Nice facility, clean and maintained but low shower water pressure and non existent morning coffee or breakfast. I think I had to pay for parking.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly! We enjoyed the pool and the hotel lobby. Definitely would stay again!

This isn’t the first time we’ve stayed here and we would stay here again in a minute! It’s a beautiful property with a beautiful view!

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the constant flashing light when going to bed with all the lights off was annoying. The refrigerator and the telephone did not work at all. I expected more from this hotel.

We checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday. Not once did our room get service. I have always stayed at Courtyard around the country and this was a first.

Staff was very friendly, but there are issues at the property. There was an issue with the water in the building when we checked in - but we weren't informed - there was no water in the bathroom. Once fixed, our sink was inoperable - we changed rooms and were given $20 in food coupons. We were not aware until check in that the Bistro was not open on weekends and served limited breakfast.

What we didn't like was having no free coffee in the mornings. The Starbucks cost us $13/day for a large regular coffee. Also, we like a breakfast buffet included with our room fee. The next time, that would be a consideration.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and the amenities provided were exactly what I needed. Bathroom was a horrible set up. Water would be everywhere once shower was done due to the lack of wall/curtain.

We were in town for a family reunion. The property is very nice, quiet, and you can tell it was recently renovated. We utilized the pool and the gym but, chose instead to eat our each day as there were numerous eateries a small distance away to choose from. Every representative at the front desk were extremely friendly and attentive. We only had a small incident when upon return one evening, a few of our rooms were not cleaned as scheduled. However, within 10 minutes, the manager personally cleaned the rooms and even compensated us with a free drink at the bar. I truly enjoyed our stay.

Took a solo trip to clear my mind and everything about this hotel was what i needed.

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to show hospitality! No complaints with them at all. Our room was ready for us when we arrived. Everything was clean, however the toilet would run randomly every three mins, then stop. We called the front desk. She came up and said she would also file a request with maintenance. Each day it would run randomly. It was annoying when we were trying to sleep but we managed. The body wash in the shower was empty when we got there. The front desk gave us more bar soap, and two days later the body wash was filled. Should have checked the conditioner too… it was still empty when we left. Overall a good experience…it’s the little things.

The area where the hotel had food options, and walking distance. If you rent a car, most food places are just less than a mile away and many shopping options available to you as well not too far almost everything at your finger tips.

We stayed in room 225 and we could hear a loud noise that sounded like a running dryer and the air conditioner was loud. The shower curtain was dirty as well and when you ran the shower, the tub’s faucet sprayed out water. Also, they did not clean our room during the stay. I expect better conditions for a Marriott property and for the amount of money spent per night for the room.

The hotel was nice but the bed was a rock and the room was super loud. It sounded like a racetrack outside all night. We were also by the elevator, which was loud too! The location was convenient and near goid food.

I was coming from a funeral, and the front desk staff were kind and compassionate!

Liked location. Lobby mens room out of soap for two days . Our room desk chair had some brown stains. The bed is in the wrong area which was odd. Room key cards did not work on outside entrances so was locked out three times in twenty degrees… brrrr

Other than that, we love staying there and love the food choices near that area.

The hotel was fine enough..the bed was comfortable. A generally forgettable experience. The shower was not cleaned- still had razor gel with hair stuck in it on the shower ledge. Boo.

The shower design left you standing in the cold while showering and water all over floor..

I had a wonderful stay, everything was in order. I wish you would have had security cameras on the parking lot as my car got hit on Friday night Saturday early morning and can’t report it to the authorities, so I am now responsible for it.

Being that I was there multiple days, there was no refreshing of the room. I had to call housekeeping to get a new set of towels. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Our first day the room was not clean (hair in bathroom) cheap one ply toilet paper, cheap coffee in room, refuse to pay for Starbucks in hotel, stranger walked into our room because his card key was keyed incorrectly, extremely noisy area, housekeeping forgot several items several times, twice our key cards didn’t work. There were times there was no one at the front desk, curtains drawn. We will never stay here again!

We had a hard time getting them to service our room. We were there for 4 days and had to ask several times and follow up to get housekeeping services even once. Bathroom had mold there were 2 spiders and 2 ants in the bathroom and on the couch. Just didn’t feel comfortable there.

there were 4 rooms being worked on outside that they shouldn't have rented mine was one of them. Construction workers were super loud before they started work at 715 am no good.

The property was nice. Night 1 we did not have a working shower and could not move because they were sold out. We were told we would receive a discount but that did not happen. We were moved the next day to a room with a working shower. Overall stay was ok but I just feel there should have been some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

My reservation stated I booked a king room for three nights, with our busy schedule I did not really realize till the last day I was in a queen room. I don't like paying for something I did not receive.

Mostly a great stay. I'm disappointed that Marriott main properties don't offer even a continental free breakfast anymore, but I guess every single thing has to be monetized to increase that profit margin, right?

Absolutely loved the fire pit, fireplace, and all the lounge space. Great for just hanging out with friends! Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Our room was, unfortunately, adjacent to guests unreasonable about the low level noise always apparent when residing in a dwelling with shared walls. My partner and i were not unreasonably or atypically loud. We work nights and, thus, were up late. Instead of gaging the situation to determine the validity of the complaint, or - dare i say- consider our right to be awake and active during late hours, we were harrassed to the point of leaving for most of the last half of our stay. Lastly, we booked the room another night despite the issues as this was the lesser of two option (staying or moving all our things). However we were told "the manager may not allow you to stay...i will ask abd call you back." We were left hanging without a follow up for over an hour - told we had to leave right at noon/checkout. Finally, when leaving through the lobby, the desk clerk, Kayla, resonded to my acknowledging smile and, "thank you" with an accusatory, rude, and disrespectful stare of silence. In short, even if we were too loud and otherwise disturbing our neighbors, the situation was handled without even the slightest modicum of professionalism, grace, or appreciation for our choosing your property - which is one of the priciest in the vicinity. I expected more from this hotel.

Firstly, the young girl making coffee in the morning was surly and abrupt to the point of almost being hostile. Fortunately, every other single staff member we encountered was exemplary. Secondly, the shower water pressure was ABYSMAL. The bathroom sink had more pressure. Not only did this make it unenjoyable and difficult to shower and perform hygienic tasks, it actually became dangerous, as the weak stream would not effectively wash away body wash and hair products, making the shower floor very slippery, my wife almost fell. Many things were very good, but the showers were bad enough to lead me to stay elsewhere on our next trip to the Charleston area.

The hotel is located near the main road so there is a lot of LOUD traffic all night long. The room was not clean. There were spills on the nightstand, dirty glasses, makeup on a hand towel, torn bedding, the pillows are very soft, no firmer ones available. And their Starbucks restaurant was completely out of food.

The staff was so helpful and understanding trying to use my gift cards. Thank you !

I’ll short stay at the hotel was convenient and nice

The room was dated needs up grade bathroom shower floor chipping no cleaning or change of towels and they say they have a Mimi fridge that’s not true it’s like a cooler plug in and the ac turns off so you have to keep turning it on. Stayed a extra night because I had some more things to do and the key card didn’t work anymore. The noose from the road that was very active was just too loud. I would not stay there again.

The property is nice . The staffwas very helpful... my only complaint is their cafe doesn't serve all day... and they have no umbrellas near the pool and the pool area is very sunny..and the pool furniture is in poor condition
