The staff members were very helpful and responsive. If we needed extra towels they responded quickly. The room and facility was very clean. We changed our travel plans and the front desk service was very accommodating! We missed breakfast but they had travel snack bags to go! I would definitely stay there again!!

The breakfast is by far the best I've had in my many years of traveling. Recommend keeping the current breakfast menu and sharing with other hotel locations in the chain as it was exceptional.

The front desk attendant Jamal was very helpful during check-in. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was prepared beautifully. I went back for thirds. It was the perfect stop for a visit to Tallahassee. I will be back and will reserve my stay at this location.

We were greeted by a very warm and personable associate at the front desk who quickly got us checked in and gave us our keys and care package and sent us on our way. We loved the size and layout of the room and the beds and bedding were SO comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Room was in good condition, but was not cleaned for our second day. I had to bag trash and gather used towels and put them in the hallway and go to the lobby and ask for clean towels and trash bags. Manager was very apologetic.

The t.v reception was poor.couldnt get ABC and missed all the Good College Football games. Even tried the lounge and reception on major channels was poor.

The hotel is certainly adequate for what it purports to deliver. The bed is comfortable and the climate control is effective. The TV in my room didn’t work, but that’s not a deal breaker for a quick turn and burn trip. Hotel was in decent shape. Unremarkable either way. Staff was friendly. Parking easy. I’d stay here again.

Best you can expect from a Hampton inn, clean rooms, not too far from campus. The staff was 5 star all the way, I have never stayed somewhere where literally everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and they had cookies out each night!

Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, we slept well. Staff at front desk were professional and friendly, I like good service and nice people!!! Felt safe at parking lot at night, no complaints. Can’t say anything about complimentary breakfast because we did not had a chance to try it. Overall I definitely recommend this property!

We’ve been Hilton rewards members since before Covid. Hadn’t stayed at any for a while. During our week long vacation in Florida, we stayed at two Hampton inns and other hotel brands. Both Hamptons were disappointing; they both had hair in a towels or two, the shower itself had hair in both, the mattresses felt cheap and thin and their furniture/appliances/elevators were old, rusty, outdated or both. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. However, breakfast was great.

I like the staff and everybody was pleasant and honest I lost my wedding band left came back later that's about it and it was it was returned g by a gentleman I don't know his name but surely appreciate it the honesty

The breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold food. Fresh coffee and hot water for tea were also available. Two bottles of water were presented at check in. I was near the elevator but never hear any noise. Very convenient to shopping and dining. Refrigerator and microwave in the room along with blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room smelled fresh and clean.

I needed a good, safe, clean place to stay, and that's what I got! Staff was helpful, breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thankful for this hotel and would happily stay here again!

What I didn't like - noisy A/C, uncomfortable bed, and the worst pillows I have ever had the privilege to lay my head upon. One provided no support and two pillows provided too much. Outcome, one very restless night with little sleep, trying to get comfortable and failing, miserably.

Everything was good until the day before checkout we requested the room to be cleaned after 3 days and left the room for 3 hours returning to the same room. Housekeeping never came in at all. I called the front desk and still no Housekeeping and didn't even bring towels we asked for. I paid in advance for 4 nights and all was well until we made a request.

Check in was easy and the room very clean. Nice breakfast options in a pleasant setting. We stayed two nights but the room was not serviced. Fortunately, there were plenty of clean towels. If we had wanted to sleep in the second morning that would have been interrupted by noisy cart movements in the hallway. If not for that the review would have been "Excellent ".

Clean enough as a Hampton goes. Common areas a little worn out. Getting on the older side and barely meets Hilton standards I fear. Staff was very good on a positive note. Would be low on list on a return.

It’s clean. It’s convenient. It’s cost effective. However, the condition is quite disappointing. The old carpet in the room is damp from humidity. The furniture is definitely showing its age.
