    Facility was dated and shower had rust and stains and appeared unclean. We were told on check in there was no water from 9p-4a. When water finally came on it was initially grey and then had low pressure. Was offered breakfast but had concerns about eating breakfast due to the water issues so we declined. Staff unavailable by phone when we had questions about water. A pretty mediocre experience.

    Staff was excellent . One hard work in Jack . From bar tending to excellent breakfast the next day . The room was clean but the lobby needs an overhaul . Furniture was worn . Carpet in hallways also need to be replaced. Pool should be updated as well. The staff I give five stars .

    Having a handicap accessable room, was not set up for this label. There was a tub with one security bar and was in a good location, but none in the tub. The towels were on a shelf in the tub and set 6 feet high. I am 5' making it nearly impossible to reach safely. Same with the shampoo and soap dispensers, they were set too high for me to reach easily. Everything else was good, but the tub/shower was truly a fall hazard for me.

    I'm a Hilton honors member but obviously made a mistake choosing this hotel. I've stayed in the past but it's been a few years. Now they charge additional nightly deposit per person and don't think about breakfast unless you cough up 16.99 a person for a couple eggs, bacon and toast... needless to say I ate breakfast elsewhere. The elevators were under repair and being 65 they thought it would be a good idea to put me on the top floor. Parking is limited so I had to park on the opposite end of the hotel from my room. I was generous with two stars. Thank you.

    The checking in process was pretty fast. However the gentleman at the reception desk was not very friendly. I walked up and said hello, he said how may I help you? no hello back. Them he sort of pointed to the back and said the elevators are to my left.He was not wearing a name badge so I do not know his name, but the other two young ladies that I came in contact with at the desk were much better. Not overly friendly, but much better.

    Close to the highway, plenty of parking. Friendly staff. The Hot-tub was broken and covered up. There was no bars of soap in any of the hotel rooms. The Hot-tub was a reason why I booked it. No soap to wash your hands was a turn off.

    Our room was full of dust which I am allergic. I informed the front desk that I was affected by it, so they sent a person to clean it. Did not offer a different room. Cleaning made the black dust all over the ceiling coming from the vents look better but didn’t help my reaction. The lady told me to take Benadryl! The entire time I was there I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner samples because the bottles in the bathroom was empty. I am very disappointed and this was a waste of money and time to me.

    Not enough handicap parking. Never an open spot. Receptionist not very friendly. We stayed for 2 nights and were given only 2 wash cloths. Upon returning for the second night, housekeeping had not touched our room. No clean towels, trash was full. Called for towels and they brought some up. States they only clean rooms every other day. Hair dryer broken and kept falling off the wall. As much as we paid for the room I would expect better service. Will not use Hilton again in the future.

    We have always stayed at the Crown Plaza when we come for the Clydesdale sale in April. This year it was booked we stayed at the Hilton and it was beyond what we could imagine. The staff was AMAZING!! Food was amazing... they loved and greeted our Frenchies (Piper and Riot)had poopy bags for the puppers, parking lot is well lit. We will be back. Thank you again!!

    Overall was a great stay. Was just bummed that we paid like 47$ extra per night for breakfast that ended up being just normal grab and go hotel food. If you purchase breakfast in person it’s $16.95 a person, and 2 of us traveled so I’m not sure why we got charged more. But for the price of everything, I expected the hot tub to be open downstairs (it’s not which is misleading) and breakfast to be much nicer than what it was for what I paid. When checking out I had asked about it and the girl who checked me out wasn’t very helpful and seemed very dismissive of my concerns but oh well. I can’t complain about anything else because everyone was super nice and we didn’t really have any issues, and it was a shirt stay. I would stay here again, I would just not pay for breakfast in advance and just buy there to save money. Only other thing is to try not to drive south west from the hotel, it gets kind of sketchy super quick and didn’t feel too safe.

    Had a great experience, except for the pillows smelled like old men. It was just terrible, but I wrapped a sheet up around the pillows and it was fine, but the smell was atrocious when I first laid down on the pillows.

    The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is fancy. I tried to call the hotel multiple times before my trip and never got past the automated answer message. Breakfast is not included in the room price and paying extra for it as an add-on is not an option for every reservation. The out of pocket cost is high.

    It was quiet for the most part. Comfortable beds, nice staff. Found hair more than 1 hair in our whirlpool in our room. And not the hair that's on someone's head. Carpets need replaced pretty much everywhere. For 600 plus for 2 nights I'd think it would be cleaner.

    Great front entrance with complementary cookies and coffee. Loved the front desk service and hospitality . The restaurant and bar were very good and that service was top-notch. The room was 80 degrees when I first got in. It took about an hour to get it cool enough to be a comfortable 73 degrees. The sheets on the bed were very rough and scratch making it kind of hard to get to sleep.

    Room was really run down..hot tub has chipping paint in multiple areas. Was afraid to even get in it. Main reason I stayed here verses the Crown Plaza where my event was located was to have a hot tub in my room. Many areas in the room have holes or chipping paint from door stops hitting the walls and so forth. My wondow had rips in the screen. Unable to get fresh air as the bugs where coming in. As we come here every year for our event, i am sad to say I would not choose this location for me or any of my brethren.

    The location of the hotel made it easy to find other shops and venues to visit. What surprised me was that rooms are only cleaned ever other day. Unless you put in a request 24 hours a head of the time you wish to have the room clean. The otherthing is I had flowers sent to the hotel prior to my arrival. I had requested that the flowers be held until I requested thaat they be sent to my room. This was agreed to by the staff member spoken to via phone. However, my request was not carried out as requested.

    Run down. Two days in a row requested sheets be changed which didn't happen. In fact the room was not serviced either day (make bed, new towels, remove garbage) which is supposed to happen every other day without request.

    The room was tiny. The Jacuzzi tub was supposed to be meant for 3 adults but wasn't big enough for 3 children. The blanket was cheap and hard. The first blanket I had was dirty and stained. They replaced it with another dirty blanket and when I complained about it the next morning they called me a liar and told me they weren't going to do anything about it. Then told me to stay home next time. This is supposed to be an upscale hotel but it was worse than the crack head motels. Never will I stay there again.

    I booked this property for the whirlpool, which was advertised on the expedia.com website. When I arrived and went to the pool area, I discovered that the whirlpool was no longer operational and had been covered up.

    Usually I am satisfied with Hilton Hotels, but this one was really disappointing. Check in was fine, got to the room and while it appeared in good condition you could tell it needed some updates. Went to use the bathroom and discovered no soap to wash your hands with and noticed the bathtub had porcelain chips missing with a gob of shampoo in the corner of the tub. Tried to sign on to the free wifi per the hotel's instructions, but it kept wanting a promotion code and full name and email address decided not to sign in. Went to sleep and noticed a strong scent of a woman's perfume along with some other bodily odors. Gross!!!! Ended up sleeping in the chair. In addition I found it rather insulting that they charge $2.00 for the water in the room along with $16.95 for a buffet breakfast. Didn't drink the water - went to the grocery store and got 2 for a $1.00 also didn't get the buffet breakfast, but I did noticed that is wasn't anything different then what other hotels offer for their free breakfast. Will not be staying here again.

    The staff during checking in was very friendly and helpful. But, the property itself is a big disappointment. The Hotel did not live up to any Hilton Property standard. First room given the room was so dirty. The smell was so bad and crumbs all over the carpet. The front desk was so helpful and moved us to another room. The room was okay but the bathroom toilet was gross. Cleaning people needs to use brush to clean the sides of the toilet like literal dried yellowish stain all over. But, both of us were so tired for another room change so I did try to troubleshoot it myself and tried to flush the toilet several times thinking it will help get rid of the grossly stain inside the toilet bowl. Will not recommend and will never gonna come back to this property.

    Things that were not good: 1) I went to the front desk with an armload of dirty clothes and asked where the guest laundry was. They told me where it was, which was about 150 feet away, down 2 hallways. I get there, ans and there's a sign there that reads Laundry Supplies are Available in the Pantry, which is by the front desk. Had to walk all the way back to the front desk and back to the laundry. The person at the desk should have told me that soap was in the pantry. 2) I asked for more toilet paper at the desk at 8 AM and at 6 PM the TP still hadn't been delivered to the room. 3) At check in they told me that breakfast was 6 to 10 AM. We ate there the next morning and while eating, we were presented with a bill for $37 for breakfast. Nobody told us that breakfast cost $16.95 per person, then we noticed a little 18" wide sign, on the wall about 10 to 11 feet above the floor, which is an inconspicuous place. I believe management was hoping that guests would assume that breakfast was complimentary (like it has alwas been in every hotel I have ever stayed at), get their food, then find out that it's $17 a person. Won't be staying here again.

    The rooms were fine, but a little outdated and thin walls. The lotion and other bathroom toiletries needed refilled. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45 am - checkout is as 11am so that was pretty rude. Otherwise an ok stay.

    I really loved the area around this property, lots of food to eat, multiple shopping areas, movie theatre and dispensary all in walking distance! However the few things I didnt liken was the fact that the pool was a bit small for my liking, and the hot tub wasnt functioning at the time of my stay, and paying for breakfast $15 breakfast bar, but everything was average at best, a little better than most free breakfast, but if paying money for breakfast I'd expect it to be a lot better than it was, dinner menu was great though, a bit pricey, but well worth it.

    We arrived at 3:45 after a rainy and cold soccer tournament and our room was not ready. The front desk was not apologetic, they just seemed to shrug their shoulders like it was no big deal. We waited an hour for our room. There was no effort to offer anything to make up for the wait and we only knew it was ready because a line formed.

    Check in staff felt unapproachable. Rooms were not ready, "was not on their list" staff was scrambling to find rooms for both. Carpets were dirty and raised, almost tripping on them. So much chlorine in pool room, took our breath couldn't be in there. Room was cold. Toilet backed up in one of our rooms.

    We go to the Hilton every year. I feel it’s time for some updates Still very nice. But the cabinet the microwave and coffee maker sits on was split literally in half on the side. The tub was clean. But old so it’s stained.

    I booked 2 weekend trips through hotels.com with this hotel. The first weekend they wouldn't honor my reservation even though I had a confirmation from hotels.com. The second weekend after I checked out they charged my card even though the room was already paid for. When I called the hotel they told me to take it up with Expedia. The room was dirty and there were things broken in the room. Someone also tried to enter my room more than once while I was in my room alone. When I opened the door she showed me she had the same room number as me. I presume she went back down to the desk and received a different room number because I left after that so I'm not sure.

    The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dining and entry area looked very nice. The room was dated and worn, but they are getting a renovation soon. The bathroom was clean but room was dusty and not as clean as I expected. The workout room was warm and stuffy so didn’t use.

    My stay was very terrible I first got in my room and there was white stains all over the headboard I went back downstairs as for another room they gave me a sweet I was okay with it until I got into the night I turned on the air and the air conditioner was so noisy it sound like a freight train the last day that I was there it got so loud to it finally stopped at 3:00 in the morning the property carpet seem like it was a soak rag it was sparkling up all over the place I tripped several times I am a senior citizen there was mold all in the shower in the tub this place was very terrible I will not recommend it to no one and I'm going on all the sites to tell everybody about this site

    We have stayed at Hilton's all around the U.S. and loved where we stayed. This site did not come close to the others. Bath tub rusty no conditioner and the mirror in the bath was faux leather around the mirror it was pealing off. We were a family of 4 and only received 3 sets of towels we asked for another set and didnt get it. When We came back from an adventure we waited by the front desk. When we asked if any restraurants delivered meals they said they didn't know.
