It was quiet for the most part. The room was reasonably clean. There was a guy that kept smoking marijuana on the stairs by my door and the smell was pulled into the room by the AC unit. This happened like 5 times throughout the night. When I said something to the manager at checkout, he just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn’t help what people do. Yet he spent most of the afternoon standing outside watching people come and go. I felt very “watched” because he kept staring at the doors and windows. I dunno…
- 0.5/5
WIFI didn't work, TV didn't work, hot water didn't work, the place was grungy and unclean, probably the worst budget hotel I have ever stayed in.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
It was very quiet and nice and clean
- 4/5
The room and property were exactly what I expected. A clean place to stay for a very reasonable price. The shower area needed to be upgraded like the new flooring which was very comfortable to walk on. Also, some fresh paint would make a difference. Overall it was a positive stay.
- 1/5
The place is a disgrace! I can’t believe the Health Department hasn’t closed it. VERY Dirty, Smelly, in Disrepair, etc
- 0.5/5
Everything. Crappy service.
- 4/5
No secondary lock on inside. Just the card lock.

None Staff unhelpful

The room was clean, as in not dirty, but the condition was awful. Holes in the walls, exposed sheetrock, stained furniture. The hard floor was nice and the bedding was clean, but other than that, it’s hard to say anything good about it. I didn’t have high expectations for $70 but I’ve never seen a room lin this poor condition in the US. Fortunately the parking lot is well lit and my car didn’t get broken into but that didn’t stop shady characters from hanging out there all night.
- 2/5
air conditioning was okay. Parking seemed safe but a lot of open doors made me concerned. Shower was awful with no water power and barely any hot water.
- 3/5
Staff and location Room did smell clean, no dust Pictures not up to date. No extra lock on doors used chairs. Walls not clean. Slept on top of coats
- 0.5/5
It was quiet It was very nasty the room was filthy parking lot was nasty had all of crack heads ect
- 5/5
The comfort Late checkouts
- 4/5
Easy parking. Great A/C. Great price

Quiet Clean
- 1/5
Very small parking area. People walking thru all night. Beds very hard. Tv didn’t work. Also Orbitz quoted and reserved price 141. Property charged me 190
- 0.5/5
Near several restaurants They sold my room and did not have my reservation when I got there. Even though it said confirmed on the booking app. Parking lot had huge holes. Really sketchy.
- 0.5/5
It was the only option nothing else was available. If there was we would have gone elsewhere. The hotel was listed as Oyo, the bill stated Budgethotel. What’s up with that! The room was not clean. The bathroom door looked like something used their fist to punch it. After brushing my teeth the water never drained it stayed in the sink. Before leaving I did inform the desk person of the room’s conditions. He said he would let management know. I am outraged that I was charged $165.00 for a room not worth $10.00. How dare they charge that rate. After driving 5 plus hours there were no other options for a place to stay in the area. Not sure if Travago vets the places they recommend. You need to.
- 1/5
Nothing Extremely nasty. Mold and mildew covered the outside and inside of the fridge (that did not work). No hot water. Definitely in need of an upgrade and deep cleaning.
- 5/5
A solid option for quick stays. Free parking, quiet rooms, and just a short drive to FSU.
- 0.5/5
The hotel is a dump and did not provide functioning wifi. The room was damp and gross, and did not provide an iron, coffee, or really anything of comfort. I was very surprised and dissatisfied. I do not recommend this dump. Everything. Service was poor, room was gross, no functioning wifi, no iron, no coffee, no tissues. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything & everyone. The worst hotel ever.
- 1.5/5
Nothing Everything
- 5/5
Great experience for the price. Clean bathroom, cozy bed, and quick service from reception.
- 3.5/5
The TV didn’t work, but the person from the reception fixed it pretty quickly.
- 1/5
The chair and linens were dirty. The room was advertised to have a fridge and Wi-Fi, it had neither. The smoke detector was covered with a trash bag. There were a ton of spider webs. The shower took a good 30 mins to get hot then the tub wouldn't drain.
- 4.5/5
Soft bed clean sheets quiet enough despite my concerns about traffic nearby. Two towels, one washcloth and they were very clean smelling. Beds nicely made and comfortable. Wall heater worked so well I had to turn it down some, and the staff was very friendly. Room smelled like it had been cleaned just prior to my visit so the smell of cleaner was strong; we left the door open a few minutes and the smell went away. I will add that I am sensitive to some cleaners, but it was satisfactory and didn’t over whelm.
- 5/5
Very convenient location downtown, close to the State Capitol complex. Ideal for business travelers on a budget.
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
It was an average hotel, but the area is not great.
- 1/5
This is an older property that has not been will maintained. Broken towel rack in the bathroom. Bath towels and bed linens stained or dirty. Bathroom door damaged. Refrigerator exterior rusting. Stained or damaged baseboards and molding (not too be confused with mold- no mold observed). Street light shining through the thin closed curtains.TV remote did not control volume nor could it be used to turn the TV on and off, only to change channel.
- 2/5
The deadbolt didnt work and there was no upper security latch like at most hotels. Last night someone tried to get in my room with a key card. Fortunately my dogs went nuts and they left. Great that its dog friendly, but yheres no dog walk area. You have to walk past the lounging, smoking "guests" to the property next door to potty the dogs.
- 1/5
The architecture on this hotel is so adorable, but it is rundown and disgusting. I tried all night trying to find another place to stay that I could afford, but it was parents weekend at FSU and it was impossible so I had to stay there the only good thing I can say about this hotel is I believe the mattresses were brand new very comfortable the furniture should be on the side of the road for garbage pick up I had a smashed photograph on the wall a rusted refrigerator a TV that would only shut off and on with the button on the side I received two towels That were paper thin to use for three days. The bathroom door was about to fall off the hinges, it was so warped from flooding. They never finish painting the room. The toilet was for a giant. I could go on. This place should be one star.
- 2/5
For $250 per night, I expected the inside to be nicer. TV remote didn't work so had to manually turn on and turn off. Sheets and comforter didn't appear to have been washed. And could hear cars driving by all through the night. I wouldn't suggest staying here and don't plan on coming back.
- 5/5
For $70 in downtown Tallahassee you can’t ask for more. Easy check-in process, extremely kind and respectful staff, simple no-frills room. Tons of tv channels and really nice big microwave. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!
- 1/5
Property was NOTHING like the pictures. The bathroom has a broken seat. Smelt like weed. Parking was impossible. Stains on the sheets
- 5/5
We were in town for a ballgame and only needed to stay 1 night. Older building and the bathroom could use some help on the walls. But it was clean as well as the whole room. Beds were clean and comfy.
- 1/5
Smh
- 5/5
Overall good stay. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. The property is motel not hotel style. Property is old and room condition showed use and abuse. Ie needed paint, only warm water, bathroom door had been kicked in because there was a hole. Old mattresses up against wall at back of property
- 1/5
I honestly I had to stay here until my apartment was ready but I’ll never book here again. The room smelt like pee and had dead roaches in the air vents .
- 3/5
The hotel staff or manager was excellent, he was very welcoming. After we got to our room, he came to check if we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and tidy. It was in need of some repairs, the bathroom door handle was broken and didnt lock or latch closed properly. The room could use some furniture upgrades, but it was decorated nicely. The beds were moderately comfortable, but if you asked my teenagers they were perfectly comfortable. I probably didnt sleep as well because they turned the ac too cold and I missed my husband lol. The main entrance is located in an odd place on an intersection on a main road, but has a rear exit onto a residential street which is safer. Overall, we would stay here again, the price point was affordable especially on FSU move in weekend.
- 1/5
Do not stay at this hotel. First of all the guy who checked me and was a young guy by 25 years old and he was hitting on me the entire time and asked for my number before I could even get into the door of my room and get settled. The first room that he put me in which was room 111 the door was so hard to get into I had to go to him twice to open the door before I can re-enter it after getting it into the first room 11 I started to smell a horrible smell from the bathroom and my toilet was filled with old urine and cigarette butts. After complaining about the state of the first room it took about 45 minutes to be allowed to have another room which was room 117 at first glance room rent 17 was okay but when I went to take a shower I noticed that the shower only came out and trickles of water. I am 6'1 200 plus pounds and a trickle of water does not cut it when trying to take a shower. At this point it was very late in the night and I just needed to lay down and I noticed after going to adjust the air conditioning that the air conditioning units pulled water on the floor inside of the room and there was a huge puddle of water on the complete and total left side of the bed nearest the air conditioning unit and it posed a threat to slip and fall every time I got up. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because I didn't have anywhere else to go and when I woke up in the morning I was here with the fact that they had charged me twice for the hotel cancellation fee.
- 1/5
But what was really unique by the populist overall shape and give you a very different feel what I would say I didn't like by the property was older no modern amenities to the standard of the 2020s. My any means that something was not an hourly prepared he had to look for something to find it there was a visible attitude to all of his customers with brown skin versus discomfortable customers.
- 2/5
Only good thing I can really say about this propert6, is that it was cheap
- 4/5
The room was clean
- 2/5
It was definitely a low budget hotel
- 2/5

- 3/5
It was basic but ok. Conveniently located and staff were nice. Paid more than we should have but it was graduation at FSU so understood.
- 3/5
The property, especially the bathroom, was in poor condition.
- 5/5
Staff kind & helpful. The location is convenient and safe.
- 1/5
We arrived late at night, had to change rooms, almost checked out to go somewhere else. Room was horrible, didn't even shower the next morning, just left and showered when we got to our next hotel.
- 5/5
Price is right, property matches price. If I was a girl or even a guy traveling alone, it’s a little sketchy. The area in general isn’t bad, and close to FSU.
- 1/5
Canceled when we got there, still got charged for a full night.
- 3/5
The room was not particularly clean, and the area not so great. I couldn't get the TV to work, but I'm going to assume it was cockpit error. Definitely a lower end place to stay. It's easy to miss, unless you know to look for it. Some idiot parked a big truck at one end, effectively shutting off through traffic. I told the desk, but nothing was done.
- 3/5
Mop the floor every once in a while!
- 5/5
For the money, this was well worth the price. Great location. Very friendly, helpful staff.
- 3/5
No frills
- 1/5
Room was dirty. Towels had dust on them and found roaches and spiders in the room.
- 5/5
Front desk service was excellent . Room was oky but clean . Sleep good because AC work excellent.
- 2/5
The wi Fi connection only works if you step outside of the room
- 1/5
I didn't like anything about it
- 4/5
Nice front staff and I was offered fresh towels. Thank you.
- 5/5
The stay was bery peacefull managment great . Rooms clean .. everythinvg.. good great place to stsy i recomend it to anyone ..
- 1/5
No towels. No microwave as advertised. Bed made noises. Must be that old springs. Bathroom door would not close. AC blew warm air
- 5/5
all around fantastic
- 2/5
Not a very good place to stay. There was never anyone at the front you have to ring the bell and wait every time. Barely any parking. The room smells. The beds are ok but the frames are metal and make tons of noise every time you move. Convenient area for eateries and such but I won't be staying there again even at the price.
- 1/5
Under new ownership. Rooms run down, showing drywall, dirt on surfaces of a/c, bed frames, counters. Many long term residents at this hotel. We would have left, but it was already 9:30pm and had been driving all day with our 3 year old daughter. Also, we paid for room with King bed and weren’t given that.
- 1/5
One of the worst places I ever stayed at. The floor was dirty there was mold around the toiler et and J power the bed was not comfortable at all the TV remote barely worked on the small TV. It was so bad that I did not feel safe leaving my stuff in the room and I even did not take a shower because I was afraid to catch something. The sheets had stains and holes and long hair was everywhere. I am surprised that it is on Expedia. Avoid at all costs. The only good thing is the location but that spot is not really safe either. The management was friendly but not competent for this type of business.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff, the rooms are overall good but the showers need to be updated
- 1/5
This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The two guys at the front desk were nice, but we paid $200 for the night and where do I begin... The comforter and pillows were disgusting. The place just felt dirty. Holes in the walls. No hot water in the shower and the shower head was so messed up the water spit sideways all over the place. Then we get home after the game and the key does not work. The guys said the battery to the lock died. Our Uber driver couldn't believe people actually stayed there. It was a little comic relief. Rough stay all around. Hopefully they have some serious renovations planned.
- 1/5
Only stay if u have absolutely no other option
- 1/5
It’s a dump, but you can’t beat the price on an FSU football weekend.
- 1/5
Terrible
- 2/5
The walls were dirty and the room looked like it is not maintained the sheets and towels had stains and the comforter and bed skirt were torn. The only thing that was ok the tube toilet and sink appeared clean.
- 5/5
I've been here 2 months I love it very clean guiet the manger is very nice and makes sure everything is right
- 5/5
I have been here 2 months the staff is very nice . Everything is up to standerds feels like home I recommend. To anyone looking for peaceful getaway
- 5/5
No frills place but looks like it’s in the process of improving. Quiet place to spend the night. Very close to central Tallahassee.
- 3/5
The hotel was overbooked so i didn't get the kind of room that I reserved. I just stayed there to sleep, so it was perfect.
- 4/5
There was a bad storm so the staff handled the situation the best that they could.
- 5/5
Everything was great Super Awesome owners
- 4/5
Na
- 3/5
Old, needs remodeling bathroom
- 2/5
This place is so outdated. Dirty and beds horrible. Room smelled so bad. No wifi at all. towels were tiny, the size of a washcloth. Only good thing was location. Will never stay here again.
- 1/5
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel, unlawful activity, complete infection, control issues, complete sketchy behavior of the people that were there, complete, unsafe environment. I literally had to take my children and leave in the middle of the night. I had put a complete dark cloud over my oldest daughter‘s graduation from FSU I would like someone to contact me about this if possible.
- 2/5
Guest service were super friendly. But the place needs a lot of renovation done to it. I also had a sheet that was torn on arrival and one of the lamps were missing the pull string so you couldn't turn it on and one of the outlets didn't work.
- 3/5
Basic for nothing
- 4/5
Surprisingly, not that bad of a stay.
- 5/5
Jay at the front desk was great. Very kind and accommodating . He let us check in early. It was definitely an old building but kept very clean . Not many hotel in the area would let you reserve a room for the fsu game early but they would. We used the electric scooters in the area and had alot of fun.
- 2/5
The room stank. The end table was sticky.
- 4/5
I had a great stay as usual. Room was clean. Management was helpful. Rates are reasonable.
- 3/5
Super friendly staff. Easy check in. The room and furniture were noticeably worn. Overall for the price it was a bargain for a place to sleep.
- 5/5
I didnt like the maintenance man was drunk and had a key to open my room and looked at us weird when my key didnt work, he pass by and hit our wall once and was talking to himself. The next morning the same dude gave us a creep look, so we put something by the door to feel safe to sleep.
- 1/5
Doors had holes in them, sheets and towels had stains on them, there was still empty plastic cups in the room, bugs were flying around in the rooms. Furniture Was old looked like had been picked up off the street.
- 4/5
It was really quiet! Nice shady, almost idyllic spot, Santa checked me in! Comfortable bed, I slept really well, which I needed to do, and woke refreshed. The towels were a bit small, no bathmat, no washcloths, but the soap was plentiful. No holder for the toilet paper, and only one trash can.
- 1/5
Bad smell, bathroom full of those little roaches, the fridge so rusty.
- 3/5
The picture that I’m looking at on your review definitely not the room we stayed in. If it was it would’ve been great but it was totally outdated and nothing like the photo. I wish I would’ve taken a photo I would’ve posted it. We were there for my son’s graduation at Florida State University and it was the only motel available. $200 a night was high but only available.
- 1/5
This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Booked it for the purpose of picking up my daughter from FSU. Other hotels booked up due to last weekend of school + graduation ceremonies. Hotel outside needs painting. Once you open the door you can smell the mildew. Sheets had stains & 2 pillows had no covers. Bathroom had a whole, which my wife covered it up. I called letting them know we had no towels. Room Service came & gave us towels but all of them had black stains on them. I had to go out & buy towels. All this & I paid $217 for 1 night!!!!This hotel rate is usually $71.00. If I was alone I would if just slept in my car instead of this hotel. The only good thing was AC is cold but beside that what a nightmare…Stay clear of this hotel.
- 4/5
Least expensive place to stay in area, 2nd time I've stayed here and this time the room was much better. Same dude reving his motorcycle at 7am was a bummer. I think he lives here. 30 minutes of him tunning his loud honds motorcycle on off on off. Uggggh!
- 4/5
Central location, inexpensive basic motel to sleep. Broken furniture, no coffee or coffee pot, boarderline clean, brown water/sludge came out in bath water. Couldn't get room dark due to thin curtains. Good Central location. With a little effort this could be a desirable property.
- 4/5
Clean need to update refrigerator and another trash can.
- 1/5
The staff was drunk when i checked in late no wifi no utensils unprofessional management and when i asked for a receipt i was told the printer was torn uppp.
- 1/5
the way checkout is ran,It was nothing short of unprofessional.I wouldnt stay here again if it was free.
- 3/5
This room was clean. Furniture was a bit dated, but perfectly functional. Bed was comfortable. The real problem I had was no iron and ironing board. And no hangers. I was traveling for business and needed to press my suit. This hotel is within easy walking distance of the state capital. Everything else was over $300 because the legislature was in session. I'm a state employee with a $150/night cap on hotel expenses. So I chose this hotel. I don't mind staying a places that are a bit run-down, but I need to look professional the next day. That was a challenge without an iron and hangers.
- 4/5
Good place to stay for a game, nothing fancy, clean rooms and close to stadium. Price was half as much as other hotels near by
- 2/5
The pictures on Hotel.com were far better than the actual room. Our room had no telephone or coffee maker. The decor was shabby and there were places in the bathroom door with chunks missing. We saw at least two bugs. After spilling something on the floor and wiping it up with a white towel that turned black, we kept our shoes on for the duration of the stay in our room. (The other towel I dried off with was so sparse, it actually tore when trying to dry off my back.) We will not be going back.
- 1/5
Had to talk through plexiglass standing outside during daylight hours. I’ve paid the same at other Expedia listed hotels with 1000 times better experience. This property should not be listed on Expedia…. I would expect this at a 3 rd world country, especially not at the Capital of the State of Florida.
- 2/5
This was just a place to sleep during our trip for Parents weekend for FSU. No coffee maker, no hair dryer and the maintenance on the property was poor at best. It was okay but some painting and cleaning was needed.
- 1/5
I suppose to have a refund.
- 4/5
When we arrived the air was off in the hotel
- 2/5
The motel (not hotel) room smelled really bad. In my parents room they had blood and pee stains on the wall and sheets. The bathroom was not clean. My room was cleaned and more updated but still had bad smell. The owner manners were so bad. Grumpy man.
- 1/5
Bugs n stains switched between 3 rooms no refund available is the ONLY reason I had to stay third room still had bugs n stains first room toilet was clogged
- 1/5
Bad hotel
- 1/5
Room 25 was a ground floor street entrance, door did not lock properly, room and bathroom where filthy and smelled of urine, some kind of bug in the bath tub ,funtiture was falling apart…really I think the health department should shut it down
- 1/5
DIRTY
- 3/5
Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
The room smelled horrible. The bed was dirty and the toilet wasn’t flushed
- 1/5
Terrible room conditions, very dirty and bad smell. the bed and the towels very stinky.
- 1/5
Terrible property. Dirty, filthy and disgusting smell.
- 3/5
It was fine
- 1/5
As soon i see Type hotel i just cancel and left....tbst lkace is disgusting...not for families.
- 3/5
Weirdly - place says "Now Smoking Free" - yet sitting on the A/C units right outside the rooms are ashtrays - and the one outside my room was not empty - so entering my room gave the smell of cigarettes. I also saw 1 person smoking on the balcony twice. I also got an odd room - under the office - kind of tucked away. Very ark - not much natural lighting. Right outside laundry room and ice machine (which made ice loudly all night) since it was so dark there there was a light outside on always - which shined into my room. The room I was in looked like it had water issues in the past - which makes sense due to its location. And the bathroom door looked as if someone had punched a hole trough it - and a horrible spackle job was used to repair. Due to Covid - registration through a window outside with a small opening - so it was hard to hear - but eraosnable given these times. Location wise - Google took me to the back entrance - but I missed it since there is no sign there. I looped around and almost missed the front entrance as it is nestled in a small area on a V shaped intersection and the sign it small - so easy to miss.
- 1/5
This hotel is a tear down. It should be condemned by the city. It stinks like weed, it's filthy, there are holes in the walls, I didn't have a sink in my room, lighting fixtures were hanging off the wall, there were stains on the sheets, there was no WIFI (as promised), there there vagrants in the parking lot, and the walls were paper thin. I got out of this ghetto hovel quickly. I was afraid for my safety.
- 5/5
Exactly what I expected for $67! Clean and pretty comfortable beds. Spent one night to move my FSU student out of his apartment and back home for the summer. Perfect for just a place to sleep. Will definitely book there again.
- 2/5
No bath towels available and face towels appeared unclean.
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever. Nasty, unclean, noisy, rude manager...
- 1/5
Towel look dirty went to buy some sheets didn’t look clean slept in clothes brought Lysol to disinfect room no iron or ironing board for a double one set of towels if my wife came we would have to share wash cloths and towel bathroom door kick I
- 2/5
Desk clerk rude and offensive. Floors sticky. Dirty. More attention to the condition of the rooms and they might get more than one car in the parking lot.
- 1/5
No clean towels were provided and staff would not deliver any to the room. Room not particularly clean and smelled of cigarettes. I didn't very feel safe at night walking outside, but there was plenty of parking and it wasn't far from the capital, which is where I was going. Brought my own shampoo.
- 2/5
. No smoking but ashtrays outside every room. Smelled like Lysol. $165 for a room that should have been$39
- 4/5
Good and very nice for the money
- 4/5
for it's level it was acceptable - wifi doesn't really work in the rooms so i spent time in the office using it there - they did refund a fair amount from my reservation to make up for it as well as a price drop since i had reserved - would recommend for this level accommodation
- 1/5
Room door wouldn’t lock and smelled weed smoke all night
- 4/5
Comfortable, clean & close to Doak Campbell. Staff was friendly & helpful. We would certainly stay here again in the future!
- 1/5
The inside of the refrigerator was absolutely disgusting. I turned on the shower and all that came out was brown water - looks like rust. I spent two nights there and would not take a shower it was so bad. I don't know if the sheets were stained or just dirty and unwashed. I would never stay at this place again even if they paid me to stay there.
- 1/5
Hotel room smelled weird. Water came out kind of wild looking upon the intital turn of the sink dial. Upcharged us for homecoming and popular demand, meanwhile the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them. No reason that room with such trash cleaning should have been 225 a night. Fortunately enough it was only used to hold our stuff and we never even slept there. You all should really consider some renovations and possibly redoing the pipes and all that. I know it’s tallahassee and tallahassee is so low on the totem pole in terms of how much of a trailer park trash town it is but sheesh, don’t you care about your business? Would never stay here again. Recommend the place shuts down for business and renovates.
- 3/5
The room was clean and the tv had to be turned on manual the tv would turn off every 1-3 hours not enough towels and wash cloth to clean up with other than that the place was very clean has fridge and a microwave all the furniture was out dated some light plugs didn’t work and the room had a certain order
- 3/5
No carpeting, and old black tile on floor. Little bugs in bath and small spiders coming down from ceiling. Kleenex holder empty. No lid on huge industrial size toilet, and no tank. There were no hooks or shelf in bathroom to put your clothes if you were to shower... we didn't due to cold water and, you know, spiders and bugs. Beds were OK. There was the usual deadbolt on the door, but not the usual safety flip lock. Also, there was excessive space between the door and the door jamb. I did the bedbug check, and there was no evidence of them. We were only there for one night, and arrived late after a 12 hour drive, and were leaving early, so it was OK for a one-night stay. Side note, we stayed in much nicer rooms, with breakfast provided, for much less $$. It certainly is a no-frills, last minute, room, and was a place to lay our weary heads.
- 1/5
Exterior of the building was in poor condition. Entering and exit parking lot was difficult. Limited parking. No amenities. Way overpriced at 85.00 for 1 night.
- 2/5
It was difficult to get a hold of The attendant at the lobby. At checkout time the attendant walked into our room without knocking.
- 1/5
The man who runs it is a total jerk. Do not waste your time. He was extremely inconsiderate & disrespectful.
- 1/5
No pool. No continental breakfast. No coffee maker in room. Poor lighting/controls.

I was eaten alive by bed bugs. I've reached out to Hotels.com for assistance on this, to no avail., so I'm sure it won't be published. It's okay. I already have a YouTube video posted about the whole miserable experience. Imagine, being eaten alive by bed bugs. On the final night of my stay, they put me into another room. SUPPOSEDLY, bed bug free. I sprayed it down with bed bug killer that I went to Lowe's and purchased. And Hotels.com was supposed to give me double nights for this stay. After I get my free night next round, I'll never use Hotels.com again. NEVER.

The Manager was very rude due the situation he cancelled a room that was for a family member who booked separately. She responded to the email while enroute(traveling) to confirm her reservations and he still cancelled and was very rude.

Very night parking, the location is hard to get in and out of and there was a fair amount of people hanging in the parking lot. Hotel does not have key cards. Actual key. Really dated and unsafe. Price does not align.
