Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Looked like Sunday's omelets and sausage patties were served again.

The staff were refreshingly friendly. The location was clean and well kept. The breakfast was mediocre, but not horrible. Can’t believe that far south there were no biscuits and gravy. But the friendliness of staff and cleanliness of location far outweighed a less than stellar breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Am that does not give a guest an opportunity to use it in the morning of the day that you check out. Having a pool was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate!

It is beside the interstate, so there is road noise, which I don't mind as I usually sleep with a sound machine.

Parking and check-in were easy and the staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was adequate with a comfortable bed and roomy sitting area, but the bathroom could use some maintenance or updates to make it appear cleaner. The breakfast was very basic continental items. Everything was fine for the quick one night stay that we needed.

Parking was great. The breakfast was a little disappointing - limited choices. I have gluten and dairy intolerances, so I was not able to eat the breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The room had ample space and a nice mattress. The appearance is good but functionally this hotel has some glitches. If you are tall you may like the high showerhead, however with a fixed glass enclosure on the controls side the only way to turn on the water is to stand in front of it and take a cold blast in the face.

Everything was very good. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was very professional, friendly and attentive. Parking was easy. Bathroom floor and carpeting could have been a bit cleaner.

The staff were efficient, friendly, and professional at check-in and check-out, as well as, throughout our 3-night stay. The room, public areas, pool, fitness area, and interior/exterior property grounds were clean and well maintained. Parking was free, convenient, and well-lit. We did not have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. The location is convenient to the interstate, local stores, gas/food, and area attractions. I highly recommend this property.

Overall stay was good. Only issue is traffic, getting in and out of the parking lot can be a chore. Not much the hotel can do about that. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed fairly comfortable. Breakfast was your typical cereal, breads, fruits, there was hot eggs and sausages, and a waffle maker.

The front desk attendant did an excellent job of welcoming us and making feel as though we were in just the right place. The parking is conveniently located, and there were spaces available even on a night when it seemed that the hotel was full. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods that were continually served during breakfast hours.

Our room was very clean. Staff was very very accommodating, especially Joyce. And if everyone took time to do their job like this young lady would make all hotels much better and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel backs up directly to the interstate, making it noisy at all times. The second elevator makes a horrible noise when in motion. The breakfast is very light with minimal choices. However, the staff is friendly and there is a large selection of tv channels.

I stay here every time I'm in the Charleston area. The staff is so friendly!! Always a great experience.

Limited housekeeping. Nothing we could find on their website about this. Inquired about this and were told it was Thanksgiving. Of course, we paid for the service – I guess this is just another corporate money grab. The free coffee available all day, however when we went to use it, it was old and cold. Hmmmm, I guess their saving money there. The night before we departed, we brought the coffee issue the staff's attention and said that we would be leaving the early the next morning before breakfast and we ask if we could get hot coffee. We were assured we could. Next morning no hot coffee and we ask the staff and were told it would be a made in a half hour we the breakfast staff arrived. I guess it’s not in his job description. Room looked clean except for some hair in the bathroom. Also found and glue on finger nail no the floor near the bed. Pretty gross.

The room was big and provided comfort during a rainy weekend while visiting from Boston. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and walkable for shopping and dining. The water pressure in the shower was great however the sink’s water pressure was very low and should be improved.

Comfortable, clean and convenient hotel!

The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. Very, very slow pressure. The A/C unit in our room was so loud, sounded like a lawn mower.

These guys are awesome. I booked the hotel and put in the wrong dates. They fixed it and didn’t even blink an eye. The room is always clean and ready. It’s my go to hotel in Summerville SC

the room we had 213 when the AC kicked on sounded like a 747 taking off and at night the parking lot lights blinded us wasn't easy to get to sleep outside of that all was good.

I would have given 4 stars but the toilet clogged on our first night and they did move us to another room. It was very inconvenient for us but otherwise the room was very nice.

This was undoubtedly the best Comfort Suites I have ever stayed in. Better than most supposedly high end hotels. HQ needs to use this hotel as it's Gold Standard. Kudos to the management and staff

Front desk was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Negatives were that the bathroom didnt seem very clean, the room was humid the entire time, and the floors are very thin and it sounded like elephants walking above you.

We drove around in circles for over an hour and could not find the place. So we were so tired we got back on the highway and continued until we found another hotel. Were vacationing from upstate New York and had to waste 200.00. I felt like we got scammed 🙁 if you could make this right, I’d appreciate it!

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. An absolutely amazing establishment.

My toddler found a random Tylenol PM before we did. There was a strange stain on the wall and a pine on the toilet. The shower head is the adjustable type but must’ve been broken. Overall was clean and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

All of the good reviews are on point! Every single employee at the front desk during our stay was at the peak of professionalism and created a very welcoming environment. We also got offered warm cookies during our stay when passing the front desk. It always smelled super clean and man oh man the breakfast! Out of our many vacations, this hotel had the widest spread of free breakfast that we have seen! The coffee was also very good, not too weak comaired to others we've been to. The only downside was we had a room facing walmart, and because of the A/C unit placement, the shades are unable to close all the way across the window, leaving it quite bright in the room all night. Overall though, we would absolutely come back!

Great choice for a stay but staff should pay attention to their parking lots as someone was having a full blown tailgate party pretty much right in the driveway of the hotel when we arrived back our first of a two night stay.

Very nice place to stay and the staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. They even cooked a special batch of cookies, so my child wasn't disappointed that they were all gone. Room and facilities were clean, well kept, and up to date.

We stayed in the suite for a last minute trip. The staff was friendly on arrival. Lobby and rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely designed. We had two comfortable queen beds and a futon in our room. Comfortably housed all five of us for a long weekend. Would definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly shocked at how clean and comfortable this was! I was expecting the usual, very basic budget accommodations, but this was next level. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff, excellent hot breakfast with lots of options (this is important when you're traveling w kids). Little details like lemon infused ice water in the lobby, firepits by the pool, and beautiful curtains in the windows. Our very basic room also had a separate seating area w a couch which was really useful when traveling w family.

The hotel itself is nice. The area around seemed a little unsafe.

I stayed on the third floor, the hotel had 4 floors. The people next to me on my left made a lot of noise in the bathroom. The people above me had kids and constantly stomped their feet when walking and was up at all hours of the night. I couldn't get any sleep. The shower head in the bathroom was too high and couldn't find a proper setting to get good water pressure. Not worth $150 a night. They put a hold or deposit on your card of $176, three times the amount of most hotels.

Overall, very good place to stay. Very friendly, super helpful staff! Room was clean and QUIET except for normal traffic noise. Not a peep from other guests. Only negatives for me were the location, sits in VERY congested area with Wal Mart and other businesses. There is a very poor design for traffic to get in and out with poor visibility at the stop sign. Arrived at 1:30 and was told NO rooms would be ready til at least 3. Never had that happen before anywhere I’ve stayed. But again, lady at front desk offered me the remote to sit and watch TV in common area til room was ready. And at 3 pm, not only was room ready but also fresh, homemade chocolate chip cookies! There are only two washers and two dryers. One washer was out of service and one dryer had quarters jammed in it. Other dryer left my clothes half wet after 45 minutes! Would definitely stay here again cause positives outweigh the negatives.

The stay at this Comfort suite was excellent. The picutures were accurate and did not mislead. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. One critque would be the breakfast we not so great but not different from other places these days that have a breakfast. I would stay there again.

Very friendly staff! We would highly recommend this hotel. We were there for a weekend visit. Perfect spot to stay to explore the area. If the town still does the sweet tea trail, we encourage you to do it!

When we arrived the toliet would not flush and they brought us a plunger and made us plunge it ourselves. We were not the ones that clogged it, we asked for the plunger within 5 minutes of entering the room. There was also trash in our room.

The first room was dirty and smoke filled. The second room we went to was dirty as well especially the shower. My wife cleaned the shower herself, afterwards she ran the water for her to get the shower drain was clogged water was back up. So we didn’t take a shower. Front desk was very courteous. It was late and didn’t feel like moving again
