- Friendly and helpful staff
- Clean rooms
- Breakfast quality varies
- Lack of daily cleaning service

Everything was great! Clean and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Was here for couple of nights just to get some rest. Room was so specious and had everything that we needed. Outside they have pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area! Very nice place we will be coming again.
- 5/5
Suite had everything we needed. Outdoors was perfect for sitting with a cocktail. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Excellent service from the staff. The breakfast was very tasty and always on time.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
Watch out, they hit you with a ton of extra fees including parking ... parking??? That is ridiculous!!!
- 3/5
Everything is amazing after check in. The front desk did not explain anything. Luckily I had already been there before and knew about parking and the cleaning fee $250 hold, but when I went to check in he took forever and told me it’s bc I prepaid and I just made the reservation. Making me seem like I made his life harder. I apologized, no idea why I did, but he was like it’s ok still making it my fault. It’s fine, I could tell he didn’t do his end of the job when I booked it and I know I gave enough time for him to make that reservation. I let it go but I came to this specific hotel bc of how quiet and nice it is but his whole introduction to my two day stay just put the first impression on a new low standard when my last check in last time the guy was great!
- 5/5
The property was very well maintained - the outside pool and shared spaces were fabulous, lots of seating within a beautifully maintained garden area, and the outdoor games area was set up nicely. The daily breakfast was great - ot included varied hot items everyday and was kept super clean and constantly replenished by the attentive and friendly staff. Our suite was spacious and very clean as well - we really enjoyed our stay here.
- 4/5
Great stay, spacious and well maintained. Loved our room. Wednesdays they have a social hour which was fantastic. Breakfast was not the best.
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast
- 5/5
Great all around!
- 5/5
How Spacious and comfortable it was, the staff was really nice. I needed to drop my bag before check in time and the staff was so nice to help me keep it safe until I got back. Breakfast could go up to 10:00 am during weekdays
- 5/5
We had a great experience with our stay. The staff was helpful and Michael was a superhero. We were in town for a concert and he made it so we could check in and leave for it with plenty of time. The room was quite spacious and clean. My sister said it felt like a little apartment. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the lighting features. It helped with putting on make up.
- 3/5
Noise: I was put in a room on the first floor directly on an open corner by the outdoor social area so if don't want to hear other guests in the pool, grills, game area, etc, definitely ask for a room away from those things. The noise between the floors is also very noticeable and I was woken up quite a few times from the noise of the upstairs occupant as well as people walking up and down the stairs directly in front of my room. Cleanliness: Pretty good. I do have to say my microwave had hair in it and wasn't fully clean, and a bag of coffee was opened in the kitchen, but other than that, it looked and felt very clean.
- 5/5
This will be my go-to place from now on when I'm in San Jose. Check out was easy with Rafael as well. See you next time. :)
- 5/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The room was clean and check in was easy. But the beds were very uncomfortable and both the showers in our room weren’t working properly. One only put out scorching hot water and it was really hard to turn off. The other shower only had a small amount of water and pressure coming out of it. The morning breakfast was food and the grounds were well maintained.
- 2/5
Staff is not customer service oriented, not very polite. The room was ok. Breakfast wasn't that great. Bed wasn't comfortable. Woke up with a backache.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking is $9/day
- 5/5
Thoughtful and excellent service
- 5/5
The suites are cute. Used to be an apartment complex. The entire property is decked out super cute and set up for long term stays.
- 5/5
I love the whole place. The staff were amazing and friendly. Thank you so much
- 5/5
Staff super friendly, clean and great value
- 4/5
Great breakfast
- 3/5
The hot tub was not working. The amenities were the reason why we chose the hotel. They had workers banging away saturday morning.
- 5/5
Great room and very nice pool enjoyed the breakfast
- 4.5/5
Loved that they accept small dogs and had little dog parks everywhere with hooks for their leashes inside the room. The bed was a bit uneven in the handicap accessible room mattress needed to be flipped over as it dipped on the left side.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast
- 5/5
Freah
- 4/5
Staff was great but I called ahead to make sure that the hot tub working ( a couple of days before I arrived) & was told it was. When we went to use it the water was warm ( not warm enough) but no jets. I called the front desk & was told that maintenance told them they’ve been waiting for ‘a part’ for awhile now & sorry. The hot tub was the main reason for my booking so it was quite disappointing.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff, good breakfast-good value. Nothing comes to mind.
- 5/5
everything nothing
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast, pool was warm. The only disappointment was the front desk receptionist who was on her phone the whole time we were checking getting checked in by another staff, unfriendly no smile mo eye contact to guests its odd to be in hospitality business but clearly don’t have the basic qualities for it.
- 5/5
I didn't eat the breakfast had to be on the road before the time of breakfast was server.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Room was clean! Good size suite! Breakfast was okay. Ran out of coffee pretty quick. Didn’t know who to ask for coffee since the front desk said they don’t handle that. Door from the room looked like it stayed open so we could hear the cars all night, since it’s off the highway.
- 5/5
It was fresh ran out quick because it was so good but quality food as well.
- 5/5
Yes - clean, professional and safe
- 5/5
Family trip we stay at the Sonesta hotel in Sunnyvale. It’s so nice. It’s like you have your own apartment pet, friendly so peace and quiet people at the front lobby. They’re very nice. This is my second or third time that I’m staying there every time I go to San Francisco with my family I stay there this place is safe quiet very nice for family trip.
- 2/5
My dog was acussed of chasing somebody and i was asked to leave this is totally unexceptable first off my dog weighs a whole 7lbs and is trained and on a leash she has never chased anybody if anything shed run from people not twards them. The man wouldnt even listen to me they woman who reported t his had been meen mugging me for days i think its because i smoke and i believe this is also the reason she l iied im contacting tge corporate office and filling a complaint on tge manager i heve never felt so disrespected in mÿ lifþþ 4th
- 5/5
Everyone is nice and efficient. The place is really cute.
- 5/5
Stayed for a couple of nights in a two bedroom. Very clean, bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was nice and strong. TV was a bit slow to respond but tolerable. Three floors but no elevator if you plan to stay up top. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and staff extremely professional and friendly. Room was available and spacious
- 5/5
Clean Guest in parking lot late at night.
- 5/5
Very great hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is wonderful and pool/spa is relaxing! We love this place and will be back.
- 3/5
The pictures are great! The room is awesome! But the location and things to do inside the hotel are minimum to none. There is not restaurant
- 5/5
Room where clean, breakfast was really good.
- 4/5
The room was large and it was very convenient to have a kitchen. There is also a pool and a jacuzzi, but the kitchen could use more dishes and a kettle. The kitchen could use more dishes, and a kettle would be helpful.
- 5/5
The property is always clean and quiet. The staff is amazing and always very helpful, responsive and welcoming..

- 5/5
What a great place. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They even had there workers cleaning the outside garbage receptacles. Amazing work by all the staff. I should not brag to much they will increase there rates then i wont be able to afford to stay here.
- 5/5
I love the sonnestas its my favorite place to stay id stay here always if the rates stayed affordable
- 5/5
Stayed here with my family and it was great! Room was clean, breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! This will now be our go to hotel! My only complaint is that the room above us was smoking weed and the smell started to travel into our room :/
- 5/5
So clean amazing staff great stay
- 3/5
Todo bien solo que cobran demasiado deposito y cobram el parqueo. No deberia ser asi
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous, room was very clean. Slight scent of dog.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Nice staff + spacious 2 bedroom
- 5/5
The staff was exceptional- very attentive and helpful.
- 4/5
We loved the suite. Stayed one night but it was great.
- 4.5/5
The pool was actually warm! Most heated pools during winter feel like they're just short above hypothermia, but this pool was actually really comfortable! Pool towels available by pool. Swim hours are 9a-9p, fitness center is 24/7. I also really liked how quiet the complex was, though that may have been dependent on clientele rather than quality of soundproofing. It's in a business park near a major intersection but I did not hear any road noise, even when outside. Having to pay for parking, but I guess if it makes spaces available I shouldn't complain.
- 5/5
Awesome place. Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Never had a complaint in the many years I've been coming here.
- 5/5
Very clean, very quiet, nice details, comfortable, pretty great full breakfast included. I enjoyed using the hot tub and heated pool as well. Staff were very friendly.
- 4.5/5
Love the space and grounds. Awesome area for pets especially for our service animal. Towels by the pool are a plus! Bbq grills available. Bathroom sink was clogged up. Unable to use , instead we had to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. The floors of the bedroom right above ours (113) creaked loudly. Need to reenforce sound barrier.
- 4.5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Was very impressed with the room. Great rate for the amenities. Felt like a studio apartment and not a hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. N/A
- 5/5
friendly staff. property was quite . breakfast was great. rooms were wonderful. great space if you got family or friends with you or to hang out with you .
- 5/5
Everything was great. But there service was definitely the best
- 5/5
Sunnyvale doesn’t have great options but this is a hidden gem. Super clean, friendly and comfy. ?
- 2/5
I asked if I had free upgrade they said no and I payed 40 dollars to up grade but on my email it said upgrade for 0 dollars
- 2/5
Heard dog barking all night, refrigerator was making loud noise all night.
- 5/5
The over all stay was great! The room was available as soon as we arrived and smelled and looked clean. It was convenient to have the 2 beds and 2 baths. I was able to bring my pets for an added fee which I thought was reasonable. The staff was courteous. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great suites, clean, conveniently located to ge on freeways. Breakfast in the morning helped.
- 5/5
Separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen- very clean and comfortable. Our unit had 2 bathrooms which was so welcome! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful. Hot tub and pool were excellent. Pool was warm for winter swimming. I kind of didn’t like that you had to go outside to go to the lobby, but only because it was raining when we were there. Laundry is kind of tricky. I don’t like the app system where you have to prepay in $10 minimum amount. One load is $4 so do some calculations to not get left with an unused balance.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Clean and new. Friendly and responsive management.
- 5/5
awesome place to stay !
- 4/5
Pet friendly comfortable accommodations.
- 5/5
We stayed for my daughters soccer tournament. The rooms were clean got two bedroom suite. Staff was nice. My kids loved it. Nicely update no complaints!. Breakfast was good maybe change sausge and no yellow cheese in omlette lol. The breakfast dining nice and updated. Outside area cute space with games, pool, bbq. Sesting area.Spacious rooms 2 bathrooms. Forgot to take pics. Keep it up clean and updated. Loved it!
- 3/5
Facilities lacked maintenance. First room the lock wasn’t working because the batteries were low. Second room wouldn’t lock properly.
- 5/5
I really like this place!!
- 5/5
The rooms are extremely clean and the staff are all courteous and helpful.
- 4.5/5
The only issue is that I booked 2 rooms together to be next to each other, and they were not even in the same building!!
- 5/5
The staff are excellent esp Mr. Trung
- 5/5
Extremely above board.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean front desk friendly helpful
- 5/5
Check in is at 4 PM. The complimentary breakfast choices were very good
- 5/5
It was wonderful
- 5/5
All the above God really blessed us..great place
- 5/5
The location was excellent, the room was very clean, we had a two bedroom with a little kitchenette. The towels were fluffy and in great shape. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. Breakfast was amazing! 10 out of 10 for that. The pool and spa area were gorgeous. All of the grounds were well kept and maintained. I will stay here again on our next trip.
- 5/5
Very clean and cozy rooms. We loved the heated pool and complimentary breakfast.
- 5/5
A great place to stay in the south bay, convenient and clean.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable & loved how the room was separate from the living room
- 5/5
highly recommended
- 1/5
Outrageous extra charges which were not listed ahead of time such as a $300 deposit and I paid for parking at the hotel? I’ve never heard of anything more than $150 period and absolutely not as a person at the property staying paying for parking?
- 5/5
The staff was polite and went out of their way to be helpful. Everything was efficient and well managed. Hubby was thrilled that breakfast hours were consistent, and even when he went near the end of serving time, there was adequate food.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and easy lovely staff. Accomodation suited family of 5 comfortably. We had an excellent time at this establishment and would gighly recommend.
- 2/5
The service was great but the AC was not working in our room, if we didn’t have somewhere to go I would’ve asked for a new room.
- 5/5
I would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
To say I'm satisfied is to say the least it's an understatement. This place was amazing! The moment we pulled in we knew this place would top every place we have stayed before in this area. Not only are staff friendly respectful n courteous but they excel in customer service. The lobby has a breakfast area that unfortunately I woke up too late for but has great menu options including chicken sausage from an actual lil restaurant in the hotel. Outside I didn't get photos of but u can play til tac toe on tables that spin n corn hole on grass plus a pool a laundry area picnic area with plenty seating as well. Inside the suite (we got a bedroom suite with pull out couch in living room) it's like a furnished apartment with all amenities u can think of they have charging outlets even a desk for business people and the way the place smells is great! If you're ever in the Sunnyvale area and are willing to pay a little extra for better comfort. This is the place! Not overly priced and no bed bugs! Oh they allow pets and even have snacks on counter in lobby lol. Definitely going back!
- 5/5
Location is perfect, the staff is amazing and the rooms are great
- 5/5
The need to fix the jets in the hot tub. Not strong enough very week.
- 4/5
Great for families. Fabulous pool. Great staff. Aging buildings but very clean and plenty nice.
- 5/5
Very clean and such wonderful staff!
- 5/5
Do bop
- 5/5
Great amenities. Breakfast was yummy. Spacious suite.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the jacuzzi jets were not very strong and the jacuzzi could have been hotter.
- 5/5
We love the Sonesta
- 5/5
Very nice place.
- 5/5
We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It’s a beautiful property, very green and quiet. We loved the pool area and the rooms were amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was great, coffee was delicious and the small little extras like the drink in the lobby and the bowls they provided for our dog were very nice.
- 4/5
Stayed in a 1 bedroom with my kids for a soccer tournament. It was nice to have a kitchen available.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel pool and hot tub area. Nice, clean and quiet room.
- 5/5
Good breakfast and clean rooms
- 4/5
This is my second time stay in this hotel, everythihng was good, just noticed today my 2 necklaces and one earing lost during my Apr (Apr.1-12) and July (uly 18-28) stay. I hope hotel can provide a safty box in the future.
- 5/5
A surprise, great place to stay. Will be our Go-To for Shoreline Amp. from now on.
- 5/5
Great property to stay at with family. Easy check in. Room was exactly what was booked. I will be staying at this property again, and frequently.
- 5/5
I would stay here again and again! The staff were very polite and accommodating. We needed a bag of ice for an injured knee and it was ready for us as soon as I arrived. I’m happy to have found this place and loved the cleanliness and convenience of the kitchen / suites. Highly recommend. Great for shoreline concerts, Google training or anything business related.
- 3/5
No elevator? Try taking luggage and an infant to the 3rd floor.
- 4/5
Love the fact they have 2bdrm suites that aren't outrageously priced. Full size kitchen, very clean and nice. Would stay again, and definitely recommend
- 4/5
Had a great stay
- 5/5
Let's talk about that kitchen, though. It's got a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a two-burner stove. There's enough dinner and drink ware for at least five people. Know that the stove doesn't heat water fast, and there aren't much in the way of cookware and utensils. We drive to get here, so we brought our own tub of pots & pans & spatulas and such, as well as our spice selection. If you're flying in, the kitchen may be less useful, though it's possible the hotel has the right tools to loan out? We didn't check. The grills in the common area patio were clean and in great shape and were gassed up and ready to go for our steaks one evening, and that's a nice place to cook out. The beds are firm and the pillows are flimsy. It's a good thing each bed comes with four because I needed both of my share to lay my head down comfortably. The staff is all very friendly and helpful! Two of the times we have stayed here before, the price has been fantastic, but was substantially higher this time. That cost probably cut our stay by a day, which is important for the family time we came here to have. Still, we had no second thoughts about looking elsewhere for similar accommodations because of the specific plusses this hotel offers us.
- 5/5
Michael made check in a breeze! Which was great since we were in a hurry to get to the Morgan Wallen concert. Would definitely stay here for concerts and games in the future.
- 5/5
Great spot! Very friendly staff!
- 5/5
Very clean. I will be returning my next visit.
- 4/5
Many areas to sit and hang out! Breakfast was good, sometimes they run out of items but breakfast ladies were super sweet!!
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
Friendly front desk Breakfast is good Near Stanford Comfortable bed Cons Bad smelling carpet and room (smells like urine) Some rooms are facing street / feels unsafe Not many restaurants nearby
- 5/5
second stay at this hotel and it’s always the best. i especially love how it feels like a mini apartment
- 5/5
Clean and quiet couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast had several options. There were some rowdy guests in the pool/hot tub area but hotel staff was quick to get them under control.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was accommodating & polite ! The beds were comfortable @ the room was spacious enough for two adults & 3 kids to spread out.
- 4/5
Room was not well cleaned
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Loved it very home like
- 5/5
Nice room and hotel. The pull out bed not good. Mattress too thin and sag. Not enough blankets
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Very clean, the beds were so cozy and amazing
- 4/5
There is no elevator in this hotel. Also no restaurants close by. Tucked away behind office complex.
- 5/5
Nice apparment style hotel. Full kitchen living room and bedroom. Clean and affordable. Would be great for a long stay.
- 3/5
Upon arrival, I was greeted well and checked in. When we got to our room everything was fine. We saw that there was no service for rooms-like extra towels or blankets, so we asked for more towels and an extra blanket. It felt like such a hassle to them, and we had to walk to get them. The hot tub, which was my selling point, was on the fritz the first day and closed the second. The pool being heated was nice and made up for it a bit. When we tried to leave wrapped in provided pool towels, we were told we had to leave them and walk back to our room freezing. Im not sure what the issue with towels is, but it seems like a pretty easy fix. Hopefully someone smart enough figures jt out, like a bin for towels outside of each 4 groups of rooms? Either way, nothing special, other than they offer apartment style rooms. Breakfast was ok, and the main bed was average. The couch bed was awful as most are. Pillows need some upgrades, they were all pretty bad. All in all it was fine. I didnt expect spectacular, but I didn’t expect the manager to tell me and my daughter he'd rather us be freezing than let us take our towels to the room. The $300 hold is pretty outrageous, especially with it possibly not being let go for 7 days? Get with the times? The last hotel I stayed in, released the $150 hold the same day I left. Just seems out of touch and out of date. TV's have about 20 channels, no option to connect to streaming. The kitchenette was a nice touch to save money on food.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay! We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for my husband and his parents. We each had our own bathroom which was a plus! Would definitely recommend this hotel! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic!
- 5/5
Our 2 room suite was awesome! Super clean and very spacious. Reminded me of a cute little apartment. The continental breakfast could have been a bit better but we were generally happy with the selection. Staff were very friendly as well.
- 5/5
Quick and friendly check-in. Room is amazing!
- 5/5
What a great hidden gem! My family and i stayed here for a graduation at Stanford and its about 20 minutes away but it was an easy drive and for the value it was worth it. They had a full hot breakfast every morning and the heated pool was great. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Breakfast every morning was a positive. The ability to allow our two cats to stay was very positive and the main reason we stayed here. The room is clean inside, and the check-in staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
Amazing staff, clean room & property and quiet area.
- 5/5
From the moment we checked in, we loved this spot. Michael was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. The suite was cute and comfortable. In the morning we had a nice breakfast that had a very good selection including eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, rice and beans, as well as the normal cereal, bread and bagels, etc. We loved it and will definitely be staying here again!!
- 4/5
Everything was good except for limited hours for Breakfast. Only 2 hour window to get breakfast? It should be 3 hours and the same times every day of the week. It seems like they are trying to feed as few people as possible, too crowded as people are scrambling to get food during limited period to get food. Especially short time period for a hotel this size.
- 5/5
The pool was the warmest I have ever experienced, beautiful grounds and awesome breakfast!
- 5/5
Everything is very very clean and new. Remodeled rooms, lobby etc. Several families were using the adjacent pool patio area, grilling etc. This was exactly what we needed for our quick trip! Thanks to the staff as well for being great!
- 5/5
Me encanto todo, y lo recomiendo…es un lugar muy cómodo y tranquilo
- 5/5
Great room, super clean, helpful staff, would start again.
- 5/5
The property was everything we hoped for and more. It was very nice to have a great breakfast every morning. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Everything was upgraded and new!
- 5/5
the staff are all friendly and respectful shout out to Michael and Rafael of front desk
- 4/5
Other than that great service and rooms. Highly recommend for those traveling with kids.
- 5/5
Excellent overnight stay for a procedure at Stanford. Rafael was great! Had a small issue with noise above us but Rafael was able to handle it so we could get a good night sleep
- 5/5
Staff are very friendly
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly
- 5/5
Fantastic place! Very friendly staff! My only issues (and it’s an issues at most hotels) when there are people above you and you hear them. Sonesta is my go to place for business now!
- 5/5
It has been recently remodeled.
- 5/5
Staff is always amazing and the property is always clean
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Loved the room for our family
- 5/5
Loved everything about Sonesta! Only needs more parking!
- 5/5
Spacious and comfortable. Great staff. Helpful.
- 4/5
Air condiction is not powerful enough, took long time to cool down.
- 4/5
Staff was nice in the room is great. They make you pay for parking. Hot tub was not hot. Nice pool area.

- 4/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Sonesta is awesome. Never heard of this chain, but so awesome. Rooms comfortable, safe, friendly staff, beautiful grounds. Wish we stayed more than 2 nights.
- 4/5
Offers two rooms with separate bathrooms for a reasonable price. Kitchen is well equipped with basic stuff. The offered breakfast was very basic but better than nothing!
- 5/5
Everything was very clean and fresh! Loved the friendly staff and how there’s a door to the bedroom. Really felt like a one bedroom home:)! Thank you!!
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Water temperature and pressure in shower was great! Mix of hot breakfast and continental every morning left us full. Hot tub was hot, but not HOT... wish the parking was free, was charged $9 per day per vehicle. The incidentals hold was a little steep in my opinion at $300. Overall we were happy with our stay.
- 5/5
clean, friendly, good breakfast. kitchen in the room , big room , nice
- 5/5
This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Everything about it is phenomenal. Will definitely be staying here again😍
- 5/5
Breakfast spread was really nice without of choices.
- 5/5
Weekend breakfast starts late.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff where friendly and the breakfast was great

Very spacious and clean rooms. Problem is freeway noise entering living room in outward facing rooms. Noise should be ok facing courtyard.

A recent Reno gave property a new feeling. The staff was friendly and gave us a free upgrade when we had a minor issue with the shower

Amazing stay. Crazy good amenities for the price. Loved the experience!

Only negatives were homeless down the street and the $150/night hold for deposit.

Fantastic amenities! Great for long or family stay. Great pool and hot tub, room in beautiful condition and clean, kitchen was stocked and ready. Highly recommend this location!! Breakfast was iffy, they are remodeling the main dinette area so it’s temporarily in a room. Packed and items were out, we ate out instead. Find a plan for food, delivery is costly and limited based on more remote location! Rental car needed here.

The suites are very nice inside and yet are in a rather strange location not near any restaurants. My main gripe was that a breakfast was advertised as included but when we arrived they told us that we only would get a “grab and go” bag with stufff we would heat up in a microwave

Perfect place to stay long term

Very nice suite for family. The only negative is a long time positive. They are upgrading the facility, yeah!, but right now the gym is closed, the lobby is in a room and the free breakfast is served in a tent outside (December). I'm sure it will be great when it is done but they should have pre-informed us before we arrived.

Do need to drive to restaurants as hotel is surrounded by many large businesses.
