The bed was comfortable which is important to me as I have a bad back. The staff went out of their way to help me. I got lost trying to get from car rental to shuttle pick up. They were VERY patient and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient; the availability of a shuttle to the airport and restaurants were walking distance.

This hotel had a shuttle not only for the airport but for a concert that was nearby at Tampa stadium. It dropped us off and picked us up and the driver was amazing! The only complain was that the bathroom sink would smell once you ran water.

Hallie Stewart and the front desk was very helpful with all our questions. It's great having an employee who rises above to assist others.

Definitely an enjoyable stay. Very clean an maintained. Pat the shuttle driver was so nice. Gave us recommendations of where the shuttle would take us. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was quite good. Nothing extraordinary, but it had everything you'd expect. Very convenient access to the airport. The bathroom door offers little privacy. Barn door style, which left a gap you can see through when "closed" and not great for families.

It was money well spent

Although my party was only 7, i was meeting 11 other family members at this hotel as well. The staff was able to put up with my crazy 18 family members (myself included). All of us enjoyed our time here and we will definitely be back in the future! I just wish i got a selfie with Anna!!!

Distance from Airport, overall cleanliness Even after offering a shuttle to nearby shops, I was told to wait to avoid traffic. Also one of the front desk employees had very limited information. When I asked to extend she said she can't do and I had to do separate bookings, later the manager told me it could have been done. Lack of clarity on front dezk

Stayed one night, arrived late, everything went as planned from the great shuttle driver (Mark), quick check in with bottle waters, to a solid breakfast and quick shuttle ride to car rental counter.

Carpet was worn and dirty, staff at desk said recently replaced, it definitely was not recently replaced. I suggest all carpet be removed.

The room, however, was disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The main issue was cleanliness. There seemed to be bugs in the room, and I ended up with multiple bites on my legs and body, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. This was my biggest concern. Overall, the hotel did not feel very clean, and for the amount we paid, I expected a much better experience. There are definitely better options available at a similar price point.

This hotel is pretty tired -- probably the weakest Hampton I have ever stayed at. Staff not great. Shuttle driver is awesome and was the high point.

Hotel is basic but fine. Has a helpful shuttle to restaurateurs and airport. Minor point is the sliding door to the bathroom is such you can see into the bathroom. A minor change to move the lock along would stop an awkward moment lol would use again!

Staff was very friendly and provided bottled water was a welcome gift. Our room was very clean and organized well for travelers. Bathroom was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfactory which included boiled and scrambled eggs, potatoes, and bacon. There was a choice of scones, muffins, bagels or regular sliced bread, waffles, yogurt and both instant or cooked oatmeal. There were individually wrapped apples, oranges and bananas. So there was a little something for everyone. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am to check in- the front desk attendant was quick and helpful getting us checked in fast and off to bed. The shuttle in the morning was so convenient to get back to the airport to pick up our rental. Area and hotel were both clean and felt very safe!

Great staff and really good shuttle service for the airport and local stores. Breakfast was good but was not replenished well. It was missing toast and fruit for quite awhile before someone came to refill everything. Other than that we would return there as it might have been an off day for them

We had such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We arrived a bit early, but they welcomed us with open arms and got us into our room right away. It was perfect because we could unpack our things and start exploring Tampa right away!

The AC in my room did this high pitch whistling all night, the bathroom door was a barn door (cute) but wouldn’t close all the way. I was alone so not a big deal but the shower water was spraying hard core from the shower even though I held the curtain closed. Also lobby smelled like cigarettes

Shuttle was awesome. Location is close to airport. Room in need of some repairs. Breakfast was substandard for what I expect from a Hampton inn in prior stays. That being said, the room was clean and served the purpose. Probably some better kept hotels to choose from out there less expensive but it served our needs to be close to airport.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. A number of people in our group arrived early from our cruise and though we couldn’t immediately access rooms the staff did everything possible to make us comfortable during wait. Very convenient to airport and good shuttle service.

The area is not pleasant it feels like you're almost on a highway. It is possible to walk to a mall and some restaurants but it's not pleasant to walk at night. The Hotel does have a courtesy shuttle which will drive you to restaurants etc around the area.

We had an early morning flight so never actually ate breakfast. They had had fresh fruit and cookies available as well as coffee and tea all day. The Shuttle was available 24 hrs a day.

The staff was excellent. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. We were able to take a shuttle part way to the bowl game and back. There are four restaurants with in walking distance. Two steakhouses, Olive garden and a Mexican restaurant.

Breakfast was great lots of offerings hot and cold. Staff was so accommodating. Our cruise ship was delayed getting to port by 8 hours. They let us all stay in lobby kept the coffee coming and refilled the infused water multiple times. Staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again and recommend as a clean friendly stay night before a cruise. Quick uber ride to port got us there even with the delay.

Room was very small but clean & comfy. We had our cruise delayed due to fog & there were maybe 25-30 people that had to hang out until 7:00pm+ and the Front Desk gal was awesome! She worked all by herself & handled all of us in the lobby plus all others checking out and checking in and answering a zillion phone calls as there were 3 ships full of people whose flights were cancelled that all were scrambling for a hotel to stay in. She did an amazing job! I did not get her name but the date was Saturday December 6, 2025.

Room with 2 double beds was nice but not for more than about one night. There were no cups in the bathroom or nearby. The only cups are in the closet on the complete opposite side of the room past both beds. The safety rail in the bath area was placed by the tub faucet and unreachable from most of the tub/shower, especially from the soap dispensers. My wife wanted Lipton tea and then there was none.

Cute, compact, comfortable hotel. Great if you’re traveling light (no closet) and don’t need work space. Airport shuttle runs every half hour. No restaurant on site but many options within a mile. Big bathroom with counter space! Lovely staff. My most aesthetic and delightful hotel experience in this area so far, would choose it again.

24/7 shuttle service with excellent driver

I landed at TPA, called the hotel, and the free shuttle arrived in under 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and helped with my bag without me even asking. When I arrived earlier than check-in, I only planned to drop off my luggage, but the front desk staff were so kind and accommodating that they checked me into my room right away with huge smiles. That small gesture made a tired traveler incredibly happy — above and beyond! The room itself was spotless, modern, and amazingly quiet despite being so close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the large TV plus plenty of power outlets were perfect. Every single staff member I encountered was genuinely warm, polite, and professional. They made me feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was solid, way above the usual hotels fare ,and a good coffee selection — everything you need to start the day. Cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be back again when cruising and need to be in town a day early, and already looking forward to it! Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so perfect.

The bathroom door was a slider like a barn door and was off the track so had gaps and with 4 people in the room nobody really wanted to use it since the door didn't close properly. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Pretty sverage room with a lousy bathroom door.

Everything about this hotel was great! The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The room was smaller, but they made very good use of the space with a closet organizer that held the microwave and fridge, ironing board, and a place to hang your clothes. They used a barn door for the bathroom which was genius. The bathroom was very clean, great lighting, spacious. It was a great room/hotel after a very long day of traveling. The hotel was close to everything, i.e. restaurants, the mall, etc.

Stayed for an early flight the next morning. The hotel was recently remodeled. The king size bedroom was a bit tight. Hot it was clean, newly remodeled, and they got me to the airport at 5:00 AM. Great staff and service. Did not experience breakfast as flight left early.

Pictures do not represent the rooms at all. Based on the pictures I anticipated a much nicer hotel. Breakfast could hardly be called hot. But it was fine for 1 night which is all I needed.

Great shuttle guide

Shuttle driver Mark went the extra mile to come track us down when we ended up at the wrong spot in the airport - much appreciated! The room wasn’t large, but it was efficiently appointed for a night’s stay, and the chain has created intentional conveniences that made it a nice place to be for the night. It was quiet at night for sleeping.

The shuttle was fast and the driver was really friendly. Check in was easy and the staff was accommodating. The room (2 full beds) was smaller than usual and a tight squeeze for three people and all our luggage. The price seemed high at 210$ for such a small room. The breakfast space was also quite tiny and super packed with people at 930am (closed at ten am) so it was a wait in line to even access the room with the food. Our front desk person named annandi was very nice and happy to assist with a return shuttle to the airport which was again, fast with a very friendly driver. The pool was clean and had nice lounge chairs.

We actually had to leave this property. I (along with many other guests) were in the lobby and unable to get the actual room we booked. I booked a two queen and they gave me a king with fold out couch. I asked for a different room. Don’t have it. I asked what they could do for me. Nothing. I went to king room and unfolded couch. It blocked the bathroom door in the room. Three people can’t climb over a king bed to use the restroom. CRAZY! Luckily, Expedia refunded us and moved me to another hotel. Staff was RUDE AND didn’t offer any help at all.

The lobby and hallway to the elevator smelled strong of cigarette smoke but the room itself did not at all. Thr room was petite but got the job done. Had all you needed. It was clean.

We stayed here on two separate occasions. The first floor was cleaner than the 3 floor room for some reason. The doors on the rooms are older and have gaps under the door. We told the front desk we needed the 1st floor on both stays, and requested that ahead of time. The desk clerk claimed he entered that request, yet when we returned 4 days later, there was no record of that request. Frustrating indeed.

Our A/C was broken. We arrived late at night and had to be up early to board a cruise the next morning, so we only waited about 30 minutes for someone to come up, and we ended up just dealing with it. We ended up dealing with it and not needing their service, but just thought it was worth adding.

The hotel itself is older, carpet is definitely the worst part dated and ragged looking. Elevators broke while we were there . Going down 5 floors wasn’t bad going up was terrible. Very quite, clean and close to the air port

I was there to attend a huge concert! I booked a double occupancy bedroom and when I got there it was a single. So my sister and I had to stay in two different rooms but staff was accommodating after the mistake. Room could’ve been cleaner and elevators felt risky to take. They definitely need some upgrades.

Friendly staff, they baked cookies and left them at the desk for everyone! Fresh ice water available when you came in from a hot day! Perfect place to stay.

Check in was easy and quick. I received a text message shortly after arriving to my room checking to see if I needed anything, and how my accomodations were. The bed was comfortable. The room was cozy.

Flying into Tampa for work wonderful clean room, spacious perfect for what I needed

Location was great in proximity to the airport. Hotel is under construction so it was a little messy. The outside could use a little cleaning, a lot of small trash in some areas. Felt safe and the receptionist was excellent!

The bathroom in the room was a bit dirty.

They have a 24 hour shuttle that will take you to close restaurants as well as the airport. The staff and shuttle bus driver were all very kind and helpful!

I was never told by the hotel you had to request the airport shuttle and since every hotel I’ve used a shuttle with before has just run them automatically, I didn’t know. I wish that had been communicated in my check-in messages so I didn’t waste so much time waiting late at night. The room was pretty small which was fine as we were only there for one night. The AC in our room was incredibly loud and hard to sleep through. We were also placed in a room directly next to the elevators on the first floor which made sleeping in past 5AM nearly impossible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are staying more than one night.

For the cost it was worth it but definitely not the best shower experience.

Good property, very quiet, didn't realize the rooms didn’t all have a mini fridge (which is standard at most hotels these days), staff seemed tired and unfriendly on the phone but were fine in person, shuttle drivers were phenomenal…especially Mike (or was it Mark), the guy who started the shuttle service at that facility. Awesome guy, friendly and very easy to talk to, had a beautiful conversation from the airport to the hotel.

Dark at night.

Chose this hotel to stay one night and leave your car for a week as we fly out from TPA. The front desk clerk was great. She pointed out that while we booked the room on Expedia we did not request the extra for the parking. No problem, she added it to our stay. Room is a bit small but clean and fine for a short stay.

I booked last minute because I wanted to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. The room was nice, but seemed to be somewhat humid. I know it’s Florida, but I had the AC running and felt damp through the night. Free transport to the airport available every half hour was great. I was also able to leave my car there for less than what the airport charges for parking. I was gone too early to check out the breakfast. Would stay there again.

There are dumpsters and forklift on the property and parking seem limited. I have stayed here twice in last month, so not a coincidence. Rooms were differently in terms of furniture. The lamp in our room needs replacement. Bathroom and beds are good and well organized. Internet is good once you apply promo code. Morning breakfast can be tricky to get a table during peak hour. But the location is very good. May try other location next time.

The area shuttle was very convenient!

Staff was great and accommodating, but the room is tiny and there is no lounge space. The pool was dirty, though warm.

Perfect for one night stay. Close to Tampa airport

All systems had crashed before we got there. Not the employees fault and they were great! But no room keys and no drink vending machines, so we had to leave the hotel which meant we also had to be let back in our room when they could between everyone else that were trying to check in. Also place was under construction on our floor, so you had to be awake before 9 or you'd be woken up by construction. But very convenient to stay near airport and shuttle service every half hour/on the hour!

They were amazing! We just got off a 6-day cruise and was just staying the night till our plane departed the next morning. They allowed us to check in super early early so our kids could swim. Everyone was super helpful and extremely friendly. The shuttle was able to take us to a nearby grocery store for a couple of essentials, it was a great time.

The room was accessible room, which was not required. The room was very noisy, near elevators and exterior door, but was I was told I was uable to change rooms. There was mold in the shower and curtain.

Great hot breakfast

We were only there overnight. Checked in at 8:40 pm and out at 8:30 am after breakfast. So can’t really judge much. Room and bed were pleasant, staff was friendly and helpful.

We were traveling with a medium size dog (this hotel takes pets) and had no trouble with her or the hotel at all. Didn't use the pool even though it was during an extreme heatwave.I did walk by and thought to myself that they really needed some large umbrellas out there to sit under. It was very stark and not very appealing looking. Just a pool and some recliners. It was very clean looking though. If utilizing the airport, its very close by and easy to get to from there. Had no trouble with the sound of the planes in our rooms. Only heard 1 or 2 in our rooms even though when we were outside we could see them very low and close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Continental breakfast was very nice, plenty of options. Minor renovation going on 2nd floor, right outside 204, but didn’t start work till 9:30am the next morning. Also elevators were being updated, but the inside neatly taped up, no inconvenience at all. Front staff very receptive and helpful. Will definitely book again when in Tampa.

Front desk staff were very nice. Gave us water at check-in. Ordered my shuttle to airport and checked eta of driver with a smile. Good selection for complimentary breakfast. My only gripe is the hallways could have had more room labeling. It too us awhile to find our room on 2nd floor.

My first room had a leaking toilet and hair in the tub. I was then moved to another room that was better. It's just that the new floor had cardboard all over the floor and walls because construction was going on. The staff was polite though.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They provided a list of local restaurants with information for delivery, and whether they were within walking distance, which was awesome. The airport shuttle runs every half hour, 24 hours a day, which is incredibly helpful, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. However, the rooms are quite dated. There was a burn mark on the carpet floor, and I found a mint on the floor that clearly hadn't been cleaned from a previous guest. However, everyone I interacted with was super friendly, and it was fine for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight.

The first room the key lock didn’t work and I did get another room. They rented that room again without the lock being fixed. Bathroom had an odor.

It was a nice place to stay, front desk check in was great. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Free breakfast was a bonus. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and Starbucks on the corner.

It was a decent experience however it could’ve been more better with assistance of luggage during check-in as I was traveling with children and we experienced the clock toilet and the phone was not working in the room. We were offered another room however the kids were sleeping and that would’ve been an additional inconvenience to move so late in the evening, all in all the property was decent and we can stay here again.

Hotel was clean and quiet. It is undergoing renovation, but it was not disruptive or inconvenient. Airport shuttle was prompt. The hotel provided grab-and-go breakfast bag since we were unable to enjoy the breakfast buffet in the dining room due to an early morning departure.

the pool area was in need of refurbishment. if it were me, I would have done that before starting on the building.

Everything was great, with the exception of the bed, it was very unconfortable.

Room was clean and AC worked well. Disappointed that there was no fridge and no microwave, both were in the picture of the room associated with booking choice I made. The shuttle driver, Mark, was fabulous. He helped me a lot with getting to where I needed to be at the airport for my flight. I wish I had had cash with me because I really wanted to give him a tip. I felt embarrassed that I could not give him a tip because he had provided such great service.

The room was very nice. However, we had to be moved because the AC and phone in our first room did not work. We were moved to another room which was just as nice.

We were there for such a short time that really can’t rate the hotel much. Beds comfortable. Clean enough. The best part is transportation to the airport, runs every half hour and it’s a quick free ride. The driver was very nice.

The staff was great extremely helpful and professional. The shuttle to and from the airport and around town very convenient and helpful.

The doors are ao heavy that when they get shut thats all you hear all night long. Being next to Airport there are literally people coming and going at all hours
