Stayed here for a little longer than a week between moving and waiting for my new place to close. Previous reviews are pretty spot on and I was aware going in. Price is right, but don’t expect much. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Saw a couple of roaches. Floor in room was filthy. Staff was pretty friendly. Gets a little shady at times. Not a horrible place to stay, but only if money is tight and you need a full size fridge and kitchen with a range and microwave for an extended period. Laundry facilities are good.

The experience was uncomfortable and not what was advertised or expected for the price paid. Customer service did little to resolve the issues. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

She could not print receipt because no paper in printer! We tried to get one at checkout but no one at desk,metal panel still down at 8:30AM. No carts Receptionist called someone to bring it down. No one came. She helped bring our things to room. Fridge did not work. Had to change rooms. 2nd room Water sounded like dropping in a tin bucket all night. Toilet stopped working at 11:00! NO ONE ON DUTY AFTER 11. Had to work with it all night!!! Told them in the morning and they said it would be fixed. Came back still never fixed. 1 towel and washcloth. 1 soap 1 toilet paper. Could not get another toilet paper till this morning since they lock it up! I tried to get another toilet paper when we returned to the hotel last night at 6:00PM. Was told no toilet paper. She did go and find one on the housekeeping cart. 2 other people were told there was no toilet paper.

First off. The little interactions I had with the staff was good. Why I said little interactions. Barely anyone was there even to answer the blasted phones. When you are checking out there is not even a drop off box for the room cards. Your told by the maintenance person just drop it on the counter someone will pick them up at 10am. Scary thought with that. Now we got one used roll of tissue paper and when we asked why the front desk person said we are currently awaiting a shipment to restock. Then the furniture was just poor. The pillow still had red stains from a previous guest. I had to buy pillows for myself. They were not feasible. We had roaches in the room coming out of the furniture. I literally won’t stay here again you could smell the person outside your room smoking ganja. The hotel isn’t what was advertised. Realllllllllllllly poor.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day. We also appreciated the little details like fresh towels, good lighting, and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel itself was in a convenient location, close to everything we needed, which made getting around very easy. Amenities were great, and everything was kept in good condition. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the parking distance off to the right but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The staff was responsive I am very disappointed with my experience. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and we encountered roaches during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. The towels also appeared unclean and needed proper washing before use. Additionally, the kitchen sink had a constant running issue that was not addressed. We were also surprised to learn that we had to rent a pot for $30, which is unreasonable, especially since this cost was not disclosed beforehand and is more expensive than simply purchasing one elsewhere. Another major concern was the lack of security at night. The doors were left unlocked, allowing anyone to walk in without any form of access control, which made us feel unsafe. Unfortunately, many of these issues were not communicated at the time of booking. Greater transparency and improved standards are needed to ensure a better guest experience.

The room was not clean and there were roaches and stains on the bed. I’m thankful to the man that was working there because he did switch my room, but even then the blankets were not cleaned at all. I’m thankful for the place to have stayed, but that is not. It is not a clean place to stay.

Worst hotel experience ever(not hyperbole). Use hotels 6-10 x/yr for past 16-20yrs. This is the worst. Could live with visibly grimy floor, musky lobby and room smells; with an uncovered ac and dirty towel that was apparently previously worked on. But I get to room at 1am, greeted by roaches. One scurrying from under the fridge, one in the sink, one by bathroom. Killed about 6 or 7. There was also a cluster under the computer desk. Was totally appalled. Put my belongings on bed, figured I would sleep with lights on and leave 1st thing in am. But walk over to bed and there are 2 under floorboards, and 1 crawling up bed. NO WAY.!!! I grabbed my stuff and ended up sleeping in my car. I turned in the key and they’re telling me I may not get a refund when I didn’t even sleep in the room. The price is not worth the disgust. The pictures are not representative of the actual property. STAY AWAY. Pay a few dollars more and go elsewhere

While I understand this is an extended-stay property, the environment during our stay was extremely concerning. I personally witnessed multiple drug deals and loud, disturbing altercations occurring near the main entrance. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told it was “a personal matter,” which did nothing to reassure me as a guest about my family’s safety and comfort. Because it was spring break, it was very difficult to find alternative accommodations that were both available and reasonably priced, we stayed.

Elson at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. He assisted me with extending my stay and was very pleasant at all times. He is definitely an asset to the hotel. The floors in the room were extremely dirty. I could not walk around without shoes/slippers because my feet or socks would get filthy. The toilet was not working properly.

My room wasn't what I expected for $200 for the night and I won't be staying there again. It felt more of like a motel compared to a suite.

We found multiple sets of eyelashes in the bed on the floor in the bathroom. It seemed that the room did not get cleaned.

Even though the property welcome pets and the pet fee was cheap. I now understand why. This place is more of a motel or apartment style place where people actually are living there! On top we asked for non smoking our paperwork stated non smoking traveling with small children- yet there are people smoking right in the hallways by the entrance to their rooms. The room we stayed in was not clean at all. Cobwebs everywhere, dirt all over the floor from not being cleaned, bathroom was never cleaned, duct tape on the pipes, rust everywhere there was metal, even found a piercing on the floor of the bathroom from it not being cleaned Becuase where there was dirt in a spider making home and around the toilet seat, the seal was lifted with mold, brown, yellow, all around it (eww) mold in the bathroom and in the room painted over or not. housekeeping came by gave us toiletries. The soap bottles were open and half used. In the middle of the night three times I heard our door tried to be opened with key and the knob. Needless to say, I didn’t get any sleep while my children got some. In our room smelled like completely of cigarette and marijuana, which we were not smoking either. Will not be staying ever again!!

I was disappointed from.the time I walked in. I checked in at 6 p.m in which I calles hours before arrival to let the hotel know that I would be checking in after 3. Looks as though the gentlemen was sleeping and did not properly greet me. Some other occupants were loud. Someone above me was banging on the door at 4a.m yelling for a woman to open the door. I could not wait to leave the property. The only reason I stayed was because I travel over 200 miles and just need a peaceful one nights rest and un fortunately I did not purchase the protection plan. I will NEVER consider staying here again

Room was decent, does not have blackout shade or curtain so the room I had was bright all day long while I tried to sleep due to working overnights, hotel was out of toilet paper four four days and elevator did not work for half of my time that I was there, parking lot was full of broke down cars and people sleeping in their cars, will not book a room here again

The elevator was not working, which was extremely inconvenient. When I entered my room, it was dirty, the couch was ripped up and the bathroom was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, a room service staff member came into my room and told me that I needed to lift the toilet lid and fix it myself in order for it to work — then she left. That is completely unacceptable. Despite these serious issues, I was not offered a refund or any form of compensation. This experience fell far below basic hospitality standards. I am extremely disappointed.

The staff is polite, I in no way shape, form or fashion blame them. They are not the problem. Who ever owns this hotel or is franchising it, is giving the Woodsprings name a bad reputation. Do better. You wouldn't even stay here. Loud and noisy guests....Weed smokers....RUST ON THE BATHROOM FIXTURES.......HORRIBLE

The front desk was ok. I will never be staying here again. It was my last resort for a cheap stay. The pictures need to be updated because this place doesn't look anything like the photos. No toilet paper or extra towels were available. Toilet was not working properly. No tv remote for the tv. Elevators don't work. Nothing is this place was clean. Mold and dusty. Sketchy place. On the paper I was given, it says housekeeping service every two weeks which eww. Hotels should be cleaned everyday. I've never heard of this. Anyways, I can go on, but I will never come back to this hotel.

Check inn was easy and quick. The lobby was clean and looked nice. My room was visibly clean but reeked of urine and wet dog. The chairs in the room were missing the external covering. The remote control was missing the battery cover. The elevator didn’t work most of the time,( flashing communication error). This was my last choice as everything else in the area was booked. I worked construction and stayed at my hotels, so my standards are not all that high but this was well below what I would consider to be acceptable.If you can avoid this hotel I certainly would.

This was the worst service in a hotel I’ve ever had. There was no amenities, no coffee maker in room or blow dryer. I was promised coffee in the lobby but there was done. There were no utensils in the kitchen. When I complained I was told everything was removed during Covid and it was a long term stay hotel. That doesn’t make sense. Long term stays have utensils since people often cook if they are staying for a long time. Covid has been over for a couple of years so isn’t it time to put things back. Other hotels have. When I told front desk staff I would complain. The response was go ahead. No customer service. This is a one to two star hotel at best!

The stay was horrible and very ghetto random people walking around following you so much drug related activities one of the service guest employee by the name of Matthew gave another random person someone’s room number without there consent and I seen with my owe eyes once I checked and I left and the manager refused to reimburse me with my refund back when I asked for compensation he begin to get very rude and disrespectful and stated he wasn’t going to accommodate me with anything i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I mean that and the most humblest way possible

Everything was fine except the parking. The property has a very unusual shape so you have to park far away from the front door. Then you have to walk around a whole bunch of planters. You cannot make a straight line to the front door.

You can hear people walking in the hall and constant walking heard from the unit above.

Upon check in, I was told the elevator did not work. No problem. It felt like the AC didn't work and the building had a nasty smell. As soon as open the door to my room, dozens of roaches spread throughout the room. I immediately requested a refund.

Not a good area to be in, the beds were not what was pictured and the room smelt extremely musty, there was clearly smokers because there was cigarette butts every where and people getting high on the property… I don’t want my children smelling that. The hotel gave a trashy overall feeling, there are no type of utensils or paper towels or anything. It’s bare, so don’t expect anything because there is none. I would not recommend.

I had to cancel. I couldn’t spend another minute on that property. The check in area was small and filthy the place smelled like weed my respiratory status was compromised. The elevator was broken and the room she was giving us was on the fourth floor. The residents came to the desk asking for their mail. This place has no business advertising as a hotel for travelers. People loitering, there are people using the place as their primary residence instead of hotel. Kinda of section 8 housing. WiFi basically non existent, cant have more than a couple of devices logged on. When you did log in speeds so slow you can’t download a picture. Never will I stay at this place again. My recommendation is you don’t stay here either.

The elevator did not work in the hotel and we could not get to our room. I tried to change hotels online but it would not allow me to. I responded to the reservation email to cancel this room. Will challenge on my credit card if charged for this room.

I am a single 70 year old lady who stayed here. It was loud all night with kids and adults running around and yelling. The room had no Tv remote and I was scared and uncomfortable. Do not stay here as most people that are there are either long term or this location is a section 8. BAD PLACE

Surroundings around the hotel look so ghetto, Frontdesk even looks so poos and not very welcoming. Elevator was out of service. Room os smelly, floor is sticky, i even saw some roaches walking in the bathroom. Hotel is very noisy and it seems like the staff is not doing anything about that.

This was an extended stay and just felt very awkward having kids constantly running around not moving out of the way of people trying to get through doors. The elevator was broken when I arrived and they switched my room to the 1st floor which was nice. Parking was ridiculous. Broke down vehicles, cars parked in tow zones but not being towed. Just not what I had anticipated

We stayed one night and left the next morning. Fortunately, we were able to get a refund for the remaining nights. I also didn’t realize this was an extended-stay hotel when booking, so there were many long-term residents lingering around in the common areas. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Arrived at the property and there’s people just hanging around outside and in the lobby. Saw a group of people standing around an individual giving haircuts by the elevators (which were down). Sheriffs office made an appearance not soon after. In the room itself was ok minus the shower not draining. Woodspring has some great properties but this is not one of them.

I booked a room with double beds I was given one with one queen size bed the fridge wasn’t working since the time I have arrived nothing was done about those issues. I will post those pics on FB to warn others about this place

This hotel embodies all of the things that news articles warn you about Florida. Woodsprings suites are expected to have a temporary status of guests, but this place appears to be HUD, drug dealers, and sex-workers. Facilities: The elevator did not work. The worker at the guest service desk said that someone was coming to fix it, because apparently there is an electrical wiring issue. It was never fixed. A very big issue for ADA guest. Cleanliness: The floor was sticky and dirty. I am pretty sure a truck stop bathroom is cleaner.

This was the worst stay ever I paid $269 a night. You get absolutely nothing other than some crappy coffee. It was so loud you could barely sleep.

First off parking was bad had to walk in a dark parking lot about 500ft to the main entrance. Elevator smelled like lemon grass. Once in the room an oder of humidity and refrigirator de icing. The bed was bouncy not comfortable. The street light entered the room which made it seem it was still daytime with the shade closed. After paying what was paid for the night I could have gotten someting better in the beach areas. Overall we couldnt wait to go home and relax because it was not a good night.

Not a bad stay but there is no house keeping during your stay unless you pay a fee supposedly, therefore you have to constantly go to the counter for towels and take down your dirty ones, you have to take your own trash, and counter closes at 11pm. Many people actually live here so it’s noisy at times and smells like weed. Parking is terrible. Room was clean and bathroom was clean. But the overall way it is ran is not the best. Average stay, only would do if it is a last resort.

The overall experience was not good in the front desk, girl I don’t remember. Her name told me that the room that we were staying in our room was very sick and passed away made my husband feel very uncomfortable not to mention that he’s on dialysis and that was mentioned on the reservation. The surrounding area is okay. I didn’t like the hotel. The guest was very loud. They kept slamming the doors. And the people above us kept stomping on the floor. Outside the hotel we could hear them yelling and screaming at each other.

No iron, no breakfast, hairs inside shower and on sink counter and bathroom floor you also have to empty your own trash. I asked for a blanket and was told they dont have blankets. They only have whats on the bed, which was a very thin sheet and extremely paper thin so called blanket on top. This was our first time staying at a Woodbridge hotel and will definitely be our last.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodspring Suites. The people I interected with made all the difference. I was not aware of the fact that I needed to take mugs, pots, pan, knives, forks etc. but once I got those out the way I was right at home away from home.

My only issue with this Hotel, the rooms don’t come with iron. When I asked the receptionist he said they only have 3 iron for the whole Hotel. That’s sucks, the management teams have to fix that issue

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. Broken down cars in the parking lot. Groups of people loitering in parking lot and tiny lobby at all times of day. My shower head almost fell off, I had to install it properly just to be able to take a shower. Elevator didn't work. There was 2 bugs I killed in the room, as well as hair in the bed and on the bathroom counter.

Elevator didn´t work at night. There was some pubic air on the handle of the cold/hot water faucet in the bath tub. Some corners of the floor at the bathroom really need cleaning and/or maintenance or paint.

The 'manager' was nowhere in sight when I arrived to check in. While waiting, I heard multiple guests complaining that the elevators kept not working. when the 'manager' finally showed up, i said I wanted to check in and had a reservation, but I was now not sure because I'd been waiting for some time and had heard guests complaining. he said he'd been fixing something in a guest's room and besides I could wait 15-20 minutes... it wasn't a problem. he was the only person there.... i told him that wasn't my problem and I couldn't wait 15 minutes... i was in pain and I'm diabetic. he said he that was my problem and then refused to check me in. he denied my reservation and told his boss I was rude, although I was only responding to his rudeness. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any other of this chain again. Apparently they don't care about the customers.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! First of all, waited almost 45 mins for the front desk person to come back from her lunch break. Mind you she is the only employee on site. Finally get checked in, they put us on the first floor because the elevator is down. Soon as we walked down the hallway the weed and cigarette smell slaps you in the face. Walked in the room and immediately seen roaches crawling around. Cabinet doors missing. Got out of there quick. So we get moved to the second floor, toted all of our stuff and our baby up the stairs. The stair well is full of trash and people sitting around smoking. Get to the second room and it’s the same thing. Went down to the lobby to see about leaving, another employee comes in and the two employees start going at it screaming arguing at each other. One accusing the other of sleeping with guests and the other accusing them of drinking on the clock. I had to get me and my family out of there quick!! The pictures and reviews are so deceiving. I do not recommend anyone staying there.

Honestly, the place felt like a welfare camp.

We stayed for an emergency during Hurricane Milton and while we had a booking hiccup when we got there the lady at the desk was super helpful and nice and was able to accommodate our reservations no problem. Very budget friendly and overall clean and well kept and the staff was amazing

You should take down places like this from this site. I’m starting to loose trust. This is the third time I fall for a place like this and we had to stay because we had no choice, we were far away from home 😡. I suggest a little more of research of the real conditions of the property before you list it 😉

Elevators not working, furniture shows signs of water or maybe something else due to allowing pets on the property.

Roaches, hookers, and AMPLE drug usage! Never EVER will I recommend here. I booked two weeks and couldn’t get a refund and REGRET it badly.

Dog flit and piss in the passage in the entrance of the hotels the bed sheets and towels where dirty had to take it back for them to wash it properly only reason i stayed was because i book through a thrid party booking never again they use the towel to put on the dog urine in the hall way just nasty

Arrive I was welcome with a simile the young lady was very nice. The room was grate. full kitchen. good fridge and very, very clean. Next time I have to travel to the area I know where I am going to be staying.

Ended up not even checking in because the wheelchair room i specifically requested on the first floor i did not get , but was given one on the second floor but the elevator was out of service and i am not able to use stairs. The lady at the front desk however when i tried to check in was very sweet and tried her best to find a alternate room , but she didnt have anything that would be avaliable anytime soon

Dog barking and scratching was annoying is the early morning.

The barking of dogs on our floor started around 6 am on both days we stayed, and every time someone entered or left a room. Also, the only elevator the hotel had was out of order. We were on the third floor, so you can imagine it was challenging going up and down with suitcases and bags.

Staff was courteous, elevator not working, no ironing board or iron. Limited parking.

We made our reservation a little less than a week out from our stay. We learned ONLY after arriving the elevator had been out of service for some time. We were NOT notified at the time we made the reservation NOT anytime in between that this was the case. We should have been contacted/told of this situation so that we could have made other plans. We are both handicapped and walking stairs is nearly impossible. We had to Canx our plans for the evening because we could not go up and down the stairs multiple times. So the trip was a waste of time. Your desire for profit over customer service has lost you a repeat customer. We fully expect some sort of reimbursement for our inconvenience. When you don't find out until you are standing at the front desk checking in that the location is not meeting the standards, you don't have much choice in what to do. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF YOUR LOCATIONS EVER AGAIN!!! We are going to tell everyone we meet not to use your facilities. I am a disabled Vet and being treated like this is unacceptable. You have other locations in the area we were staying where the elevator had been out of service for over two weeks at one location and over a month in another. That is unacceptable service. Given these are long stay hotels, I can't imagine how your tenets are dealing with such an inconvenience. We fully expect a complete refund of our hard earned money. You FAILED miserably at providing even a satisfactory experience.

Dogs are barking everytime you walk in the halls. They should not be a pet friendly

Checked in at about 11pm. Everything was okay besides the rep telling me they didn’t have working keys. The only way to get inside the room was for the employee rep to physically let me inside the room, and if I needed to step out I would have to locate and bother her throughout the night since the key maker was broken until the morning time. Really I think the budget for the hotels upkeep is low and they’re doing what they can. But that doesn’t help my experience of being a woman, with a hotel room I can’t physically let myself into without someone else help. So there is that. Everything else was okay.

The stay was terrible. Loud dogs all over the property. Noise all hours of the day. Drug deals in the lobby. The front desk person weas doing the drug deal. Short guy with glassses. He asked me if i wanted any drugs. I have never had a worse stay. I left a night nearly and stayed at another hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. UNSAFE AND LOUD.

One of my worst experiences and De Ja Vu like when I stayed at La Quinta in Oakwood Plaza last year. They had three keys made. My room was assigned two, one of my door cards I had on my person was deactivated and the third was used to go in my room. Someone masturbated with remote and it had dog hair on it. I went to turn on TV and sticky. Smelled of another you know. So gross! Then on floor on funny how non smoking but the ones they disrespect were there for the "Poppy Show". So really do not like ow there was dog hair all over washer. Also, would never recommend them.

The walk in shower was badly designed and when the water was turned on it went all over the floor. there was a crack in the floor of the shower which was covered with black tape.

I found two small roaches in the room and I don’t think the floor was cleaned properly as it was pretty gritty. Definitely bring bedroom shoes or something. Also, I’m not sure if we were over the laundry room or something but it felt almost like the ground was vibrating in the room. The elevator smells bad, almost like sulfur. The hotel staff was very helpful and besides those few things, the hotel was clean and welcoming looking!
