    Fast and easy check in after a long flight. Stayed for the night because the price was affordable and we got in at 1am. Please toy surprised at the cleanliness of our room. Breakfast including was a bonus for us and our two kids. We would recommend to anyone. Had we known the area better we would have stayed here rather than relocating.

    The front desk, housekeeper, and the breakfast ladies were awesome. They were very polite and helpful. They made my weekend very pleasant. Also, I must say the breakfast was outstanding and had variety. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't like that they charged my card for a room I canceled. Even after I submitted the documents saying I had canceled it with booking.com through the app like I was supposed to. I even talked to the manager Raphael, who didn't want to hear what I was saying. I wouldn't have known they charged my card without my approval. If I didn't look at my account, I saw they charged me for the entire weekend. I know booking.com was going to charge me $158.00 for the late cancelation. Even when I tried to explain that to the manager Raphael, he was not listening.

    Rooms were clean, staff was great, and the breakfast was good. I wish they had a 24 hour shuttle (which I was told they had when I booked). That would be my only complaint. When I called to confirm the shuttle (day before the trip) I was told that shuttle stops at 9:00 and was offered a after hours service they use (he was excellent) but we still spent $40.00 to get to the hotel.

    2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans.

    Breakfast had everything you needed and it was hot. It was typical hotel food with waffles, freezer omelettes warmed up and pre-made meat patties, oatmeal and some oranges and apples. Nothing to write home about but certainly not bad. The shuttle was convenient and the driver was friendly. It was also a decent price at $12 per person. If it’s a simple pre-cruise hotel I would recommend it.

    What you would expect from a Hampton Inn, in regards to cleanliness, attentive staff, and a good breakfast to start the day. The pool is relatively small, and seemed bigger on the website, however if you are on the go it shouldn’t be a deal breaker. The gym is basically a small box, and smaller than their standard rooms. There are 2 pieces of equipment and a small area to stretch. The rooms are what you would expect with a Hampton Inn, beds are comfortable and updated, with plenty of outlets for your devices, and a shower with good water pressure.

    The only issue we had was, when we first got to the room it was very cold. The thermostat was set for 65. Took a while for it to warm up once we shut it off. Otherwise, all was great.

    I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn at Rocky Point and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The staff truly made a difference; they were incredibly accommodating and helpful, making check-in a seamless process. Room Quality: Our room (312) was a highlight of our stay. It was very clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the AC outlets in the room—they were quite loose, which made it difficult to maintain a consistent charge for our electronics. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was decent, although I found the scrambled eggs to be a bit runny for my taste. That said, I recognize some might prefer them that way. Location: One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. The Bahama Breeze restaurant is just a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for dining out. In conclusion, aside from the minor outlet issue, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend the Hampton Inn at Rocky Point for anyone visiting Tampa

    Unfortunately, our room (closest to the front desk) smelled strongly like raw sewage. It was bad enough that my kiddos started getting headaches. Opening a window wasn’t an option, so we just had to suffer through it. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told they were fully booked. I was also told they would look into possibly comping the room, but I haven’t heard anything since. On top of that, the room was not clean — there was hair all over the bathroom and surfaces didn’t look properly wiped down. For the price we paid, I expected much better.

    We were so happy to get a room when we were stranded in Tampa due to Winter Storm Fern. They were very accommodating and we were able to extend our stay as our return flight kept getting pushed back. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, the shuttle was helpful. They have a washer and dryer which was great until the dryer ate my quarters on the second cycle and we had to hang up the damp clothes instead of drying more. The breakfast was good, waffle machine, cereal, fruit, bagels etc. I would stay there again.

    Marisol asked if we wanted to move to another room, but we chose to say in room 304, and not close the bathroom door. This was a bit of an imposition, but not enough to change rooms. Other than the door issue, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were spectacular. The breakfast choices were delicious and nutritious. We appreciated the free shuttle to the hotel, and Marisol informed us about the shuttle to the port. We took all of her fantastic suggestions and appreciated her ability to listen to our concerns and her knowledge to inform and act on the situation. She should be complemented and compensated for her diligence and commitment.

    Hotel was great. I was a bit frustrated with, our flight got delayed, I called the hotel to tell them we would be a late arrival, not getting into Tampa until 1045pm. They told me to call the hotel after getting my luggage. I did, and when they answered, they told me the shuttle service only runs until 10pm. We had no plan, no taxi service, no shuttles! Gratefully an airport worker had a friend that drove taxi, called and got him to take us to hotel. Had I known that there was no shuttle, I could have made arrangements for transportation to hotel upon our arrival.. The actual hotel stay and breakfast was Great!     The television was broken - not all of the lights worked. I asked for another room but I was told there was not one. Had to leave in an Uber for another hotel.     Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight. Only complaint was the mattress had seen better days - clean but not very comfortable. Staff got us into a room early and were very pleasant. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety of options. The hotel is within walking distance of a walking path where we saw dolphins and all sorts of beautiful birds.

    Staff was courteous. Breakfast area was clean and well attended to. Breakfast was just okay. Fan motor on the refrigerator was so loud we couldn’t get to sleep. Plug in devices need replaced. Connections are loose. Towels were thin and worn. Bathroom wall had large crack and the bathtub floor is worn. Bathroom was marginal for a Hilton property. Placement of the queen bed on the wall side was terrible. Had to scoot sideways with my feet under the bed to get into bed. Totally not safe for a senior. First time we ever experienced that in a Hampton Inn. Overall, our stay was disappointing. We expected more from our Hampton Inn stay.

    We had a lovely 2 day stay here whilst on a road trip around Florida. A special mention has to go out to Tyler on reception, he was really friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. He was very helpful in directing us to a local supermarket as well so I could get some superglue to fix my glasses. A credit to the company. The rooms were great with comfy beds and it was nice and peaceful. There is a very good Bahama Breeze restaurant across the parking lot and a couple of other restaurants in the near vicinity. There is good parking and the breakfast was great for a simple start to the day with hot food, cereals, porridge and waffles! It's only a short Uber ride (15 mins) into Tampa Bay and I'd recommend The Riverwalk in Tampa to stretch your legs. This is an ideal location for a decent hotel without paying the crazy prices in the city.

    We chose this hotel bevause we are Hilton Rewards members, we typically love Hampton Inn and ee needed to be close to the airport for a 4:30 am leave time. While we didnt use the ahuttle, we appreciate that it's available. This property is one of the worst that we have stayed at. I didn't realize how terrible the parking is, as ee psrked between the lines and so did everyone else, although there is no way to really get out of the car, or into it wothout hotting the car next to you. It's tight and uncalled for. Bad planning there. We went in and were checked in by friendly staff, although disgusted to get to a room with an excessive amount of hair caked across the bottom outside of the shower. There was hair in the "clean" bed and also something questionable on one of the "clean" towels displayed on the shelf. The room was nice but nothing felt clean about it. I mentioned this to the desk, although also with getting in for a pre sunrise flight, we just wanted to go to bed and desl with that. We didn't get what we paid for here. You teuly need to coach your housekeeping supervisor/manager.

    The hotel was in decent condition. Clean, functional and accessible. There were some small issues that needed to be addressed by maintenance, but were just annoying to me. The saving grace and what made the stay excellent; THE STAFF. Every single one of them were so warm, inviting and helpful. I would stay there again!     This particular Hampton Inn felt like there was a whole different entity running it, pinching pennies at every opportunity. Breakfast on thin paper plates, small and stale muffins, premade rubbery omelets. Room: a sliding barn door that weighs a ton and needs to be muscled back and forth across to cover either the bathroom or the closet. Broken TP holder and no makeup mirror, insufficient water pressure in shower to wash and rinse hair. Sink cracked and weak stream of water from faucet. So very unlike our dependable Hampton Inns.
