Overall good stay.
- 5/5
Manager was among. Helped with coffee maker, mixup with another sister hotel.
- 3/5
The staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. It was nice to have a free drink at the bar. It was a bit noisy outside at midnight and at four am from other guests. The room could use a bit of maintenance as well.
- 5/5
Great price, sweet spot. Room was clean, check in easy, I requested a room upstairs and was given one. Thank you! Love how the rooms and parking are set back from the street. Even liked the trains. The free drink and real breakfast made this place really special. Did I mention that it's walking distance to downtown and Riverfront Park? Thanks Hotel Ruby for a great stay!
- 5/5
The room was clean, stylish, basic and private in a great location. No complaints from me.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Room was good, we had a work party close by and stayed at the ruby for convenience.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff (Jade) was very helpful at check in. Breakfast the next morning was very good!
- 3/5
Pictures of extremely deceiving this is just a small ghetto motel
- 4/5
Clean room, hot breakfast
- 3/5
Room was okay with the exception of the numerous hairs on my sheets that weren't mine. Shower was very good, nice pressure and the bed was comfortable. Didn't have the free breakfast or the nightly entertainment package that I was obligated to pay for. Didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark due to high homeless numbers in the area.
- 5/5
Great location.. clean room awesome staff..
- 4/5
The room was clean- but it did smell wildly of marijuana despite being a non smoking room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Otherwise everything was great! Staff was super nice.
- 3/5
Room smelled. Staff was pretty cool. Unsure if I'd book & again but location is great though...
- 2/5
The first staff member that checked us in flung both my ID and debit card and hotel keys at us on the counter instead of just handing it to us. There was one (1) visibly soiled towel available. I did love Rosie's food, but next time I can just go there without staying at this "hotel".
- 5/5
Great fit for a one night stay!
- 3/5
The room was ok. Did not feel safe at all. Rooms are small but again are ok.
- 2/5
There was no shampoo or body wash condotioner
- 4/5
Great stay!!
- 5/5
I’ve stayed twice already and would recommend over and over. I actually just booked for February for my daughter and her husband as a little getaway. Love the location, staff was really friendly, room was great ,breakfast was good and is conveniently located to so much with in walking distance. I will be back again that is for sure. Thank you for providing such a good experience.
- 3/5
Service was great from both the front desk person and the bartender, but the building and room itself is very outdated. I thought it was odd that they had ear plugs for guests in the room, but during the night and into the early morning u quickly realized why! Not only are the walls "paper tub" the stove around the complex abs from other rooms actually reverberates throughout your room! Foot steps, balls bouncing, crashing upstairs neighbors, loud kiss in the early morning, made for a rough morning. If you're not a sensitive sleeper, you'll probably be fine. The beds weren't terribly uncomfortable, I just couldn't sleep well with the noise. There are also a few additional fees when you show up, $5 for parking and a mandatory $10 bar credit. You get two drinks for the $10 which is more than reasonable, but it's worth mentioning you'll be playing another $20 ish dollars with tax plus a $75 deposit.
- 5/5
Amazing staff- cool vibe, great atmosphere
- 5/5
Favorite place to stay downtown!
- 5/5
I had asked for additional blankets And when I arrived they were on the bed
- 4/5
It was alright until the front of the room started to fill with water
- 3/5
Room and staff were fine, but they held half of my deposit with no receipt provided to the email I gave at the front desk explaining the charges, I did park onsite but was told it was free, not sure what I was billed for. Not a good business tactic, I won't be back because of this
- 5/5
Nice quiet and convenient location just outside the 'downtown'. Great jacuzzi!
- 4/5
On a positive note, the woman at the front desk was great. The area is loud, but earplugs are provided in the room, which helped. Overall, it was fine for a cheap stay, definitely has pros and cons, but largely what I expected given the rating.
- 5/5
Location
- 3/5
Downtown location is convenient with access to Fox and Crosby Theaters within 2 minute walk, and several bars/restaurants near by. However motel has very limited parking, maybe room for a dozen smaller cars for 240 rooms, all others park in public lot or on the street. Onsite lounge/restaurant area was closed during our visit. Complimentary breakfast was a block away (in the rain in our case). Facility is an old roadside motel, rooms are old but freshly painted with refinished bathrooms and flat screen TVs. Overall not bad, but not what you'd expect looking at internet photos.
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Staff was great, bar and breakfast was great. Thank you, will be back.
- 5/5
Breakfast burrito was insanely good. Staff very friendly.
- 3/5
Did not eat breakfast there. Did not feel safe in that area
- 5/5
Hey! I had a great stay at the Ruby! Thanks for everything! I especially liked the vibes of the Sapphire lounge downstairs, shout out to Kat!
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
The room could have been a little cleaner. Still gave 5 stars for everything else that this place is! Complimentary drink at the bar and breakfast at Rosie's next door. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was phenomenal!!!
- 5/5
Loved the gals bartending in the adjacent bar. Great 90’s music! Wonderful FREE breakfast, friendly service! A great bargain for the price & freebies!
- 5/5
We love staying at The Ruby and it's sister hotel, The Steamplant. The location is convenient for going to events downtown, the included parking saves quite a bit on parking, and the included breakfast is a great value with delicious, healthy food.
- 5/5
Room nice and clean. Staff was friendly and quick
- 4/5
The free drinks are cool although I didn't get a chance to use them since we were headed to a bar anyway. The free breakfast is pretty limited, there's a few options that are free but the rest of the menu is 6 bucks off basically so keep that in mind. Parking lot is small and we had to use the overfill lot which was definitely not super convenient. Room was ok but definitely not clean, behind the chair there was some garbage that had been there for awhile. We've stayed several times and this is the first time it's been that dirty. Overall though a pleasant experience
- 4/5
Great location, clean room. One minor annoyance is that while the hotel claims to have a free breakfast and a free drink at the neighboring bar, they don't tell you upfront that there is a mandatory $10/night "entertainment fee" that covers this breakfast and bar visit, whether or not you actually use either of those things.
- 5/5
Great place
- 1/5
so everything about the hotel was very nice It was obviously remodeled and it's done in kind of a vintage 50 style The parking lot has a gate that closes at night so even though it's a moderately priced downtown hotel it's done very well and it's a safe location The reception staff is excellent My whole beef is in the room I don't know if they were trying to save money or not but they give you a sheet and then the blanket is probably as thin as the sheet so basically you freeze your ass off all night if you don't mind freezing your ass off it's going to be an awesome stay or if you can remember before you're half asleep ask him to actually give you a blanket
- 5/5
Great downtown boutique hotel with awesome breakfast. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Clean and affordable budget level motel in a safe area of downtown Spokane super close to all the music venues and theaters. Super friendly and helpful staff!
- 5/5
Clean room, nice staff, love the Sapphire Bar. Hotel Ruby is in a great location, within walking distance to most entertainment and restaurants.
- 5/5
Clean rool breakfast was grady
- 1/5
I was unable to check in with my chime credit card even though I called hours prior to check in & the staff who answered the phone literally said yes we accept chime credit cards so basically traveled by greyhound 2 hours away from home to get stranded on the streets of downtown Spokane no where to stay the night also feel completely ripped off by Expedia for being charged $81 to lock in my reservation then another $42 to rebook bc the wrong dates got selected im definitely deleting Expedia NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK WITH EXPEDIA THEY ROBBED ME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AS A SINGLE MOM OF 3 boys

Service was great and even better that breakfast was included.

Friendly staff
- 4/5
Staff was nice! And clean room and very comfortable bed! Very central location.
- 4/5
Nice clean room
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, the earplugs were thoughtful and the staff were courteous and friendly!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and very cute. It's an older building but you can tell much effort is taken to make things comfortable and modern. I was surprised with a bathtub which was nice AND 2 drinks included in the lounge as well as a beautiful breakfast in the morning. Overnight parking was safe and secure and only $5. Location to other music and restaurants is a bonus to walk around downtown.
- 4/5
Great staff and comfy bed
- 5/5
The room was mostly clean except the cups (both and their lids) were really dirty around the rim and the toilet paper was sitting on top of the holder as there was no bar to hold it in place. Otherwise it was great and super quiet and cozy.
- 5/5
The room was super clean and really quiet despite being right by a main road with bars, restaurants, and venues within walkable distance. The bed was comfortable and room temp stayed perfect. The breakfast options at Ruby’s were great and tasted amazing. Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and personable. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk was very friendly very fishy very organized had a good vibe very helpful set the tone for positive experience already
- 5/5
Breakfast next door was great for choices, excellent coffee/latte, very big portions
- 5/5
Awesome location. Easy parking provided and walkable to the downtown. Even has free breakfast!

Loved all the perks!! Free drinks and free breakfast
- 4/5
Very well staff great location for walking downtown
- 3/5
OK for the price
- 5/5
The breakfast is worth it alone! Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The sheets had a stain, there was still food in the refrigerator and the room needed some basic upkeep (paint, cleaner towels, etc;)
- 5/5
close to activities,, shopping. breakfast was quick and easy, but good

We were so delighted to find out that you get 2 free drinks and free breakfast with your room!!! The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices!! Cooked to order! This is obviously an old motel that has been re

No breakfast consumed. The room appeared clean but the facilities appeared tired, sad and run down. Window curtain was falling off rod. Dingy cords hanging out from under it. Pictures available upon request.
- 4/5
Clean, friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
Cozy clean room. Parking was tight but there is a second lot available. Easy access to Spokane's downtown center and the riverfront parks.
- 5/5
Minor issue with the shower and the maintenance person fixed it within 10 minutes. The area is perfect for shows at the pavilion, and so many good bars and restaurants nearby. Simply lodging but clean, super good location, and the staff seem to really take pride in their service to guests.
- 5/5
A welcome surprise!
- 5/5
The complimentary 2 glasses of wine.

- 5/5
This is my second stay at Hotel Ruby, I would keep coming back!
- 5/5
The hotel is awesome! Very convenient to stay in the middle of downtown close to shopping, dining and dancing! The room and property is very well upkept. I must say im impressed. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Another bonus was the free breakfast each morning next door (with good food and service), and free drinks at the bar each night! We enjoyed being able to walk <1 minute to our concert venue and about 10-15 minutes from the mall and riverfront park. The hotel’s parking lot was pretty small and almost always full but they give another map to additional parking near the hotel, they charge only $5/day which is much better than most parking lots in downtown. Every employee we talked to was very helpful and did everything to meet our needs. It’s not the Four Seasons but this was a very pleasant experience and I would be happy to stay here again anytime I visit Spokane!
- 4/5
This was a great location for a couple nights in Spokane. I went to the Knitting Factory for a show and this couldn’t have been any closer. The staff was absolutely lovely and did a great job explaining all the perks that the Ruby had to offer. I didn’t mind the sound of the train, as I know that was mentioned in other posts. The only downfall was that the bed was extremely soft and not in the best of shape, but I would absolutely stay here again having said that. Great value for the price!
- 3/5
The outside of the property is super sketchy & dirty.. the property charges a mandatory $10 extra for 2 drink at their bar.. regardless if you are sober or not, they will not refund you this $10. Street parking only unless you want to spend another $5 for parking in their tiny parking lot. The interior of the rooms are way cleaner & better than the exterior… staying here also gets you free breakfast next door at a restaurant which was a huge plus
- 5/5
So far so good
- 4/5
Nice
- 3/5
This isn't the worst stay I've ever had but I doubt we will pick this location again for our next Spokane visit.
- 4/5
Parking is limited, but there’s an overflow lot less than a block away for $5/day, which is reasonable for downtown. The included breakfast at Rosie’s Café next door was tasty, and we appreciated the two free drinks (wine or beer) in the Sapphire Lounge off the lobby. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our double-queen room was tight; swapping one queen for a double would help. The bathroom was nice, with a tall shower and quality shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. A mini fridge and microwave were convenient, too. The location is excellent — right across from the Knitting Factory (our reason for visiting) and within a short walk of downtown Spokane’s main spots. Having stayed at several Spokane hotels over the years, we’d happily choose Hotel Ruby again — just bring slippers!
- 4/5
Good value. Parking sucked and hood is sketch after dark.
- 4/5
Great staff and management!
- 5/5
Room was clean, hotel staff welcoming. Parking on property is limited but overflow lot was only a block away. Would book here again.
- 4/5
rooms very clean. hallways needed cleaning. should tell us we are paying $10 for two drinks in a bar we had no plans in visiting. Is that legal?? Great and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 4/5
We were pleased with the location, staff, and affordability of our stay downtown! Will return.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
Floor wasn't the cleanest. First hotel I have stayed at, that provides ear plugs,
- 4/5
Convenient for a short stay, staff was awesome! Great quality free breakfast at the cafe next door, excluding coffee, but so worth it.
- 4/5
Convenient, comfy bed. The quality of the free breakfast in the cafe next door, made it worthwhile paying for your coffee. Staff was awesome!
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The check-in staff was courteous and kind. The lounge had some good food. The gals who work in the lounge were absolutely great. Super funny and really easy to talk to. The hotel has a deal with the restaurant next door for breakfast. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and so is the coffee! The rest of the hotel wasn't great....The floor in our room had large stains across it. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was someone else's hair and dirty wash rag in the shower. The ceiling right above the shower was covered in black mold. The toilet had to be flushed several time after each use. You could hear EVERYTHING going on outside your room and other people's rooms.
- 3/5
The motel (really not a hotel) was very dated in general. The bathroom had been updated but the toilet maintained the old school “small” size. Bed was mediocre and the room was small. The hotel is L shaped with all the room directly opening to the outside along a shared exterior path. The exterior hallways are carpeted but that is very dated a falling apart on the stairs. The location is in downtown but the neighborhood is not as nice as other parts.
- 5/5
All good!
- 4/5
Not enough parking at the hotel though Had to park on the street a block away.
- 4/5
Nice room, nice staff. Good experience
- 4/5
Great value when you need a simple place to crash. Love the free breakfast.
- 5/5
awesome
- 5/5
- Very nice personnel (especially receptionists) - friendly, kind, helpful. - The best breakfast - with a menu, in the restaurant nearby. - Clean and fresh room. - The hotel in a very good shape. - Comfy bar downstairs. Cons: - Motel-alike architecture - entrance to rooms is from the balcony. People walking by your windows. - Small bathroom, tiny shower. - A/C was cooling too hard, even after I raised temperature to 72°F
- 5/5
We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant next door to which we were given a voucher. We were warned it could be noisy being downtown, but didn't notice noise at all on a Monday night. Clean, contemporary, and convenient in the downtown area.

Pet friendly, wonderful breakfast nextdoor. Nice boutique hotel, really enjoyed staying somewhere different with our pups. Lovely city to explore during the day!
- 4/5
I liked that it had all the stuff in a room. Neds were nice. Pillows hard. Nice breakfast option. Maybe the outside areas could have been better cleaned. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
The staff were helpful at all times. The bed was good.unfortunately there were 6 large spots that looked like possibly oil.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Only issue was a depression in 1 side of the bed. Seems like broken springs etc, but I still slept well and had a good experience
- 5/5
This is a renovated old school motel type property. One cannot expect perfection, BUT, The room was almost perfection. Very clean, all updated and cozy. The front desk guy was very helpful. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was as delightful as the staff working that morning. I especially appreciated the mural designs painted on the outside of building. We have a large truck. By the time we returned from dinner there was no way we would fit in the small parking area. We had no problem parking at the lot the front desk guy provided a pass for. It was easy and a very short walk. Look forward to returning with a couple more days to explore. Oh, there is a groovy little attached bar! We did not get to visit but look forward to it next time.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were personable, efficient, and helpful and even made the check-in and check-out a smooth and fun experience.
- 4/5
My stay was good but there were some stains on the sheets, in the toilet walls, and on the floor. The front desk staff were super nice and attentive. Cleanliness can definitely improve with attention to detail.
- 5/5
Safe secure. Clean comfortable. Staff was friendly...amazing value.
- 5/5
It was close to everything everything was clean although TV could definitely use more HDMI slots
- 5/5
Loved the local restaurant connections. Very friendly check- in staff.
- 5/5
I could tell that this hotel works hard to make sure their guests feel safe. It was a pleasant stay for being downtown Spokane. Excellent breakfast, easy parking.
- 5/5
We love that it is so close to the River walk and restaurants. Lots of historic charm to this area. You really have to like funky and vintage to totally enjoy the stay. Great lounge attached to the hotel. Very simple but clean rooms. Parking is limited at the hotel, they have overflow close, and they add a $5 parking fee upon check in. I wish they just included it in the price upfront. Nice restaurant next door for breakfast. A positive stay overall. Good value.
- 5/5
Perfect location across the street from the concert venue. Also had cheep $5.00 all night parking.
- 5/5
Close to the Knitting Factory (concert venue)
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Everything I needed.
- 5/5
The secure nighttime parking made me feel good about my overnight motorcycle safety. I thought the proximity of the rail line might wake me frequently but the provided earplugs solved that problem. The actual rail sound was fairly muted to begin with. The breakfast provided next door was good although having to pay for coffee was odd. I guess you're supposed to get coffee from the hotel lobby or the mediocre stuff from the 1 cup machine in your room.
- 5/5
Riverfront park is only a couple blocks away.
- 3/5
The front desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping was sub-par. I don't believe that the room had been swept or mopped for a while. The bathtub had debris on it (I don't know what it was). The outside maintenance was lacking, the carpet on the hallways and stairs were falling apart. There are not many choices for dining. The area is extremely noisy.
- 3/5
Dated hotel, bar was nice, outside carpet was covered in dog hair. Had not been cleaned in ages! Convenient to dining and shopping in the area.
- 2/5
Worst hotel I have stayed! The room was incredibly dirty and old. The non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Let the front desk know at check out and she couldn't care less. Only good point of my stay was Jade who checked us in. They were kind and helpful.
- 4/5
The location was nice.
- 4/5
It was a nice place and convenient to all of downtown Spokane.
- 4/5
Not thrilled with being able to hear the older water pipes howl when they were in use in other rooms.
- 5/5
bathroom was very small with no counter space (one sink) One downside -- We were there 4 nights and they never came in to clean the room. No fresh towels or additional coffee. (We found the cleaning lady to get some more coffee.) We loved the resturant next door that had our free breakfast. It was nice that you could pick from 3 different breakfast items or get $6.00 off anything else. It is very walkable area. So close to the riverwalk. We will stay here again if back in Spokan.
- 3/5
Not a very thorough clean in bathrooms, bedding had some stains along with the walls light switches and door.
- 2/5
I could hear a mechanical noise all night coming from outside.
- 2/5
We had to switch rooms when we first checked in because the first room air conditioner was so loud and squeaking you couldn’t stand it. This was all reported to the front desk in the morning.
- 5/5
The hotel was a funky boutique style hotel that was very walkable to some cool sights like the river walk as well as cool eateries. One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel. We’ll definitely return.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel!
- 5/5
Love the vibe
- 4/5
It was noisy and not real clean. Small rooms
- 4/5
There's a fun and funky city vibe. The room was clean and there were some nice art features on the property and in the room. You're definitely in the heart of downtown Spokane, that in itself is a bit grimey and seemingly unsafe. We really appreciated the secure parking!
- 1/5
Property very drab and not well kept.
- 5/5
Front desk personnel were very friendly & helpful
- 5/5
This is a good place. In the heart of Spokane. You see the effort put in to revitalize the area
- 5/5
The property has a fantastic location in downtown. It's very walkable. The staff though was the highlight. They were super friendly and made the entire visit wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Spokane.
- 4/5
wifi was not good
- 5/5
Adorable, clean with super comfortable bed and super friendly staff. This little gem is an hidden secret in downtown Spokane. Excellent location and value.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, walkable to food and drinks. Great price! Would stay again
- 4/5
Pleasantly surprised. It’s not your typical outside entry motel. Much nicer inside than it appears. Breakfast is easy and they have mochas/lattes and a GF menu and options. Also bloody Mary’s and mimosas. Right next to the Fox theater, and felt safe walking back with the big crowd leaving the venue
- 5/5
We loved this hotel but on the app it looks like it was a lot more remodeled than it actually was. It’s a motel which we knew that is needing things for sure. The wonderful thing is that they provide a breakfast at Rosie‘s next-door. It’s not free, but it gives you a huge discount. About a block away from the knitting factory, too, which is wonderful.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, good and hot breakfast, and good location but the place needs a bit of an upkeep.
- 1/5
I only stayed here one hour. After realizing that my adjoining room door did not have a lock. That the room smelled like urine. Very, very noisy. And the neighbors in the room next to me were smoking something not pot or cigarettes. Definitely something else. I also have someone attempt to get into my room while I was in there. I did voice my concerns to the front office staff. And honestly, I don’t feel like I should be charged for the first night. Very disappointed I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. And the bummer of the deal is that my grandfather built this hotel so I was looking forward to a kind of nostalgic stay and was very disappointed.
- 5/5
Rooms are small, but efficient. It says hotel, but technically it’s a motel as the doors to the rooms are outside. Definitely well worth the cost. Would stay again
- 5/5
I will definitely return when I am in Spokane! Great location and staff- Thank you!!
- 5/5
good stay, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. safe!
- 1/5
As the rooms open to the outside, not an interior hallway, I would classify this as a MOTEL, not a HOTEL, but chalk one up for the marketing team, I had no idea it was a 270$ motel 6 ... until I checked in.
- 4/5
Second stay here and Hotel Ruby continues to be our go-to. Funky, clean, hits all the requirements of college parents visiting kiddo. Free breakfast next door also great!!!!
- 5/5
great place, great workers, and key protected area!!
- 5/5
Great value, great location, room clean and remodeled. On site enclosed parking was very nice.
- 3/5
You know, the room was good, breakfast good, service was good. The parking is awful. The first night I squeezed in a spot so tight my door couldn’t close. The second night, I parked in the overflow parking area and had my back window broken out by a fentanyl addict who wanted to steal my shopping bags, grape bubblegum, and a sweater. This isn’t a safe part of town. My vehicle tested positive for that junk and now my ins
- 3/5
This is a good, no-frills place to stay, although it is super fun to arrive with the art in the parking garages and rooms. We had a hard time sleeping due to noise of neighbors, and people likely arriving home from shows, but I'm not sure that would bother everyone. Close to all the theaters.
- 2/5
Wow. It reminded me of an old Hollywood or Las Vegas motel rather than a hotel. I will never stay there again
- 1/5
The luggage cart - had a flat tire and it was very difficult to maneuver especially with the extreme tight space allowed in front of the elevator. Our room smelled like a port-a-potty. We opened the windows to let out the musk and sour smell. We turned on the air conditioner and it was barely holding a coolness, even at a low 60’s temp. The sink and area had a really strange metallic odor, even when we turned on the water to wash our hands - we let it run for a while to see if it would disappear. Eventually it did. But, we realized we had to let the water run a while each time. The carpet was filthy. Our socks picked up what probably should have been vacuumed up. We slept on blankets and pillows we brought ourselves. Weary of the bed cleanliness. The best part of the stay was the breakfast vouchers for Rosie’s Diner next door. Their food was delish. The mocha was super good!! And their service was really great. I would definitely go to Rosie’s again. Days later, my bank transactions show Ruby Hotel charged me for the room that I had already prepaid via expedia. I called and spoke with (I won’t put her name here.). But, she said her system has no documentation of charging my card. And that I should just go through my bank to dispute it! She was no help.
- 1/5
Turns out the secirity guard at The Ruby monitors 5 places in total overnight. So not a secure place to park, even with a good hitch and trailer lock.
- 3/5
No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in dispenser. Breakfast was not good
- 5/5
Rooms are tight. Mattresses need an upgrade. Was only for 1 night so no big deal.
- 1/5
I was pretty annoyed that my sink was messed up and not usable, alot of black mold above showers
- 5/5
Good

Room was clean, the AC was nice, bathroom fan didn’t work though. Other than that we were happy with our stay

we travel in our pickup poor parking at the motel very tight and very small only about 20 spots, mostly for compacts over flow lot two blocks away and both are locked up at 10 pm. we had to park on the street walk to the hotel we are 78 years old in poor health; and had to crawl through the gate to get to our room we had rented earlier in the day. No one answered our phone calls for help. I was very disappoint that Expedia would even have a hotel on their listings like this
- 4/5
Great central location in downtown Spokane. Friendly staff. Our room was recently updated. Pretty basic and nothing outstanding but a great value if you are looking for a place to rest your head. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
For being downtown it was clean, felt safe and quiet
- 5/5
Convenient location right downtown. Rooms are small but very neat and clean.
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the wifi was spotty at best.
- 5/5
Free bike rental
- 5/5
Best place ever
- 4/5
Quiet and comfortable. All lights, appliances and electrical outlets worked! 😊
- 4/5
We’ve stayed here a few times and this room was VASTLY different than in our previous stays. Not as clean and no art on the walls in this room, much more aged than previous. Still a great bang for our buck. We also had to park in overflow for the first time but we were confident in how secure it felt there too, so we’ll worry less about that in the future.
- 4/5
Had to pay for parking even though parking next to the hotel was not guaranteed. Parking across the street was inconvenient since we had a lot of stuff due to being on a long road trip. Very nice and clean room. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet for a downtown location.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. Very nice room. Would stay again
- 3/5
Room was generally clean. Parking gate was still open when I went to bed around midnight and it was open when I left around 6:00. I was told it would be closed for the night at 11:00, not sure that it was secured at all overnight. Strong odor of marijuana coming through the AC vent just before I turned in for the night. No body wash or conditioner in the shower dispenser. Not a horrible stay, but I feel it could have easily been better with attention to details.
- 1/5
Hotel was fine for the price, rating 1 star for charging extra after we left and there was no reason given. We did not cause any damages and made sure our trash was
- 5/5
As expected, basic rooms but an excellent hotel overall.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable modest room with m/w, fridge and coffee pot as well as custom tiled shower and Hollywood themed decor. The on-site "paid" parking lot is very small, maybe accommodating 14 small to midsize cars and 2 motor cycles. As a single female traveler, I didn't feel comfortable in this area of downtown, to risk losing my check-in parking spot by going into town to dine/shop, before turning in, because I'd have to use an off-site "paid" parking lot and walk back to the hotel alone, so I used Door Dash to order food in and chose not to go shopping. This would not have been an isdue had I not been traveling alone, however. The cafe next door, Rosie's, for which I was given a credit for breakfast was quote good and the staff there were very courteous and professional.
- 4/5
Comfortable stay during our road trip. Amazing service after check-out when we had forgotten an item. Thank you!
