The hotel staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, there are mixed reviews about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, with some guests reporting issues with roaches, dust, and uncomfortable beds. The location is generally well-liked for its proximity to the beach and local amenities.
- Friendly and helpful staff

It’s right next door to an Italian restaurant and the beach is cross the street. Small dog area

The place was clean and cozy. Make sure you check in at the right location (they have 3 locations and only one office). Other than that, it was the perfect getaway vacay.
- 3/5
The pier outside our door with fishing available and poles for rent really made our stay a happy one. There was also an area to walk our dog. Our room didn't have a patio.

Our room didn't have a patio.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Awesome little place on the inlet with a dock for boats and for reading fishing relaxing or what ever you enjoy Beach just across the street and you can enjoy all the amenities at all 3 of there hotels when staying over all a great place with a good location on st.pete Beach
- 5/5
I love this place. Everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful. Very clean and I had the best experience here. I will come back.

Tiki bar at sister location had very reasonable cocktails & bonus was happy hour with complimentary local beer etc. Great location by Italian and Mexican restaurants.
- 2/5
The rooms don't look like on the photos, homeless people sleeping on the lot. Staff was really great, the beach accessibility is nice.
- 5/5
We had a girls trip in the penthouse and we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was extremely nice and responsive. The beach staff was very helpful. The nightly happy hour had local craft beers and wines. We had a great time. The resort is older but we were very comfortable.

The beach made this a highlight stay. Room was okay. Parking lot a bit tight. But a great staff made the stay an enjoyable one.
- 5/5
Fun hotel for a short stay. We had a room on the marina side. beach was about a 5-8 min walk. The resort had tons of things for kids to do. Pool bar and happy hour. The water pressure was vary low for the shower. Could have been cleaner. Can tell it’s an old building. It’s a unique place to stay.
- 5/5
This is a privately owned GEM! From check in staff to Greg that sets up umbrellas, some of the best customer service ever. The facility is older but is clean and updated. We stayed on the bayside and loved it. Tons of almost private dock space and outside activity areas. Just a short walk over to the beach resort. We would choose this one every time!
- 5/5
This Hotel is absolutely amazing, the rooms are spotless, the staff are so friendly. They check (text) on you every day to see if we needed anything. Free parking great Beach access. We diffintley will be back.
- 4/5
Nice clean room. Had to check in at one hotel, then stay down the street. No pool at our property, had to go next door. Would not stay here again. Staff was amazing though!

Family run, quaint decor, very clean, excellent/friendly staff (especially Cherish & Blanca), great locations High resort fee ($38 per night) & extra $10 per night per person over 2 people can add up-In rooms that sleep 4 (ie 2 beds) unsure why this is charged

The room was comfortable. The registration staff were very pleasant. The TV turned on but we couldn’t figure out how to tune get any channels. We called the desk & they said they’d send someone, but never did. Also, registration was not on the premises, it was 2 blocks away, which we didn’t find out until after we parked.

The room wasn't matching to the pictures
- 3.5/5
Location is great, while dated the rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the price. Liked that we were able to access all the facilities for the multiple sites, I.e pool and a section of the beach with beds and loungers for guests. The best thing for me was the deck at the back of the property where we managed to see wild dolphins within metres of us (twice!) while sunbathing. I would described this place as relatively basic, it’s not luxurious, but we knew that given the pricing. The property decor is a little dated, the rooms are a little small and the location we stayed in was noisy at times (we were ground floor so could hear traffic / people walking by / the room upstairs) Ok our final night our aircon was also quite noisy too.
- 4.5/5
Great location view of marina close to beach Free wine and beer in happy hour Helpful staff Nothing
- 0.5/5
It wad nothing like the pictures or description. We chose not to stay, and to find a place that met the description and expectations.
- 5/5
Enjoyed stay, pet friendly, very clean. Happy hour extra bonus. Will be back for certain.
- 5/5
Room was clean staff was friendly
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. My room overlooked the water and had a little patio where I could sit and enjoy it.
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Spotless room beautifully decorated. Easy check in. Gorgeous beach.
- 5/5
The room was cute and clean. It was right on the water with an amazing view. There was wildlife in the water and there was area for fishing. It was very peaceful and nice.

Big room, functional small kitchen, fully furnished with great appliances.
- 4/5
It was a very clean, cute little room.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette. Beautiful view of the water. Can watch the birds. Close to stores, restaurant, St. Pete beach, Tampa bay, and old Tampa bay, and other sites. The city of St. Petersburg and Tampa.
- 3/5
Also shower was not draining well.. People were okay... good enough. Check in location was different than where we stayed, which we didn't know, so it took time for us to figure out where we can check in. Other than that it was good.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Love the Retro Style
- 4/5
Nice chill hotel on water side.
- 5/5
The room was clean , and Judy was friendly and always available to help with anything. The reception was always helpful, and the free morning coffee was excellent. Free happy hour from 4-5 daily was very enjoyable. There were lots of available activities that the grandchildren enjoyed, and they made some good friends.
- 4/5
Staff courteous and a fun place.

- 4/5
Good room and location for the price. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
It's a mini kitchen but it served the purpose and we could make breakfast and white meals in the room so we did not need to eat out every meal. The property is clean. Staff is friendly. Happy hour was excellent. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great Stay!!! The room was clean, the property was great, staff super friendly, and the location is amazing!! We will totally be back.
- 5/5
Great staff & location!
- 5/5
Staff were amazing. Loved our room. Will definatley be coming back to this hotel. Extra benifit , Tesla charger and wine/beer hour
- 5/5
Great location to walk to restaurants and beach. Tanner and Cherish were awesome!
- 5/5
Very nice retro hotel one minute from the beach and right on a bay inlet. Room had fridge, appliances and cutlery. Nice patio out back and within walking distance of everything. Great value as well, would love to stay here again when visiting St Pete Beach.
- 5/5
Really nice, quiet convenient.
- 5/5
The staff has been just awesome. From the moment we came in to check in! Cherish was so friendly and actually let us check in early and our room was ready. We have a gorgeous view overlooking the Bay. What else is fantastic is we have access to all the properties if we want to go to beachside! This place is a hidden gem!!!!
- 1/5
This was a terrible experience we came to stay for only one night me and my husband drove separate cars and and met up with our young children, my son and his wife were just visiting there. the woman took 20 min to get us signed in. the next morning they were taking pictures of the car i happen to be outside because we were loading our things up only for him to say that we would need another parking pass if we were going to stay I advised him that no one told me about another parking pass and that we were checking out anyways and there was no need. we went to there other other resort to swim and enjoy the amenities and then they took a picture again and told us we were going to be charged we checking the email and sure enough they tried to charge for towels, extra people, and an extra car. which to me was not right.. When we checked in it should have been stated that there would be a charge then. but that was not made aware. so instead of the org charge of 134.00 we are another 100 dollars over. I will be disputing

- 5/5
Great view of the water, room was spotless and very comfortable
- 5/5

- 5/5
Awesome stuff! Amazing location will definitely come back
- 5/5
Unique place on bay with great views!
- 5/5
Great location and amazing service.
- 5/5
Great lil place! 3 sister properties, private beach, free happy hour I could go on and on. We will definitely return. This is our new favorite getaway!
- 4/5
The hotel is a small and quaint hotel. It is old but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is extremely small. Overall, the hotel was nice for an overnight trip.
- 4/5
The property is older and in my opinion can use an upgrade. The location is excellent and the staff phenomenal!
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff and great location!
- 4/5
We stayed at the Bayview Plaza, the service was very good. The staff made sure you were taken care of and were friendly. Access to the beach and pool across the street were nice! The resort is eco friendly, clean, and convenient.
- 4/5
The staff at this multi-property family resort are incredibly kind, professional, and responsive, with a special shout out to Kylie? (long braids) who came over to our bayside room from the main beachside office numerous times and was very helpful! I think this property is great for families, with lots of kid-friendly oversized “topiaries,” activities, cartoony “shark art” and outdoor space. There are grilling/picnic areas/decks, clean pools, and we saw manatees in the bay! The queen 1BR suite we stayed in was freshly painted, clean and quite large — would sleep 6 comfortably with lots of room for bags, toys, etc. — but felt a little spartan in amenities (no carpets, limited lighting fixtures, unattractive bright LED’s). As a couple we were comfortable but it wasn’t quite the level of luxury and “escape” that we were wanting, and we had to engage the (always-helpful) staff to contend with a string of little issues with a broken ice maker, lockouts, and TV/internet problems. Our balconies were directly on Gulf Blvd with no real view and a very bright large white sign for a defunct business next door shining into the bedroom all night (not sure how that’s even allowed, with orange-hued “Sea Turtle Lighting” everywhere else.) I will say that even though our room was across the street, beachside access was very easy and the bay inlet was picturesque, and I think overall it’s a great place — with lots of walkable dining and a Walgreens — to stay for a few family days.
- 4/5
The staff were the best part of the property. It wasn't super convenient to go to the main office for anything because of having to cross a busy road and walking a block and parking was limited so we couldn't park there to use the pool or amenities. The room itself was clean and we appreciated the view on the bay but the bed wasn't comfortable at all. Overall, it was a decent value but the office being so far offsite with the better pool, beach access and bar but no parking for guests of the other hotels was a real detractor for us.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff what so kind and helpful. Loved how we were able to fish and enjoy the pool. Only issue is we have a huge roach in our room one night but it’s Florida what can you expect! We will definitely be back in the future!
- 5/5
Great hotel. This is a gem in the middle of St. Pete Beach.
- 5/5
Property was in a great location with great amenities. Tanner was amazing and got us checked in early because our flight arrived so early. Every single staff member we talked to was very helpful and so friendly. Can’t wait to come back!!
- 5/5
Very cute property. Staff was top notch, communicative, friendly, accommodating. Walkable to many places to eat. Saw a manatee munching off the dock, caught some fish, enjoyed with peacefulness. Only thing needing attention is the beds need to be replaced.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in St Pete Beach.
- 5/5
I really liked that it was a small, very friendly environment. The staff greeted you with a WELCOME HOME. I thought that was a nice touch. All and all I had a great experience.
- 4/5
Nice location. Best to reserve room closest to beach access because their are 3 properties but only one has beach access. Pools are clean. Free happy hour at pool near beach access. There are a couple of restaurants nearby and a Walgreens. If you have a boat, you can dock it on the property on the bay. They have grills available for cooking out and a nice kitchen in each room.
- 4/5
Great staff! Fun hotel - super cute!
- 5/5
The vintage style inside the lobby is so cool, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful day at the beach on the resort property and our room was very clean and quaint. Can't wait to visit again.
- 5/5
Staff was absolutely amazing. Always checking in with us to make sure we were ok. Tons of food and entertainment options within short walking distance. Dolphins, Manatee coming up close to our room everyday. Very peaceful it was an absolute wonderful and relaxing time.
- 5/5
The staff was so accommodating and friendly. I was in for two short nights and arrived at the hotel at 2 AM. They let me grab my keys, go to my room to sleep and come back once awoken to fully checkin.
- 2/5
There were roaches. The curtain was filthy. TV wouldn’t work. Bed was uncomfortable. Lots of noise from the air conditioning. I barely slept and will not be staying there again.
- 5/5
Nice balcony and lakeview
- 4/5
We had a penthouse unit. It was very roomy with walls of glass The only downfall was the tiny one sink bathroom. We considered moving to another hotel just for that reason
- 5/5
Our first time but only for two nights. We will be back next season for an extended stay.
- 5/5
Clean and quite
- 4/5
Loved that this hotel ( at least part of it) is beachfront. Easy walk to grocery store, restaurants etc. could use a little updating. Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice little room. Not very clean as there was thick dust on the furniture and shower needed a good cleaning. Noise issues at night and parking was tight. Office staff were very nice. Right across the street from beach access which was delightful.
- 1/5
Absolutely nothing went right in this hotel stay. The fan operates off of a remote and they wrote doesn’t work, the fan blew all night, and I could not turn it off. The air conditioner does not work. The television remote does not work and I could not get a hold of anyone who works here to help or possibly move me to a new room. I would like a refund and I would never stay here again. This has affected the following day for me now I have nowhere to stay during the day because I don’t have enough money to get another room. I am from Texas but vacation in Florida and this has ruined my day.
- 5/5
Look no further if you’re booking a trip, you will not be disappointed with this resort!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. The staff is top notch, so kind, and made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The property is beautiful and spotless, so many welcoming touches. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great experience. They checked on us to see how our room was, offered a free happy hour at the bar, so many nice amenities, anything you could imagine for a great night’s stay. I would make a special trip back to Florida JUST to stay here again! 10,000/10 WONDERFUL!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Rooms were cute, a little snug, but that was made up for by the excellent location— who wants to stay in the room!! The art was fantastic. We will definitely be back
- 4/5
The room was very nice and clean. Loved the little dock on the water to and enjoy the evening air.
- 5/5
amazing place!!
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff is amazing! I’m going back again in 11 days for my Birthday. Caught so many fish off the docks. It was cold and it rained and we didn’t even care, that’s how pleasant and relaxing this place is. Park your car and walk across the lot and you have a Mexican and an Italian restaurant. Also Walgreens if you forgot to pack something.
- 5/5
Perfect getaway
- 4/5
It was a little tricky getting into the property. The view from the room was beautiful. I thought it had real rooms but realized it was almost like a studio or loft.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very comfortable, friendly staff, a great value.
- 2/5
It was a cute property but after paying for my stay at checkin, walking over to my room I noticed the pool was not even filled up which is one reason I booked this; even tho they have another pool at a sister site which is down the street a few blocks and across Gulf Blvd, I wanted to be near my room while at the pool in order to check on my dog . They would not offer any discount. And the doggie play area they offered had a kiddie pool with no water and no hose to fill it up. Pretty disappointing
- 5/5
Very quiet! I like how the beach is across the street and easy to walk to without having to deal with all the noise and craziness that comes with being on the beach. You can see the sunrise if you have a room with a bay view and then watch the sunset across the street on the beach later! Would stay again!
- 5/5
The directions to where to Go to Check in was confusing and the signs are not clear
- 5/5
Friendly, simple check-in. Great accommodations. Clean, simple, comfortable beach hotel.
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond. They offer great perks and the stay was very comfortable
- 4/5
I like it was quiet. Didn’t like the look of place.
- 5/5
Thank you.
- 5/5
Check in was a little confusing because we didnt know we had to check in at the main hotel at first. After we parked we saw signs directing us down the road. We arrived around noon and they let us check in early, which was great. The room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and the porch looking out to the bay was a nice touch. It was on a busy road but sitting on the porch you wouldnt know it. We would stay there again if ever in the area.
- 5/5
Wonderful boutique hotel on the water. Such a peaceful environment and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The staff are by far the nicest I have encountered. The only negative is the loud AC unit in the room.
- 4/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Great staff and very good approach and service. These owners clearly are dedicated to great accommodation and excellent service. Our room a little small but still a great place to stay…
- 3/5
Nice place but felt like I was staying at a frat house with a domineering house mother. Rules, rules, rules. Guests MUST wear a plastic wrist band at all times on the property or face trespassing charges. Really??? Signs everywhere threatening to tow your car if the parking pass isn't displayed on the dash. I understand they might have problems with people trying to access the beach through their property but certainly there's a better way to deal with it than how they chose to.
- 5/5
Great amenities, ability to use the 3 resorts. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Will stay again.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable with all the basics.
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beach right behind the “sister” resort was beautiful & clean. My only issue during our stay which might not be an issue for some was, I take showers with super hot water. The water was luke-warm at best no matter what time of day it was. Other than that, it was one of the cleaner, less chaotic family-owned beach places I’ve ever stayed at (Fort Myers beach, Daytona beach, Miami Beach).
- 5/5
Thank you Sheldon n Niki ❤️
- 5/5
Property is unique and has a lot to see and experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to return and stay there again for an extended period.
- 5/5
Nice stay friendly staff. Can go to 3 resorts with your stay access to beach pools and beach bar.
- 2/5
I’ll start with the good and there are two, location and space of the two bedroom unit I stayed (826) And the rate was $400 a night !!! This is a two star MOTEL at best. First you have to walk the length of two football fields to check in The furniture inside the needs to be burned, not donated but burned. The couch or live seat was dirty and so uncomfortable, very little support. Is better than sitting on the floor but good lord ! How about you guys update it. The beds squeezed like cheap beds in a by the hour motels If you want coffee in the morning, put on your hiking gear again because you have to go back to check in (2 football fields ) to get it ! And they call it coffee but it’s more like dirty water than coffee. Yeah it’s safe to say that I would never stay here again !!!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Despite the buildings being a bit older, the room was updated and the outdoor seating on our balcony and all of the waterfront areas was in good condition. The kitchenette was a convenience that was not expected but that we utilized. We stayed on the bay-side which was a short walk from the main office and beach-front pool area. We spent time at both pools and the bay-side was definitely more quiet and had less foot-traffic. The staff provided excellent recommendations for food and drink establishments in the area. If I had one criticism it would be the towels (both pool and room bath towels) could be updated, as they had clearly seen some miles. However, everything else was really terrific and we had a great time.
- 3/5
room much smaller than described in ad, barely enough room to walk around bed. Bathroom also extremely small with no organized space to put bathroom supplies. No sofa. Tiny round table provided, exceptionally small; two chairs very uncomfortable for sitting. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
This resort is clean, convenient, and fun! The staff and customer service was very superior to a typical hotel. It was very easy to text them questions and get a quick response during the stay. The rooms are very nice and clean. We loved knowing that they were using eco friendly practices. My only complaint would be that there are no beach chairs included, so if you are flying to visit you are stuck renting or with a small towel and that the pool was freezing cold and not heated, so we were not able to swim.
- 4/5
the room was smaller than expected and the mattress wasn't firm
- 1/5
After moving in we fou d out that AC is broken. Went back to the front desk and the person on duty told me that they are aware of the issue but they cant do anything . At first she offered me room exchange but only IF I pay more. But then she backed up an offer saying there is no other room available. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Outdated property , there was no soap !!! 0 stars
- 5/5
Relaxing, like that it’s not corporate - fun vibe.

Everything was good. Consider putting Kurigs in rooms
- 4/5
Good place to stay close to the beach. Everything was going good until a drunk guy jump the fence on the balcony and start knocking our door at 2 am trying to open the door. Obviously a scary moment to us. He stay almost 20 minutes trying to get in our room, until he finally walks out when my husband tell him for the 5th time "this is not your room, get out of our balcony or we are going to call the police". The next day when I complained at the office, the lady say " thats weird it never happened before and I have being working here for 3 years" and I request them to check the security cameras and she still saying the same thing like she dont believes what happend and then make a note for the manager. It was a really bad experience.
- 5/5
Very impressed on the customer service and cleanliness of the room.
- 1/5
I paid almost $500 for a room that looked like a motel 6 with no amenities. The bed sunk in the middle. The bathroom looked dirty the windows were disgusting. You had to slam the door for it to close. The only thing that was nice was the pictures in the walls
- 5/5
Love the eco friendliness!!!
- 3/5
It was congested. Our intercoastal waterway room was beside a dog play area. Also, Walls were very thin. Did not think it was worth the price.
- 3/5
Staff however was friendly at the front desk
- 5/5
the hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. the hotel itself had fun things to do and located on the beach, and giving access to their hotel located on an intercoastal canal as well where we were able to see dolphins and manatees
- 3/5
The place was just ok I Just think it is a bit overpriced.
- 5/5
I like it because it has the little kitchen and things you need but the shower is to small and if you are enjoying your time w your spouse the bed is very squeaky. Not very enjoyable:( but other then it’s ok
- 5/5
Nice beach facilities. Had trouble getting TV to work, someone came to help. Window over bed needs to be replaced, wouldn’t lock, don’t think it can be fixed. Alexa was unplugged.
- 5/5
Nice location, great staff.
- 5/5
The only thing i wish they had was a secure place to keep our luggage when staying after check out. I did not have any issues just a thought.
- 5/5
The staff was phenomenal.
- 4/5
Property is nice..
- 5/5
The people here are very friendly and amazing. It’s well worth the price. They have a lot of attractions at the hotel that are free like, giant jenga, giant chess, giant beer pong, curling, ping pong table, tiki bar, and so much more. They offer free coffee and beer during certain times. The views from the rooms are amazing. Overall we wish we can stay here forever.

Great no-frills stay. Check in at a separate property down the street. No daily cleaning. Well equipped kitchenette. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Only complaint was a family staying above us - sounded like the kids ran non-stop from daylight until midnight and like furniture was being moved around all day and night. Weird. Hotel staff reminded them to be quiet which resulted in the addition of jumping and stomping. Can’t blame that kind of assholery on the property. I’d ask for a room upstairs next time.
- 1/5
The room we booked was not the one we were given. They charge 45.00 for an additional car. 10.00 for additional people. The office is several blocks away at another hotel. There's no securiry. The first room we were given did not have a separate bedroom like I paid for. It had several spiders running around. When we tried to go outside we were locked in our room and had to wait for them to get us out. The deadbolt jammed. I am disabled and can't do stairs. The second room had stairs. The third room was sandy and has black mold in the bathroom. There is no coffee or phone in any room. The office people are very nice and tried to help. The properties are nice and the location is great but the extra fees are ridiculous. We will not be back.
- 2/5
No internet the air conditioning was barley cool front desk did not care they charged 40 a day for a 3 lb dog it was terrible overpriced
- 4/5
Once check-in was made, room was not available. Once room was available, the room itself was clean and evything in order and working.
- 3/5
Cannot justify this establishment at the price point. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and the sheets were dirty upon arrival. They were at least responsive when we told them.

My children and I weren’t quite ready to leave our trip but the current condo we were staying in wasn’t available for one more night. I decided to find a hotel & settled on Bayview. Note there is no price difference in this facility & any other on the beach, which is an average of $300++ a night. It’s an older facility but I’m fine with that as long as it’s well maintained. When I initially checked in, the office seemed clean & updated so I assumed that would follow in the room. However, once I entered my room, I noticed a smell. I couldn’t quite figure the smell out but assumed it was because of it being an older facility. By appearance, it seemed clean but that night I began seeing roaches! Two big ones on the wall near where we slept & several small ones in the kitchen. There’s no way they’re not aware of the issue. Between management, staff & guest, they know but of of course they’re not going to tell you lol when you book. Thankfully for us, it was just one night!

We had 3 small children with us and were given a room with a big window that looked right into the parking lot like we were in a fish bowl. The furniture in the room was old and broken down and there was a pest I

It was great, Already booked another stay

Ok stay, but the place is a bit weird. It doesn’t match the area with the strange 50s theme. Also, if you’re staying intercostal side, you have to walk down Guld Blvd to check in.

Loved this place. We stayed on the marina side in the “Penthouse” which had ample room for 4-6 people and a full kitchen. Only downside to having that many in the room would be the one tiny bathroom, but there was just the two of us so it was just fine. Loved using the beach across the street at the main resort (we drove over instead of walking since the road has a lot of construction going on at this time) and stayed until sunset. They have lots of family friendly things for visitors - sand toys, grills, ping pong, etc. After that we sat on our lovely balcony overlooking the lights around the marina. Plenty of places to sit. All of the staff we came into contact with were extremely pleasant and helpful. Property is close to many places to eat. We will be back!

Great hotel with access to two other hotels, one on the beach side and a very short walk. Staff was so friendly and loved hotel was eco friendly. Room was great with its own patio on water. Nice common area with tables/chairs snd fishing area. Nicely lite up at night. Enjoyed the happy hour with free beer and wine. We only stayed one night, wish we had more time to stay longer. Will definitely return when we are in the area

We had a nicely decorated, ground floor room with 2 queen beds, a good sized bathroom & a kitchenette. But the wow factor! was the fenced patio overlooking the Bay! Breathtaking! A nice pool, decks with tiki huts, dog playground, docks to fish from, etc. And across the street, at the 50's style check-in office, is another pool, free wine & beer Happy Hour, and don't forget the beach! The staff is very friendly & welcoming! I'll definitely be back.

The check in point is little down the road, but not very far. Lots of construction happening in front of the hotel. Staff was really friendly, concept of the place was really unique. I didnt really get a good view of the water like i wanted, the staff wanted to get me a new room but they were completely booked. They did waive the late check out fee for me since we went to breakfast and it took forever to be served. Communication with staff was great. Not sure if i would stay again only because of the price of the room and the fact that its on the bay side and not the beach side. The staff was amazing though and the room was very clean!

Had to check in at a different location. Took 20 minutes or more to check in. Rooms are nice but very small. Wear wristbands to unlock door. Nice location with bay view.

This is an older well maintained hotel. "Old Florida" The beds were very comfortable. The staff was outstanding. Very lovely amenities for a relaxing vacation. People were catching fish right off of the dock. In the evening they have a free beer and wine happy hour. Met some lovely people from Michigan and Georgia. We were there for a wedding so we really didn't get to enjoy all the amenities. We hope to go back. The beach and water was beautiful.

From the moment we arrived our trip was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and on top of it. Our room was perfect, enjoyed the Bayview, and great location. Easy walk across to the beach. ***We left 2 items and the staff immediately reacted and mailed them to me. Will definitely be back.
