The front desk staff, especially Valentina, went over and above to make our stay pleasant. The Lido restaurant was amazing and the team at the pool welcoming and nice. This was not the hotel's fault, but the amount of seaweed in the ocean mostly prevented us from enjoying the beach.

Beautiful calm cool oasis in a hot busy city. Love it!

The service is simply the best!!!! My kids enjoyed staying here and we wouldn’t chose any other hotel but this one for whenever we visit Miami!

Four seasons is the premier hospitality brand for a reason. Our ocean front room was spectacular. The morning sunrise over the calm crashing waves of the Atlantic can not be topped. Thomas Kellers on site restaurant, Surf Club is divine from food to the decor. Highly recommend a stay at the four seasons if anything I stayed above may be your cup of tea.

Amazing across the board! One of the best hotels in the US, period.

This FourSeasons is relatively new, second in Miami. The Location is superb, right on the beach, overlooking the ocean. The team and service- excellent. Have not failed to remain my personal favourite on that point as well. The room is beautifully designed, calm sense of comfort with many technology smart devices to save time if needed ordering room service or other service they provide. Happy me and well done 4S<3

If $500 dinners (for two) and $200 breakfasts is your thing, then this place is for you. I honestly don't mind paying $500 for a dinner, but it has to be amazing or life-changing! $26 for a coke is the straw that broke the camel's back (in this case, my back). The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. If you have kids, you will be limited to the family pool which happens to be in a shaded area and happens to be extremely windy... all the time. Family pool sits in some sort of valley (bad engineering) where it acts like a wind tunnel and is just to uncomfortable if you have a baby. I honestly was expecting a better overall experience. This hotel is probably wonderful if you're ultra wealthy and have no kids. Not for me and my family.

Overall excellent servise , facilities and food as usual . Hotel manager on a duty at the front desk of the hotel Luca was most professional and accommodating.
- 5/5
The property is so beautiful and customer service was outstanding! Luca, the front desk manager gave us an amazing upgrade on our room! Valedia at the pool gave us top service!! Top notch at every turn and we will be returning! Highly recommend this resort!!!

Great place and staff. Only down side was the air conditioner unit in the room was way too noisy and everything is way over priced. The beach was amazing!
- 5/5
Amazing! From Checkin to checkout we were on cloud-9!! VIP service, European ambiance, and delightful staff! We will return for a much longer stay in the future!
- 5/5
Service was excellent. All the staff extremely polite and go the extra mile to make your experience great

Still new, but overall a highly recomended destination!

By far one of our favorite vacations of all time. The service is impeccable, as at all Four Seasons properties, and the rooms are beautiful.

Amazing property on all levels. Cannot come up with one complaint
- 5/5
This was the nicest four seasons property I’ve ever stayed in. I loved the rooms, the grounds, and the service. The valet uses a cool texting app so getting your car is very convenient.
- 5/5
Wonderful team.. loved our weekend ....amazing architecture, amazing food, amazing beach and pool...very very generous rooms with floor to ceiling windows....a great a new edition to Miami Beach
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful! Has a lot of history. Service is amazing. FYI a bay view is not worth the up charge. The bay is far away. It’s basically a city view.
- 5/5
ONlY improvement would be that the mini Bar should have more items very limited and to be honest disappointing for a four seasons.
- 5/5
AH-MAZING! Took the family celebrate dayfgter’s birthday, and I don’t have enough words to express how wonderful the staff was, and beautiful the property is!
- 5/5
The hotel is relatively new (18 months) but has preserved some of the historic features of the old surf club in the lobby/bar/restaurant areas. The service and dining are first class. The views from the ocean front rooms are stunning! The restaurant is world class and will not disappoint. These first class features come at a first class price but are incredible!
