We arrived at 10:00 p.m. where the doors were locked and had to call through an after hours phone for them to unlock the doors and check us in. The neighborhood was unsafe and we noticed illegal activity going on in the parking lot as we were gathering our belongings to take to our room with our 2-year-old son present. Front desk gave us our keys and an extra blanket but coming to our room the room keys did not work and we had to go back to front desk and call from the phone because the front desk was closed. While waiting in the hallway, we smelled a mixture of alcohol and vomit and the carpet was excessively stained and there was excessive foot traffic and too many dogs. The front desk associate tried our room keys again and they did not work so he went to a room across the hall and moved us to that room. But it was in that room that we noticed that the safety lock did not latch and our room smelled of vomit and the deadbolt to the room did not bolt. It felt completely unsafe, got very little sleep from all the activity going on in the parking lot during all hours of the night as well as vehicles shining bright lights into our room, with the shades shut. We requested a refund and it was not given to us because we stayed in the room for the whole night, however we only stayed for 10 hours and we did not get settled into our room until after midnight and we checked out at 8:30 a.m. and the front desk lobby was not even open. Will never stay here again! Not worth the price!

This property is so disgusting. I didn’t even bother sleeping there because the room smelled like dead bodies. There is nothing good about this property. It needs to be shut down. It’s filthy.

The person who checked us in was such an amazing person! He was so nice and welcoming!! He had the lobby smelling so good! The lady who was at checkout was rude! She accused me of being the person who threw up in the lobby and I mentioned to her it wasn’t me or my friends!! If she would have seen the cameras she would have known who it was and what room number they were in, instead of accusing other people. I called to extend my stay and she was rude about it and she lied to me and my friend saying it was booked but when we left we checked to see if it was and it wasn’t. We would just like for the future for honest people

Property is close to the convention center. When I first walked into the building it smelled like weed. My room was on the first floor. The bathroom toilet had black rings that I could visibly see when walking into the room. I don’t know if it was because I was on the first floor or not but there were ants (not a lot but one is too many in my opinion).

There was rust in the sink in the kitchenette, "overly" worn blanket on the bed, mattress should have been replaced years ago and shower so worn and filthy we would not use it. Upgrades badly needed and cleaning staff needs more training. Read above quote, nothing to like but the price. People would pay more for a cleaner surrounding.

Bed was clean and that's about it. Bed skirt ripped.The laminate floor was filthy. Walked barefooted and feet were dirty after just a few steps. Wore socks and they were nasty after the second day (only had one spare pair). The side panels of the fridge doors were dirty. We wouldn't touch them bare handed. Room was on highway side. There are two windows side-by-side and back-to-back (total of four). You can't fully close either side, so the highway noise was pretty bad. Luckily, had an extra blanket to stuff in the window. The a/c was so loud we could barely hear the TV. There are ZERO amenities: no shampoo/conditioner (did have one bar of soap), one half-used toilet paper roll (always take our own), no hand towels (only 2 bath and 2 washcloths which I used one to wipe the remote and door handles, etc., with warm, soapy water). I'm no "Howie Mandel", but ick, didn't want to take any chances. No hair dryer. There is a kitchen area, but FYI, absolutely NOTHING is supplied! There are empty ice trays (which makes sense), but no ice machines in the building. Pets are allowed. When trying to check in, a dog barked the entire time I was in line, and it echoed down the hall. Other times, more dogs joined in. BTW, I love dogs, just not those that bark constantly in a hotel. Unfortunately, the weekend we had to be in town was the same time the Razorbacks played A&M, and it was parent/student visit weekend. Prices were jacked up everywhere! This hotel was $200 per night Worth $80???

The room stunk of BO. The hallways stunk terrible. Hallway carpets covered in stains. everything smelled terrible. Would never stay there again. No ice in the building. No vending machines. No hand towels. No soap for the kitchen sink, only 1 tiny bar of soap as the only amenity of the entire place.

This place was disgusting! There was a smell when I got in that I assumed was someone cooking, but when I got to my floor I knew it was just the place. It was so bad I couldn’t sleep, I ended up booking a room at a holiday inn express and trying to get a refund that they apparently denied. If you get the opportunity to stay here, DO NOT take it. Sleep in your car if you have to.

No pool, ice machines etc. for ten to twenty dollars a night more you can have a newer, nicer hotel within walking distance of this one. The staff are kind but they cannot fix the fact that this place feels run down and old. The smoking in front of the main entrance is also a turn off and there’s always someone there smoking

Just to sleep for one night was fine, but the kitchen was dirty, the lobby elevator was dirty, the parking wasn't the best. Wouldn't stay again unless it was the absolute last option

I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in NWA for a bit, it’s a decent range from almost everything and even being by the interstate it’s so quiet. I can’t wait to come back here!

No one was there to check us in after ten p m. We left after two hours due to finding bed bugs and aroach in our bed. Manager just apologized and told us to get a refund from hotels.com.

The hotel is very outdated. It had a lingering smell and our window wouldn't close completely. The carpet was filthy and at about 11:00 p.m. the front desk was closed completely.

Had a room book the hotel wouldn’t accept the hotel card when it already had charged me on my end had to call hotel .com to try to get me check in after I drove 3 hours to get here it took hotel . Com 2 and a half hours later to get me a room at another hotel I’m very glad they did after but I miss my event that I had drove three hours for just to have to get up and drive three hours back was a waste of my trip lost my tickets to event and waste of gas very upset.

The room was on the side near the highway and we continued to hear cars all night. The room was “ok” however the hot water was not HOT at all. It was like warm but more on the colder side. The floor was dirty and not as clean as it should have been.

When we arrived, there was no one to check us in, needed to wait about 10min. I would guess it was the maintenance person said, she's outside, i went outdide to see if i could give someone, ni one around. When she finally walked in, no apology, nor good customer service. The room was not that clean, tub, no kleenex, or ameneties. Was not very happy for the price we paid, we expected at least these things. Will not return.

The strangest check-in the lobby was closed and had to call on the lobby phone to check in. A nighttime attendant came down and took my id and went and prepared two room keys. The room was alright but the bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes even though the listing said non-smoking room alright but paint was peeling off the bathroom door. Property was not listed up well at night seemed very dark. Ok for 1/2 night stay (we checked in at 11:30) but was sure ready to leave in AM.

Dirty carpet, could not get extra towels. Was there for a Baseball tournament so there were no rooms left at any hotel. I would not stay here again at any of them!!!

For an older building, it was in remarkable shape. Rooms clean and i was suprised by having a kitchenette. Little noisy but it was iff I49.... overall i am satisfied and will probably use again end of month

I was there for a getaway trip by myself and it was amazing. Bring your own kitchen stuff, but otherwise it was an amazing vacation. Front staff was so welcoming and amazing.

Theres no ice machine for guests. Front desk simply said “there are ice trays in your freezer, which was not helpful in our situation. There’s a bar of soap in the bathroom, that’s it (besides TP), not even tissues. There’s no coffee pot, no blow dryer, and nothing in the kitchenette (silverware, cups, etc.). You cannot reach the front desk after 9pm unless it’s a maintenance emergency. We stay at hotels quite often. This place was C.H.E.A.P. (You get what you pay for), but Will never stay at one of these again. I don’t like Super 8’s either but that would’ve been much better than here. You’ve been warned.

It was an average place to stay. A little hard to find. The entry to the hotel/parking lot was on a side street. No signs on the main street saying turn here.

The building and room smelled like cigarette smoke. Even though No Smoking in the rooms was agreed to, emphasized and enforced, our bathroom reeked like an ashtray. The room was basically clean but the bathroom was not. I wiped down and scrubbed the toilet myself. No major problems and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We didnt get past the check in desk. The lady trying to help was very nice, but we booked 1 night at this location through travelocity and the computer system changed to where they cannot do only one night. Our reservation was Cancelled without notification to us unfortunately

The pictures are misleading because there is no breakfast. I did see one review that specifically said they had breakfast and there is a picture of breakfast on expedia. The first check-in lady was great but when we couldnt access the side door we were greeting with a lady who didnt appear to ha e any motivation to try and solve the problem or even apologize. When she came out of the office she actually just looked at us and didnt say anything. There wasnt really a cleab place that you went in there. Overall i had a bed to sleep in and could see my car but i will never stay here or an extended stay again.

The room and entire floor smelled of smoke and bad food. It felt very unsafe in the parking lot with several people gathered in the corner where there were no lights. There was no remote for the TV, shampoo, hair dryer. Only a bar of soap. It was just a bad overall experience. Price was increased because of football game that made it even worse.

Always had good experiences with extended stays until this one. Firstly, no front desk attendant on arrival. Elevator was out of service. Stairwell had trash and reeked. Hallway was filthy. The room was poorly stocked. Carpet stained, rusty appliances, room smelled and beds were much smaller than advertised.

Hotel was secluded in a very dark area with freeway right on back side. Initial thought was that this place is unsafe…. Several men hanging out in dark parking lot with very suspicious man and lady standing at entrance smoking. Entering the hotel the lobby was dim lit and front desk had meter gate closed down over it. No one to check us in. The couple we passed outside came in lobby and told us office was closed even though sign said 10pm and it was only a little after 9pm. They said we have to call for attendant so we did several times and no answer. This place we found out later ( it’s not listed as such) is a permanent residents facility and not just extended stay. I would say this place, by far is the worst hotel we have ever been in. Not safe, not clean, no lighting, sketchy people hanging in parking lot and no check in staff…. Not to mention the metal gate needed for checkin desk. We left and found another hotel for the night. Next day Called and spoke with Melanie who is front desk and she apologized and processed a refund. We use hotels.com regularly and I think this residential hotel is way beneath their quality and their pics of this hotel are not even close to what it actually looks like.

I didn’t feel it was very clean, the bed had stains on it and the bathroom was gross, bathtub was falling apart and the little kitchen in there looked gross. Didn’t feel it was clean like it should have been.

Chevy up on that ISR on the third on the third floor. It looks like it nobody’s been there for ages. It’s right next to the freeway so Kansai right next to the freeway. It didn’t dawn on me when I entered into it because it was later in the evening, and I came from a different angle, not a place I would go back to again

Hallways & room had a funky smell. There's no toiletries at all. No coffee pot in the room. Bed was hard. Wifi either didn't exist or wasn't working. Worst part was the confrontation between the manager and the clerk checking me in. Manager berated the clerk during my checkin. She did later apologize. We will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

Check in was fine, the hotel was dirty. Loud music and no quiet policy enforced. No lights on in the parking lot or front entrance. Left at 7:30am and no one at front desk and front desk was closed with a metal divider. Really want my money back!

You get what you pay for. The place is a dump and caters to long term residents. Noise at all house and dogs in next room barking all night. We were in a bind but now I know to never stay in an extended stay property.

We arrived late at the property and the lobby was closed. The attendant did come down after 15 minutes and was very polite she apologized because she did not have a number to reach us since we made our reservation through Expedia but there was only one room available instead of two. She said if I reached out to Expedia they would refund my money but she could not. Emailed Expedia trying to get money back and had no response. Mold in the bathroom broken light switch covers rust on the outside of the refrigerator. Large odor of marijuana in the hallways.

This was the dirtiest, shabbiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. The first indication was a plunger in the bathroom. What hotel keeps a plunger in the bathroom?!?! If I would have had ANY other alternative I would not have stayed there this weekend. I will NEVER stay at ANY Extended Stay Hotel again. Robbing people blind at over $260 a night.

It was just a quick trip in and out of town. This place was fine for what I needed.

Got there at 10:20 pm. Lobby reeked of marijuana with no staff to be found. Sign on window said check-in hours had changed and they close at 10:00 pm. No warning of this change. Had to find new accommodations on a very busy weekend with very little available. Parking lot had lots of people milling around, hanging out.

Floor so dirty I had to wash my feet and wear shoes on way to and before getting into bed. No ice. Shower was good. Ac worked well. Liked the soap. TV so basic not worth turning on.

For nearly $300 per nite the hotel was a dump! The rooms were not ready, there were cigarette burns everywhere, no ice machines, unbelievable!!! The front desk employees, however, were extremely accommodating and gracious! Will not stay here again!!!!

The room keys wouldn’t work so someone had to walk every guest to their room and open with a master key. Our room wouldn’t lock at all and would open even without a key but the hotel was sold out so we just took our stuff back to the car during the concert and brought it back in after. The whole floor smelled like weed and our toilet wouldn’t flush. We prepaid for a king but when we got there she said they couldn’t accommodate it.

Literally the worse hotel I've been in. Very unsafe, very run down, fixtures falling off creating health issues, cleanliness was ridiculous, hardly any staff. No ability to print electronic keys, so rooms were unsecure as management was advised to just open doors for guests each time of ingress. They didn't have time to review or insure who was in what room, nor did they ask. Anyone could have walked into any room at any time..no questions asked. When management was about about fixing the room key system, they were told the technician was off for the weekend. UNBELIEVABLE... Guaranteed social media will have a field day with this absolute lack of care, concern, health safety, etc....

2 night stay-check in we were a little late but was easy and quick. The lady at the front desk friendly and helpful. Then we parked in the back side closest to where our room was. The stairwell smelled so horrible, so disgustingly gross like Rotten food, pet urine and feces. The stench was incredibly thick in the air. The TV remotes batteries were dead but front desk couldn't help. No tv. I have insomnia. Went down to my car to smoke , I was down there long time.Allen came out,circled my car, looking in back window, didn't ask if I was okay.I got out and asked if he needed something. I informed him I had a room gave my info.He didn't like my questioning his looking in my back window because he got angry asked if I wanted him to cancel my reservation. Our last night I told him. He said he was cancelling my reservation & went inside and called the police. I waited in the lobby for them. Police ran my ID and asked if he had reason to evict and said if I could be calm. Yeah He called the police on me because he didn't like my questioning him peeking in my back windows but not checking to see if I was okay. He hoped I had warrants -I don't. All this at 4:30am. Bad

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room the condition of the room the smell of the carpet through the Halls very dirty on the third floor the night clerk sent me to a room that was already occupied and I entered the room with the key to find people laying in the bed very scary. We could have been assaulted or shot and I'm sure the people in the room was scared of us as well was scared also.

This is the first time I have stayed at this property and I will most likely stay here again. This property felt safe. It was clean, convenient and had all of the basics covered: The water was hot, the ac was cool and the tv worked well. My room was carpeted which I prefer to the solid surface flooring. Keep in mind, this property sits right on the freeway. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you will want a room facing away from the highway.

Just another repeat stay at this time hotel. I book rooms often same place it's usually one of best rates. Location is good not far from anything.

It was a great deal for getting some sleep for one night but probably won’t stay again. It just didn’t feel like the kinda hotel I thought there name stood for. Needs updated

The management and stsff are very friendly and helpful. This may not be the most modern facility but is very clean and well maintained. Their rates are better than anywhere else in the area. I'll stay here again the next time I visit the area.

I always stay here when I rent any room and I don't have anything bad at all to say about this place. Very nice and clean and the staff is great.

My stay has been pretty ok ..the only issue im having is having to house my baby (dog) elsewhere..25$ a day is basically raping my budget and splitting a family up..my dog is really the only sumone i have and i have had to leave her sumwhere else.
