Ramada by Wyndham Spokane Airport

The breakfast was not gray, and the staff was kind of rude property itself was beautiful. The pool was incredibly cold. You could almost not really use it.

My husband stayed there on his way to SLC. He said he wants to go back and bring me because it was so nice. Of course I said yes !

The body wash dispenser was totally empty when I went to shower at 10:00pm on Sat 6/13

We stayed one night to get an early flight out. It was fine for our purposes.

And a slide for the kids. We had so much fun

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. We had to ask if they were going to turn on the fire pit. Then they only turned on one. Locks n the outside doors and outside pool door didn’t work with our room keys . But the keys did work on the inside of building. Breakfast was good but has gone downhill as far as what is offered. Tables weren’t wiped off.

The breakfast was very good. Some towels are needing to be replaced. There was hair in the bathtub that was not mine. Staff was very nice. I would stay again just for the price and convenience.

Tv didnt work. A couple local channels is all. Not enough towels for two.Strange guy couldnt fix it just told us more or less oh well on tv. We were put in room completely on the other side of the hotel tho there were other rooms available and with our tons of luggage we were hauling as we were flying out early am it was ridiculous. Beds were super comfy.

My chair in the room had a nail sticking out of it and I cut my are. Had to go to your front desk and get some bandaids. Also kids were playing baseball out at 10:00 at night. Around 10 kids. Very very noisy.

This is a very old hotel but the room was very clean. The air conditioning was very noisy in the room and made it hard to sleep. The bar/restaurant was limited in the food that it offered but the food was very good. We chose this hotel because it is right across the road from the airport.

As I was traveling I loved the fact the hotel was right off the interstate... As it was near the airport I thought I would hear the noise but I did not... Also the restaurant/pub attached was Perfect for what I needed as I had not eaten all day long.... what they had was excellent. I cannot fault anything... As far as I could see the hotel provided everything they advertised ..

Pleasant staff, clean and quiet rooms.

Our stay was extraordinary. The pool, hot tub, the kiddie pool and the slide was so much fun. Breakfast was great and the room was clean, very nice, the beds were so comfortable and large with a sliding glass door to outside. Out of our room the lawn was very nice with fire pits and large games for the kids. We will definitely be staying there again.

Easy location for a flight out and lots of parking. The facilities are old but they have tried to refresh and most of it was nice. The pool was nice (we didnt use) and they had a good breakfast. The room was pretty quiet considering proximity to the airport, but be prepared for 3am/4am departures by inconsiderate people letting doors slam. We were glad for the gym but it was tight and lacked equipment. The room was a great size though and the bed was comfy even with my bad back. Small gym, lots of kids that were like locusts at breakfast, older facilities, and some staff were cranky/aloof.

Very run down hotel with ants. They did not honor the pet rate on the website and the waterslide is only open very limited hours.

Our first stay at this hotel. The number 1 reason we booked this hotel was the water slide because we have 2 boys. As soon as we get in there the life guard tells my son he's 6 inches too short to go on the slide. No where on the website does it says there is a height requirement. I asked if he could go down with me or my wife but he said no. Other waterparks even allow that! So my boy was stuck watching his brother go down it. Our room had a weird smell to it and we noticed the bathroom had no exhaust fan and the shower head was broken. We liked that it had a yard with firepits and yard games but disappointed about their rule on the waterslide and the room not being satisfactory. The breakfast was decent for complimentary.

Nice little hotel next to the airport. Rooms are clean and nice. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The pool area is great for adults and kids and in the evening the courtyard with the fire pits and activities was a nice touch. The morning breakfast is a good assortment of food. Overall will stay again

Disappointing

Perfect for an overnight stay before our flight out. Restuarant and Breakfast was wonderful.

Hotel was partially updated. The tile in the bathrooms was old and there was residue from water around the toilet. The bathtub didn't have a non-skid surface and was slightly slippery. The shower curtain didn't have any magnets or any other means of keeping it in place so it was difficult to manage. The hotel has a non-smoking policy but the room we were given had an odor of smoke. We were given another room, no problem. Signage was poor. There are different wings to the hotel. Determining which way to go to get to our room was puzzling.

Easy check-in process. Location was perfect. Only downside is it wasn’t very clean.

I was excited about the slide in the pool area and was not disappointed! It was so fun! For my sister and I and my 2 nephews (teenagers)! They have a toddler pool area, 3-7ft pool, hot tub and the designated pool for the slide! The fire pit and the seating area outside was really nice! Breakfast was great! Friendly staff! Overall a great stay!

The kids running the halls and stairs after midnight was horrible! Knocking on doors, yelling, stomping on the stairs, after I called the front desk it did stop, but it was after 1am already. Reservation was for 4 and only 2 sets of towels in the room when we arrived. No couch, no table and chairs and no closet in the room.

The shuttle driver went above and beyond to take me to the airport solo at 3:05am! The waitress at the bar was super friendly but I found the women at the front desk to be a little unfriendly when asking questions about the poor wifi connections

It’s a good place to stay for an older motel. My only complaint would the bathroom could have been cleaned better.

My impression of airport hotels are pretty bad. They typically are the quick one-stop shop for people to rest for long layovers, so I don't usually expect a lot. However, this hotel was really nice and the setup was amazing. It was like a small village. My friends and I also loved the swimming pool area! The TVs have Youtube as an option to connect to, but they aren't configured to Wifi (hence won't load). If these hotels are going to offer TVs with such services, it makes sense to make sure this is working for customers. Another con is the A/C is extremely loud. I slept next to it during the night and it was extremely loud when it was running and every 2-3 hours, it would make an extremely loud processing noise.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of painting that needs to be done. Staff didn't know there was a gym on the property. Breakfast was good, juice machine was broken. Elevator is very old feeling, just took the stairs.

The staff was so helpful and a perfect place to get some sleep after a late night flight.

The hotel is older but clean. The breakfast was lacking for children but there were a couple options. The slide was nice but the lifeguard let all his friends come in and that was a bit unsafe for my elementary kids.

Very nice facility and great staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Food was good and bartender was extraordinary. Very close to the airport and shuttle provided besides walking distance.

Clean room

Love the convenient location to the terminal for an early flight and the restaurant has some decent options. On both of our stays, we enjoyed hanging out in front of the indoor fireplace/lounging area and reading our books after dinner. The rooms have been very clean and the beds super comfortable. Five pillows is a bonus, but sure wish they were larger cuz they are quite small. The restaurant, Bar 509, is nicely laid out. Warm and cozy, yet receives great light from the bank of windows. My husband had delicious burgers on both stays, while I had wings the first time and a BLT last night (ate half, and had the second half for breakfast!). All the food has been freshly made, hot, and delicious (but order your fries extra crispy!). I only have two things that drop my rating. 1. Upon arrival, the common areas (lobby, steps up to rooms, and room corridor) were all in desperate need of vacuuming. Not a great first impression. 2. The wait staff at Bar 509 are very kind and joyful, but attention to service is lacking. On both visits, we have had to wait 10+ minutes to have a server approach our table. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when the need arises.

Breakfast gets over soon and guests have to ask the staff to refill items. The bonfire at night was good. Kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Great place for kids. Pool and slide. Or even multiple areas of grass for a good outdoor game. Decent free breakfast. But more than anything it has a very comfortable and secure area for family.

Our room was your typical hotels room. However, we were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep and creek from the room above us. So not a great nights sleep.

Hotel bathroom

The young woman who handled my check-in was so kind and accommodating; she was able to find me a room close to the pool so I could relax after a long day of flying. The room was great, clean and quiet. The only minor criticism was the hot tub seemed to have a lot of dirt in it. But I’m sure not all customers take the step of washing themselves off before getting in. I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always a good experience overall.

We were right next to the pool and the kids loved it. Pool staff were super nice and attentive. Breakfast was Awesome.

The outdoor common areas were lovely. There were several fire pit areas, a nice barbecue area and many areas with yard games set up. Add to that an indoor pool, hot tub and huge water slide. For those traveling with dogs, there is a well maintained and fully fenced, large dog area. There was also a lovely breakfast room with all the usual breakfast choices. We would definitely choose this property over newer and fancier hotels, especially with the reasonable price.

So nice to be able to walk straight from the airport for an overnight stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast offered lots of options and staff was helpful!

Unfortunately the breakfast was very lacking. Not much choice, and although they had a waffle maker there was zero syrup. The person working said they were out and wouldn't be getting any.

I called for a shuttle which was dispatched immediately…but I looked around the area that I would be picked up in and noticed the hotel was literally right across the street and had a crosswalk right there. I was able to cancel the shuttle…too funny! I would definitely stay again..

This particular stay was after a long day of work travel and delayed flights, so I didn’t arrive until around 1 a.m. Everything was perfect until the next morning when I was trying to sleep in a bit. Unfortunately, our room was located beneath what seemed to be a maintenance or staff area, and the loud creaking and constant stomping overhead made it difficult to rest. This is the first unpleasant experience I’ve had here, and it definitely won’t keep me from staying again. Next time, I’ll just be sure to request a quieter room.

Amazingly quiet for any hotel, but even more so considering its proximity to the airport. I walked over to the terminal in less than 5 minutes.

Convenient location. Great place to stay if you are arriving late or catching an early morning flight out of Spokane International Airport.

The walls are thin and we could hear the conversations coming from the hallway and neighboring rooms The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of free onsite parking.

The breakfast looked fine - had planned a brunch in town with friends, so did just have some tea and oatmeal, but they did have a reasonable offerings.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel doesn't have microwaves in the rooms and only one working ice machine in the large spread out building. This makes it very disappointing for a leisure stay.

It is diffidently an older hotel, but there has been lots of updates. The pool, fire pits and outside area was amazing. However, the slide was never open due the lack of lifeguards so that was a bummer for our son. The breakfast was good, but the machine coffee dispenser was a no go for us.

Only stayed a few hours before an early morning flight. The bed was comfortable the staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Floors

The hotel was reasonably priced. My issues with it were that a couple of the white bath towels had stains on them that made them disturbing to use once I noticed them. From the smell of the towels, the stains were old, not from us. We kept our Do Not Disturb sign up but the one day we wanted service, i asked the front desk if they could send housekeeping to our room, the man at the front desk said he would put in a request for housekeeping to my room but when we returned at the end of the day, no housekeeping had come to our room. I thought that was dishonest on the part of the front desk staff. On our last day though, there was a lady at the front office that went above and beyond when she took my 'cup of noodles' to the restaurant kitchen to put hot water in them so i could eat them in my room. That was much appreciated!

This Ramada is a beautiful place, there is an indoor pool with a slide, a courtyard with fire pits and yard games. I had to leave before the continental breakfast was set up, however, there was "breakfast to go" for me. I will stay here again if I'm ever in Spokane.

This older property has been beautifully renovated, creating a luxurious feel in the common areas. Our room was comfortable, with very good beds and nice pillows. While the restaurant was nice, the service was subpar and the food was only okay. It was also disappointing that they didn't offer the full menu on a Friday night, only the bar menu. The free shuttle service was a bit disorganized; we waited over 15 minutes and the driver wasn't even there. Despite these minor issues, we would stay here again. The airport is truly within walking distance, making it a convenient option for those comfortable with a short walk.

To get my bags to the shuttle I had to lift them up the stairs at the end of the hallway to get to the lobby. The alternative was to walk them all the way around through the parking lot in the dark. Not a safe option for me. I'd try a different hotel if you want to stay near the airport.

Just a quick overnight to facilitate getting to an early morning flight, so little time actually spent in the facility. Had to get up in the night to turn on heat, but temps had been all over the place in recent days, so it was understandable. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Coffee and muffins were available at 3 AM, as well as courtesy van to airport terminal.

I was there for a short stay before heading to the airport. Loved that I could have a glass of wine by the many fire pit areas and read a book the evening before flying out. Gorgeous and relaxing before a 3:00 am departure. Breakfast (muffins and fresh fruit, as well as coffee) available before 3am and was very thoughtful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a sink and they were right on top of it. They were low on restaurant staff so they were ignoring the phones, be aware there is no room service available.

Although a bit outdated, the room was very comfortable. The shower was outstanding. We did not care for the food in the restaurant, but the staff there was very friendly and made us welcome. We asked to be moved away from a huge, noisy air handler, but were told that there were no other rooms. Convenience to the airport was outstanding. We would stay again.

Breakfast was cold both days. The water in my room never got hot. My slider was hard to open and close in one room and in the other the slider outside handle was broke. No microwave in the rooms so i brought in my own and was accused for stealing one from them. My friend came for the birthday party and wasnt given our room number nor did staff call my room to even let me know they were there.

The stay here was very nice. The room was beautifully updated, very clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very friendly, also the shuttle driver was very friendly, even at the crack of dawn. I left the hotel before the free breakfast, but I believe there were grab and go breakfasts available. Overall my stay was very satisfactory!

I love Spokane. The people were so friendly and helpful. Hotels usually have that old cigarette/mold/asbestos smell but this place did NOT. It smelled so clean and you can tell the rooms and property is well taken care of. I loved it.

We love the pool, hot tub, and big waterslide... Our room was comfortable and quiet... No complaints here, very satisfied and would recommend...

Location next to airport was convenient.

Was unaware you had to reserve parking at the hotel parking lot until day before and they were completely booked. It was fine because there was economy parking directly across the street. Just not sure how I was suppose to get a room with parking on Expedia. Breakfast was nice and tons of seating. Food was fresh. Rooms are older and have a lot of little things that need to be fixed/updated. We were on the bottom floor and it smelt of the pool in the hallway. Overall we needed somewhere to shower and sleep and this hotel did just that. They had a fire pit which was really nice touch.

For the amount we paid for two nights I had higher expectations. The hotel is older and that usually doesn’t bother me but the hallways smelled like smoke, there were very few things you come to expect at the price point. No hair dryer, no iron, no microwave, empty lotion bottle, bar of soap, three paper cups and an ice bucket. No pens or paper, no information on hotel and area around it. The pool area was being torn up and the slide, we booked for the slide, was closed. Come on Ramada, do better!

The pool was fun. Heads up your child must be over a certain size to go down the slide. My 5 year old was super bummed she wasn’t tall enough. But the grounds are super nice. We enjoyed a fire outside on the patio after the pool. They have complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage. They have a restaurant on site which is convenient but a little spendy fyi. Overall happy with our stay.

Nice stay for a quick one-nighter prior to flight

I didn't even get past check in, there was a problem running my card even though it cleared the first time for there initial fee for a few dollars to make sure the card is indeed a valid card my card denied the second time it was being charged for the full amount not sure why we had to charge my card for the full amount when it's not due till the end of the stay, the hotel staff judge me as if I couldn't pay for the reservation as soon as I walked in the doors, I wasn't granted keys for my reservation so I decided to stay elsewhere in place where I'm not judged and the staff is kind. I got another notification that they decided to charge me for me to stay anyways even though I didn't stay at the hotel at all not even one night and it's been next to impossible to try to get a hold of somebody to make this right, how is it okay for a company to steal from me, they didn't provide any services to me I shouldn't have to pay any amount of money to them. This should be illegal and I will be following through with getting my money back

What stood out the most was the girl that waited on me!! I wish I could remember her name . She displayed outstanding customer service. It was nice to go into a place and be greeted and have that kind of service. I wish more people were like that.

The pool was incredible - the slide is super cool for kids! The downside, the restaurant/bar food was HORRIBLE. The fish and chips were mushy. But the rooms were comfortable and clean. Just stay away from the food, you'll be disappointed. Also, parking was hard to find when we got there, it was almost like people were using the parking lot for air travel while they were gone cuz there was a ton of parking spots and there's no way all those spots were filled by hotel guests. Also, it was strange there was no microwave or coffee pot in the rooms.

Convenient for airport.

We booked this hotel for a staycation because of the slide, pool and hot tub. We didn’t know and know where on the website or were we notified that the slide and hot tub were broken! Huge disappointment and we were not offered money back at all for this situation. The pool was dirty things on the bottom of the pool and towels were not stocked both the times we went to the pool. The bathroom in the pool area had water pouring out of the ceiling. They still had the bathroom open to use even though it was very unsafe.

The slide was the main reason for choosing the hotel and it wasn't working. Everything else was good.

Bathroom was dirty. No coffee pot or micro wave. Sliding doors were full of mould. The room smelled like it was once a smoking room and had a funky odour. This property needs investment and a makeover.

When I contacted customer service, both Expedia and the hotel refused to issue a full refund, each pointing the finger at the other and offering no real resolution. The cost of the room was 120 and they offered a $50 refund. This is a great reason why NOT to use a site like Expedia. If you ever have an issue you’ll be stuck in the middle

We booked a stay at Airport Ramada Spokane for a 5 year old's birthday party because they have pools w/water slide,Hot tub etc. Check in time is anytime after 3pm, we showed up at around 5 pm they said our room was not ready so we stood around the lobby till 7:30 pm before we were issued a room key. When we went to our room we opened the door only to find a nice family that was very surprised that we were able to open the door to their room. So another 20 minutes later we were issued another room key to a downgraded room but at this point I would have taken anything.The room was not the cleanest but better than sleeping in the car. So when the kids from 4 different families went to the pool to have the birthday party we found the waterslide was closed. This is after we called to make sure it was all working and open. The hot tub was also out of order. So in conclusion, It was more than 4 hours past check-in time and we waited 2 and a half hours in the lobby. Half of the pool related stuff did not work. I will never stay there again. They offered no reduction or money back.

We went swimming and the pool was disgusting - I had to swim briefly because we'd promised our 3 year old but my wife would not get in the pool. When we returned to our room it had been given to another couple. My wife had to go to the desk to clear this up in her bathing suit while I waited with our three year old at the room in our bathing suits. To top it off the fridge didn't work and when we got our milk in the morning it was spoiled. All in all a really unsatisfactory experience.

Room was dirty. Food was terrible. They offered waffles but no syrup or jam. The outlet in the room had something stuck in it so it didn't work. Hair on the shower walls. When we first got there were given a room and when we walked in one of the beds was in made like it never got cleaned from the people previous. Went to the front desk and got another dirty room. Smelled like smoke

The room was excellent except I had to pay an extra early check in fee of $30 even though I had a room the night before that was unoccupied, but paid for because I was stuck in Seattle all night. I had to put up $20 cash collateral for the room in case of damages because I had no debit card only the early evening desk clerk was very rude about returning the $20 collateral when I leave out of here at 3:30 this morning to catch my 5:05 plane. All in all, I would probably stay here again because the rest of the staff was very pleasant.

Stayed here on Christmas because of the indoor pool area and water slide for my 5 year old son to play. I asked about the pool area including the slide and hot tubs and they even moved my room closer to it. After dinner we got ready and headed to the pool to have fun only to find both hot tubs drained, the slide closed, and the pool cold. My child was very sad and I was frustrated this was not communicated before check-in. I would have found a different hotel for us. The rooms weren’t good either and staff were rude.

The problems didn’t end there—when we went to breakfast, signs were posted stating there would be no hot breakfast that morning. Overall, it felt frustrating to pay a premium price while so many advertised amenities were unavailable. When I contacted management, the response was simply, “Sorry, we’re working on a system to notify people when the slide is out.” While I appreciate the apology, it didn’t address the larger issue of multiple amenities being closed during our stay.

There was confusion about my ability to access the long-term parking at the hotel. Be aware that if you book through a third-party, the hotels offer of long-term parking may not be honored I was left to go to the airport short term parking on my own and leave my car there. Fortunately, the hotel Kindley sent their shuttle driver to pick me up from the long-term parking lot and bring me back to the hotel.

Everyone that worked there was absolutely awesome and I wouldn’t wanna stay anywhere else. And it was clean and convenient and the hospitality was awesome.

We booked here specifically for the pool, hot tub and waterslide. When we arrived we were sad to see the waterslide was not open once in the 3 days we were there, and the hot tub and kid pool were closed and empty. Not only that, the pool was cooler than normal and the pool room itself was cool. So overall, not great. We did sleep well and the rooms were average.

I specifically booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport. I called them to ensure I could leave my car there for 1 night as I had a quick turn around trip (24 hours) out of town. When I got there, the front desk told me I could not leave my car there because they were so busy and they had changed the parking rule at noon that day. Since my flight was super early next morning I decided to go park in airport parking so I didn’t have to deal with it the next morning. I asked the front desk if they could send the shuttle over to the lot to pick me up. They were hesitant and not really interested so I said forget it, I would walk back. So, at 9:00 at night, in the winter cold, I walked back. The room was very outdated and I wont be back there!

The staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfy. If you are looking for something basic and a little cheaper, this hotel is perfect. It is very out dated and lacking most of the upgrades you would find in most hotels. The elevator only fits two people with bags and the bathroom looks like it hadn’t been remodeled in 30+ years. We were only coming here to sleep and sleep through the buffet so it was perfect.

Hotel photos online are false representation and misleading. We literally chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub which were both “under construction.” How long have they been inoperable? Hotel should inform guests when the amenities are not open or working. Didn’t stay for more than an hour. Complete waste of money. Hotel felt old with “lipstick on a pig” feel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolute disappointment.

I specifically called to ask if the pool, slide and hottub were operational. I was told that they were. The hottub and slide were not on and the pool was cold. There is no coffee or microwave in the rooms.

Big comfy room. Good layout. Quiet. Nice fluffy pillows. Cheerful staff at both front desk and breakfast area. Only disappointment was low quality foods for breakfast. Other than a sad bowl of oranges & apples, there was nothing nutritious or made with love. The usual sugary cereals, powdered eggs, frozen potatoes, waffle machine, etc. I would’ve loved a bowl of real oatmeal (not instant), muesli, or fruit salad or locally sourced whole grain muffins. I guess I’m spoiled by my stays in European hotels!

Check in was once again terrible. I stayed here in October and thought it might just be a one time issue. I chose to stay again at the holidays due to proximity to their airport, but I will never stay here again due to front desk staff and the check in experience.

We flew in late and the hotel was right there at the airport . Worked out great for us . Breakfast the next morning was good . The convenience works out great whether you need a room the night before an early flight in the morning or flying in late to stay and start the journey home the next day . They offer an airport shuttle if you need that as well .

There was a problem with the telephone services when I attempted to call the office several times. Water output on the shower was low. Smelled what appeared like marijuana in the hallways. Other than that, the staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was so friendly. The reception staff and the bar/restaurant staff were as nice and friendly and helpful as they could be. Our room was clean, we had signed up for a room with a roll in shower, which we didn’t get, but the room was large and nice and handicap accessible. So my advice would be to call ahead and remind them before you arrive if you need one. We didn’t technically “need” one. I have an autistic child who won’t get into a bathtub even to shower. If your kids love to swim the pools and waterslide are great.

I booked a room for five people and then had to pay an additional charge because there was only sleeping for four people my 18-year-old son had to stay on a cot. The restaurant had one person working so we waited an hour for our food two of my children that ordered fried rice. The rice was hard and crunchy. The next morning when we got up, there was zero coffee. The coffee machine had frozen concentrate and we had to leave so we had to stop pay an additional charge for coffee on our way out of town. The best part was the pool and the waterslide for my two younger children however, after a long day of driving the hot tub would’ve been nice to sit in, but that was closed for renovation.

Unfortunately, some parents thought it would be ok to let their two boys run up and down the hall way unsupervised for several hours even after I asked the boys to stop and after I call the front desk to compained - I did not get much sleep.

Beware that if booking a room through a second party like hotels.com the direct office may not honor what you book as we were told by staff at check in

Accidentally booked it on the wrong night as I was in a different time zone. I contacted them almost immediately to let them know and asked that I could cancel my reservation or use the credit for another time, but the hotel and Expedia refused to honor this request and simply took the money, even though I contacted them right away.

This was the best hotel for the price, like seriously this was the most bang for $71. If you want to be right by the airport it’s pretty convenient. Easy to get a shuttle even at midnight.

Visiting for a regional event, I tipped off the front desk that people (hungry athletes) would be storming breakfast at 7 am. If they could start any earlier it woudl help folks. I was assured that they had "grab and go" meals that woudl be ready. She also said she'd let the manager know about the influx and see if they could open any earlier. At 6:57 am I walked by the breakfast to see if it was open yet. It was dark, nothing was set out, and 3 people were already waiting. A worker was walking over and said huh, let me see what's going on. At 7:30 the line was unmanageable with 30-40 people waiting for the food that ran out when I got to the front. There were no grab-and-go meals to be found. I got some juice and a yogurt after waiting in the long line, but was the hotel really missed the mark with this. They knew they were fully booked and had not prepared to serve their guests.

The thermostat in the room was from the dark ages- no way to set a digital temp. Had to do trial and error on the dial for hours. Went to check out and the clerk said we were never checked in, although we had a key. The paperwork for long term parking was missing as well. Guess mistakes were made by the previous day's clerk. Shuttle to the airport was great.

Hotel was fine for the four hours of sleep we got. Very noisy-kids running halls, stomping/dropping things on the level above us, until after midnight. This is a hotel for airport travelers? Most people have flights and need sleep. Didn't bother calling front desk. Wished there was coffee to go in the early morning (4a.m.) but didn't find any. The front desk gal was effective but had two words to say. Otherwise no conversation, no info about hotel amenities (we have a bar there...coffee is available in the morning at ...a.m., there will be to-go snacks on that table by the desk in the early hours...nothing!) Did the job of a place to stay for a short amount of time in between flights but might select one of the other hotels next time to see how that goes.

The beds here are so comfortable, and I love that I can set the fan to run to kill any hallway noise. Great staff, restaurant stays open late, easy walk to the airport. The cleaning is also very well done.

No hot/warm water. Could not shower

Our room had some cleaning issues

Stated there for dinner and it took over an hour to get our food. They brought the food and forgot our strips and we only got fries. When our bill came they charged for food that we didn’t get. The water slide was closed and that was the only reason we got that hotel. The shower had mold and the shower curtain did too. We called for a little late check out and the front desk older lady was in a very bad mood and was not polite. Overall we didn’t enjoy the stay at all.

Mattress was super comfy

Comfortable 3 day stay in a reasonably priced older hotel that is a five minute walk away from the Spokane Airport Terminal.

Its really a nice place! My only problem is how noisy the doors are in the middle of the night.

After arriving around 10:30pm, I tried to call for the shuttle. Two different attempts got me multiple loops of a ringing phone, then a message to start over again. We finally walked almost half a mile to the hotel lobby, where I was told that "I was really busy, I had six people in line checking in and I am the only one here." So, maybe if I had kept calling for another 15-20 minutes, she would have had time to answer the phone and dispatch the shuttle? Inexcusable! I will look for other options next time I need them at GEG.

Comfortable, convenient, great price and pets friendly.

We lived this place, I was there with two of my granddaughters and my daughter. Everyone from the front desk, cafe employees, bar restraint employees to the maids were amazing.. I will definitely stay again.. oh the pool with the waterslide was for sure the best for the grandkids..

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel is. Friendly staff, great property with fire pits.

Front desk was very sweet and professional. Our room was super clean and organized love that. My kiddo love the pool super clean and maintance guy was super nice and welcoming. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast but smelled so delicious. Definitely coming back to this hotel is right next to airport and I can’t hear any noice .

The property is super convenient for the airport. The only drawback is the noise between between the rooms and from the second floor down to the first.

Staff was very helpful. Location near the airport is excellent. Coffee could have been better quality.

The front office gal was super sweet. Then when we got to our room it was only a single bed. They said they have been having issues with Expedia doing that. When going back up to the front desk the manager got a little snippy. Asked for military discount, unable to do that because we booked with Expedia. They changed our room to a double bed, it was a little moldy smelling but worked. The Moose Saloon is a great place to eat and close.
