Room is spacious and clean. The staff are very kind and helpful. Location is close to the Fort Bragg. Stayed her before and this place does not disappoint.

We had a great 2 night stay. Staff were kid friendly, breakfast was great, but no waffles. There was a pool, but it was broken so we couldn’t use it, which was a bummer. Overall, would stay here again.

Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person

They didn’t clean the room for three days, front rest lady was rude, I’ll never stay here again…And. Wh y leaves comment all they gone say is they sorry… trash keep your response not welcomed

Continental breakfast did not include toast (bread) or scrambled eggs.

Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed.

The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night. Subsequent nights were better, but we were not told that there was a list to clean the room. Evidently we missed our day and no one clean our room, took out the trash or changed the sheets. It was really terrible experience. The only that saved it was the friendly staff and the fact that waffle house was next store. Also, the pool lookwd gross.

The breakfast area is very nicely appointed. It had a nice bagel and muffin section, 4 choices of cereal, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, juice, and coffee. And they kept the coffee available all day! The staff were all nice and very helpful. Loved all the people who are at the front desk. The only negatives: (1) when you come off the second floor elevator, there’s terrible stains on the carpet that look like either mold or water stains. So that carpet needs to be replaced. On our 2nd day, there was a very bad rotten egg smell right in that same area where the stains were. To staff credit, they assigned maintenance right away to address the smell, and it was gone a few hours later. (2) No microwave in the room. You have use the one in the lobby. That is uncomfortable and inconvenient when you have to heat your food with strangers around, then get back on the elevator, etc.

For what we paid their breakfast was less than desired.

Everyone here was amazing! From the front desk, to the maintenance crew. Rooms are very clean, general areas are very clean. No complaints. Will book again.

Welcoming, helpful staff. Easy to check in and out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved to well stocked, 24-hour coffee bar. Only complaint is that the ad when I booked mentioned a hot breakfast. It was a big part of why I chose this location. But when breakfast time came, it was a bagel bar with cold boiled eggs.

Had an adjoining room, quiet at first so thought wouldn't be a problem, wasn't occupied, went out came back later, too late to start packing everything up and changing rooms. Absolutely no sound insulation, it was like sharing a room with a stranger, no privacy, conversations on phone, coughing.. could hear everything. Lights shining through the door. Horrible sleep, the worst on our 2 month trip, faulty air conditioning unit/heater, it was a toss up between not sleeping because of the noise or switch it off and not sleep because it was freezing. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and pleasant though. Spoke with manageress via email about all the problems and offered some of no use whatsoever Hilton points as a way of apology.

Room 215 had a slight fruit fly infestation in the bathroom, which also smelled of sewage.

No scrambled eggs or meat for breakfast and the walls are paper thin. The bed was nice. No pancakes or waffles just very few options with breakfast

The manager accommodated us with a room that had not be used by a pet owner since Oct.2025. I am allergic to pet dander. The room and hotel were super clean and staff great. Breakfast and coffee all day was a plus. I had an enjoyable weekend! Thank you

I love how the staff makes sure the rooms are thoroughly clean, breakfast is served fresh every morning and the property has convenient stores nearby.

The only complaint I have is that the alarm went off a couple of times. During the first alarm we was told to ignore it, so during the second alarm we didn't know what to do.

The place is nice and safe.

Pet friendly and even offered treats to our puppies! Beds were super comfortable, very well kept hotel!!

Perfect for shopping and so many food options. This was the first time I was ever on the first floor and it was FANTASTIC. Cody checked us in and explained everything to us and was just outright fantastic. He was so pleasant and airy and the PERFECT person. DEFINITELY will come back so long as Cody is here. He absolutely deserves a raise or a bonus or something because he is so kind. Thank you!

The Staff there very courteous and the room very clean

This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that did not provide any water in the room, no tea or coffee, and not even during breakfast. There wasn’t a single bottle of water available, which is very disappointing for a Hilton-branded hotel. Basic amenities were missing, and the stay did not meet expectations.

The room had a strange odor and the small refrigerator smelled like sour milk. Everything else was Great!

We loved the spotless room, and the great dispensers with hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner, and the really courteous staff. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a little coffee maker in the room!

My room was neatly cleaned and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing 😌

There was construction happening, and there was no vapor barrier ceiling off the floor between the construction and where the the guests were staying, and the fumes were coming through the ventilation and on the floor. I had to exit the hotel. The front desk staff wouldn’t even come to the floor to check it out when I asked they offered me a second room on a different floor and when I told them that the same situation existed that there was no vapor barrier ceiling off the construction fumes on that floor. The same situation occurred, so I left the hotel very disappointed in the Hilton for this. I’m a Hilton honors member.

Very good priced hotel. I only stayed a day, check in and out was fast, and friendly. I'm glad I made the choice to stay at the hotel as it was clean, comfortable and spacious. I will definitely stay here if I'm ever again in the area for business.

I was very disappointed that upon arrival the gentleman at the desk saod we could swim at the pool. After changing and getting the kids all ready, the pool was closed. There was a sign on the foor stating it was closed due to levels being off. I would have went to another hotel for the children to enjoy their vacation!!

I stayed 3 nights at the Spark by Hilton. Staff were very nice, accomodations clean Only issue was lack of sleep the last night because a family with a barking dog and late night gatgerings at 11pm and 2:30 moved in next door. They spoke loudly and dog had periodic barking fits. Very disruptive.

Amazing staff, always friendly and treat you like your home and part of the family. Always extremely accommodating and go above and beyond to assist in ensuring it’s a great stay. Very clean, beds so comfortable you may sleep through your alarm. lol. I always feel safe, welcome and taken care of when I stay and choose to continue to stay throughout my contracts over anywhere else knowing guaranteed I’ll have an amazing stay with no problems and if any issue should arise I.e. checking in late or even ordered me a pizza; they take care of it. Would highly recommend! This stay was particularly special thanks to the Front Desk Receptionist, by far my favorite so far! Looking forward to staying again!

Petting decent hotel and location if visiting the bases. Some obnoxious guest behaviors after hours but ear plugs helped. Breakfast also left something to be desired but many options in the area to subsidize that. Destini and the other team members were great.

Property looked a bit run down. As a former law enforcement officer for 30 years the area didn’t look to be to safe.

The staff was so nice, both late night and early morning staff. The parking was great compared to other places we’ve stayed and we didn’t have to stress over getting a spot. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. We did not get a chance to look around with our time constraints.

Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. We only spent one night. We had an engagement and got back very late (around 3am) and the front doors were locked and no way to use a room key to get in? We pushed the buzzer several times with no response. After about 5 minutes several staff members just happened to show up and let us in, thank goodness. This needs to be adressed. Sometimes guests hours can be outside the norm - need a safe easy way to get into the hotel. But overall all stay was great. And the staff were very friendly.

I enjoy my king size room and it was very clean. I was able to enjoy my stay for 2 nights with my fìancè.

The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was extremely clean and spacious. If ever staying within 35 miles of this area again, I will stay in this hotel.

I have never known such friendly people. The staff with their charm, patience, and elegance made everything else just fall right into place!

Why do you post amenities such as pool. When in actuality the pool is closed. Totally disappointed and will be using a different travel app or website on my next trip. Its summer time so of course we want to have access to the pool when your site says its included. You should at least adjust your pricing or offer a prorated discount/refund when its a lie and the offered amenity itnot available.

My room had an ant infestation and roach problem. Super expensive for a one night stay to be surrounded by bugs.

Obvious this hotel was completely renovated and done extremely well it’s very clean. The staff is very courteous. The only issue we have was the bathroom is very small.

Also when staying in a hotel, I enjoy clean towels daily.

Which btw I wanted to extend an extra night and found out that hotels.com charges you $30 more than the actual property and this is a brand new nice property so call the hotel first. Lesson learned
