Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its beautiful property, close proximity to the beach, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms, as well as issues with the front desk staff and noise levels.

Everything was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were kind and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each time was great. I enjoyed the 3 bars that the hotel offers and the non-alcoholic options offered as well.

Great food
- 5/5
absolutely AMAZING stay. Staff was friendly and always there if needed. Pool, main lobby, restaurant, and bar were amazing and clean. The show stopper was the rooftop bar and lounge. Fantastic scenery over the beach, Don Cesar in view and a luxury place for an affordable price. We will 100% be coming back to this location in the future.
- 5/5
Rooftop bar is excellent
- 3.5/5
The property itself was very beautiful and the restaurant was fantastic. I found many dirty spots in the hotel, unclean areas around the corners.
- 4.5/5
Hotel was great, staff ever so helpful and food and wine were superb. There is no direct access to the beach as all private beaches opposite. However, a 5 minute drive got you to a good beach.
- 5/5
Room and property were amazing. Everything was clean and updated. The staff is incredible and very friendly, helpful. I’m local but I will definitely be back for another staycation.
- 5/5
Hotel is perfectly located. Aesthetically curated as soon as you walk into the lobby you can tell. The staff was great, everyone was very attentive and we even got a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room that we very much enjoyed. The pool is great with a shaded area in case you do not want sun with the bar comfortably located upstairs in their restaurant that’s located inside the hotel. Didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop. Only negative observation I have was finding some hairs on the towel when we first arrived, were not ours as we hadn’t used the towels by then. Some things were a little dusty, I’m assuming the room hadn’t been cleaned since the last person that stayed there left and one of the robes had a stained so I couldn’t wear it.
- 3.5/5
Great location Tiny and rough bath towels, no padded sunbeds despite photo shown, lumpy pillows, room cleanliness not great

10/10 a great hotel. Will be staying here again. We booked this as a last minute celebration as we just got engaged, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everything was relaxing, clean, and just over All wonderful. They have everything you need right there in the hotel. Do not over look this spot if you’re thinking about booking
- 2/5
We ended up driving to a public beach and paying extra for parking. In the end, all the amenities we needed from Hotel Zamora were a disappointment. I could've paid $100/night for a 2 star hotel and get the same result.

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Great staff! From valet to front desk to housekeeping! Hotel was a beautiful building. Great location. Really enjoyed the golf cart shuttle to the beach and provided chairs and umbrellas. Rooftop Bar and poolside bar were not open on Memorial Day. I was double charged for my room after paying on booking.com, however Hotel staff was helpful and fixing mistake and my money was returned after check out.. also wish that the on-site bar was open a little later than 10:00 but it was a Sunday and Monday holiday weekend. When looking on booking.com it seemed that the hotel was closer to beach access. But Hotel did a great job of having golf cart shuttle

The rooms were large and very comfy. Loved the snacks at the lobby. The pool was nice. A little too many dead bugs though.
- 5/5
A little better maintenance to the room equipment (i found a broken bed lamp with a potential of electrical cables exposed and possible short circuit or fire; a broken shower hand shower; a very dirty humidifier fitters ) so in general the room was great but this litle items need to be taken care off
- 3/5
I was very disappointed with our stay at Hotel Zamora. I have stayed in the past and was excited to go back. There were 2 weddings scheduled the weekend I was there, which caused an understaffing issue and many miscommunications. For example, we got a ride from the hotel to the beach and were told to call the hotel when we wanted to be picked up. I called for 20+ minutes with no answer so we decided to call an uber. The hotel seemed chaotic, understaffed, and kinda dirty.
- 4/5
The food was delicious. The prices were as expected for an upscale hotel but on par for the freshness and quantity of food. Of course, the servers and bartender were courteous, friendly, and accommodating. They have a great selection of specialty drinks, the bartenders will make you whatever you want - even if you aren't quite sure what that is! My only disappointment was with the housekeeping staff. I arrived on a Monday and left on a Thursday - and talked to the front desk Wednesday - but no one came to make my bed, give me new towels I requested, or empty trash. I was told they were short staffed, but, considering nothing was done for my entire stay, I was disappointed that all I got from the front desk was a "yeah, we were short staffed". A sincere apology with even a small amount off the bill would have been nice. I will still recommend this hotel and hopefully be able to stay again.
- 2/5
staff was slow and no so good towels were broken and really small and rough we stayed before and it was ok but this time was not good
- 3.5/5
Nice roof top bar Only valet parking .. tip, tip, and more tips Beach stuff worn down and ways to the beach
- 5/5
This was my first stay at Hotel Zamora and it totally exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway as the pool, the views and the restaurant are wonderful. I will definitely be going back again!
- 4/5
Pool area was great, loved that it was partly undercover. Staff were friendly and room was modern and very comfortable. It wasn’t as quick to get onto the beach as I thought it would be.
- 3.5/5
The air conditioning didn’t work in our room
- 3/5
Restaurant was just ok, staff needs to be better trained in all operations of the hotel. Did not like that there was no self parking option. Valet was great but I like to self park, if possible. High price for an average experience!!
- 4.5/5
Proximity to St Petersburg Beach

- 4/5
Location on the waters edge, lovely staff. Towels too small, not enough clothes hangars.
- 5/5
Fabulous location, quality of hotel, cleanliness and staff were superb. Not a bad thing to say about any of it. A wonderful few days!
- 5/5
The restaurant and rooftop bar in the hotel were great.
- 5/5
Great room and staff, loved the pool and the resort fee included valet parking which was amazing! Quick walk to the beach or they have a golf cart to bring you there and back every day too!
- 3/5
Hotel was understaffed, but friendly enough, some extra training would help.
- 5/5
Stayed here for BTS weekend it was AMAZING
- 3/5
Property is very nice. Staff was mixed. Kelsey and Mastafo, servers, were excellent. The rest need to be trained. Poor customer service and lack of skills. Place could and should be great.
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
Classy, clean, comfortable hotel with a very friendly staff.
- 4/5
The Zamora Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. It had a relaxing vibe about it. The restaurant was wonderful with excellent staff and food! The valet service was outstanding! It was very low key and what we wanted. Clean and would recommend!
- 1/5
The room wasn’t ready. They told us we’ll text you when it is and gave us NO information. They didn’t even offer to take our bags. They didn’t tell us where we can wait or anything. It’s mandatory valet. No parking option The beach is VERY far and the staff at the front desk gave us no instructions to figure out the shuttle service. We once waited for 30 min to get picked up from the beach to come back. The staff at the front desk are rude and not knowledgeable. They didn’t know how far the private beach is. They ignore our requests. We asked for our room to be cleaned and came back after 3 hours.. nothing was cleaned… I have so many more stories. Overall Do NOT recommend this hotel unless they change their staff..
- 3/5
Cleanliness was about 2 1/2 on a scale of 1-5. Had expected more for what we paid for the room. We ate breakfast twice it was ok. Parking Valet was prompt . Setting of hotel was nice Location was more for a younger crowd, but that is on us as travelers. As an older couple we need to pay more attention on future trips
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean amenities, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
Great location to St. Pete. Valet was really nice and prompt. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms are perfect size, love the boutique style. Definitely coming back.

They towed my RV when it was parked where they told ME to put it. In a valet only parking, I parked two blocks down and had a ticket in the window. On the day I was to leave, my RV was towed by the managers of the hotel. The clientele that go here are stuck up. Too much for a small ass room and a bucket for a pool. Don't waste your money!

I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in town. The hotel is spectacular and the rooms are big and very comfortable. Very impressed!

First, I did not receive any Expedia benefits at all, which was very disappointing considering I booked through the platform. The room was dirty when we arrived. It did not feel clean or properly prepared for guests, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we didn’t get our room until after 4:00 PM, causing unnecessary delays and ruining part of our day. The amenities were also very disappointing. The pool is extremely small and unattractive, nothing like what you would expect or see in photos. The bar closes at 5:00 PM, which makes no sense for a hotel where people go to relax—especially as a couple. Everything felt limited, inconvenient, and poorly managed. Overall, everything was complicated, from check-in to the entire experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are far better options for the same price or even less.
- 3/5
Pretty & new lobby. Rooms are very spacious & nice. Bathroom was simple & the shower wasn’t clean with a previous guess clump of hair on the wall. I asked for it to be cleaned & 2 days later I took the hair off myself. The light also didn’t work in the shower but did get fixed. They never replaced our TP so we had to request more & we never had tissue so i requested some & they never gave us any. This made the hotel feel like a 2 star place.
- 2/5
Fell short of expectations for the price. Many things to like about this "boutique" hotel- the design, well-trained staff, restuarant overlooking bay, valet parking, location. However, many things NOT to like. While bayside (pool & restaurant) views are lovely, other side overlooks a busy, loud street. Enjoyed shuttle to beach, but not the walk back (on the busy road) when they failed to answer 3 calls for a pickup. Pool closed due to broken glass in the pool, knocked over the edge of the restaurant balcony directly above (design/safety issue needs to be addressed) pool area had used towels on ground and on chairs for several hours, no pool staff in sight, Rooftop closed for wedding, only left one small corner open for hotel guests, no bar service (an amenity we looked forward to enjoying). Carpets in hallway badly stained and also appeared dirty. Room nice enough, bathroom dated. The major disappointment was booking and pre-paying for a premium king balcony view room, and being told upon check-in that it was not available, they were 100% booked. They offered drink vouchers and $100 off the room, on the lowest floor with a street/parking lot view. Staff claimed they would contact Expedia for partial refund, but did not. Several calls from Expedia and myself to the manager were not returned, I don't expect that Hotel Zamora management will do the right thing. I'm not the first with this complaint (read the negative reviews). If you expect luxury and honesty, book elsewhere
- 4/5
Clean and beautiful room. Great service. Nice pool and jacuzzi. A bit of a walk to shops, and 10 min walk to beach but they can take you there in a golf cart.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 4/5
wish the pool was just for hotel guests, not paying public

The hand towels are bar rag quality Hallway carpets dirty At times the single desk person had a bit much to do to help all those waiting

Parking was easy, room were clean but thermostat wasn’t adjustable and shower water pressure was low
- 4/5

- 5/5
We had the best time ever here! Would totally go back! Xoxo
- 5/5
Parking service was convenient, bar was great, pool was just okay. It’s not on the beach so you have to walk on the Main Street to get there. They will bring you there with their golf cart.
- 5/5
So lovely!!! Staff is incredibly accommodating. Will definitely return to the Hotel Zamora
- 4/5
I withheld a 5 star rating because I had an issue/observation which I wanted to discuss with the property GM. I had some thoughts that would benefit both the guests and the hotel staff regarding beach transportation. Asked for 5 minutes of her time to 3 different people at the reception, but evidently, they could not convince her to talk to me. First request was Tuesday……departed the hotel on Friday. The rest of the team there was outstanding.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Room clean and quality linens. On site restaurant are very good. Bathroom was open to bedroom. Privacy screen would be nice. I would go back. Beach in area is very good. And plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Rooftop bar was nice too

Most of the units do not have ocean view. Breakfast opens at 8am.

The sheets had black stains on them. I was there for three nights and they never changed the sheets. There was no shower gel in the bottle and I requested it the first day, and had to go down the third day and ask again. I had a cup of coffe the first morning and they left the dirty coffee cup in the room the entire stay. At $400+ per night I wont stay there again.

Watching the sunsets at the rooftop bar was amazing. Food at the hotel restaurant is delicious
- 5/5
Love this hotel. Clean rooms that are bright and white. Free valet(tipping not included), included beach bikes and kayaks, endless views(sunrise & sunsets) from the rooftop, restaurant with amazing food, and friendly staff. Take my money please.
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice from the pleasant valet to the check in service, to the servers at the restaurant and our clean room.
- 4/5
Beautiful Hotel. Our room was a 10/10. Sunrise from our balcony was stunning. The complimentary bikes were a great touch. Valet seemed silly and was an unnecessary expense. The hotel lot was pretty empty and we could have parked ourselves. However, the valet staff was extremely attentive and very helpful. The hotel doesn’t have a private beach and public access was not close by. The valet offered to drive us in a golf cart with beach chairs and umbrella to a location north of the hotel. My husband and I preferred the south side of the island and we rode to Pass-A-Grill. We actually rode the bikes that way every day during our stay. Wish the pool side bar was open more frequently. I think it was closed just about every time we were poolside. Overall great little getaway.

Very nice easy check in and good food
- 4/5
The hotel was beautiful and clean, but the woman at the front desk was very rude.
- 5/5
The room and hotel decor were chic and clean looking-felt like I was actually on the Mediterranean. I felt that the staff were terrific and not overbearingly friendly.
- 4/5
Hotel comfortable, staff lovely . Barman made me drinking chocholate both nights
- 5/5
Clean easy check in,friendly staff
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Beautiful room. Accommodating.
- 4/5
Hotel was beautiful, breakfast and lunch were excellent. Apon arrival I did have to wait about 15 minutes for front desk(they gave me a "free drink"). The hallways were a little dingy. The room itself was vanilla. One thing that caught my attention was the bed didn't have a fitted sheet on mattress, just a single sheet that still exposed the mattress. The hotel was pricey. I'd have stayed longer if I was able to get a better deal
- 5/5
Nice stay, cool rooftop patio. Large comfortable rooms. Ours looked out to the ocean.
- 5/5
Great service and a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was superb. I will stay there again
- 4/5
Fresh, clean, great location, attentive staff.
- 5/5
It was fabulous
- 5/5
Great room with great amenities
- 4/5
A good location and cute spot near the beach. Room was clean and does have a nice big bathtub which you don’t see in the pictures. Fairly comfortable bed. The hotel wasn’t that full, so unless you were with family or friends it didn’t have much of a scene. Upstairs bar could be epic with a little decor. I’d agree with most complaints for the service. Just unfriendly and busy doing other things in the restaurant and bar. The bolognese sauce tasted burnt or like it’d been in the steam well or reheated too many times. Halibut was super dry and overcooked which was unfortunate. Lock on slider door was broken, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the alarm. Could be user error on the clock. For the price and rating, I had higher expectations but overall enjoyed my visit and stay.
- 3/5
Room was clean, newer room but not a 4 star hotel as stated. The bathroom is average, a bit outdated. How can it be a 4 star when they give us plastic cups in the room. I would rate this a 3.5 star. Overall it is ok, will not come back.

Thank you so much p
- 5/5
Wonderful time with my family in this great place
- 5/5
Wonderful stay.
- 3/5
Had to change rooms TWICE due to faulty A/C, and shower gel was empty in 2 of the rooms!
- 5/5
One of a kind, lovely staff, beautiful hotel, perfect pool area, great waterfront views. I will be back!
- 5/5
My family and I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Located in a quiet part of St Pete Beach, walking distance to the Don CeSar. The rooftop had a beautiful 360 view and a bar. The pool was clean. The hotel offered bikes, kayaks, and golf cart drop off to the beach. The restaurant in the hotel was great, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall great stay and recommend staying here for a family.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with some good looking, modern rooms. However, the bathroom fixures could use a deep clean and the pool area doesn’t get lot’s of sun.
- 5/5
Love this boutique hotel we have stayed here before it’s right across from the beach, beautiful rooms, lots of natural light, clean quiet on the intercoastal. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, clean and spacious. Excellent dining experience! Delicious breakfasts and reasonable prices. Coffee in the lobby was great. Exercise room was perfect, open 24 hours. Pool and hot tub area were clean. Only negative aspects were no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom and no drawers.
- 5/5
Room amazing - staff exceptionally courageous & such a pleasant stay overall ! I will definitely be be staying here again

The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the hotel beautiful and the room large and nicely appointed.

Day trip to St. Petersburg and enjoyed my stay. I will return.
- 5/5
The staff, from valet to check-in to the restaurant, were all top-notch. This is a boutique hotel, and the waterfront room was worth the extra cost. The restaurant (Azura) was similarly amazing.

We loved our stay at Hotel Zamora! Beautiful and environment, amazing rooftop.
- 1/5
The staff is clearly overworked. The hotel charged us a hidden fee and when I tried to contact the manager about it for months, she would give me false promises that she would take care of this matter and then would never return my calls. When I would call again, I would be placed on hold for a long time again and again. I disputed the charge with my credit card, but the hotel provided erroneous documentation to justify their hidden fees. My friends warned me that the place is grossly mismanaged and to stay away, but I didn't listen and I should have. For the amount of headache and time this has caused me, I would never return.
- 5/5
Hotel Zamora was wonderful! So clean and comfortable. Close to the beach, has a pool and hot tub. Great bar and restaurant.
- 4/5
Lovely hotel. Beautiful views. Near beach and bay
- 5/5
Room was very clean and big..
- 3/5
Great location, the room was wonderful and we had a great view of the harbor to relax at night on the balcony. Our VIP reward was a coupon for the restaurant which was mediocre at best. The menu made the food much more exciting than the execution of the food. Valet was mandatory and for an extra charge and the attendants had terrible attitudes - did not even open doors or offer to help with bags or anything. The pet fee was $195 which was more than we paid for the room - this is insane to have to pay without being disclosed on their website. And we have a little Yorkie who didn’t bother anyone or leave a mess. Likely will not recommend or stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful! The check-in and check-out process was a breeze! Everyone was super friendly and polite. This hotel is so clean and fresh smelling! Large room and spacious bathroom. We ate in the restaurant several times during our stay. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Hotel staff was excellent

Great location, hidden gem!!! Love this hotel!!
- 5/5
Amazing stay! Great staff, valet included, great bar, beautiful spacious room and the views from the rooftop are incredible. Take the bikes over to the beach or walk the strip. I will definitely be back
- 5/5
Perfect. Clean, safe, great valet service and location. The only downfall pool and restaurant close too early. Pool area is so nice would be nice if stayed open to enjoy when it’s cooler.
- 5/5
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and presented with care. Every meal felt like a highlight of the experience. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, offering the kind of scenery that instantly puts you at ease. What truly stood out was the overall sense of comfort and tranquility. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality service, great food, cleanliness, and serene surroundings all in one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I look forward to returning.
- 5/5
Spectacular rooms. Great restaurant. Super friendly staff
- 5/5
The restaurant was overpriced and not good. The staff was young and seemed not to like their jobs. Didn't give good direction for the beach access or information about the grounds etc. other than that, beautiful hotel and beach was perfection.... once we found it....
- 5/5
Lovely hotel. Excellent, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Excellent service, friendly staff, very clean and maintained facilities.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing the only thing that I didn’t like was the temperature of the room, it was a little warm, the rest excellent experience, I will be back.
- 5/5
Excellent all around
- 5/5
This property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is clean well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient place for families. The staff was nice but lay back, food was good on the restaurant, however, the rest of the hotel had zero options, pool area unattended, rooftop closed most of the week, beach chairs and umbrellas on your own, they can improve the customer service and entertainment options on those areas. I used to love the hotel but they need to change a bit if they want to keep the customers.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful and super chic. It’s one block from the beach and they give chairs and umbrella but we had to carry them. The local restaurant is great!
- 5/5
This is a beautiful property. Great service, great food. The rooftop bar is super cool but not open enough. Love the pool and the 3 bars I visited in the hotel. One of the best breakfasts I have had.
- 5/5
Very Nice!

- 5/5
The room was spacious and felt brand new. We loved the minimal vibe and it felt very luxe, especially the high ceilings! We also appreciate that the bathroom felt large and that the toilet was so separate from the living space. We appreciated how quiet the hotel felt and the scale of the hotel was just what we wanted - more boutique, not overwhelming. Staff was friendly and helpful. The close access to a seemingly private beach was awesome! Unfortunately didn't have time to eat on property, but the hotel bar/resturant looked nice. Would stay again.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed the renovation of the hotel. The room was nice and spacious with good furniture.
- 4/5
Rooms are nice and food at restaurant is very good .. but pricy for location .
- 4/5
Really nice hotel, crossing the street from the beach, friendly staff. However, the room could be cleaner ( mugs weren't washed when used, carpet and couch was very dirty and stained). Aside from that, the room was nice and spacious.
- 4/5
Overall it is a great boutique hotel. Convenient if you're focus is the beach or some boating or kayaking on the canal. I would recommend.
- 3/5
The employees were great however the room needed attention. I even had them come fix the sink although they did not actually fix the sink. The roof top bar was hard to wear heels on bc the flooring is very uneven. The elevators dis not qork so you had to take the stairs. At the roof top bar the staff was very friendly and accommodating but again the hotel needs attention. The pool was cloudy and the pool bar was never open.
- 5/5

The first thing we found it difficult to find the entrance. Then, once we found it and parked and headed up to check in, we were told that there is ONLY valet parking. But there was no one there to valet park? Oh, he must be patrolling the property. So we had to go back down and give the key to the valet driving guy who was still not back but the front desk guy took care of it. The view was just a view of the condos on the other side. And it is not on the beach. You need to cross the street to get to the beach. Also, the front desk staff was not mean, but very indifferent and unfriendly. Every time we passed by, they never greeted us or made us feel welcome. Housekeeping was good, we took care of them and they were good with getting us what we needed. Clean and decent, but kind of a too quiet location for me and out of the way of the main beach etc. I would not stay again unless we don’t have much choice.

Smell, food, drinks, beautiful view, pool always with clean towels, water available, manager are kindly. I certainly return. In time, chairs in the beach available for free and bikes available for free.

The listing said private beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What a joke! 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas. We were told they’re ’trying to get more.’ To top it all off- they charged me for my stay. I had booked on Expedia and they also charged the card I used during check in.

Highly recommend. Restaurant was amazing as well.

The front desk did not answer to bring blankets and towels. In addition to the severe inconvenience, the pool was way smaller then anticipated, the pool bar was not open at all, and it was overall an awful experience Do not book here

Such an amazing stay with the best restaurant!!!

The other thing is the bed was rock hard, extra firm, too firm for me! But a good hotel, I would stay here again.

Beautiful property and pool. Comfy beds and nice staff.

The hotel room was quiet, if we had neighbors, we didn't hear a single noise. The building used to be condos, so the rooms are HUGE, updated and well maintained. The ONLY compliant was the water pressure, but thats the beach for you. The shower had 2 heads, a rainfall and a standard, no tub if you had kids though. It also has valet parking which was fine by us, but when I looked up parking I thought it said on site. So we had to get cash out after to tip. Fortunately, none of the valet were pushy or inconsiderate when we didnt have cash right away. Only mentioning this, since a lot of places are so cashless now that most have it on them.

Beautiful modern clean and quiet. Loved this place! From the parking valet, front desk to the bar service, everyone was very friendly professional and happy to be there and help in any way. You can tell their employees enjoy their job and it shows in how they interact and show interest in each guest. We live in Tampa and it’s our first time at Zamora and will be back for sure! Highly recommend!

Super modern and clean. Definitely would stay again. Very easy close walk to the beach just have to cross one street.

Beautiful views from the middle deck and the roof top bar. The pool area is nice with its own bar. The only drawback is its valet only parking.

Love the property. Wish pool was bigger and they are definitely understaffed. Towels were always empty at the pool and restaurant took forever and tables were dirty due to limited staff. Overall a great place tho!

We loved 99.9% of The Hotel Zamora. Food, staff, amenities were all 5 *. Our only negative were the too firm beds. (I think we are spoiled at home woth our hybrid mattresses!) But. Would we stay again? 100% YES!

Location, beds, rainfall shower and restaurant 5 of 5 stars. very clean. Big and crisp screen TVs.

Overall the property is nice but for the price and in comparison to other "luxury" boutique hotels I have stayed in, there are some things that are lacking. In particular the pool area offered no bar/food service (I was on my babymoon so I wasn't looking for cocktails but if I was I would be very disappointed), also the pool chairs were rather dirty and towels were limited. The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was great but, again, for the property to have just be renovated the chaise lounge was a little dirty and the stopper in the tub didn't work so water kept draining out while I was trying to enjoy my bath. Also, no room service, but I did have breakfast in the restaurant and it was pretty good.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were nice. Only thing about the rooms, the floors were very dirty. Our feet were black walking around the room.

I asked for a phone for our room that we never received. No way to contact desk. No room service and the 40$ resort fee each day I think is extremely over the top. Pay over 400$ a night and still charged a fee for what!!!

We come every year to this hotel and never disappointed.

I love the little private beach to have

We asked questions being there for the first time where things where and what time things opened and the answer was “I don’t know”. Towels at pool gone pool closed early. Rooftop closed one night and second night we went up to have a few drinks and dinner and they had no extra plates. Our room had a horrible stained area rug, and the pillows were hard as a rock. I am sorry but compensation should be awarded without question since there is no reason for these inadequate conditions.

The customer service is not good, they literally act like you are bothering them! Charge $40 for a resort fee but no one even tells you about any amenities. The fridge in our room didn't work, the tv had issues plus had the most bizarre channels & we had 2 towels in our room. We also ate at the restaurant, our waiter was actually nice but the food was not good. I was excited to stay here but for the experience the room is worth about $400 a night if that.
