Reviews
The hotel is in a great location with friendly staff and convenient access to local attractions. However, many guests have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms, outdated facilities, and high valet parking fees.
- Great location
- Friendly staff
- Cleanliness issues in rooms
- Outdated facilities
- 3/5
The room stank, the carpet was sticky and the room was very humid. We were given incorrect information from the staff and threw out a bunch of food due to their misinformation that there were no microwaves on site. We later found several microwaves on the first floor. At checkout, the valet fee was put on one credit card after we specifically requested wanting to pay the valet on a separate card when we checked in. The elevators stopped working and we had to use the stairs, including my elderly mother, which was very difficult for her. We definitely won’t be staying at this location again.
- 3/5
The staff was awesome!. Very helpful and very nice. With that said, the place is kind of a dump for a Hilton. In our 1-bedroom, the bedroom was where the living room should be, and the main room was where the bedroom should have been. You can clearly tell this, and it just did not look right. The view from the room was great, though.

Hotel was good, with the exception that elevators weren’t working f
- 2/5
Poorly maintained. Only 1 of 3 elevators were working. Only 1 employee during check in. 45 dollars to park car overnight. Beds were very small and building outdated
- 5/5
Close to St.Pete pier , night life, beaches and garage parking which is a plus if you don’t want to pay valet at the hotel $45
- 5/5
Everything excellent , no needs for anything
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and the facility was immaculate.
- 5/5
Available parking, not free.
- 3/5
The parking onsite is terrible. The hotel charges you $25/day for street parking but its by meter that you have to reup every 6 hours, or $45 per day for valet parking, but if you drive a truck, F250 etc, they can not park it, so you have to park it offsite, but still get charged $45, for valet when they can't park or get your vehicle. The AC in our room didn't work well and the hotel smelt old and moldy
- 5/5
Everything was great. We chose not to do valet but parked in 2-hour spots. We had to move our car a couple of times.
- 5/5
Hello- we did not utilize the breakfast as it was not complimentary. The bedding was comfortable, but my bed was not level. There really is no convenient parking so one must submit to the expensive valet parking $45 a day- seems a little exorbitant. It was just an overnight stay so otherwise we would have had more time to explore and utlize the property.
- 2/5
$ 20.00 dollars for Eggs-Becan---potatoes ---toast----no coffee just water. A bit high if you ask me, and you are! ---Let's put it this way, my brother and I go to Saint Pete to watch some ML Baseball every year, we will not be staying at another Hilton. I like staying at places where I feel wanted. There were many other things my brother and I felt were wrong, but you got the feelings towards this HILTON.

Great location. And superb staff.
- 2/5
The room was poorly maintained, old, outdated, broken furniture. “Partial” housekeeping was offered. I put sign on door requesting housekeeping, which never came. Hotel has 15 floors and only 2 elevators working. It took 20 minutes to get downstairs from the 14th floor. Front desk staff were very nice.
- 3/5
2nd day at 10am we were leaving the room we saw a cleaning lady outside of the room and we told her what happened the day before. The. We went to the front desk and told them again to make sure the will have our room donde this time. And still when we came back at 7pm the room was not done. Only after we complaint again they did the room while we went for dinner. The hotel was very well located and look good but the service was really bad.
- 2.5/5
Just the location The fact that you have no parking and have to spend 45 dollars a night. You can park on the street but that can be blocks away

Stayed at the pool!
- 3/5
This property is outdated. The room had peeling paint. The bedding and bed were comfortable. The pool smelled like pee and was full of people with drinks in their hands. The valet was $45 a night and they do not offer self parking. The only convenience was being close to the stadium for our game, the Dali museum and the pier. Also ability to work to places. The hotel itself was not worth the money we paid. Not to a Hilton standard. One and Done!
- 5/5
Good experience overall
- 5/5
Amazing. Would highly
- 3/5
I would have appreciated knowing up front that the hotel charges $45 a day for Valet parking. You cannot park on the property unless you agree to the valet service. Hilton assured me that the valet company is not associated with them. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the valet company. In addition, I had numerous issues with my room (air conditioning, plumbing). A Hilton representative called me and gave me another room. He was helpful and professional.
- 3/5
I stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned the room.
- 3/5
I enjoyed the stay overall and since we were there to spend little time in the hotel, and on a budget, it fit the needs of our trip. The hotel room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was hard water stains on every chrome surface, toliet paper holder falling out the wall from years of usage, flush was very loud and would wake any family member sleeping. The walls of the hotel were also very dated, windows were unclean. It was not a hotel I was excited to take photos of, which normally I do and share with friends and family. The breakfast was ok, I think over priced for the buffet, with limited selection. I asked several different staff members days prior what was served for breakfast, including a supervisor, who did not know. I eventually went to the restaurant in the morning to get a menu. I'd have planned breakfast a little differently had I had an idea of their selections earlier. The pool area was nice. The bathrooms by the pool were incredibly hot. The elevator broke the last day, thankfully it did not impact our trip. The valet staff and bar tenders were very friendly. For where this location is, I expected a little more but nontheless not the worst experience, it was okay for the time and the price. I hope this place gets the update it deserves in the future.
- 2/5
Old facility, dirty rugs in the room, no desk light, requested housekeeping never showed up, insanely over priced snacks. Great location, good pool, but it is all downhill from there.

- 2/5
Tired and shabby hotel. Cracked tiles and peeling paint in the (suite!!) bathroom, broken furniture and dirty mirror upon checkin. Dated design, poor ambience. Noise from elevators passing through the shaft is heard in the rooms and interferes with sleep. Bed linens are half polyester and feel plasticy. Coffee kit has disposable styrofoam cups - disappointing for a Hilton. Bad smell of mildew in public areas (lobby and ballroom / gym aeras). In general this felt more like a tired budget motel than a Hilton.
- 3/5
The rooms were OK but the bathroom was very small with very little counter space. The toilet was old and very low. The room had a tub, no walk in shower and the diverter for the shower worked poorly. The price was reasonable but the hotel definitely needs an update
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet was excellent

Room needs to updated and remodeled. Bathroom super small, water drains suck. Barely went down and very slow
- 3/5
Staff was very helpful. Rooms are just old and don’t look as clean. Tiles were wobbly and loose to walk on by the pool area. Pool is not heated. No ice machines on the floors but ice in the lobby.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
Pros: the pool area was nice. The staff were friendly. Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do
- 2/5
Stayed here for an awards banquet and wanted to support the hotel that was hosting it. I normally would have grabbed a more fun AirBnB that we have used in the area but I wanted to stay close to the weekend’s festivities. What I didn’t mind was the chipping paint, the water stained ceilings on the 5th floor, and the AC unit that struggled to keep up although it wasn’t abnormally warm and was on April. What I do mind is poor customer service. When another customer in front of me complained about the additional costs, the desk agent muttered about being tired of “everyone wanting something for nothing.” At that moment it made me reflect how EVERYTHING except the infused water in reception is an extra cost on an already Hilton priced room. I also watched as another customer service rep hassled an elderly woman about checking her bags for the day after she checked out in the morning. So while I was okay to bite the bullet for the initial stay, I will likely find other accommodations in a future stay.
- 3/5
Breakfast was good, but costs extra. We didn't get fresh towels even after two nights. Had to ask for them. Carpet was stained in the room. Parking was not.included, it is valet and costs extra. This hotel was priced WAY higher than surrounding hotels and still charged extra for everything. Definitely not worth the price or the name. Rooms are also not able to be cancelled even with the insurance. Overall disappointed with this hotel. The area was really nice and walkable, just use a different hotel.
- 3/5
The bathroom was TINY compared to cheaper hotels

- 2/5
Hôtel and staff were meh. Had a 4 person reservation and I kept having to chase down housekeeping for additional 2 towels as there were only 2 towels provided, happened again for 2nd night.
- 0.5/5
It was filthy. The carpet in the room looked and felt like it hadn"t been vacuumed since it was installed. The first day we were there the room was never made up, even though I requested housekeeping service THREE times. And smug, unhelpful clerks.

Clean rooms, really great staff. We were on the ninth floor and the plumbing seemed definitely off. Very slow drains and toilet never wanted to flush. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
- 2/5
This place is outdated.. Rooms need some updating and cleaning. The sink faucets and bathtub were worn out and not very clean. Definitely not worth price charged. Customers staying should get a heads up in regards to parking situation when booking.

The hotel's location is excellent! Our room was drab, bathroom was standard but, needed a thorough cleaning. These issues are overlooked at a lower price point, except ours was $800 for two nights.
- 3/5
The room was dated, with the bathroom being the worst part. Not clean and so small, I would have thought I was staying in NYC, not Florida. Not what I have experienced in the past with other Hilton’s.

Stay away, this is a motel 6 with a Hilton logo on the side. 20 minutes to drop off your car, another 20 minutes to request your car, 30 minutes in line to check in, only 1 elevators works and takes over 10 minutes just for it to come. I waited in line for things at this hotel more than I enjoyed my vacation. The rooms are dated and filthy, they had some non code conforming electrical work that used the wrong conduit at the floor boards, signs of moisture everywhere, and just smelt like mold.
- 5/5
Just wish parking didn't cost so much.
- 5/5
Sheena night receptionist was not friendly and it appeared she hated her job our frig didn’t work and had to escalate the problem with maintenance and he said she never even called one bad ingredient can spoil the soup
- 3/5
I was a little disappointed in the quality of this hotel given the extremely high cost to stay there. Two of the three elevators were not working during our stay and they had the stairwell blocked off. So we had no choice but to wait in a long line to get into the one working elevator after coming back from a long day. The elevator wait times were too long. I was also disappointed there was no fan in my room's bathroom. The bathroom was very small and got very steamy/foggy when running the shower due to no fan exhaust fan in there. The pool was also not as nice as in the pictures.
- 3/5
Bobby pin in toilet room 919 has rusted and still sits there Coffee in lobby would be nice Cleanliness is only ok in rooms

Clean room and nice , patient staff . Comfortable bed and pillow. No smell in the room and in the hallway. The area where the hotel is located is very safe and walkable and near the restaurant . I didn’t see any homeless people the area.

Upon arrival we were told that our room was ready early but that we’d be charged an additional $25 for “early” check-in. We’ve been Marriott members for years and have never experienced this absurdity. They also have the highest valet pricing we’ve ever seen at $45/night per vehicle. We will never stay here again.

This property is very dated and there were dirty towels and sheets on nearly every floor of the property. They wanted $25 for early check in even though there was a room ready. They said they would call when the $25 would no longer apply but never did. I had to return to the front desk and ask again. This fee was inexplicably waived for a family member staying the same dates. Valet was $45. Pool was freezing. Amenities lacking. Would not stay again.
- 3/5
refurbishing and there are no amenities of the type that you expect from a Hilton hotel. A problem because the room charge was $345 for one night plus $45 for valet parking (no self parking on the premises). The hotel is very very well situated for walking to many downtown attractions, bars, and restaurants.
- 4/5
Air conditioner was too noisy. Unable to sleep.
- 2/5
Disappointing
- 2/5
Elevator spunded like death, no towels in room on arrival. Tv kept shutters off, no book for room service, clock was broken
- 3/5
You have to pay for parking which is 30-45 dollars. Hotel is alittle expensive for not having parking included. Also, checking in took a while as there were two staff helping 1 person.
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Front desk, valet and luggage porter were all very kind considering the Indycar craziness. Room was clean; the bed and and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We will happily stay here again

Location is awesome! Staff was very friendly! Very disappointed with condition of room! Several fixtures in the ceiling were rattling and creating an unbearable noise! I had to ‘jimmy’ them in order to get a good night sleep! Also, room only had 2 towels in it! 2 adults staying for 2 nights and the room has 2 towels in it?!?! Lastly, the carpets and floors in general around the hotel were not clean…especially in the restaurant (Tangerine)!
- 3/5
Location was good, but hotel was not so clean. Price was expensive.
- 2/5
The AC didnt work. Check in staff was rude.
- 1/5
This hotel is a bit run down and needs a desperate update. Our room was disgusting with holes in the carpet, beat up furniture, rust on the bathroom hardware and the beds were horrible. This honestly reminded of a Quality Inn off an interstate.
- 5/5
Everything was very good, nice place to stay!
- 1/5
The worst. ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 4.5/5
It was beautiful. I just didn’t like being next to the elevator. It was noisy . I think it needs a more quiet one. The noise of the elevator.
- 4/5
Thanks!
- 1/5
The lobby looked good, but unfortunately that is where it ended. Our room was located by the lifts, which were in need of an upgrade & a clean. The noise from the lifts was very loud throughout the night. Our room had very old and worn carpet, broken/damaged furniture & missing tile in the very tired bathroom with very dated fixtures. We will not be returning.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly. On check in, I learned that I didn’t need two of my six night reservation, and the staff refused to give me the right to cancel blaming Expedia, and Expedia said it was the hotel‘s fault. Very frustrating. I probably should’ve booked directly with the hotel instead of through Expedia.
- 1.5/5
It was close to the pier. I paid $500 for a suite and the room was old was not worth the money. The room was right next to the elevator and we couldn’t sleep all night due to the elevator going up and down. It was just not worth $500.
- 2.5/5
1 working elevator. It’s a decent hotel in a good area but not amazing by any means. Seems over priced for what we got.

Heat in our room was not working during a very cold period. Our room did not get made up 2 out of 4 days. Staff acted as though we were bothering them and unreasonable when we requested towels. Room is dated. My car was scratched in Valet.

Everything are good but A/C system seems need to be cleaned, because when I turned it on, my laptop on the desk quickly got dusty. My laptop is black color so it was quite obvious.

This hotel is very nice! Clean room, comfy bed, convenient to the Mahaffey Theater. The elevator sounds like it needs updated, but everything else is great.
- 3/5
Unfortunately the Hotel was shabby, the room not really clean and the beds were worn out I would not return.
- 2/5
The worse service
- 1/5
When first checked in I got a room with ripped carpeting and what appeared to be a uncleaned bathroom. I immediately went back to the front fest and requested a new room which was approved without any issues. When I got to new room (217) the clock had the wrong time, there was an unpleasant smell, the conjoining room door lock was broke. (I have pics for these) On Saturday an alarm went off at 4:00 am blasting us to leave the room and go outside. Sunday I asked for an extended check out as my flight was delayed and was charged $80 for a 2:00pm check out which Idid consent to. I also had to request twice for maid service. By far one of the worst experiences.
- 2/5
Room needs updating. Walk in shower spilled water all over bathroom floor which itself was uneven. Worn furniture. Only 2 of 3 elevators operated except when only 1 of the 3 was working. Only option for parking was valet service which was expensive ($45 per day). Lobby area was nice. Staff and valet employees were nice, friendly and polite.
- 3/5
Did not have many bathroom amenities or a place to hang hand towel. Several elevators broken.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Place is amazing
- 4/5
The front desk people were really nice. The area was great, everything was walking distance. We had to pay $58 for parking which 10 was a tip. The room was not clean there was blood on the walls, it smelled moldy and I have asthma and I couldn't breathe the entire night.
- 2/5
The housekeeping staff was beyond rude and unaccommodating however, the location was excellent and very close to town and the Pier.
- 4/5
Nothing too fancy but a good place to stay location wise right in Downtown St Petes. From our hotel we had easy walks to Central Ave, the Dali museum and the pier. Publix grocery store right across the street (behind hotel) is also convenient for any need while on your trip. The HEATED OUTDOOR POOL was my favorite amenity! Breakfast at Tangerine was a little too pricey for me so i opted elsewhere for my meals. My only drawback about the room itself is the shower curtain. there is no liner, or what is supposed to be the liner does not meet the tub, at all. The curtain itself is cloth. There is no way to stop the water from the shower from getting onto the floor. Had to use multiple towels to clean up a small pond in the bathroom after my showers.
- 3/5
Wallpaper was coming off the wall when grabbing for the toilet paper and room had an odd smell
- 1/5
When we finally did get back to the room there were sheets missing for the pullout which I called the desk about and they never brought them up. The room was mostly clean but there was trash in the bathroom. Why does it take 4 extra hours to clean a room and there is still trash in the room? Staff was friendly but I do not trust that request will be taken care of on time if at all. They offered to comp the valet cost at check in because of the late room and it was still on my bill in the morning that was emailed to me. I had to go back to the desk and get this removed. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The Hilton was nice. The room and bathroom were a little small for our liking but it was clean and neat. The beds didn’t feel like they were a Queen size. My husband and I felt squished. I had to sleep on the opposite side just to feel comfortable. He’s 6’4 and I’m 5’11. It felt like we were sleeping on a full and not a queen. But other than that it was a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Thank you.

Everything was very good.

- Early $50 check in fee - double charges from the hotel - strange “tangerine” restaurant $56 charge that no one can explain.
- 3/5
The parking fee is outrageous. Hot water didn't work and had to call front desk. Waited for engineer to come to my room. It was fixed later.
- 1/5
Hotel was relatively old, but assistant service manager was the worst experience. We had next door banging loud music and screaming starting 2am, and I had to go downstairs to complain. The next day during check out, this assist manager showed absolutely no empathy or being apologetic, instead gave the snobby comments and was truly rude. Name is Alex Wahl. I didnt expect a Hilton stay, especially in St Pete to be so bad. Needless to say i will definitely stay away going forward. Not worth a 2nd chance.

The rooms are outdated. Bed was okay but pillows were not comfortable. For the price, I’d expect nicer sheets and pillows. Everything just seemed old and worn. Also, one of the elevators was broken and it took forever to get to the room and back to the lobby.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room. Excellent price.
- 2/5
The room was old and dingy. The carpet wasn't clean and minimal options for dining
- 3/5
Everything was nice except dining options. Downtown St Pete is very low key with light foot traffic and vehicle traffic. Dining is very limited.
- 5/5
Great Location, Ckean, loved it.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel with fantastic staff. Valet parking isn’t required, as there’s a local parking garage nearby that isn’t monitored. The valet was very honest about that, which I appreciated since I initially thought valet was mandatory. We decided to use valet anyway, and they were really great.
- 1/5
I was mobbed by a gang of eager valets who demanded I park elsewhere, I did and walked 3 blocks back to check in. Valet parking only at the main entrance policed by pushy bully valets. .
- 2/5
The room was dirty when we arrived, trash cans full, hair and dirty towels in bathroom, bed not made, dirt and debris on floor, hair everywhere. Was nasty. 159 dollars plus 45 dollars for valet and tip. Had to leave to find something to do the first 3 hours due to they had to have someone come clean the room. Would like a refund or partial refund
- 5/5
The parking rate of $45 was too high. Minimum street parking.
- 1/5
The beds are too small for two people and uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress as you sink in it. My husband and I ended up sleeping on separate beds. The carpet in the room was moist & musty. $45 to park or park in the street. Check out is at 11am and housekeeping was banging at our door at 10:35am even after we had a late check out for 12pm. This was not a good experience for us and I am a Hilton honors member.
- 2/5
Staff great, property needs tile work of holes in lobby area, mattress lumpy needs replace, pillows so flat must be very old, TV only would get one channel at night
- 3/5
PROPERTY IS VERY OLD AND BATHROOM IS MORE LIKE A MOTEL 6 OVERALL PRICY FOR HOTEL BUT GREAT LOCATION. VALET PARKIKNG WAS $45 OVERNIGHT.
- 5/5
The valet parking at this hotel is ridiculously expensive. Park at Camden Pier carpark directly behind the hotel for a third of the price. Very handy for the Rowdies ground which is opposite. Loved our stay here.
- 4/5
Room was clean a bit dated but overall nice. The only bad thing was both the sink and tub did not drain well.
- 5/5
Clean room great atmosphere
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
This Hilton is conveniently located, the pool was lovely and the staff was nice. The room needed some renovation and the double beds were not of usual Hilton comfort. There were 2 beds of different height and the dresser drawers seemed to be painted over in white. Also, there was no complimentary coffee in the Lobby that I look forward to at Hilton hotels. There’s a cafe with $6 a cup coffee instead.
- 2/5
The elevators broken. One elevator for the entire floor. Valet parking $45 a day. Bathrooms old.
- 2/5
The staff was kind and helpful, but overall we would definitely not stay there again. We came into town for a concert and didn’t have enough time to request a new room, but the room was not clean and a lot of the facility was in poor condition. I don’t even blame the cleaning staff because apparently the cleaning policy is that they only have 15-20 minutes to clean every room which is insane! Once you walked past the front lobby to the elevators, everything looked like it was ready to fall apart or hadn’t been updated in 20 years. The elevators also were down and caused long wait times for the one that was working. Overall, it was the least comfortable I’ve felt in a hotel that we paid that much for, it felt like a motel situation instead of a Hilton.
- 1/5
The elevator went down the first night. Spent more time waiting for the elevator than I did for local activities. They had 3 elevators and only one worked. The stairs were no better very crammed not to mention there was only one set of stairs. Bad experience.
- 3/5
My daughter and her friend got trapped in the elevator. They eventually shut them down to 1. We were on the 10th floor
- 3/5
Great location in downtown with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The room was a little outdated. It would have been nice if there was coffee in the room.
- 4/5
The vallet parking is pricy at $45 a day. The hotel doesn’t have any self parking area or options.
- 5/5
Muy bien hotel. Inmejorable ubicación
- 3/5
Old run-down furniture and smelly carpet in the room, sheets and towels were clean, beds were comfortable, refrigerator didn't cool or have a freezer. Had to pay an additional $45 plus tip for overnight parking daily or find parking in the street. Also, it's cheaper to book online than at the Hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel walkable to restaurants and everything st Pete has to offer! Clean rooms and amenities. Very nice and will stay here again
- 2/5
Very old and water damaged and chipped furniture. Doors and walls had visible stains and dirt or liquids on them, making it obvious they haven't been wiped or cleaned. Potential blood stains on carpet as well. Kinda takes the cleanliness feeling away after spotting all these
- 4/5
Parking was the only downfall, everything else was great.
- 5/5
Thank for a great experience .
- 3/5
-Did not get house keeping services even after requesting it twice in one day. They came up with the excuse that the room had DND, which is not true. -Bathroom has handles for disable visitors, but the toilet hight did not comply with ADA standards. -Bathroom mirror had low lighting conditions. -No vanity mirror. -No towel racks. -No USB connectors. If the visitor does not bring an adaptor no phone charging will take place. Frustrating. -In fairness all the staff was willing to please, which was appreciated. -If the hotel undergoes some upgrades I would stay there again. -Hilton has not contacted me for a survey after a week.
- 2/5
The hotel was okay but you can tell its an older property. The valet parkingat $45 per day is overpriced but there are roadside self parking spots in the area. The elevators were a nightmare as they didnt work properly my entire stay, the issue was 2 out of 3 worked and the working ones stopped on every floor going up and down so at times you would have a 30 min wait. I was on the 11th floor so would walk down but couldn't manage to walk up 11 floors. I asked for a discount on my room because of the inconvenience but was told the GM had to approve and he wasn't there over the weekend and they would get back to me which I don't expect to hear from them.
- 1/5
Very dirty
- 3/5
The only problem was elevator did not work properly for three days and according to staff it is a continuous problem.
- 3/5
Property was nice but you can tell it's worn and ready for an update. All the furniture looks a little tired ane baseboards, vanity, tables are chipped and well worn. Overall though it's in a good location and i felt safe and comfortable. One thing to note if you have a car, the only option is valet for parking at $45 USD/night. This added up during my 5 night stay and was an unexpected expense. Unfortunately there were issues with the elevators when i stayed, it would stop on every floor up and down so you were forced to choose between waiting 15-20 min for an elevator or taking the stairs. There are 15 floors at this hotel so when we did take stairs it was quite the hike up.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room. Nice amenities, pool, lobby bar, great location. Would return.
- 4/5
Accommodations were very nice, rooms clean, had what we needed. Great location for Mahaffey Theater and Dali Museum. One of the elevators broke though and it was very annoying to get an elevator and then it stopped at every floor. I was happy with the stay, but it’s really expensive rate wise, then they nickel and dime you for parking etc.
- 2/5
Arrived 2pm and was asked to pay a 25 dollar early check in fee! Check in time always used to be 3pm but here it is 4pm. Just a cynical way to make more money in my opinion.
- 2/5
There’s hardly any parking but if you pay $45 PER CAR for valet there’s parking. The elevators were not functioning normally and stopped on every single floor causing a huge line and people ended up taking the stairs which are extremely hard to find . The bottle water in the room is $3 each and they didn’t compensate anyone for the inconvenience.
- 1/5
This is the worst hilton I have stayed at. Furniture is outdated and worn down, rooms had a smell, and elevator was broke several people had to use the stairs because there was so many people waiting for the elevator it took me 30 minutes just to get to my room waiting on the elevator that stopped at every floor regardless of what buttons were pressed. Very disappointing…
- 2/5
Would not recommend. Up charge to check in early(if room is ready it’s ready), $45 valet, elevators broken, front desk snarky, rooms need updating (old and musty)
- 5/5
Rooms are surprisingly big. Highly recommend.
- 4/5
This hotel exceeded my expectations upon arrival but there are a few things that could have been better. The hotel is much larger and nicer in-person versus the photos. The entrance way and pool area are beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The decor could use some updates. This property is in a safe area, with a very close walking distance to the pier, museums and city airport. There are microwaves in a common area and a small convenience shop on-site. The valet service is quick and excellent. My drawbacks were the $45 per night valet charge and $75 per night deposit- these fees are excessively high. Can we get back to a reasonable valet charge and set deposit amount, per stay? In addition, i couldn't have get my Hilton Honors points for my stay since i booked through a third-party. I'm hoping Hilton will change that policy. All and all, I recommend this hotel as a safe and great location.
- 3/5
During our stay had to remind staff to refill the soap dispenser, add towels and empty out our trash. Our visit was okay just not worth the price.
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Great place for a long weekend to hang out. Close to shopping and dinner.
- 5/5
The view of the airport and bay from the 13th floor was amazing
- 2/5
It is a beautiful area, but our room was never cleaned
- 5/5
Great location. Within walking distance to everything. Pool area is lovely.
- 5/5
Awesome. So nice!
- 4/5
Was charged for valet service but didn’t use it.
- 5/5
I had stayed there over a decade ago and everything was still still as it was including the service.
- 5/5
All
- 5/5
Dislike the expensive parking but after 8 pm you can parking in the street, works for me. Fun town will be going back when i can.
- 4/5
Really needed a cup of tea to start my day but you only catered to coffee drinkers....
- 3/5
Went on business trip. Expected more from a Hilton hotel. 45 dollars a day to park is ridiculous. I’ll try something different next time
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
It's sad to see such a majestic building with such a lack of maintenance. The lobby has a cracked floor, my room has misaligned doors, and the bathroom has maintenance issues. I must clarify that the room was very large and comfortable. In my opinion, they need to get it serviced quickly. Thank you for allowing me to comment.
- 5/5
We had a peaceful short stay. They had a very good breakfast and even made scrambled tofu for my mom upon request. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and relaxing.
- 3/5
The hotel is nice but the rooms are outdated.
- 5/5
Wish that was included when I booked.
- 5/5
Mr Fitz did a superb job helping me with my luggage; Mr Fitz is a truly amazing individual and professional. Alexander the Front Desk Manager went above & beyond to be pleasant, professional and extremely qualified; Alexander was great ! Special thanks to Megan & Sheena who were wonderful & helped me a lot with the check-in process.
- 5/5
Property centrally located. Easy walk to the pier. Lots of dining options close by.
- 5/5
Very nice property and location. Staff was friendly, food was good and we enjoyed the pool.
- 2/5
The check-in process was frustrating due to a disconnect between the hotel system and my Expedia booking, even though I had paid in full in advance. The first floor and amenities were nice, giving me hope for the stay, but things quickly went downhill once I got on the elevator. The elevators were old, slow, and felt outdated, which set the tone for what was to come. The rooms themselves felt stuck in the past. The furniture was extremely worn, the bathroom was dingy and dreary, and the sink didn’t drain properly—water pooled every time I used it, which was unpleasant. Looking up at the ceiling made things worse; the stains gave off a creepy, unkempt feeling. I’ve always enjoyed staying at Hilton properties in the past, but unfortunately, this location—and several others I’ve noticed lately—feel outdated and in need of serious upgrades. Hilton used to be a brand I trusted, but it no longer delivers the standard it once promised
- 5/5
This was a quick weekend getaway with my husband, and we had a wonderful time. The hotel staff was excellent—especially the valet, who was so nice and helpful. The pool was amazing, and being so close to the water made it even better. We also had a great view from our room. Thank you!
- 5/5
Amazing view
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Pool area was very nice and breakfast was very good. Everything was clean but feel like hotel is ready for a facelift. I’m 5’10” and the toilet was made for a small child. Other than that, great staff and great location.
- 5/5
The fact it is right across the street from the bayfronr and Al Lang Stadium
- 3/5
Only issue we had was the lack of parking. Having to park around the corner on the side of a building and walk instead of a garage or hotel parking lot was frustrating last night.
- 5/5
I wish the was more inexpensive and accessible but the overall experience is awesome love it!!!
- 2/5
I stayed two nights here at this property and overall it’s one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at. However, when checking out I left a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals inside of one of the drawers. I can say without a shadow of a doubt in my mind that I left them inside of the room. After calling the hotel and having them check my room and check lost and found, they were suddenly missing. I suspect the housekeeping staff removed these items without filing them as lost. Anyways the rest of the staff was very nice. If it wasn’t for the stolen items, 5 stars.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice central to where I wanted to be. The purifier is loud and the fridge made a high pitch sound so I had to unplug it. And, I still havent received a copy of my bill which I need!
- 4/5
Me and my son really enjoyed night swimming in the pool, its a vibe. However they should really include the valet parking at $45 per night in their ads because you have no other choice. There is nowhere to park unless you want to get towed so yes you do have to pay the extra $45 a night which really upset me because why didn’t they advertise that?? Maybe would have stayed somewhere else!!
- 2/5
Good
- 2/5
Valet attendants were rude and arrogant, don’t park onsite
- 3/5
Conveniently located, you have to valley, oh yeah we enjoyed sitting in the lobby sipping on starbucks coffees after having breakfast in our room watching guests walking to the breakfast area then turning around after finding out they have to pay for it "suckers', we called it the walk of shame lol, 1st timers at z hilton.

A few years ago I stayed at this location and had an amazing time but this time was NOT how I remembered it . When we first pulled my truck up to the Valet, there was one gentleman working, at first I thought maybe he didn’t notice us so we stayed parked in front for a couple of minuets. Then I thought maybe he didn’t notice us I got out of my truck and walked up to the young man working Sunday afternoon. He proceeds to look at me and ask “why are you just standing there like that?” I asked him if it was okay that we didn’t check in yet or if he needed us to check in first before checking in our keys to him. He AGAIN asked me “why are you just standing there like that though? And why is your car so far away you couldn’t have parked it closer?” I apologized and asked if I should move my car closer. He A G A I N! Looked at me said “why you just standing there though?” I will say my attitude changed towards him but once he realized I was getting upset he asked me if I was guest. I explained to him, again, yes we were guests but we haven’t checked in yet. He proceeded to tell me “welcome to the Hilton” and that was that. After checking into our rooms our bathroom was an issue. The towels had stains and curly ringlet brown hair on the towels. I have straight blonde hair. Thankfully I brought my own towels. From the jump I was not impressed and although the hotel itself was very nice and most of the staff was very accommodating. I will not be staying at this location again.
- 2/5
Toilet was so low to the floor felt like you were on floor hurt my back. Carpet was nasty! No charging ports for your phone besides on lamp. Beds didn’t seem like queen beds felt like full size bed. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Parking Is horrible you need to psy for valet or on the street. Bathroom ridiculously small.. definitely not worth 200 plus a night. Not what i am used to with the Hilton.
- 5/5
Great hotel , clean , staff is friendly
- 5/5
There is a restaurant on site and a Starbucks
- 5/5
We loved our room, it was spacious and reasonably priced. The king suit that has a separate sitting room with a TV and the bedroom also has a TV. The location was perfect for exploring the Dalí museum.
- 3/5
Very close to Mahaffey theatre
- 4/5
Quiet, nice bed, couldn’t find a ice machine on the 11th floor.

Great
- 1/5
This was nothing like the pictures the entire hotel was old, smelly, and just not it. The tv didn’t even work when we got there, the bath still had water in the tub, and the sheets felt damp. The entire hotel smelled weird also. Very dissatisfied
- 4/5
The staff was great and the Pier is walking distance which was nice. The rooms need some major major updates
- 4/5
I was in a PURE floor. The only thing that I didn’t like is—- no private space to sit and make a business call,$5.9595 for a small soda or water and$6.95 for Gatorade. $49.95 a night for parking? We were already paying a premium for the location. I am not certain but it appeared that the neighboring property had access to d pool. Loud and Obnoxious then used up all the towels!
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 5/5
We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
I won’t be too tough as it is a budget friendly hotel but that’s about the last of the positive. 445 pm and room was not ready…the good news was they reassured me by also explaining that there was no eta…this was also after waiting 30 min in line to find this out…and we had 20min to check in and get ready for a wedding which we had to do in a lobby bathroom and a friends room. But at least all we needed the room for was to sleep after the wedding which was fine….they made up for it all though with the $45 valet which took over 20min and when getting into our vehicle, found buckets of sweat on all the leather, center console, seat and door…literally everywhere…had to go back into the hotel and ask for a towel to clean it up! Brutal lol I’ve staid here before and just as bad of an experience. Good price and you REALY get what you pay for here…
- 5/5
Great location. $45 for valet parking is steep.
- 5/5
Cynthia and the rest of the staff were very professional, polite, and treated me like family! I’ve never had any issues when I stay there, this is why I continue to stay there. It’s very rare to have a perfect check in and check out! Have to give a shout out to the valet guys, they’re also very polite, & professional!
- 4/5
Staff was excellent
- 5/5
This art district is so amazing and there is so much to do near by
- 5/5
Nice property getting old needs some updating
- 1/5
Sheets was really dirty someone left the inside leafs from their cigar tucked in the sheets a when I got in ready to get in the bed it was thrown everywhere. When I called the front desk they didn’t seem to care they literally dropped off new bedding and told us to just change the sheets ourselves. The most uncomfortable night ever
- 5/5
I really like how calm it is
- 5/5
Amazing time. Thank you.
- 5/5
Easy to walk to museums, shopping, and restaurants. Trolly stop is across the street. Great pool.
