Check-in was a disaster. We had a room that the guy had to let us in to because the lock was broken. The room smelled like an old gym sock dipped in basement mildew, and then reused as someone’s naughty towel for months between washings! All jokes aside, this place was a serious dump. If it wasn’t for us having 2 giant Cane Corso with us I would have been worried about our safety as well. All in all, -10 stars. How you gonna threaten me with a smoking fee and your rooms smell like they do?!?!?

Well I don’t know where to start, the clientele is rough . People smoking outside always the hallway and Elevator had a stale smell of smoke . The room was dated very bare minimum.

No hand towels or wash clothes in both reserved rooms. Dirty air filters, blood in bottom of fridge, dirty floors, no black out curtain, homeless live in woods surrounding property.

There was no hot water, ask for assistance and no maintenance until of course I was checking out, I was offer a partial redund and nothing came way! Don’t recommend this place

Will never stay there again. Bugs, mold smell,mildew in bathroom, loud slamming doors all night long, people sitting in cars out side. Definitely sketchy. Sticky floor. Outdated. Tv on worked half the time then said no signal.

The only way to get into a room was if the front desk clerk opened it for you She left at 10 The room was very 1960's motel 6 If there had been any other hotels available in Tallahassee I would have walked out

Before I give my review I would like to shout out the staff that works there. I recently relocated here to find employment and seek decent housing. Mrs. Judy at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. Upon entering the room after check in time there was a really bad order coming from the room. The refrigerator looked like they had just gotten it out of the dumpster. The bathroom was pretty clean. The floors.OMG!!!!!!!!!!Talking about disgusting don't walk around in there with white socks on. It looks clean but No. There were cigarette burns in that cheap wood plastic flooring. And the kicker is that I was paying for 2 queen beds but the room was only big enough for full sized beds. I couldn't even go around so that I could make up the beds properly. Oh and definitely stop by the Walmart across the street and purchase a topper for the bed unless you are use to sleeping on the ground. My first night from a long drive from Alabama was awful. DO NOT, LET ME REPEAT!!!!!!!!DO NOT take a room one the first floor especially by the door. The people there are very rude and slam doors All day and night. You will not get any rest. If you value your sleep , privacy, and cleanliness Do Not Stay Here. You can add a couple of more dollars and stay and studio 6 and get better quality and sleep than this. At almost 500 Dollars for the week. No don't come here or any of the extended stay properties. Not worth your time or money

The staff....the lack of customer service....the facilities....the fact my key card didn't work and they just said I could call on the phone and someone would be down within 15 minutes to let me in my room.....my TV didn't work...the list goes on....

I wish you would run the clean/vacuum across the floor daily (kitchens), change the linen & take out the trash weekly Alot of dirt was left on the front window (noone elses). There were some bugs, tv acts like it has a virus - screen freezes routinely

Once I got to my room the place looked very rundown. Rust on the vent fan above the stove, one drawer missing from the chest of drawers and the TV didn't work. I called the front desk about the TV and was informed that all rooms were full and the maintenance man wouldn't be back for 2 days. I should try fixing the TV myself. I tried but it still never worked.

By far the worst stay I’ve ever had at any property. The room was not inspected beforehand. Obscenities written on bathroom mirror, thumbtacks on the wall, smoke detector covered in bags, roaches, broken TV, dirty bedding. I’m still in shock about this place.

Let’s be honest about this place, it’s where drug deals happen and where ladies of the night stand outside of. Rooms are falling apart, I had a hole in my bathroom door, it was dirty and smelled awful. Especially in the hallways, I didn’t feel safe staying there and kept walking out to my car to make sure it wasn’t broken into

Run down hotel full of stains and scrapes, mold, rust, smell of pot, you name it. Thin walls, dripping faucet, sticky floor, 2 flimsy small towels for 3 guests. Scary place for desperate people. Unsure how this hotel is listed as 3-star. Not even close.

The hotel cancelled our reservation minutes before we arrived at the hotel. Even though we had made the reservation weeks in advance, the hotel told us there was nothing they would do to make it right.

The room and hotel was very disappointing. There was a roach dead in my room. The elevator smelled of mold. The room over all was very old. There was some weird brown goop on the floor of the bathroom and on the elevator. I can't believe the place would ask the price they did for what they delivered.

Cons: phone did not work, no supplies in “kitchen”, one very small bar of soap, no paper towels or Kleenex. , had to use wash cloth to clean up spill, TV offered no stations, had to add $5.99 for streaming on internet but streaming did not work, one light switch at door, had to get out of bed to turn on/off. Faucet in tub leaking badly, no stopper to use tub, no amenities of any kind

I walked in the room when I arrived, one of the lights, the smoke detector and another type of monitor that was on the ceiling was hanging and broken. Our room smelt like a mix of body odor and axe body spray. Our towels did not look clean and had a smell to them. I had to go to the front and ask for more towels. Which they gave immediately. The front desk was actually nice and I know it’s not their fault the room was like that. Besides the front desk, there was nothing good about this hotel. I did not take pictures of the towels bc they gave us other ones, but I did take a quick video and I screen shot a few pictures from the video.

It smelled terrible in the room like mold/mildew. The facility is old and I just could not rest due to the horrible smell. It seemed to be in an unsafe area with suspicious activities. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows instantly went flat. Wish I was refunded for this awful experience. I feel like I got sick from the room.

This hotel is not for families! We lost our money and went to another hotel. Stay away from it if you are traveling with your loved ones. Even if I was traveling alone I'd be worried of staying there.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I had to call the receptionist. She was helpful. But the lobby, the hallway and room had a strong and unbearable smell of a household cleaner somewhat like bleach. I could not stay there, I had to cancel my reservation. I definitely will not recommend this establishment for anyone.

This was one of the worst visits I have ever had in a facility. No hot water, no tv that worked. No smoking in the facility yet the whole place smelled of weed. Three hours to find a plunger and no cleaning service except every 14 days I was told. Offered full refund but there was no other facility in town available because of graduation and I payed over 300 a night for three nights.

No water for 6 hours and then no hot water till later in morning next day i an guessing BECAUSE I HAD TO LEAVE before it was available.

This was a suite with mini kitchen. However, there were no furnishing at all. no pots, pans, utensils, dishware, cups...nothing. The TV also did not work, wouldn't even turn on. And, I also had to kill a cockroach while eating my dinner.

The front desk was great but the room was very nasty. There was urine stain on the toilet seat. There was a roach walking on the floor in the room. The window shade was broken.

They lied to me and said they couldn't book me after hours. When corrected, they said I never paid. I now have to get a refund.

I was told to leave due to over booking! Me and my GE crew was to be at this hotel for three weeks. When I went to pay my 2nd week the front deck told me I had to check out due to over booking. I Was not told this when I checked in. When I would walk through the hotel all you could smell was drugs and urine.I stay in hotels 300 days a year. This was the worst experience of a hotel stay I have ever experienced!

My check in would have been perfect but the room key didn’t work. After several attempts my room was finally switched it wasn’t properly turned over so I had to do a clean up myself. The staff was great the first was room was immaculate/clean smelled nice. Second room not so much, I’d stay here again.

Will never stay here again. Left right after check out and went to another hotel. Dirty. Unsafe. Had two children with me, and didn’t feel safe. Room was very old and rundown and seemed just dirty. The room was humid and damp. Hotel was loud with people all over just sitting around outside smoking and hanging out. Several people staying there looked drunk and/or high.

Room was ok , however I got bit by a big green bug in my sleep . A day after check in there was no water in the pipes so I was not able to shower , brush my teeth use toilet etc because no water . Staff didn’t even inform us that there was going to be a water lock off . And they had no back up tank . Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I know it may have been difficult to walk to tell everyone that water will be off. But at lease tell us during check in that they will be working on the pipes . Elevator was also not working so I had to lift all my suitcases the third floor . Had to cancel and book a different hotel .

The fact they charge an additional $100 for a deposit is absurd. It mentions no where online about it. I don’t know why you need a deposit when they place looks awful, broken screens, chipping paint, foul odors, dirty blinds, leaking faucets, it looks more like an apartment complex than anything and one that you do not want to go near. We will not be back here , maybe they should update the webpage for what it honestly looks like

The room we rented was all broken the bathroom door and room was tore up and they ask for 100 more dollars for a deposit that not on hotel policy

Had left over food and drinks in the refrigerator, saw lots of police (3 times) and paramedics twice during our 1 night stay, heard staff arguing with customers, no pool. Room smelled smokey and I requested a non-smoking room when I was checking in. Lots of cigarette butts on the ground by front entrance to the hotel. Won't be back.

Reserved a room for 3 adults (2 beds). Got to the hotel, no room with 2 beds. Was told I could have a king bed for 3 adults. Explained that that wouldn't work. Asked for a refund. They said my card was not charged. It was! Now I have to work with my credit card to get a reversal. Property was dirty, felt unsafe.

We had two issues, one was they were understaffed when we went to check in on a Saturday, so our room was not ready for two days and we had to stay in a one bedroom for those two days and we were three adults, that was why I had booked and paid for a two bed room. Lastly, second week we were there the elevator went out due to heavy rain on a Tuesday, worked on Wednesday morning and then just didn't work again the rest of our stay, again due to rain. But we made it work just to be closer to family. Sorry, but I don't think we will be staying again, my wife was having back issues the whole time because the bed was to hard on her. Otherwise not to bad. Staff and management that I did meet were so polite and accommodating as can be, that is the reason I myself didn't mind it. The people working there was the only reason I stayed, they made you feel like your at home with family and that matters to me. Thank you.

False Advertising! Do not stay here! There was no lobby, just a window to check in. There was no breakfast or coffee as advertised, not even a coffee machine in the room. There was no housekeeping at all. There was no maintenance. There was no pool. There was no dog park. The floors were filthy; my feet were black just from walking from the shower to the bed (see photo of floor). They advertised breakfast 6-9, but the “lobby” didn’t open until 9 and they didn’t even have coffee (see photo). The tv stopped working and I called down and was told there was no maintenance and the tv couldn’t be fixed. This place should not advertise as a hotel, as it is acting as a place for long term tenants with large dogs and drug rehab patients. There was a group hanging out every day and night near the front door smoking and drinking and talking loudly about rehab problems. I will never trust another Extended Stay again! Stay away!

Danger! Please do not book this room! The photos cat fished me. The place smells horrible. There were drug activity and the weed smell was so loud at the front desk I caught an instant headache. I was there with my kids for their basketball tournament. Next we went in the room and black mold was all around the bathroom tub. The blinds were broken and the water was leaking in the bathroom. Oh the Ac in the building wasn’t working it was extremely hot!! We left immediately. My son has chronic Asthma! I demanded a refund immediately. I’m waiting on my refund at this moment!

Dead roaches everywhere , found a ton of hair in bathroom tub, when I went downstairs to get my door dash order , there were people(dope fiends) in the hall way arguing about to kill eachother and blocking the elevator so I can go up to my room , also the whole place smelled really bad
