Workers were very helpful when I pulled up. Overall, very good stay. The only issue I had was that there were cobwebs and three spiders in the corner of the room. How this got past cleaning, I don't know - especially since the rest of the room was basically spotless. For the price, I recommend.

The bed was comfortable, and the suite itself felt organized and pleasant during my stay. I also appreciated that my belongings were respected by housekeeping. Even though I had asked not to have the room cleaned because my personal items were spread around, they carefully made the bed and cleaned the bathroom without disturbing my things. Check-out was quick and easy, and I also appreciated that my luggage was stored safely after check-out until I returned later in the day. What I didn’t like was the inconsistency at the front desk. The check-in process felt disorganized because the receptionist assisting me seemed unfamiliar with basic procedures and had to repeatedly ask another staff member for help. I also received almost no information about the hotel during check-in, such as Wi-Fi details, breakfast information, amenities, or check-out policies unless I specifically asked. Another issue was that housekeeping entered and cleaned my suite even after I placed the “Do Not Disturb / No Cleaning” sign on the door and personally requested no service. Although nothing was disturbed and the cleaning itself was excellent, my request should still have been respected.

The rooms are new remodeled. They are spacious nice and clean. It was a good experience. Overall I would highly recommend this motel for the price and the quality.

My room was horribly outdated and in an embarrassing state of disrepair. When I found a live cockroach running around by my feet, I went to management and asked for a refund. They refused. They insisted I have a suite instead, and then proceeded to show me one while there was a person inside of it. They were as shocked as I was that we were there opening their door without permission. Horrid experience all around. Unbelievably bad, especially considering the price! I left without my refund and found a WONDERFUL place for even less money.

The outside looks very non-maintained, photos of the room online are miss leading and make the rooms look nicer then they really are. The sheets and towels had stains on them and everything is very old and outdated, there are also people who live there for extended time and have loud BBQ parties outside till late night. Staff was friendly though, kinda weird that the people who run it like live in a camper trailer in the parking lot taking up several parking spaces which would be nice to have for guests cause the parking does get pretty full there. Just mostly upset that the rooms didn't look as advertised and for the price was not worth it.

Hours and where breakfast was served was not provided. Staff needs to be more friendlier and welcoming.

Pleasantly surprised! The rooms were super clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. There was plenty of parking and the staff was very friendly too!

Two front‑desk staff in particular were unprofessional: the man with the mustache spent the whole day talking to someone, and the woman kept telling me to “sit, I’ll get back to you,” but never did. I ended up figuring everything out on my own. The hotel room itself had many issues: the phone didn’t work, the bedroom had no light or an open window, the AC didn't work when I was shivering, and the bathroom door lock was broken. I felt scared because people were smoking and wandering around outside. The breakfast was also misleading — there was no good food, all carbs, junk, not even juice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was truly an unpleasant and unsafe experience.

I wish they had scrambled egg instead of hard-boiled egg. I think that is my only concern. But over all the room is really new and clean. The bathroom also really nice. It seems like they just remodel the place. Funny interaction at the front desk but nothing serious.

I've stayed at this property several times over the years and I consider it to be the best hotel deal in the immediate area, especially considering its centralized location at the intersection of the 101 and 237 freeways. The property is quiet, well-maintained, and provides great value for the rates. Will definitely stay here again!

The staff is friendly, but the ambiance is a bit chaotic. I believe some of the staff lives at Days Inn and they would have parties into hours of the night, music, talking loud - it was not your typical hotel environment. The breakfast was good and rooms were decent. Not a place I would stay again.

It appears that there is a lot of construction to modernize the property which is much needed. The room was old, rundown and in need of updating. The staff member was helpful and quickly reprogrammed our room keys after they stopped working.

I don't usually complain, but this was not great - it WAS clean, though. When we checked in, the clerk was on a personal call, and asked us to wait. 3-4 minutes later, we finally were taken care of. We got to our room (upstairs, no elevator and we're both in our 60s), one wall-mounted lamp didn't have a chord long enough to plug in anywhere. We tried calling, but the phone didn't work. We asked in the lobby about an extension chord and got a blank look. TV service was horrible! The guide channel showed lots of channels, but there was no way to directly select them on the remote and no instructions. They are apparently working on renovating the rooms, but we sure didn't get one that's been done.

Don’t book here at all. There were roaches spiders. Place smelled like mold. I took video and picture of several cockroaches but I don’t know where to send them to. I usually don’t water my time to write a review because most places are ok and o can deal with them. This place was truly horrible. I definitely should get a refund disgusting place!

This place is a disaster. They gave me a room, the place was dirty and the main lights didn't work. I went back to request a different room and they gave me one where the shower didn't work. I went back told them to cancel my stay and they promised me they would take care of the refund and then they didn't. Miserable experience, will never stay there again.

There was hospital band hanging from the ironing board that was developing mold. The bed skirt had stains on them. It was a nice place to stay on a budget.

Curtains were shabby and difficult to close. Breakfast was nice. Lots of variety. Floors were clean.

Wasn’t the best experience overall. The room was quite large, but obviously dated and run down.

Breakfast has limited choice, the bread seems like they were exposed too long. Parking is free, that is plus point for them. The room is not sound proof, the fridge was alarming because it sounds like someone is snoring. Their towels were not clean enough. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash they put it to high that if you are too small you cannot reach them. We feel we were not safe in this place. I will not recommend this hotel

Broken down RV in the parking lot. Someone living out of a travel trailer who is probably paying the proprietor for the parking lot space. I had a feeling theres some shady stuff going on. Got to the room and it was musty and creepy. Ive never had the overwhelming sense of dread but something happened in room 229 at sole point, something terrible. The second i entered the room i could feel the negative energy - someone or multiple people have died in this room. I put my stuff on the bed and no sooner than laying my items down, i was out the door and found an extended stay. Should’ve booked elsewhere from the get-go but thats what i get for trying to save a buck. WOULD NOT recommend.

Love this place

Not a bad stay, but they were clearly in the middle of renovating the place. The view out of our window was that of a junk yard. Still felt safe and clean, but take care of your construction mess.

I was attending a concert at the shoreline amphitheater and found this place to be the only one under $200 for a night within a 10 minute drive of the theater. Check in was extremely easy and the staff were very kind. My room was spotless and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the mattress was. I would definitely stay here again!

Key card demagnetized ridiculously easy but at least they were nice about reactivating it Breakfast was also good could have had more choices but what I did pick I liked There should have also been more towels. Bedding also seemed clean I still sprayed it down with lysol but it was clean and even smelled clean They put me in a room near the garbage and the garbage was over flowing 😕 The outside grounds gave a bad vibe its VERY unkempt thats why I was so surprised by the cleanliness of the room

The staff in the dining area were rude. I didn’t know that the dining area opens at 730 on Sunday, I asked if I could sit at the dining table and they try old me rudely that they’re not open until 730 and it was 722 am. Once they opened the dining area, the lady in charge told us that make sure we only get 2 eggs per room, basically treating us (who were there early) as though we were going to steal hardbodies eggs.

The power was out from 8pm-we left @ 9am. Doors were slamming & people were yelling throughout the night. Traumatic experience. Do yourself a favor and pick another place to stay.

Staff was great. The pool area was not. Broken chairs, pool was dirty such a disappointment. Room was okay. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning and updating and the window had no screen. Overall it was fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

I like the location, view, room space & size; room was clean and comfortable. Quiet place and provide daily housekeeping. However Hotel outside condition was dated & poor and hallways somewhat dirty.

This Hotel is not what it seems in the pictures. The sauna didn't work, pool wasn't clean, very small gym and dirty. The window doesn't close so all trash and leaves come in from the outside. The Lady at the front desk was very rude no customer service at all. When it came to the room it was worse. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower still and the toilet was clogged. The phone in the room didn't even work I had to use my personal cell phone to contact the front desk when needed. The floor was stiicky as if it has not been properly mopped in a long time. Definitely not staying here again, pay that extra 100-200 and stay at a decent hotel.

When we arrived we checked in and went to one of our rooms and it had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they changed the bedding and picked up the bathroom while staff was speaking in Spanish about myself and friends. Then proceeded to tell me they had just cleaned it and someone must have a key.

The room was average. The bed was comfortable. The outlets and TV did not work well. We got certain stations on the TV. The hot water in the shower worked sometimes. The shower head in the wall was not fulling drilled in properly so it was sticking out. There was only shower curtain not a shower liner. The pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast was average. There needs to be more options. The hotel seemed outdated from the outside.

Not a lot of frills, but when I travel for business I just need a clean, safe place to sleep. Very affordable for the area, close to area freeways, and it’s a quick drive to SJC Airport.

When we arrived and got our key cards not once did they tell us we would have issues opening a door! Opening the door! After you insert and remove card the door handle goes and then down! If you did it any other way the door won’t open. The room was completely dirty. The only thing clean were the beds. After I cleaned we were able to drop our stuff down. They had a small fridge which didn’t work and it smelled so bad! We didn’t use it. The shower faucet was loose and water dripped all night. This place is in need a new look! Everything is outdated and abused. They have a sign that reads no smoking and if we’re to smoke do it 25 feet away from the property. No one listened to that! We had smokers right outside our door and the room smelled so bad. Never , ever staying here again!

The room next to me had a water leak that crossed over to my room. Very noisy at night either from renters having parties in the parking lot or in the adjoining rooms.

This is by far the worse place I have ever stayed.....first of all I couldn't understand the desk clerk....he was not clean shaven and looked shambles, the room was fair but the t.v.didnt work,when I called the front desk he stated there was nothing he could do about it...the toilet ran all night, the street noise was awful, and the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on...I will never book another room with you or Wyndham again !!!

Didn't like anything. The floors in a condemned state, all the fixtures were loose and falling apart. Plus the counter help was super rude and disrespectful. The sink fixtures were hard operate because the handles were loose and ready to fall off both in the shower and sink. Windows would very hard to close. The bath room window was hard to close the lock handle was coming off. I could go on but what good would it do. I know you people won't do anything about it.

Worst hotel stay ever!! Front desk was so rude, she gave the wrong code to the TV and when we asked a worker for help he said he’d come by and never did so no TV entire time. The pool was locked, the linens had burns through them. And the toilet seat was cracked. No breakfast was available it was just complete garbage. I will never come to another Wyndham or days inn motel again. The entire staff was rude and we felt disregarded and disrespected and felt that it was discriminatory.

The AC/Heater did not work in my room. It was not too cold that night so not a big deal. There were two spiders in the bathroom. One on the window and one in the shower the next morning. The floors looked new, hardwood laminate, not carpet. Breakfast was a let down, Cheerios and some oatmeal packets. There was a waffle maker. It is across the parking lot from the Turkish BBQ which was good food.

Checking in was a nightmare....first I was given a handicap room which I did not need. Went back to the desk and the clerk didn't seem to know what a "handicap" room was. I told him to give me a "regular" room so that someone who might need the handicap room could have it. He then proceeded to give me 3 different keys to 3 different rooms. The rooms WOULD NOT OPEN.....he then came with me telling me he would "show me how to open the room". I am 74 years old and I know how to open a hotel room if the key works.He then walked down and opened the 4 th room with trouble with the key. Beyond frustrating and beyond rude.

We checked in last night. The toilet was plugged, I ended up going to the front desk to get a plunger. Some lights were burnt out and the room could use a good cleaning. We probably should have left but it was a long day.

Asked about a pack n play over the phone prior to visit and was told they had one for use and at check in told me they didn’t have one at their property.

Days Inn in Sunnyvale was conveniently located near light rail (Lockheed Station) and Google Cloud campus. The hotel exterior was dirty and not well-kept. The room was generally clean, but very dated. We had to avoid the same sticky spills in the hall and a gross sock lying right next to a filthy, broken garbage can both days. In the room, there was evidence of water damage in the floors with buckled laminate wood, the bed skirt was filthy (layers of stains as if it had never been washed and evidence of a variety of liquid spills), and the heater was so extremely loud that we had to sleep in the cold or not sleep at all. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 am to clean the room...what!?! Had we not pre-paid, we would have bailed on this hotel.

Everything was good my only complaint would be the walls in my room were very thin and i could hear Everything in the room next to me.

Stayed Dec 20-22 and the heat in the room did not work..went to front desk and told them..also said if it couldnt be fixed please give 2 additional blankets..heat never got fixed and never got extra blankets..

Room was dirty, very noisy, water leaking, dead bugs, peeling paint, and suspicious stains. Breakfast was instant oatmeal and a granola bar. Desk service poor: took a very long time despite nobody else being there, double charged for room and they said they can’t help - told me to dispute the charge. Also was given a “secure storage” place for my bag after checkout and it was just sitting in the front of the lobby when I returned hours later.

Staff was helpful. Room service was regular. Supplies were replenished. But swimming pool was out of order.

Water pressure in shower was extremely low. The room was very plain with older furniture. The comfort of the bed was ok. Average.

The bed mattress should be replaced. I would have liked to have had real pillows- not couch pillows covered in pillow cases, My shower never really got hot- a warm shower is better than a cold shower. The property is obviously old, but I appreciate that you have tried to maintain it.

Most chairs broken, which just summarized the feel of the entire place. Room that was supposed to have ice and vending machine just hac nothing. Disonnected pipes, dirty wall. My guess is that people wer breaking ionto the vendin machines so they had to move all snacke to the lobby. That was the feel of the place. Not safe. I took my granddaughters andleft.

Cons: Floor was sticky. large bubble in the wall from water leaks. Ceiling sagging from water leaks. Bathtub was dirty. Twice, hotel staff walked into my room while I was laying down resting, although they apologized (didn't know the room was occupied) it was creepy. This could be a nice place if they corrected the deferred maintenance.

The stay was not good. It was terrible, we found cockroaches in our room every single night, we told the front desk 3 times and the only thing they did about it was that they came spray the room or switch us to another room which we didn't want. They would come in the room and spray, and we still found cockroaches every night, and they would touch your belongings without your permission! We even found a spider in the bathroom last night. The food for breakfast was good. We will never be staying here again and will be going to get a refund! No wifi, no password provided, the phone in the room does not work. when getting the room keys and opening the door, the scanner took forever to open, once you place the room key, it took forever to open the door.
