When I checked in I had already paid for the room through Expedia. When I went to the counter the first person was very rude due to an incident fee that was required that I was not made aware of beforehand. Charges were declined through my card due to the first charge and no exceptions were allowed. I was stuck in the middle of Florida with nowhere to go. Later the second person was so much more willing to take the extra steps to help me out and everything cleared. The remaining stay was excellent.

The staffs are so friendly and helpful The room condition is so old, cracking walls, bathroom no so clean, the water was yellow when first turn on. The nightstands have curly hairs on it, the bed sheet has some kind of stains.

Floors dirty and water heater broken

All good
- 4/5
The breakfast menu didn’t have a lot of options. Also didn’t get room service in time. Otherwise it was good.
- 3/5
Breakfast was continental and not a full breakfast.
- 4/5
Good place fro short stay,Great location Near Fsu campus, walking distance, decent pool, and free parking
- 5/5
Clean and everything working well.
- 5/5
Such a great downtown busget room. No frills but amazing coffee. Nice breakfast options. Excellent.
- 5/5
My room was a bit musty but it cleared up w the a/c. Always a consistant option in downtown Tallahassee.
- 5/5
This location is great. Right by the college.
- 4/5
The property looks rough on the outside, but my room was nice inside. I didn’t participate in breakfast so I’m not sure about that. Overall I thought it was a good stay for a reasonable price.
- 4/5
Staff was nice and helpful. Sheets were very thin though and it was cold outside, even though I had my heater on was still freezing at night.
- 2/5
There was dirt in every corner, we unwrapped a brand new roll of toilet paper that ended up being covered in dried brown liquid, rusty brown water came out of shower for 2 minutes, odd smell, hair on bathroom floor, broken doorknob in bathroom with a door that barely opened, and the included breakfast was toast and yogurt with coffee that tasted like it had been reused 3 times. The staff was nice but this is definitely a place where you get what you pay for… or don’t get what you don’t pay for. Will not stay there again.
- 3/5
The room, office and hallway swelled horribly! The bed made a sheet pan sound everytime you got on or off it. No outlets. Few channels. Breakfast was nasty… Will not stay again!
- 5/5
The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very pleasant and help with our questions.
- 3/5

Very friendly staff. There was a temporary problem with the ice machine and the lobby lady went and personally got me ice and delivered it to my room. Very nice.

Our room was very clean, the hallways were clean and breakfast area kept clean too. Breakfast was basic but adequate for us. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
Bit of a stuffy smell....seemed to reduce overnight as the AC ran...or maybe my nose just blocked it out?!
- 1/5
Couldnt get the room after i paid for it in the not picking up the phone so i can get refund now ima be charged
- 5/5
The place was clean and comfortably close to campus. The staff was corteous and it was really amazing that they had someone on the desk 24/7, because I was able to check in rather late.
- 4/5
The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. They have a mini office center in case work doesn’t let you off the leash. The walls /doors and ceilings are not made to keep out sound- Bring ear plugs. The black put curtains are awesome. The rooms are very spacious with a great set up of a kitchen and bedrooms with ample room to not feel cramped. Would have liked a less basic shower - missed having a shower head that can be hand held. Great that the restaurant downstairs is open super late for getting snacks and grub almost 24 /7.
- 3/5
Overpriced for FSU-Miami wknd. Older property.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 5/5
Very accommodating and clean. Would suggest a courtesy cart for us seniors. Can the pool be open till 10pm? The staff is very good
- 1/5
Smells like mole
- 5/5
Clean and convenient to campus. All that we needed: healthy continental breakfast options, comfortable beds, refrigerator in room, easy ample parking, smooth check in and check out, friendly staff. Appears to have recently been renovated.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Seems like there was some water damage because the floor in the hallway was buckling,,,seems like they maybe in the process of fixing it
- 5/5
very secure with key access need for the hallway
- 3/5
It was okay, but the breakfast was horrible and the night manager was not friendly
- 3/5
I didn't appreciate the two security deposit charges that took a week to be refunded. I also didn't like them not changing out the towels daily, it was pretty messed up having to reuse washcloths, I shouldn't have to ask for them to be changed.
- 2/5
The woman at the desk was very kind, helpful, and endured my safety by monitoring the cameras.
- 1/5
Place is in decay
- 1/5
Room was a mess when walked in, so had to go and get another room. Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work and pool was green and disgusting. There was no service in the room as far as cleaning each day. Would not recommend.
- 1/5
Key stopped working we had already been checked in for hours
- 4/5
The desk made a mistake an assigned me a room that was already assigned to another party. Then, in the new room was missing the showèr's curtain. They told me that they were going to replace it on the next day, but "surprise" they did not.
- 5/5
Everything is cool except the pool has been out of commodore for moths. Very disappointing.
- 3/5
Good for the price
- 5/5
It was very nice and clean
- 2/5
The night staff were friendly as were the cleaners. No chairs to sit in the rooms. Chemical smell in room 215. Had to ask for extra lamp for my parents room
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 5/5
Our recent stay was great! The hotel was in a perfect location—clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable. Easy check-in and friendly staff made the experience even better. We’d definitely stay again when visiting FSU!
- 3/5
The room smelled funny and the beds wasn't made properly
- 2/5
No elevator. Noisy. I could hear everything from outside and the hall. Heard the TV and the people in the room next door.
- 5/5
The staff was so sweet. Ten out of ten recommend. I loved the free breakfast!! :)
- 1/5
NASTY! The rooms were not ready and had to wait almost 2 hrs after 10 hrs of work. The rooms were still dirty and the front desk people were no help. I left after the first night. Stay away from this place or you will regret it.

It was a typical Days Inn. Breakfast was next to non-existent. Room was good, about what I expected. It what one expects for the price.
- 1/5
Community location made me feel unsafe. I decided to drive and extra hour. I refused to spend the night. And subsequently was denied a refund, stating that I didn't comply with the cancellation policy.
- 4/5
Tinika was friendly and helpful!
- 2/5
This hotel/motel is close to FSU campus, but charges rates as if it was a four star hotel, and it is not. Thin walls and moldy smelling carpet. Minimal breakfast.
- 2/5
Location was good. Needed updating.
- 5/5
Nice staffing, but pool was closed and don’t advise on the Website
- 5/5
The front desk service personal was amazing, kind, friendly & helpful. It will recommend this location.
- 4/5
They tried but you can do just so much with an old building. The room smelled moldy but it was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Property was not in a nice area.
- 5/5
Staff was accommodating, kind, helpful, friendly.. received a welcome bag upon arriving. Rates were reasonable. Location was perfect and close to the FSU campus. Will definitely return to this hotel & will also recommend to all!!
- 5/5
Nice lady on the front desk
- 3/5
I liked to price, just staying overnight as a worker on a project. The hallway floor is buckled and a trip hazard, they have a sign to warn you but it doesn't work. Also, seems that some people actually live there with dogs, plants, school children so it was noisy.
- 1/5
This was a scary and gross experience. The bed is stained and there were roaches in the bathroom. The place was just gross
- 3/5
Decent property needs some work for sure but for what i paid i wasn’t expecting a whole lot. Seems like they are slowly remodeling. The furniture in the room was very old and needs to be replaced bthroom was remodeled and pretty good. Overall ok for what i paid.
- 3/5
Dirty. No batteries in the tv remote. No blow dryer
- 1/5
It very clean. Very musty and outdated.
- 4/5

Did not check in . Was told i had to put a $50 deposit despite booking thru your site. Also they tried to charge my card after I cancelled the booking. The front desk staff was rude and inappropriate
- 5/5
Was a peaceful night and we rested a lot. Thank you so much!!

Loud construction, no room service at all the whole stay. Pool was closed, bugs in the room.

It was the worst stay at a hotel I’ve ever had. We were at fsu orientation for our daughter. This morning a work crew started pounding with hammers, sawing, literally renovating the room across the hall. No sleep for us. The. The fire alarm goes off and we left. Couldn’t take it anymore. I made this reservation in Jan, maybe should’ve put us in a room away from the construction. I’ve never written a complaint and I travel often. It was that bad.
- 4/5
It is safe and convenient .
- 2/5
The hotel is old and run down. They don't allow guests in the lobby at night - I literally had to stand outside by myself at 10:30pm while they checked me in through a window with a police siren half a block away. The surrounding area seemed unsafe - even more so given that they lock guests out for the staff's safety.
- 4/5
Over clean but few things can be done in the room for hanging clothes.. No hangers or closets.
- 2/5
Pool was closed.
- 3/5
The room has a weird smell to it. Like something damp left for a long time. For the price it's acceptable I guess.
- 2/5
The AC filters should be replaced.
- 3/5
The property staff consisted of one person who was very friendly and helpful. For safety and accessibility they should have at least 2 staff there. The room did not have a closet but staff gave us hangers to hang on the shower bar and she said they were in thecprocess of renovating. The room basic but clean and comfortable and a good value for our one night purposes.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was quiet and very helpful staff
- 1/5
Dirty. Room smelled like mold. No space for hanging clothes. Rust came out of pipes every time to turn shower on. No light at desk. Never came in to clean room or exchange towels. Worst place I’ve stayed in 10 years of traveling. Don’t know how it’s partnered with Wyndham????
- 2/5
Everytime I used the tub and shower the water started by coming out brown. My 2 night stay was just for basics..wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, the furniture was very very worn, and dated, the bed was the best, looking out the window was not so good, the hot water took over 5 minutes to turn hot. Staff was kind of friendly, for what l spent, the breakfast was good.
- 1/5
Front desk help very helpful and nice, but room very disappointing. Hardly any lighting, furniture very haphazardly placed, under remodel and that wasn’t mentioned when booking. Not pleased at all.
- 2/5
Homeless, hookers, and drug addicts letting in parking lot. Upon checking in, found lights all unplugged. When i plugged floor lamp into (non-covered, wires exposed) outlet, it tripped breaker and killed all power. Moved to another room which had no chairs. I took chairs from the 1st (pitch black dark) room only to find the upholstery badly stained and torn. Bathroom light bar only had 1 working bulb so very dim room. Toilet bolts were so loose that toilet spun and tipped. Tv Cable box was dead. Front desk wouldn't answer "0" dialed calls from room phone so I called from cell phone and she immediately answered. She promised to send maintenance tech - he came hours later at 12:30am -we were in bed so didn't let him in! Next morning we went to office and asked that it be fixed while we were out....8 hours later we returned and still not fixed. Had to call front desk from cell phone again in order to get an answer. An hour later the tech came and swapped cable box. Front desk staff could care less. Acted like we should just be happy to have a room. The motel was basically empty ... I understand why.
- 2/5
There were roaches in my room, the whole place stinks, there was mold on the mattress pads and the owners are very rude and unprofessional. I stayed for almost two weeks and asked for a better rate and they said “nope, I can rent your room for double that with the ballgame this weekend.” Short and to the point and no consideration for my situation.
- 5/5
.
- 3/5
No amenities to speak of. Room had few electrical outlets. No rack to hang clothes.
- 2/5
We stayed here for FSU parents weekend. It is about a mile walk from the stadium, so that was perfect! The hotel itself is in very poor condition the rooms smell and are damp. The hotel is in very poor condition. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to try to help us because the television did not work.
- 2/5
Pool was closed all the time. Hotel is in the middle of renovation of breakfast area, noisy and dusty
- 3/5
It’s definitely not ritzy. At all. But it was mildly clean and the beds were fine. If you’re not spending anytime in your room, it’s a place to sleep. I was doing college drop off and there were no other rooms available. It was fine for just sleeping.
- 3/5
Very flimsy plumbing fixtures. Nowhere to hang clothes. The rooms were clean and the area was quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel feels safe also.
- 4/5
This was a business trip, just 2 nights. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Now for some truths, the picture is NOT the real hotel don't be fooled, the lobby is a construction zone literally and there is no closet to hang or store your belongings, other than that i slept the 2 nights on a clean bed and was able to watch something interesting on tv.
- 2/5
While checking in the doors were locked and had to check in thru the window. There was construction going on at the hotel which should have been stated on the website. The area was not very favorable.
- 2/5
When I turned on the water to take a shower, it came out brown was disgusted.
- 2/5
The rooms felt like a DIY messy remodel. Raw ends of cut sheetrock, had to swipe the card a minimum of 5 times to get the lights to even come on the door lock then several more times to get it to unlock. Doors and shades don’t close properly. Pool was solid green. Reception area is in shambles and that is where breakfast is. Staff was very friendly though.
- 1/5
pillow. Had to leave so grossed out.
- 1/5
I didn't really like anything about this property, was a total fiasco and scam.
- 4/5
However, the room was clean, the mattresses were new and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
- 2/5
not what we expected at all and as advertised. they are under reno, and dust in lobby terrible. room was renewed but towels different sizes, and the room had roaches ... will not recommend
- 3/5
They were in the middle of renovations, and even though our room was neat and clean, there were several things left to be finished: wiring, caulking, painting. The breakfast was good in spite of no lobby.
- 2/5
Too expensive for a place that was under construction. Our room had holes in the bathroom wall and a cabinet with 1 handle missing.
- 2/5
This hotel is under renovation the room smelled like mildew and had outlet covers missing . breakfast was in a make shift kitchen full of drywall dust and dirt maybe when its complete it will be better but as of now i wont be back
- 5/5
Room was very spacious and comfortable.
- 2/5
The photos via the website are nothing like the actual room except the bathroom. There was an unidentifiable smell all throughout the hotel and the room which was not pleasant. When I woke ip the next morning I saw multiple large bed bugs on my pillows and sheets.when I told the front desk member they did not seem to really care. Overall would not recommend this hotel until they finish “renovations” and update their property photos to actually reflect the inn. Would not pay more then $30-40 a night at most for this inn in its current condition. Do want to end by saying the staff member who checked me in was extremely sweet and friendly. She made sure to ask me about my day and made sure the check in process was okay.
- 5/5
Lobby was pretty bad. Under construction. The rest of the stay was ok
- 5/5
Yes
- 1/5
Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, ended up cancelling the second night. Under construction, filthy, disgusting. Blood on one of the bedspreads. Staff was extremely helpful in getting refund since Expedia doesn’t like to
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 4/5
Good location
- 2/5
The rooms were spacious, but the room was infested with roaches, underwear previous person's stay was on the floor.
- 5/5
Stay was great. Tamika at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Only negative was at the time of our stay the hotel was going through a massive renovation, which we were made aware of beforehand. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was amazing and check in and out was simple.
- 2/5
Breakfast area limited to one table and two chairs.
- 4/5
Great support of staff!
- 1/5
We checked in to two different rooms. The first room was nasty and smelled like vomit and had something dirty all over the dresser that looked like vomit. The second room they gave us was presentable but also not clean.
- 4/5
Location was good lots of places to eat all walking distance. The night front desk worker was super friendly and had great recommendations for good places to go check out. There was some construction during our stay, but never interrupted our sleep. Id for sure stay again.
- 2/5
There was a lot of banging into late at night. The amenities listed were not in the room. Two of the outlets were not working and the light wasn’t working closest to the window. There was no individual coffee maker in the room.
- 3/5
The front desk staff were all nice and helpful. The hotel is being refurbished, so it is under construction. The room I stayed in had issues with the door, but it still shut and locked. There was limited parking due to the construction going taking place. The location is great if you want to stay near campus, as FSU is just across the street. There are ample places within walking distance to get dinner, drinks, and desserts.
- 2/5
This place had a terrible smell when you walked into the lobby. It's super outdated and the pics online looks nothing like it. There's no pool and we saw a roach in our room. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
Lastly I asked that I have ground floor if elevator is not working as I am using a knee scooter from foot surgery and they could not accommodate and didn’t let me know til I got there for my non refundable reservation!
- 3/5
Large bedroom, clean renovated bath tube. I did not like the bed frame because it sound.
- 1/5
On the busiest weekends of graduation at FL State University, the hotel keep away our reservation. We had to spend 90 minutes on hold with Hotels.com to find another place to stay. And keeping in mind, the town was already saturated with visitors in town for graduation.
- 2/5
Room was dirty, trash under the bed and behind the dresser. Charged my card twice for the security deposit and now they aren't returning my deposit at all.
