There was mold and other damage to the ceiling of the bathroom. Mentioned it to the clerk on duty when I was checking out. And it seemed like he wasn't paying me attention to my concern.

The pictures of the rooms and the breakfast area on Expedia (most likely provided by hotel) were deceptive and misleading. Breakfast didn't have any of the options pictured. Had cereal, packaged oatmeal cream pies, and yogurt with juice and coffee options. Bathtub didn't have drain plug. Toilet seat broken. Weed smell throughout hotel and elevators. Room was clean, but poorly maintained. Plywood panel have nailed up sealing up pass through door.

Older hotel but room was decent and comfortable.

Breakfast is basically just cereal. Two of three pillows were unusable with stains. Bathroom toilet in rough shape. Shower chipping and hair. Overall not a well maintained location.

A place to lay your head for a night. Their regular users appear to be traveling construction workers.

If you’re there for a night or two it’s ok. Hotel in general is as a bit dirty. We had a giant hole in our bathroom ceiling. The tub wouldn’t drain properly and the road that our room faced is VERY busy and loud.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, but bed was not as firm as I like. Breakfast was disappointing due to the lack of food options. Getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging.

If you are not going to have a designated smoking area, you should at least have seats for disabled people to sit down. You should also be courteous in your delivery statement. The first day the staff was very friendly and polite. It was only this person that we did not appreciate. I wish I would have caught his name. Even the morning staff on the 2nd day was nicer than he was.

The room we stayed in (301) the substance from the ceiling was falling into the shower. Breakfast options were limited. Parking lot full with large trucks.

It was terrible. It was the worst hotel room I ever stayed in. No working smoke alarm, filthy tub, water damage to ceiling in several places, blood or something on the wall. The room smelled awful - affected our sinuses. We called Wyndham to send us to a different Wyndham and they couldn’t do it.

Had bugs in the beds and multiple transients

I had to clean the toilet before we used it. I looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. There were items in the fridge from previous occupants.

when i went to leave the guy at the desk was asleep there where matrasses pilled by elevator. had broken tiles by entrance to bathroom. there was bugs crawling in bathroom. when i got there on Friday they were spraying chemicals with a sprayer

The room was old and dated. The "breakfast" was a gallon store bought snack cakes. The staff was pleasant however when it came time to check out they didn't update the stay and charged us for the extra night. Then refused to approved the refund with Expedia due to their neglect.

The staff people were pleasant and couteous. Breakfast was ok if you like cereal, toast, etc. but no eggs, etc. The parking was fine. The room was not very clean (needed to be vacuumed). The microwave did not work.

Another reason I chose this place was because of the breakfast. There was a picture which showed a wafflemaker and microwave, and looked like a decent breakfast was available. I asked about breakfast during check-in and was told the picture was old. Breakfast was nothing more than cereal, toast, yogurt & juice. The photos of the property and room do not show what you're really getting. Even with all the lights on in the room, it still was dark. The queen size bed was hard, uncomfortable, and felt like it had a bar in the middle of it so I had to stay on one side or the other. I won't be staying there on future trips. At 1 or 2am someone was dragging something down the hallway, waking me up.

-Manager on duty was welcoming and helpful. -Area was safe enough to leave our belongings in the bed of the truck overnight - room from the ground floor had little to no traffic noise and upstairs stumping - beds were comfortable and clean Dislike: -Dirty room : • leftover food from the previous guest in the microwave • carper was sticky and had thorns in it • dust everywhere • patchy repairs all around the room • bathroom had mold on the ceiling and grout - Breakfast was very limited : bread toast, few prepackaged baking treats (Cookies and sneakerdoodles), 2 choice of sugary cereals and 2 bananas. - property is outdated

I HATE that there is no ATM inside, The tooth brushes they provide are cheap and awful. The breakfast is TERRIBLE!! It's just cereal and very small oatmeal cream pies, and honey buns. Vending machinis too expensive. $2 for a can sida is ridiculous!! Everything in the vending machine is $2. Even the super small left over honey buns they stock vending machine with after theybare lwft iver from breakfast. MONEY HUNGRY!! The worst part is that THEY ARE MICE IN ROOMS!! I LOATHE THIS PLACE and how MONEY HUNGRY they are. It's too expensive to be so trashy!

The only problem was the deadbolt didnt lock and the built in soap dispenser was gone

It was conveniently located to my doctor's office and the hospital where I was having surgery. There was no ice bucket in the room and only one trash can. There was 2 coffee cups but no coffeemaker and not water glasses. The door stuck really badly. We thought our keys weren't working but the door seemed to be swollen. Our room was humid and the sheets felt damp. Breakfast was seriously lacking. You had a choice of frosted flakes or raisin bran. There was a half used gallon jug of 2% milk and a few little Debbie's oatmeal cream pies. Wouldn't be my first choice for another stay.

The hotel staff person was nice, but the place is not very clean. My room smelled of a smoker room even though it was advertised as non smoker. Mold in the bathroom. Floor was filthy. My wife did not sleep. Place is pretty gross.

Reasonably priced, a bit dirty in the room. You need to make a u-turn at the light to get into the driveway if not going in the correct direction. They should light the entrance to the driveway.

Missing light bulbs, no working bathroom light, stained linens, door half painted, hole in door and multiple holes in carpet. Pull their franchise.

Keep looking. For just a tiny bit more $, could have had a much nicer room. Stayed just one night (State Fair and exploring downtown Springfield) and am happy for that. Cleaning was a swipe here and there, back of bathroom door was very dusty, remodel was laughable like a 2 year old did the painting. Sketchy area but close to highway. Had to ring 2x to check out - no one around. You can do better! Embarrassed for Wyndham.

Changed out towels and took trash out, never once vacuumed floors, was there for a week. Seemed like hadn’t ran a vacuum in a while. Had to get key reprogrammed twice to be able to get into hotel.

Felt like always being watched turned off lights to sleep red lites on in vents like video cameros. Horrible smells, ice machines broken, dairy products spoiled at breakfasts. PREPaid for ADA room w/2 double bed upon arrival no ADA ROOM AVAILABLE . After much complaining and $200 more ADA ROOM 1BED KING additional room offered. Bringing 2 room service dog( which ordered to stay in first room) to $500 for 3 nights!

The building was filthy and not maintained. The room was dirty and found food and chicken bones on the floor. The bathroom was in terrible condition and shower did not work and tube Nosel falling off. Room smelled bad. I would never stay at this place again.

The property had a bad order around and in the room, wasn’t clean, the elevator felt unsafe, and the bathroom was dirty having belonging left by others and faucet coming off the wall.

We had an enjoyable stay. Room was decorated nicely and beds were very comfortable and clean. A little clean up of litter would make the back parking lot look a little more inviting.

Nice place. Dont think they should wake u up at 9 o clock when you dont have to be out of there until 11 o clock. Othen than that i liked it.

The entire hotel was dirty. It smelled like urine in the rooms. The sheets were dirty. The refrigerators were disgusting. The fan did not work. The smoke detector had no batteries. The towels were dirty. The tub had hair in it. I did not even take off my clothes. I did not unpack my bag and I left the next day

The area wasn’t really great. The room itself was comfortable, bathroom is small. Breakfast they claimed to have ran out an hour before it’s said to have been available so they were very underprepared. Waited for perso. Behind decent finish a phone call for a long time before checking in. It’s overall not a terrible stay but you do get what you pay for at this location.

Parking lot always has trash around. Bagel toaster for bread doesn’t really toast bread. saw them handling bread with hands instead of tongs. Very poor continental breakfast. Room had musty smell. AC needs Lysol spray disinfectant. Customer Service is sufficient.

Right for my 2 short stay

Pretty clean inexpensive hotel with recent renovation. Not the softest sheets and no fluffy duvet but a good medium mattress and very clean sheets. Large tv with local and network chamnels like history channel. Would have loved netflix. I ooened the window and got fresh air. That was great. Bathroom shiwer was brand new and hot water and pressure was amazing. Very quiet in the hotel despite at least 30 cars there. Good mix of workers and travellers. Vendoland downstairs and large grocery store nearby

Basic amenity but clean. Some traffic noise if you have a street facing room.

Okay for the price. Room cleanliness was on surface. Some areas, refrigerator door handle, tv remote, and office chair, felt sticky. Was unable to get captions on tv and am hearing impaired. Overall this was adequate for a place to sleep.

The room smelled like cat urine, and the front desk would not move us, but they offered a can of air freshener 🙄. We requested extra towels when we reserved the room, but had to play hardball with the desk to get them. The bathroom was NASTY, including dried urine on the toilet seat and rim. There was running and screaming in the halls all night. Don’t waste your time booking this hole.

Who’s placed in a room with blood on the ceiling and the walls? I can’t believe they even rented this room look like somebody had been alive in there.

The property was average. The breakfast consisted of bread and butter and cereal. There were signs up stating it was a super start breakfast. Usually this means waffles and sometimes eggs, sausage or biscuits

Could’ve have hot breakfast gotta remember the pandemic took away a lot of things. No rudeness at the front desk hates you gotta pay $250.00 just to smoke which can affect from non smokers and to get in/out of the hotel is one way even by a stoplight intersection and the bed can be a little comfy but the room was very clean. If give it a 4.25/5

The place was easy to get too, check in was easy. Room was clean but tub was cracked and water wouldnt shut off. Then from about 10 pm till about 1 am adults were screaming at each other in the hallways and management did nothing about it. Then about 3 am the pot smoke smell started drifting heavily thru the heat system.

Everything was good.... Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room because I'm a early riser.

Heat didn't work very well and the TV only had 4 channels you could watch and you couldn't even watch those they were all scrambled

The hotel itself smelled bad and the mattresses are extremely hard and very uncomfortable. I did not get good sleep. The breakfast was crappy.. cereal, toast and oatmeal creme pies.

The bathtub had hair in it which was not mine . The comforter had what appeared to be bodily fluids on it. Behind the night hasn't been vacuumed in who knows how long and there was trash behind it. The remote was missing the back so I had to hold it in to use it.

Definitely not a place to stay for multiple nights but it was ok for one. The breakfast was a total joke. Packaged coffee cakes

The clientele that was hanging around this property were creepy, and made me feel uncomfortable. My male companion kept a very close eye to ensure my personal safety. He should not have had to do that - it made him nervous to have me in an unsafe place.

Carpet tear presented a danger of tripping, Upholstered chair arms were filthy, Room key worked sporadically from parking lot to hotel, and for room entry. Getting it reprogram took more time than it should. Overall, OK, but below My Previous normal Super 8 Experiences.

the night clerk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. i would never return only stayed for a couple hours and found a better hotel with better customer service. nothing was clean.

The experience was fine. We had a comfortable night sleep with air conditioning. The only thing that needed attention was the shower water, which remained cool despite turning on the hot water lever.

Had to ask the office to clean our rooms. They will not clean the rooms without being asked. Had to get towels from them several times to just be able to shower

This place was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. The windows opened! The breakfast was maybe a bit skimpy, but otherwise everything was good.

Attentant said door lock needed new batteries but never changed them. So always had to have someone in room at all times. With mixup in getting in the room, I left my wallet in the room. Contacted management to retrieve wallet. They said housekeeping already cleaned the room. The management (Lady) said would run down the wallet & call back. She never called back! I called her .& she said nothing she could do to get my wallet back. VERY VERY PISSED OFF with service!

We reserved a double queen bed a month in advance and when we got there, they didn’t have any rooms available to us. We were forced to cancel our reservation literally as we stood in front of the front desk and attempt to find a new hotel which totally disrupted our entire weekend. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be booking with again!

I booked four rooms for my guys who were in town working. The list of complaints i received were insane. One guy had a resident mouse in his room. One guy had a tv that would never work. The maids forgot to close one guy’s door after they “cleaned” it. Cleaned is quoted because it was never cleaned. They all complained that the hotel smelled like a dishrag that you left in the sink for two weeks. And they were told there’s a resident dealer in the hotel. They said every morning they left there were people standing around outside pretending to be busy and then would rush in to catch the door before it closed to get inside the hotel. I can go on and on but the property obviously doesnt care so im done wasting my time. I appreciative my guys didnt quit on me and i think super 8 should be ashamed of themselves.
