The booking.com price , the air conditioner worked,bed comfortable .. large fridge for a motel . Good working microwave The bugs , every night there were multiple bugs crawling out from under bath tub .. both the sink and bathtub drain have fowl smell. .. I did always feel safe there.. rough looking people hanging around, loud talking outside my room.

Absolutely the most third world place I’ve ever stayed. Sheets had disgusting brown stains, place was filthy. I literally pulled a blanket and pillow from my car and slept on the comforter. Legit 2 out of 10 absolute filth hole

I had rented the room during the chemical leak that caused the city wide evacuation. Staff didnt let me know whatsover and i had to be evacuated by local authorities. Staff wouldnt pick up the phone nor help me with a refund during the evacuation. All this and the rooms were poorly kept.

Location The pictures displayed are massively over stated, the flooring is not fitted correctly, the shower is designed for someone under 4ft if your lucky, the flooring in the bathroom area not fitted correctly and the area under the badly fitted flooring feels like it has rotted, the sink backed up on the first day, all be it was “fixed” quickly the level of professionalism on cleaning after the mess was none existent, soaked dirty towels left under the sink with no cleaning of the sink area after work was complete! Whenever the room was redecorated no care taken paint spray over TV, Mirrors, Floors etc. As much as the location for access to other areas was good, it did not feel safe due to certain elements that stayed let known the late night/silent hour noise. The staff very nonchalant about issues when raised.

The lady at the front desk is the worst! She cancelled my reservation as soon as I arrived

The only good thing about the property is that there’s a lot of parking shots The customer service people barely tells you anything. They just give you an all white keypads and what room you have, that’s it! After finding my room it looked bad. Giant hole in the bed frame, graffiti in/on all the furniture, stains in the tub and sick, broken ac unit, a microwave that was never cleaned out, broken outlets, and the remotes for the tv barely worked. I had to hit the remote a couple times just to get it to work. The water pressure is so weak that the shower barely got hot. The soap that they provided was even worse, it dissolved as soon as it got wet! Lucky for me I had body wash and was only using their soap to wash my hands. There’s no installation on the doors so you’re hearing everything that goes on outside. And there’s super bright lights on all night long that shines in through the blinds into which it’s always daytime. To top it off when I went out for a few hours I came back to all of the furniture, except for the bed, has been completely replaced without them informing me on anything! They just came in when I was gone and moved everything. There was also no information on what to do if there’s a fire or any fire extinguishers anywhere. Never again I say!

The room reeked of an incredibly foul odor, even with the air conditioning running at a low temperature (around 69 degrees Fahrenheit). Cockroaches were present right inside the room—which explains exactly why the smell was so terrible... There were a mere three bath towels provided, all old and discolored with a yellowish-white tint... They were so worn-out and dilapidated that I didn't dare touch them, let alone use them on floor to steps on. The toilet seat was loose, wobbling violently every time I sat down on it!!! In short, the Indian management team here is filthy, abysmal, and stingy... exactly mirroring the style found in their own home country!!!! And now, we are actually letting people like this run our country....!!! What a truly ridiculous and shameful state of affairs!!!

Our experience was so bad that we left within 10 minutes of checking in. The parking lot felt unsafe, with people loitering and questionable activity going on. When we got to the room, it was filthy—there was what appeared to be blood on the floor, and we even saw a bug or small rodent run under the dresser. We were told we would receive a refund since we checked out immediately, but that refund never came. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

Honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed in! Furniture looked worn out. Bed was very firm. Floor was dirty. Bathroom definitely looked like if someone did a quick fix. Paint was poorly finished. Very obvious someone patched a hole on the bathroom door. Ice machine did not work and a bunch of flies were around the machine. Would definitely not recommend!

The room was clean couple of stains on the sheets air conditioning was nice. The outside definitely doesn’t portray the inside the owner was very nice and helpful you also get what you pay for so paying a low price for it too be what is was definitely worth trying if your on a budget.

Hotel dirty

If you need a cheap place to sleep this is your place. Conditions were below some other low prices places I have stayed at. I had to look at adjacent room numbers to make sure I was in the right one because my room number looked like it had been torn off or blown away. The furniture in my room looked like a Jackson Pollock painting. I was surprised the AC unit worked considering it looked like it was falling apart.

This place was not clean. Read through the reviews and believe them. The floor was sticky, corner floors had dirt. The shower was gross and curtain was dirty. We also seen a small little friend run across the bathroom floor. They also charge a cash deposit and $30/hr to check in early. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The safety concerns didn't end there. At one point, over six police cars were on the property for a significant amount of time, and there was a man loitering outside for hours who seemed like a regular; based on the environment, I wouldn't be surprised if drugs were being sold right outside. To top it off, the hotel runs what feels like a total scam regarding deposits. Although Expedia lists that they take credit cards, they demanded a cash deposit and conveniently pointed me toward their on-site ATM, which of course comes with a fee, luckily I had enough cash to cover it. The deposit is completely pointless because the room is already in shambles, and they didn't even bother to check the room's condition before returning the money. There are so many other options for places to stay in this area; please, look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

The rooms were really dirty. The customer service was horrible. There were dead cockroaches on the walls. A lot of sketchy people around there. At night I keep hearing people fighting. I did not feel safe never again.

Rooms had ROACHES, hotel managers expressed that previous guest must have brought to the hotel. We cannot stay in a hotel with these conditions.

The rooms were filthy and run down (not at all like the pictures). Our doors wouldnt lock properly, and sounded like they were being tampered with in the night. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. They staff kept canceling my friends room whole we were actively staying and moved her twice in 3 days. It was a nightmare.

It was ok, decent accommodations for the cheapest price around. I thought that it was odd that there was no card in the room to hang on the door saying "privacy please or maid service please". My room was never cleaned nor did I get new towels or anything during my 4 night stay. It's not that bad, but it might be nice to have sometimes.

I stayed here 2 years ago and it was nice! Now it is HORRIBLE! There were two positive --- the housekeeper was great and they HAVE DIRECT TV! But get this: The TV screen in the room had a cigarette burn hole in the middle! See pictures!

I saw needles outside in the parking lot. And a prostitute women walking half naked. I informed hotels.com about the situation and received zero help. They only wanted to refund me 25 dollars for the 200 I prepaid. I did not stay in the hotel due to safety reasons. I was even told to not cancel the reservation. After so much going back and forth they agreed to refund 100 dollars. Keeping 100. So thats it. Thats the service I got for expressing the unsafety conditions and fearing.

Air conditioner did work but was not needed. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was ample and spacious. Checkin was good except they wanted a cash deposit which I had none. ATM on site but was not working had to travel to find atm, time consuming. Door had a gap between frame which have been no big deal.

I got the services right they’re nice. The rooms are kind of dirty and just like roaches a lot of them and they get on the bed. I could even hook up so yeah bottoms up.

Do not stay here! This property was strange right from the start. There was a van in the parking lot that had someone sleeping in it. I still wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I had a hard time opening the room door, and once I finally got it open and turned on the lights, the walls were moving from all the roaches crawling on them. There were roaches on the beds, the carpet, the TV stand —literally everywhere. I turned my family around and told them we were not staying there. Worst of all, the hotel does not hold itself accountable for the condition of its rooms. I demanded a refund, only for them to refund me for one of the two nights I was supposed to stay there. Do not stay here unless you like cockroaches inside your room and prostitutes outside the hotel.

Clean, friendly and very welcoming in the fashion of having not seen relatives in a long time and then that “ayyyy” of happiness you get finally seeing each other sort of feel.

The rooms are great for the price you pay. You get a microwave, fridge and ac. Not bad for less that $80

We were charged a cash deposit for staying here, when we got to the room it was extremely dirty and smelly. The bathroom had a rank smell and did not appear to have been cleaned either. The bathtub had a leaky faucet, the floors were in bad condition, the table and chair were damaged and in poor condition, and overall everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We checked in, went into our room, and left about 5 minutes later to find a better place to stay. It did not feel safe and was visibly dirty and not maintained.

I had more confidence in this $60 motel :/ the parking was very well lit which made it feel safe but once we checked in (quick/easy/very helpful staff) and we saw the room, we quickly decided the room was not for us. everything was very worn (desk/chairs/counters/etc), the bed had multiple stains (brown/yellow) and the room had an odor when entering. we may have been a bit harsh since we’re used to staying at La Quintas and Best Westerns.

Family of 3 stayed here for memorial weekend, don’t save the extra dollars just book elsewhere. Checking in/out was a breeze. Sketchy neighborhood. Large groups of People would be hanging in the parking lot 11pm and later. Felt unsafe. Room was 2 queen beds-didn’t even get under the sheets. Dresser has broken handles/torn up. 1 single chair in the room had stains (that looked like blood) holes in the chair. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock all the way. Entrance door to the room had a top lock that we could still see the sunlight outside from the cracks. WiFi was slow. Only good thing I can not complain about is the AC worked perfect.

The only problem I had was that I could not connect my PS5 to the TV and have it work. I return the PS5 and got another one, just in case the PS5 was the problem. But it was the tv. While that did suck that I did not get to play PS5 my entire stay there, which was kind of the reason why I booked the hotel, the rest of the stay was perfect. I have no real complaints.

This was the worst room I have stayed in. The bedding and towels were disgusting and worn. There were stains on the ceiling and walls. The sink and shower were extremely dated and disgusting. The toilet didn't have a lid. The remote didn't work. They asked for a $60 deposit after we had already paid for the room. That may be standard but felt odd. We did get it back though. Overall would not stay here again. The photos on the website are very misleading. The room did not look like that in anyway. Lastly, the deadbolt lock was on the door was broken and did not lock.

The photos online of the Dixie Orange County is very deceiving. The photos are outdated and the actual rooms/property does not look like the photos. The rooms are in bad shape and stink like stale smoke. There are signs that say the building is smoke-free, but you can smell smoke coming out of rooms as you walk by. If you are a non-smoker - this is not the place for you!

The room was dirty and bedsheets were stained. The bathroom tub clogged at every shower. We had a missing hairdryer.

The condition of the room was deplorable beyond anything I've ever seen ... The door jams of both the room and the bathroom were completely warped to the point of inability to close ... There was distinctive mold on the walls and ceiling in the sink area ... The bathtub itself had some sort of grime on the bottom to the point that I did not even use it during my stay and had to use work accommodations to shower ... The headboard on one of the beds, had a giant hole punched in it ... There were various colored stains on the sink top, as well as stains on the sheets on one of the beds ... I cannot discourage anyone and everyone from staying at this place nearly enough

Good service by the very kind staff, but our tub leaked-had black rings around the tub, no housekeeping service for the 3 days we were there, and the ice machine and soda machine didn’t work. The property was conveniently located to where we needed to go, area was quiet and safe, and again, staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms need some work, but would stay there again.

This place is disgusting. The room is the absolute dirtiest hotel room i’ve ever seen!! There’s holes in the walls everywhere even the ceiling. The bathroom counter had yellow residue all over it. The toilet was dirty and the toilet paper was used with finger prints on it. The beds were not clean, they had dirty sheets with brown marks and the mattress was all stained with hair all over it. The mattress is clearly outdated it’s literally dented in the middle. The floors had shoe prints everywhere, and it had a literal HUGE dent(almost a hole) in the floor that nearly made me fall, plus the floor was all sticky. And there is a door in our room where if unlocked the people next door would have access to our room, the only reason i have a problem with this is because the bottom of the door had a HUGE crack where if they wanted to peek under they’d be able to see into our room. We could hear everything going on in their room. This place grossed me out to the max I would not stay here again.

Stay upstairs... those rooms are in much better condition. Downstairs needs a lot of work with stucky floors, over powering chemical fumes from cleaning products, broken furniture, holes in places there shouldn't be... lights don't work when you flip the switches and so on... if you can afford to stay elsewhere, I recommend doing so. The staff is nice however be aware of they no refunds policy. One great thing was a cash deposit, for me that worked well.

The location was ok but the hotel itself was horrible, it had roaches and it's didn't offer face cloths, just two towels and not to exposed wiring and toilet paper on the towel rack because there wasn't a toilet paper holder

It’s super average, and they ask for a cash deposit when you arrive even if you’re completely paid up when you. They give you the deposit back before inspecting the room when you leave so i’m not sure what the point of the security deposit is to be honest, besides a barrier for entry.

For one night, it’s great. I’m not sure if I stay here over it, but it was clean in the parking was easy. There was some holes in the sheet covers, but it was clean.

I dont know what I expected for $70 a night but as we drove in they had cones and caution tape around the hot tub which should have been our sign to turn around find a different place but we are tired and just need to get a couple hours of sleep. The property is in decrepid shape. I'm typically not one to complain but there is a strong funk in the room that I can only imagine will linger once we leave so we brought in only the necessities. I booked through expedia and for the first time while checking into a hotel I was asked to leave a $60 cash deposit, I can only hope I get that back in the morning. The room in its entirety lookes like someone trashed it and they went over the larger holes with plastic covers and then just covered the rest in a hefty layer of paint. The door latch is broken and the bathroom door gets stuck on the toilet but seeing as there appears to be no pride in the upkeep of this property I'll stop listing whats wrong with it. At the time of writing this the hotel had a rating of 6.4 on expedia, I took a gamble that it'd be half decent but I was way wrong on that one.

So I had to use a physical key to lock and unlock the door. They allow people to live in the rooms and there’s so much drugs and tweaked an outside at all times. No privacy between rooms. The dresser in the room is broken, and missing drawers. This place is absolute garbage and it has so much potential to be good. I will never stay here again and if I would have had my daughter with me, I would have left the day I checked in.

There was urine smell when I turned on the AC and cigarette marks on the bedsheets. The bathroom is not so clean and my sister got burnt because of the hot water from the sink. The lady who runs the place is really nice but I guess I chose the wrong area to be in.

Do not stay here, this place is horrible, beyond your imagination. Toilet, sink, bathtub, furniture are super old and dirty, light fixtures are half attached to the ceiling, front door required special instruction to close/lock. A few special guests such as spider, cockroach are also in the room. We checked out after 20 mins in this room. This is the worse hotel I've been in.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, i had a family of 4 and only got 2 towels, no face towels no other towels, no tissue paper, phone did not work, ice machine didn’t work, no coffee machine, no plastic cups, no breakfast, there were times no hot water, they never offered clean towels or toiletries , no room service during my stay, some guests down the rooms were doing drugs and were trying to talk to my teenage daughter, ugh i hated this place

I do really like the staff always there to help you out, if something dont like you, willing to make you feel confortable.

Great parking area. Room was pretty dirty and dust everywhere and seemed to never have been deep cleaned. Ac has a slight mildew smell. Tried to book another day but wanted double of what I paid and a smaller room. If you’re on a budget, I think it’s good but don’t expect a ton!

This property was basically a hotel from hell. At first notice the neighborhood was unsafe do not bring kids here! People were sleep in vehicles near by. They had a pretend security car sitting out front that never moved. In the room the mattresses were caved in, The toilet seat was falling off, the mirror had already fallen off the wall and was sitting on the floor, there were stains all over the bathroom counter. They didn't even have a trash can in the room to try to clean up. Overall the room was disgusting. I would never recommend anybody staying here ever!!

This room is literally falling apart. There are burn marks all over the toilet, the tub, the sink, the smell of smoke. There are signs that say no smoking around the building yet people are smoking right underneath the signs. Will never stay here again. Pictures are inaccurate. I am beyond disappointed. I've always had good experiences when using Expedia but this was a total let down!!

I think I got what I paid for, I don't recommend it for the whole family. Maybe one or two nights alone. At the reception they treated me very well.

One room looked good beds were good and beading looked comfortable but shower had ants coming out of shower drain, got worse after turning water on, I requested a new room in which that was worse, no bedding but a thin old and dirty sheet on bed, under the fitted sheet was some weird scratchy cover with someone’s hair tangled in it. Ac/heater unit was run down and afraid to even turn on( itv was a cold night) the smell was horrible also for it being a non smoking room it sure smelled like smoking unclean room, it honestly made myself and daughter nauseous. There were sketchy men outside talking making our kids and i uncomfortable. The other room was just about the same, bedding is horrible and furniture was dirty! We did not stay no more than an hour, booked rooms somewhere else and left this place immediately after packing out things. Definitely stay here if you’re trying to have drug activities and prostitute adventures. Never thought this area would be this bad but owners should really consider on keeping up with rooms cleaning and sanitation of prior using. Horrible experience.

The level of crack motel is exactly what I expected for a $49 dollar stay! I’m broke and so I have no complaints! Thanks for being available to people who need it in hard times!

The area is good if going to Disneyland like I did but the room needs to be looked at because the ac unit looked destroyed and the flooring had vinyl pieces loose and the furniture needs to be replaced.He bed sheets were clean on the bed along with clean towels but i give this place 2 out of 5 stars. I only stayed 1night here fyi.
