The photos online are deceiving. Property is worn down, carpets in the hallways are filthy and smell bad. Complementary breakfast was very basic and not good. I asked to have the sheets changed after 3 days but the cleaning lady said they only do it after a few days despite being a sticker on the mirror saying they change them everyday. She gave me clean sheets for me to do it.

The place was so loud I got woken up at 4am and just left because the air was broken in the room. Shower was cold. Parking lot was overloaded and I had to squeeze my motorcycle onto a sidewalk.

I was switched to a room with two queen beds, but that room was not much better. The sheets had visible stains, there was a mildew/musty smell, and I even saw roaches in the room. The hotel overall felt very outdated, and the carpet throughout the hallways smelled awful. The area and overall atmosphere also did not feel very safe or comfortable. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and the staff was friendly, but the property definitely needs updating. The room showed signs of wear and unfortunately we saw roaches during our stay, which was disappointing. The location was convenient with shops nearby, but overall you really get what you pay for here. It’s okay for a short budget stay if you mainly just need a place to sleep.

Location was great. It was near all the shopping. You can tell our room had been remodeled and was comfortable and clean. Will enjoyed the short driving distance to shopping and restaurants and it's about 20 minutes or so from the Raymond James Stadium.

Was very clean and comfortable, staff is very nice and respectful, in a great location, loved the breakfast and coffee every morning.

The young man at the desk was super polite. But the next day, it took hotel staff over an hour to get us towels to shower. I also started seeing roaches.

The bathroom in our room was not clean.. we had to clean it out our selfs and its was too disgusting to even take a shower or bath. The room had dirt in corners and stains on the walls. They would put up the breakfast before 10. I wouldn’t stay here again. Reminded me more of a motel than hotel.

The bathroom was terrible. There’s a big crack in the sink. There were cigarette burns along the rim of the tub. The showerhead looked like it had never been clean and was all black.. The floor in the bedroom was coming apart. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Certainly it was not worth what I paid for it.

the hallways had a bad odor, the carpets were very dirty. our room was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in there was soapy towels hanging in the shower from previous guest, hair in the bathtub and empty alcohol bottles under the bed from previous guest.

I didnt like the smell of the hallways. Had to leave my window open and air it out(3rd floor) And the bed says queens but it was smaller then that. Over priced but I think it was due to the concert of BTS@ARMY.

The staff appears nice. But after being in my room about an hour, I pulled the covers back and the sheets were nasty. I took a picture and went downstairs to show them and the front desk acted as if I made them dirty. They called a manager who said to go ahead change my room. But the first guy literally acted as if I did something wrong. The hotel has an old smell to it. Carpet in hallway is filthy. The first room didn’t even have a telephone in it. Will not stay at another LaQuinta.

The absolute best thing was an employee named Will. I called the afternoon after we had checked out when I realized I had left my deceased mother’s necklace on the nightstand.. I had a medical emergency and had been admitted into hospital.. Will promised he’d let me know either way as to if it had been turned in. A few hours later he called and said he was holding my mother’s gold and diamond necklace.. I started to ask him what he wanted to do to handle the return. He said. I’m putting this in the safe. You focus on getting better and then call me .. about a week later we made the 3 hour drive back to the hotel and I met this amazing young man as well as the head of house keeping. Bravo. To them both. This expensive necklace may have been groceries or a couple of bills paid for someone. But for me it is priceless Such wonderful honesty and values are rare in this world we live in We almost always stay with LaQuinta when traveling for cat shows. And this hotel will definitely be a stop for us again when in the area.

My room was never serviced. I had to ask for towles, soap and shampoo. Vending machines out of service. People outside the back entrance smoking weed and drinking.

Was a great stay! Friendly staff! The breakfast was less than par! Hard boiled eggs, sausage, cereal and only apple juice. The waffle batter ran out so couldn’t even have that. Oh and mini bagels with no way to cook them. Also the pool security needs be updated! While trying to enjoy the pool had multiple homeless or transient people come use the pool for bathing. Was quite the turn off for using the pool. Will at front desk was great! Also get more towels asked for pool towels was told didn’t have any and the other room towels were being washed so we used pool with our bath towels. Other than that comfy beds clean location. would book again! Oh get rid of that loud woman who seems to be staying long term or living there she is very loud sitting in the lobby!

In the end, the manager was able to reinstate the reservations, but they could only provide 2 out of the 3 rooms I originally booked. I did receive a refund for the third room. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in was in very poor condition. It had a strong smell, visible water damage on the ceiling, and the shower curtain was dirty with mold in the shower. The other room also had issues. my mom mentioned there were roaches.

The WiFi did not work nor did the television. I called front desk twice for assistance and was told the maintenance man was coming and he NEVER came! I had to use my personal hotspot just to watch television. I asked for a linen change and was told no only changed after checkout. Asked for more towels & cloths and was told no by night desk clerk. Was told I had to wait until the next morning when housekeepers returned. The room was decent but no amenities and no helpful staff!

Carpet in hallway filthy! There were little flat black flies all over in bathroom & shower. Hotel may have its reason, bt It would b nice to have a trash can in bathroom. Unless you're in Dyer straits I would not recommend anyone staying at this Hotel. Don't go by the pictures because they don't belong to this Hotel.

Room was great. Quiet. Front desk was very polite. There were a lot of police officers there.. scared us a little. But he explained it was nothing.

Room Phone didn’t work. Hall carpet old & smells. Policy of charging $100 on check in insulting, at least. Hold a card is fine! I have never been charged for something I never asked for.

Me and my wife drove in from Atlanta. When we arrived at the hotel there were 2 guys sitting in the parking lot smoking weed. We over looked that, we went inside and immediately got hit with a very bad smell of burning incense, we paid and went to our room. The hotel says that there’s no smoking in the rooms, when we entered the room it’s smelled like someone was chain smoking in the room before we got there. The bed was nasty and the flooring was coming up. We had to go to another hotel later that night. They didn’t want to give a refund after I explained how bad the place smelled. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

We booked a room for 2 adults and one child. They put us in a room with a king bed. I asked for a cot for our grandchild but was told nothing was available. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told all rooms were booked. We all 3 of us had to sleep in one bed. Another thing....the toilets are very low, not standard height. We are in our 70s so getting up off such a low toilet was very difficult. The bed sheets were old and had "pills." There were brown stains on the white bed cover and one of the wash cloths had dirty stains on it. I have pictures.

My stay was okay, the bed and pillows messed up my neck a bit because they are too hard and the pillows are too soft. but also the elevator freaked me out. When it got up to the 3rd floor it would bounce and make a grinding noise before opening up to our floor. Little sketchy but other than that, the staff was lovely when we did check in and out.

Room had an strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It stayed the entire time. The toilet malfunctioned over and over all night. In order to flush, we had to remove the lid and fiddle with the inside mechanism in the tank in order for the tank to refill.

DO NOT GO HERE... pictures not correct, staff unprofessional. I also have evidence that the early check in text they sent was what compromised my credit card and had 7k of fraud charges. We never stayed here. at 7 am got an early check in text and at 3pm we were old at leas a couple more hours till room wold be ready. Lots of shoeless people smoking around property

Room and Breakfast. The room was clean, but the hallways smelled terrible and looked really rundown.

Roaches, fire hazard with fridge and microwave run off extension cords, no water pressure whatsoever, continental breakfast was terrible and about 2 hours late. Broken electrical outlets with exposure to wires. No drawers to things except a nightstand drawer. The stuff they used to clean was so strong it about took my breath. Couldn’t sleep for the noise up stairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my enemies.

The front desk staff were great. The bathtub , bathroom and bed were very clean as well. Breakfast extremely simple ,yet available. The hotel premises are in serious need of renovation.

My wife & I were initally given the room 322 which is 3rd floor & make a left a few doors on the right. When I arrived it smelled so bad that I could not stay in it medically as I am asthmatic. The attendant transfered us to 302 which smelled better (not good) but had stains everywhere. Please have someone do a cleaning & wash the sheets & hanging towels. You need a mold remediation specialist for at least that floor of the hotel.

Very unsafe location, room was not clean, bedding had large stains on it, door wouldn't close all the way. Furnishing in the lobby was mismatched, in bad shape and not clean. Check in desk staff was dressed in jeans and t-shirts and their desk was piled with papers and office supplies much like a college dorm room. Only one elevator that had a dirty floor and trash in it. I do not recommend this property.

The room was clean and nice. The morning breakfast buffet was watched over by an employee who would not let anyone leave with food. We usually like to bring a plate to our room to enjoy. That was not allowed at this hotel. All the tables were full and she said sorry you will have to wait for a table or stand and eat. It was very strange.

The room, and the building in general, were severely neglected. We called the staff to let them know the toilet water kept running, they said they would send someone right up. P.S. the phone in the room has no wIre connected to make a call. I used my cell phone to call the front desk No one came. The tub was chipped, rusted, and moldy. The bed frames were sagging in the middle. Once I saw the condition of the bathroom, I told my family we were leaving. The 2 guys at the front desk were sitting there when we came down, and said oh we were getting ready to send someone up to your room. The staff did not seem surprised when I said we were not staying. They were ready to refund my deposit, but said I would need to contact Expedia for the 2nd night to be refunded. I would also need to contact the manager for a full refund. I told them I wanted a full refund because their photos of the property and room were deceiving. I wouldn't doubt is they have employees that rate the property a 10/10. That is BS. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The property did not begin to live up to the “Wyndham” name. Felt unsafe when arrived and property was dirty and rundown. The staff was accommodating with cancellation and did not charge me.

He was absolutely disgusting there. There’s 2 inch gap when you close the door that anybody can see inside the room was infested with roaches. I went and told the staff and they couldn’t do anything because they were sold out so we couldn’t sleep. We have to wait till the very next day to get a different room, which at the end of the day also had roaches.

Not recommended for families or with small children. Pool was mostly full of leaves. Laundry was always being used. Place needs update. Not so clean. You get what you pay for!

This hotel is AWEFUL!! The outside was dirty and had trash everywhere. The rooms were horrible, one had a huge puddle from the fridge, one had dirty clothes, and the other one had extremely dirty sheets. The pictures are very misleading and do not in anyway reflect the actual run down condition of this property. Also noisy and no parking.

If we could give it no stars we would. There was garbage stacked up at the en of the hotel building. The lobby smelled horrible. When we got to the rooms, one room had dirty clothes, one room had a leaking fridge with a puddle of water, and the third room had gross bedding. Someone had clearly been sleeping on the bed for awhile as their body outline was in the sheets. When we bright it to the lobby’s attention it was as if the same complaints were a normal occurrence.

There was a cockroach crawling up the wall by the sink. The hallways and elevator carpets were dirty. The front desk person said he would switch our room. Then he left for the night and another front desk person was on shift. She informed us that the maintenance man been left and they are fully booked so it was impossible to switch rooms. The guy could of just told us. We had packed all our stuff back up. This was very inconvenient and preventable. us.

I think I’ve been scammed. We stayed there for the tournament last year and it was fine. This year we were asked for a deposit which didn’t happen last year. They’ve assured me it was refunded but a week later it has not shown up in my bank account. After three calls and no action I’m going to have to fight the charge through my bank. So don’t agree to a room deposit it’s a scam. They just want to wear you down until they get another $100 out of you for a crap stay.

Breakfast was horrible, nearly inedible. Outside area was sketchy at best. Doors barely fit in th frames with massive gaps that could be seen through. I will never return to this location, and will think hard about ever going to a LA quinta again.

It was nice and clean and quiet. It would be more better if the staff were more friendly and actually spoke English I think if you’re gonna run a hotel, you should have different languages for people to actually understand not to have people where you say hello how are you doing in the first day they say me no no no English that is English. They need to do better by staff.

The property seemed very run down

Other than the carpets being stained and the door in the room being tacky (likely dirty mop water). It was fine. The breakfast area didn’t appear to open until 7 so we never ate there. The staff was friendly.

I give this hotel a 3 star rating because soon as I open the door to my room it had a very bad smell. I went out for lunch and brought some food back i decided to put it in the microwave for later on and i went back for it later that night i saw about four roaches on my food. Dogs barks all night long.

This facility has a awful smell and roaches...staff was friendly but if you can accept bugs and foolishness at cheap price this is your home.

The room was not sanitary it was dirty with a terrible smell. In addition, the bathroom was clog full of mold. I couldn’t shower with fear I could get a fungal infection. I couldn’t sleep all night due to the extreme noise there is no respect for guest who are trying to rest. I spoke to the hotel for a refund and they denied it knowing all the inconveniences they cause. Don’t stay in this hotel.

Too much loud noises everyday i was there. We would hear the loud noises at all times even when we were sleeping at 2,3,4,5 in the morning. We could not rest or sleep at all. What a horrible stay it was for all of us.

Would rate it higher if it wasn’t for the roach infestation, so bad we had to move to a room on a higher floor because they were crawling all over the first , even then there were so many, in the ice , fridge , every inch of the the room. General cleaning wasn’t great because of how much dog hair and dirt and stains they missed but it was honestly the roaches that really did us in would have went somewhere else if there was availability. Great service and people but again cleanness 👎👎👎

Maid only cleaned up one day. Never supplied clean towels for the second day or cleaned the bathroom or trash.

TV/satellite kept loosing signal, mirrors were so dirty you couldn't see yourself. Room had almost no TP. Sheets were stained. Door to room didn't fit, was nearly a 1" gap above the floor where anyone could see in.

The first-floor ice maker was out of order, and they were very quick to get it working again. I found it odd that for the complementary breakfast, all that was provided were sausage patties, breads and waffles, with no butter or cream cheese for waffles, bread or bagles. One sickly orange was the only fruit. That was the first morning. Second morning, eggs were provided, along with the sausage and waffles. Yes, the breakfast is complementary, but when serving bread and waffles, most people prefer more options thatnpeanut butter and jelly. People with children were especially frustrated. The pool on Sunday was clean, but the deck area was full of trash from the previous evening. I have only one more suggestion. I forgot my hairdryer, but wasn't concerned because it's been decades since I've stayed in a hotel that didn't provide hairdryers. The front desk located one for me. After using it, I returned it, and it couldn't be found the next time I needed it. Perhaps a couple of blow dryers could be purchased and the guest could leave an ID when borrowing it. The most important thing for me is that it was a clean room. At the price point we paid, I was concerned. And again, I would like to compliment the staff. Thanks!

I stayed at this hotel and appreciated that they offered a free continental breakfast. However, when I went down early in the morning, the breakfast area was not well stocked, and several items had already run out or never even had. It was disappointing to see such limited options so early in the day. A little more attention to keeping the breakfast supplied would make the experience much better.

Phone not working, hair dryer not working. No soap. Front desk not attentive in addressing the issue esp the lady. Not much on breakfast, no refills .Just bread n muffin on Tuesday cos no delivery on labor day. So we went to stay at another hotel on Tuesday night n Wednesday night

Everything inside was okay. Outside parking, Was people kiising in the parking lot. Lights was on and off. Area around solitaire and i was worry for my car but thanks god nothing happen. The room smelled like mildew and musty both of our rooms for the family. The carpets need a cleaning for sure. I feel a little overpriced. Also, their were 3 roached in my teenagers rooms I had to kill for my daughters to go to bed.

It was good for the price. My 1st roomed smelled a little but they gave me some spray to help, then the fridge wasn’t working and they changed my room right away. The staff was so helpful and nice! My next room was great! Clean, spacious, everything worked, I had zero complaints! They changed my towels everyday and were so accommodating. This is my 2nd time staying here. Great location.

Additionally, the bed was extremely itchy and I felt like there were bugs in it. I had to keep ripping the covers off and double checking.

My reason for the stay was a emergency. When I spoke to someone they gave me an early check in with no charge and was very helpful. When I checked in the front desk people were very nice and welcoming. They actually made me laugh and that was something I needed. When my grandchildren arrived later in the afternoon we went out and picked up dinner and had a relaxing night. Breakfast was not up to par but that is my only complaint. Thank you for your hospitality.

Customer service not real good!! Breakfast was terrible!! Room was okay!! Was supposed to have 2 rooms under Mark and come to find out. 1 was in my sisters name on different floors!! So all around visit we will not be back!!

I would give the lowest rating possible if I could. The establishment has a pungent odor reminiscent of aged apartment buildings, cigarette smoke, and marijuana. The presence of roaches crawling throughout the room was disturbing. Furthermore, clean bath towels were consistently unavailable. Only three staff members possessed adequate English language proficiency. Upon arrival, I discovered hair in my bed, which was attributed to the dryer. After the third day, I was compelled to purchase my own toilet paper and towels. The front desk staff lacked uniform attire and exhibited a notable lack of hospitality and friendliness. One agent consistently wore a New York baseball cap while on duty. And infomed me that I needed to speak with “my house keeper they dont arrive until 8 am” The maintenance personnel wore jeans and casual tee shirts, often accompanied by baseball caps. Uniforms were only consistently worn by the housekeeping staff, who appeared disinterested in their duties. The breakfast offerings were frequently understocked; upon arriving early, I would find the attendant engaged in prolonged conversations. Daily inquiries regarding various items, such as bacon, syrup, cereal, and hot water, were consistently met with the response "no more." When I requested juice, the attendant placed an out-of-order sign on the machine, only for me to discover later from another guest that it had merely been turned off. Top floor room that had minor noise from below. Family to include one male, three females and 6 children tried to get a room. One female came in with three older children and left the other members of the entourage in the car. They came down in the early morning to breakfast in two shifts but took plates of food out to their room. Just sneaky enough to accomplish what the evening front desk would not allow but the night shift did not know. How do you fit all those persons in one room.

Fraudulent stay using my Expedia rewards. Property was made aware of the fraud yet didn’t respond to a refund or resolution.

The Staff was amazing, but the hotel was NOT what was advertized. Also found bugs in the bathroom upon waking up the following day.

The google reviews are fake. There were roaches, mold, prostitutes, and drugs. The dog walk area is over grown. The showers are redone but after you shower. Mold begins coming from the calk. Some of the people who work there were rude. Everyday i waited for ICE or the police to raid the property. I couldn't walk my dog because the hotel is unsafe.

The front office staff seemed unfriendly and put in very little effort helping with a small need (needed plunger) acted like we were an inconvenience made wait 20 minutes for someone for someone to come in so she could ask where it was instead of making a phone call and asking. Very disappointed.

The sheets felt wet. The staff was not friendly at check in. Breakfast was mid. Roaches in the breakfast area. Didn’t have any shampoo.

The room was clean but very dated. The toilet was at angle in the bathroom. It was so close to the shower I hit my foot on it getting in the shower. I was not impressed! Exterior was very rundown and pool was tiny. Advertisement for this place was VERY misleading. Luckily we only stayed one night.

My tv volume was broken

Looked like a homeless center. Had to change rooms due to critters moving down the wall; yes plural.

The bed was great, plenty of pillows, rooms size was good, I loved the working desk, fridge and microwave.

Some of the employees were nice and helpful, but over all upkeep was attempted but not very well. Hotel is run down and def not as pictured in listing, skipped the housekeeping after hearing people complain of not getting atuff when rooms were clean..its not in a great neighborhood and although i understand some people live there we saw a lot of sket hy people and out room always smelled of pot from next door..pool was noce but never cleaned out even though around it was cleaned..paint chipping, electrical is questionable with many plugs coming out of extensions..overall wont be back

I started off going. to the wrong hotel, which was beautifully kept and only a mile down the road It said that. they had put my reservations at the other. La Quinta pulling in landscape and has not been maintained for several months. The odor walking in the door.. Took my breath away. And the mattresses have not been changed. In years. they look like horseshoes.

The grounds around the property were horrible. They weren’t maintained and they had a lot of trash.

There was a person sleeping in their car for several days while we were there.

The rooms stinks so bad

Room was very basic and uncomfortable. No dresser. Poor desk management and staff ignored the do not disturb sign all together. Almost got mugged in the parking lot at 9pm. Many stragglers hang around property.

Will not stay at this location again. The rooms were dirty, the noise was loud all through the night, doors slamming and you were not sure if was yours as it was very loud! This facility needs a renovation or tear it down and start over.

Air conditioning rattled all night long. Bed was sagging refrigerator was leaking. Somebody used way too much cleaning solution. Probably covering up a bad smell.

The stay was so so. Lot of folks hanging around. Some just show up to do laundry. Others are not from the hotel but hang around anyway. Was on the 3rd floor. Kid screaming most of the afternoon into the night. Once the kids quit screaming the dogs start to bark. Breakfast was horrible. The waffle machine didn't work, the dough stuck and then had to be ripped off the machine.

The room didn’t smell well

When we first arrived, the system was down so we could not check in; we had to sit/sleep in our car in the parking lot until 3am before the system was back up to be able to check in. I could not even cancel my reservation as requested by the front counter attendant because it was passed the deadline to be able to cancel without being charged. There were cockroaches in our room every time we returned. The turntable in the microwave was broken so didn't heat up food properly. The tv had no volume. When the cleaning people came while we were out to take out the trash, they did not leave any extra bath towels or toilet paper; when I went to the front desk to get some, I was told that I had to wait until the next morning because the room where those supplies are held was locked. The fruit at the breakfast area was old & rotting. There was not a big selection of breakfast items.

Just a suggestion: Install a higher toilet

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Terrible smell of mold and very dirty. Very sketchy area. I left right after checking in.

I stayed here 2 nights with my husband. We were in town for a wedding. Everything was fine except our room smelled like someone had left wet laundry to rot in there for a week. We searched the room and found no cause for the foul stench. A couple floor panels were coming up and there was a pit in the tub so maybe rotting wood. Not sure.

It is an older hotel as long as you don't mind roaches in your and you don't mind getting trapped in the bathroom every time you close the door it might be ok way too expensive for these conditions they did remove trash from cans in one of my rooms and clean towels everyday but the other room they must not ever visited had to go down take out own trash and beg for clean towels

The room had an odor & television option was terrible along with the WiFi connection.

The location was great and close to the roads we were connecting to the following morning. Didn't like that there was no exercise room, the phone in the room didn't work, and the breakfast area was chaotic, poorly laid out, and small for the size of the hotel. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.

It was ok but for $210 a night, it could be better. The shower head can be cleaned, I found a spot of blood on my blanket so I put it on the floor and sleep with the sheet. There were three adults hanging out by the pool smoking so my kids couldn’t swim after we arrived at our hotel. I don’t think we would stay here again.

Called front desk for new sheets and said housekeeping had left. When I finally convinced the guy he made me go to the front desk and gave me the wrong size sheets.

Check in staff was great. Hotel condition and area around it was horrible. Smelled and dirty. Tons of water stains in hotel with guest hanging their clothes outside their window like a third world country. However, Huge sheriff presence around.

This place is really run down.

This location is run down, smells like smoke in the rooms, and generally felt unclean. I’m not saying they did a poor job of cleaning, it just felt run down, old, and lacked attention. The smoke odors were certainly an issue for us regardless. We were surprised that this wasn’t a very nice area as well.

We checked in but never saw our room. The lobby reeked of weed. Suspicious people roaming in the parking lot. We didn't feel safe or confident our vehicle wouldn't be vandalized. We paid $250CDN for the privilege of sleeping in our vehicle at a Cracker Barrel!

Toilet was to low. My husband just had knee replacement surgery so was difficult to get on/off toile.

This hotel was terrible. The odor of weed throughout the hotel, drug deals going on at the pool at night, everything not as clean as it could be never mind should be. The staff was friendly but that is the start and end of anything positive. Coffee at 6am was just luke warm meaning I know factually it was from the previous day. I will never waste my hard earned money here again. Very shameful. It's terrible when all you care about is your bottom line. I checked out wondering if I should take antibiotics. DO BETTER FOR A WYNDHAM RESORTS HOTEL. You don't even deserve the classification as a hotel...more like a motel.
